Hey jrise, did you get a trial period? Woody says it costs $197, I think something that costs so much should have a trial period or a 60-90 day guarantee or something so that you don't lose so much money.

Is it a one-time payment Woody?

Well, it is processed through Clickbank, so he gives the whole "Give it 60 days or I will refund your money" guarantee. Those are Clickbank's rules, and therefore, he must follow them.

:confused:I thought this was a CLUB that costs $97 a month to join. It must be different because I almost joined that Maverick club but I already started on stuff I probably should have dropped instead.

That Club looked awesome but then I didn't actually use it - looks can be deceiving sometimes. The genie shopper marketing is flawless, absolutely the best raw, raw without very much hype. Even the wife does a good job on their upsell. I got it and returned it 3 hours later...all fluff to me. Maybe I didn't do it right?

All this just to ask one question: Is that the same as the Club or did it change to $197 instead of $97 monthly?

Hi DZOaffiliate,

I like your PPC Genie product and was wondering how you determine what is a converting keyword with your tool? Seeing as you have the potential of thousands of longtail keywords, are you just assuming that a "click" is a a conversion or are adding some tracking to the keywords that produce clicks to determine the actual conversion?

The Google Shadow software was good for doing this, that is giving your keywords unique tracking ids.

Just curious, if you have this planned for future releases.

Yes, I've seen the page for the CPA offer at $197 and I must admit that I was ready to get my credit card out but after reading what I've read here, it went back to my wallet. Thanks for saving me the grief.

It looks like CPA BootCamp is still the way to go.

Hi Guys...new to this site, and look forward to getting info and contributing when I can. I have been a member of MMM for about a month now, and find a lot of good information, especially the videos that accompany the modules.That all said, As a former member of PPC 2.0 and Wealthy Affiliate, I find that most of these training programs are very good in their own right but fall short on the support that they promise when you do have questions that need to be answered (granted you need to put in the work and follow the plan.) I also find that they are constantly pushing new and expensive products on the members on top of the monthly membership fees that almost make you feel like you being taken again.I too looked at the CPA 2.0 offer, but decided against it for that reason.2 days after the CPA 2.0 offer came out, I was emailed a phone number to schedule a 30 minute one on one with a rep, and was told to have my questions jotted down (there were several) and when I received the call, The first question he asked me was "how much money do you want to make a month"? as I heard the other telemarketers in the background. He wanted me to listen to a 10 minute audio, after telling me the program was around $300.00 to start. I hung up and wondered why a club like Maverick Money makers would even go this route...

tries to help others and at the same time earn your money
ethically. There's nothing unethical about recommending
products to people that you think are good.

This is the internet and a place where promotion is everywhere.

If you believe that this sort of stuff is bad and gives your children
cancer then internet marketing is obviously not for you.

I left MMM a few months back (I made a video review of what I thought about it) but I have people who've joined telling me what's new inside. I was told about a "Project CPA" that involves scamming job seekers. Here's what someone wrote:

"This was billed as how "Mack" never fails to make $1,500 using this sytem. Well I just read this 15 page report. It tells how to make this money posting fake personal assistant classified wanted ads on the web. You then continue the fraud by getting the people who are looking for this job to pay to join an online site (like gotomeeting.com) for $50 so you can interview them for the position! You get a part of the $50 and keep repeating it. Of course, there never was a job - it's all fake."

How could anyone in good conscience do something like that...especially in today's economy?

This guy just gets worse and worse! I was a member and an affiliate of his MMM program - (which after 1 month I requested a refund today becasue it's loaded with crap )and am now about to go and pull everything off the net that I have created to market this guy and his crap.

I don't know how a quote of a quote will work, but here goes.

I have been a member of MMM for less than a month now and have to say that I have learned quite a bit. He is off on some things like the ebay video and calling Forex the stock market, but there is a lot of good information there.

Having said that; the main page shows proof of money made with MillNic - quite a lot of money - but there is nothing in the club about that company and making money with them. The last video says that he wont try to up sell you and that unlike others the club is all that you need. When you sign up you are up sold the VIP membership for $47 more a month and the Project CPA for 1/2 off if you are a VIP member.

I have been thinking about the Project CPA and they tell me "Project CPA is about various click per action campaigns." This is very different from what you say above.

I have learned a lot from MMM and I was hoping to learn more about making money with companies like MillNic and Neverblue using PPC. From what they are telling me Project CPA is going to help. But the above quote says otherwise.

