Has anyone that requested a refund been refunded yet? I purchased the $17 light version and less than 24hrs later requested refund with no response yet. I don't need a product that only does 15 items period with no ability that I can tell to add more than that.

I mean the quality of sales page to us is great...great looking in every way. But what about cash in our pocket to build on? So far not looking too good but hoping!

Update: Support is much better now!

Zoneterest light === How do you specify how many rows it should show. I see some sites with only 2 and some with almost 6.

Is it possible to remove the huge footprint : Powered by Zonterest.com, Amazon website builder

I dislike that footprint as well, we all know why it's there.

I have exactly the same beef with support which seems non existent. There is no video or anything explaining stuff except for the sales video, nor did I see anything about forums. Zonterest have different packages. 47$ for 1 site, 197 for 5, 397 for 10 and 937 for 30. They will charge 97 to get you a guaranteed sign up for Amazon, which is not needed at all. One of the sites from from a happy customer is www.skiparkasforwomen.com as someone above wanted to know. I am giving this a couple of days as I have NOT heard from support....//skiparkasforwomen.comhttp://canvas-briefcase.info

Re: Zonterest

I have requested a refund in line with their 30 day refund, no questions asked policy.

The sites are poor rubbish, how can you expect to make money with only 10 -12 static items on a site, there is nothing that will encourage the spiders to come back, content never change and all you are doing is paying them $17 so they can have a backlinking " Powered by Zontrest" back to their main site.
There is no randomness of how the content is being displayed, it is just plain ugly and always the same.
Even the sitemap it generates is useless as it does not comply to Google requirements and Google is rejecting the sitemap..

You are much better of just creating a Wordpress site and adding the Amazon products manually, or let wp robot do it for you. Me i am going to spend $50 more and get myself WPzon builder.

Dont waste your time with this Zonterest

wow... I get an email that it is now $27.. but going to $37, and all I am hearing is how bad the support is..

how it is not delivering as expected...

raising a price on something that I really want to want but is impossible cuz there are
so many questions unanswered... not sure if I would want it for free.??

Re: Zonterest

Fair warning: if you draw conclusions based on one guy who don't see why such a website would make money instead of the hundreds of people using our Zonterest suite for months and making in some cases 4 figures a month in commissions, then kindly ask for a refund for sure.

Jrasset: unanswered questions. Really? Which ones?

As for the footer, many emailed us saying thank you for an opportunity to add their affiliate link in the footer. And some removed it instead of jumping in here calling us about it.

I guess there are different behaviours in the IM community: people who buy something and taking action, and other ones buying and asking for a refund before putting it to use just because they "don't expect it" to make them money. The first ones are making money though.

If you have support questions, they are all answered in a timely manner.

In all fairness, some people are saying they are quite happy with support... etc,

my question is about the pricing?..

I have seen three different structures, one initally for $17 one time
another for a 30 day free trial then $49/ month
another now for $37 a month...

also the tier packages which are one time $47., and up..

very confusing.

What exactly do you get for which price and why or why not is there ongoing
monthly charges?

thanks

We have different services in our Zonterest Suite:
Zonterest Light: Zonterest, Amazon Affiliate System - Amazon Website Builder (we ran a kind of dimesale on it) - you get what is listed on that page

Zonterest Wiz: Zonterest, Amazon Affiliate System - Amazon Website Builder (it's a fully hosted service including everything and even done for you if you want) - you get what is listed on that page

Zonterest Pro: Zonterest, Amazon Affiliate System - Amazon Website Builder (some premium features for Wiz users).

When I sent a ticket in on it the site was corrected and they apologized for the omission. Within 3 days of my purchase because of the credit thing I asked for a refund. JP never refunded my money, so I would never purchase from him again. There seemed to be anything but "ethics" involved on their end.

:-) I have nothing to prove. Do you want me to give you the Associates credentials of my customers?

You say "talk is cheap", hmm, but what are you doing exactly in this thread as well?

I won't comment in this thread anymore. Questions have been answered and we are busy serving our customers and helping them make more money. We have a support desk members have access to. If people need help, they get it, if people just want to throw some light on them, or bash, or "review", or say how happy they are, they can continue doing so in this thread. But it's not a support thread, nor do I have to interfere.

Re: Zonterest

I got Zonterest Light a couple of weeks ago. They don't tell you they have to "confirm" your purchase first, so I was following the tutorials, but had no access to any of the links in the Account Manager to set up my profile and enter account information. I wrote an email to support. No answer.

However, today the necessary links in the Dashboard appeared. Unfortunately, the link for the "Source Settings" doesn't work. Neither does the link to Support. So I can't enter my Amazon ID or create a site, or even write to support. That really stinks.

If I have to buy credits to get a site going, that also really stinks, since they never mentioned in the sales letter that you HAD to buy credits to create a site.

How disappointing! It looks like I'm going to have to ask for a refund.

gcintermed 5th March 2013 08:24 PM

Re: Zonterest

You shouldn't have to buy credits for Z-Light.

I also had some initial problems getting set up, but JP sorted it out. I think they are just selling the heck out of this and are experiencing some operational kinks.

I agree with you, I fell for the presentation and was brought to this product by some guys I trust, and this product is disappointing on so many levels. I've already posted the situation regarding my refund request, and JP is acting as if he's allowed to keep the purchase of an UPGRADE to a product when the PRODUCT ITSELF HAS BEEN RETURNED. It's absolutely, UTTERLY outrageous.

Feel free to read the whole story here, and JP, if you think that this is the right way to do business, I'm sorry, if this is how you supposedly got successful, by sucking people's money in with ambiguous and bogus refund policies, that's exactly the kind of conduct that internet marketing doesn't need.

CrispinC 15th March 2013 04:39 PM
