Elite Marketing Tools...?

Hi, I could do with some help from the WF community...

I've been looking for a few Marketing tools to help automate certain parts of my campaigns such as SEO, blogging, article marketing and I'm even looking for tools to help with my first WSO launch in January (like creating page designs etc.), and have been scouring across several forums to find what most people are suggesting as the best and most helpful tools to buy online.

On BHT I came across several threads promoting a website called Every Tool To Succeed Online | Limited Time which offer a lot of marketing tools in one but I don't want to get overwhelmed by what there is before I buy, so could anyone please let me know of any of the marketing tools they would most recommend to use to help assist and automate my marketing plans.

I could really do with the help and advice as I'm finding less and less time in the day to achieve everything I want to do... I'm sure this is common amongst IMers so would greatly appreciate any help or advice from users more experienced than me.

    For article/content marketing & social signals I use UAW The Best Article Marketing & Article Submission Service
    For building sites up to gain niche/category relevance with free content I use Home | Plugin UAW