I would like to hear from more people who have used Project CPA 2.0

thanks for the tip! I was impressed by this guy's copy writing and almost bit on something cheap about Twitter (discounted to $20 after you try to leave the page) Sounded very worthwhile but I do not like to support anyone who grinds on people trying to find work! Unemployed in this day seems to invite the worst from many who dangle jobs or opportunities.

I was a member for 3 months, and stayed a member only because of the claims made by mack for the new content coming soon, every time though, the content was not that special and is deffenitly not easy to make money with. Finally cancelled my reccuring payments, and will invest in alot better things with more value and less cost - MMM not reccomended by myself

I bought into MMM briefly then cancelled as it didn't help me at all.

Cost $97!! Once burned...

It put me off subscribing to other membership sites - won't do it again.

It's all a learning curve.

I didn't realise that this forum was for people to advertise their "products".
To maintain credibility, this forum should be a forum (in my opinion).
In view of the high % of IM products that don't work, it's dangerous to allow the forum's credibility to be effected by what may later discover to be scams.
I'm not suggesting JRossi is a scam.

Hi,

I subscribed to MMM in Jan and was overwhelmed by the massive information. After a couple of months, I finally gave up and realized that none of Mack's stuff really worked ... it cost me 2K trying to promote the stuff on google and adbrite.

Last month I was introduced to the CPA Project and was convinced that this was the right program ... I bought it for $197, tried it out and didn't make a single dime. Their support desk can only refer you to their skillset videos.

I asked for a refund for both programs.

I have to agree with you guys I also bought Mack's product and I thought at first look that it was going to be pretty good but now I am not so sure, it is pretty pricey on a monthly membership with little or no return for me anyway!

Cynthia is all wrong here! Project CPA that supposedly never failed to bring in less than $1500 per day, was based on setting up your own site, offering free coaching that allows you to earn 4k per week or more.

Actually, Linda, Mack's right hand women and support person, told me that Mack actually earned $4000 per day for several months before he released this to his VIP members. They said that $1500 per day should be a walk in the park!

Once they opt-in, you send them a message telling them that you will look over their application and get back to them, since you are only going to work with 15 or 20 people.

You also tell them, that they can get a head start by going and signing up with the three recommended opportunities that will only cost them a total of maybe $15 and that they can get that money back, if need be.

The three opps. that they have to go sign up for, are CPA offers, like Google work at home, Ebay work at home, and some other one, which all three pay You, the site owner and coach, $30 each.

So when they go through this whole process, you have made close to or more than $100 per person. Depends on the CPA offers you go with.

They go through the CPA offer opt-in, usually only paying for shipping, and the CPA network pays you, the affiliate, $30 for each offer.

There ya go, sounds awesome and I fell for it. And I do think that some people might be able to make this work with a pretty good site, mine was very basic and pretty much sucked really, but I am new to all this.

The free coaching that you offer, results in nothing more than you telling them or sending the a pdf of how this process works.

Hi ya everyone, Newbie here and this is a good topic since I also just canceled my membership w/ mmm 2 wks ago. Man I fell for those videos hook line and sinker ha ha. That dude sounded like someone you would drink a beer with. Well at least I was able to get my money back thanks to the money back guarantee.

I quit MMM a week ago. Just wasn't making money.

He is con artist extraordinaire, the best scammer I had seen to date.

For you warriors out there, you smelled a rat when you looked at his product. To us newbies, his techniques were completely enlightening because no other guru seemed to break it down in a gentle, kind-hearted fashion. For once we were talked to and not talked at. All those concepts and terminology can be overwhelming, and he guided us, step-by-step, demoing it all himself. It was refreshing.

Satan comes as an angle of light, as they say.

Apparently, "Mack Michaels" did something called incomegreed.com going by the name of Chris Luck.

Does Mack Michaels or Chris Luck even exist? What if the voice in the videos is a hired voice talent actor? Who knows.

I've got to admit, the guy is a good liar.

  Project CPA was perhaps the MAIN reason I quit MMM. I got in early when "the plan" was to get job seekers to sign up for the "meeting room" which was a CPA offer; then leave them hanging while their application was reviewed.
  
  I wrote them a negative response when I asked for my money back, and got it btw. I said at least Mack could expand on the "plan" and leave job seekers with something that actually could make money. So it looks like they did that with the feedback I see from other comments. So I guess that's a plus.
  
  In fairness I thought his instructional videos were very good for a techno-challenged newbie like myself so I did learn a few things. But as far as making money goes; not a dime. I'll take Warriors advice on how to really set up a CPA offer and save $97/month for better things, not just the "newest" remodel of the whole site.

