ProAssisting

Hello All- I'm a newbie here but have been reading the site for a while now and I'm looking for some advice in regards to our upcoming product launch.

Our site is ProAssisting.com and we are launching an online assistant training program for Executive, Personal, Admin and Group assistants in addition to interns, office managers, coordinators and account executives.

Two questions:
1. What affiliate tracking software would you recommend? Currently, I'm thinking of going with Post Affiliate Pro but would like to hear suggestions.

2. Our target market is college students, recent college grads and 20-something corporate ladder climbers who want to have an edge when entering the work force. Our program is priced at $147 for a three month enrollment. My question is, with a 50% affiliate sales commission on a $147 service in the above described target market and after taking a look at our site, do you think we will be able to attract suitable affiliates?
