Who can recommend the best automated IM system?

Hi everyone, two things are happening right now. First, I haven't yet taken a toe-step into internet marketing, but want to now; Second, I'm zeroing in on various businesses/markets to which to align my internet marketing. For instance, real estate and joining a well known and respected MLM company.

Apologizing in advance for the newbie-ness of my question, I thought to post this in WF's Product Review/Ratings forum:

What system do you know of that offers a blueprint and system that figures out & integrates all the technology aspects and launches in a building-block approach the IM presence & platform in an easy to use, template format, CP driven system that an incoming real estate agent and/or MLM marketer needs needs to explode his sales funnel--Lead Gen > Relationship Engagement > Email list Build up > Offer Conversions > Lifetime Retention/Repeat Conversions/Referrals/Loyalty? You guys know what I mean more than I know myself...

Because of a disability I struggle with, building the IM components from scratch would take me a lifetime.

Knowing there is no such thing as push-button, but ladies and gentlemen, is there a system or a few systems that I can use together that you can recommend that figures out lots of the "hard stuff" so a newbie like me with a slight learning disability can take that toe-step and start integrating IM into his real estate and/or MLM offline activities with a blueprint, system, strategy, and the tools?
