Need Advice on Commision Based Site...
I'm looking and hoping for some input from the different and brilliant minds here on WF.
Here is my situation; I live here in the states but I have a lot of family and travel often to
Nicaragua, and I have noticed that a lot of people living either here in the states or in EU have
loved ones there that may need example: a washing machine, a stove, a new TV. As it turns
out I have a relative that has a store that sells all these household items. I figured I would
set-up a site where those that need to buy their mom a new fridge for X-Mas, Mothers
day, can go on my site and simply pay for it and have it delivered to the "mom" in a few
days..since my relatives' store does delivery anyway.
Now what I'm thinking is that for every item sold costing over (example)$200, I should
have a commission of $25 coming to me, and if as an example a smaller item ie..a blende
r is sold, then I have a commission of $15.
I figure this formula could be used for other cities/businesses in the country.
I actually have the site all set-up with 2CO as the cc. processor
Any thoughts? pros/cons?
