I recently purchased 1 theme from My Site My Way Wordpress Themes.

I tried to install and it didn't install. So for the heck of it i installed one of my elegant themes, one rocket theme and one studiopress just to get a nice mix.
Well after attempting the install again i email support and they have the gall to insinuate that I didn't install it correctly LOL.
Yes, sir you are correct, I must have gotten lucky with the other 3,:confused: then did their theme install wrong. Just the audacity to suggest that was ludicrous.
It seems to be i am not the only one with this problem.