Howie is another one full of it. Comes with a new product every five minutes. That's the only way he makes his money. Waste of hard drive space. He wouldn't recognize a T-bone... His assistants do all the research work.

I bought the membership in order to review it, and see what all the fuss was about (there's a money back guarantee, so i knew i'd get my money back).

PRO'S: Great presentation, videos borderline A+ (referring to quality not content here), bonus material, that is, "turnkey products" (I've seen a lot better), tons of info

CONS: No useful direction or step by step guide on how to make a dollar! Alot of generalities, and ambiguous information here, NO! concise info here on getting the bottom line.

OVERALL DIAGNOSIS: MMM seems to me like one "giant" ebook (those of you that have been around, to witness the likes of "majic autoresponder 101") no what i'm talking about here. Mack Michaels attempts to give form to the internet "creature", but, stops at the skeleton, all bones, no tendons, ligaments, meat!

OVERALL GRADE: D+ for effort

SOLUTION: If you have the VIP membership, download all the info you can to your ipod/iphone (if you have one), then get your money back!

Well if you type in Maverick money makers, maverick money makers scam all the usual keywords there highly targeted at convincing people to buy as there mostly review sites I can imagine! Some of them probably havent even bought membership or experienced the site.

Ive made money promoting maverick money makers and still am as we speak but im pulling my banners from my sites after randomly just reading this.

Cant believe he is teaching people how to con job seekers. The sales page is convincing for someone who has never seen an im site but lucky enough I didnt think twice when I first stumbled upon it about 5 or 6 months ago.

In fairness his affiliate centre is one of the best I have seen but not something I will be promoting again.

This is not directed to anyone specific, just my 2 cents.

Nothing personal, it's just business, right? It's a dog eat dog world out there, as we all know, and you either HUSTLE or GET HUSTLED.

By HUSTLE I mean take action, and keep at it. Choose ONE market (i.e. Make Money Online or Weight Loss, etc.)

AND...

- Find a hungry audience.
- Find out what THEY want.
- Give it to them.
- Rinse and repeat.

It sounds easy and it IS easy as long as you take the right approach.

I've taken my share of scrapes and bruises in the Sales and Marketing game and I learned the hard way to never bite off more than I could chew.

For example, I know PPC is a gamble and the competition is FIERCE! So, did I start out with that? Most definitely NOT. Honestly I'm a terrible gambler anyway.

There are countless ways to earn a living online. If you're a newbie, I would suggest starting out simple with something like article writing, perhaps. When you're broke, you're broke. I know, I've been there. It totally sucks.

As you build your skill set and watch your bank account grow, then think about investing some extra money in a system or mentoring program.

People will always say good and bad things about these various affiliate systems and coaching programs. Some will make money and some won't. And 9 times out of 10 both groups are leaving out the key details about how they got their results. It goes both ways.

Those who lose money typically feel jaded in some way. It's totally understandable. But instead of taking a step back and honestly evaluating the process, most of them give up and jump from program to program to program. You get the point.

The second group, the earners, the success stories you've heard so much about have kept at it. They lost money too, but they didn't let it get them down. And they pay close attention to every last detail. They treat what they do as a business because it IS a business. I don't blame them for not sharing all their secrets. They discovered those "secrets" by working hard and working smart. They earned it.

Personally, I'd rather focus on making money and just follow the examples of those who have proven themselves rather than be a skeptic and listen to other skeptics. I've been down that path before and it got me nowhere fast.

The bottom line is you should always trust your instincts and never get in over your head when it comes to ANY business venture, be it online or offline. It's easy to blame others for our failures and losses and even easier to take all the credit when we succeed.

Start simple. Use good judgment. Treat your business as YOUR BUSINESS. In the end it will pay off. You want to know MY secret to success? Well, if I told you that it wouldn't be a secret anymore. Just kidding.

The only real secret I know is FOCUS. That's it. Focus on one target market or niche. Focus on the details of your operation. Focus on the positive. No negativity. No distractions. Focus, focus, focus!

Now go make some money. You deserve it.

I have used maverick money makers and also promoted it very successfully to others and for the most part anyone I have introduced has came back saying it is the best they have ever seen and some have been in this business a long long time and of course some have not, in terms of refunds have always been well below 5%, Just my experience with it

I got on their email list.

Boy talk about spamming you!

Lost count how many times I unsubscribed from their list.

Kept marking it as phsing scam so their hosting company will be notified.

I think they must change ISP'S frequently to keep the spam coming.

It finally ended.

Who would want to deal with an outfit like that?

Definetly not me!
