Andrew Fox And Lee Benson launched their Marketing Quickies 3 project last week.

Has anybody actually received their Marketing quickies 3 sites yet?

I am still waiting a week after launch, I ordered very early, and just wondered if anyone had actual got access to their own membership site yet?

      MQ3 probably is worth a shot, but I think it is closed now.

      Like Andy I had rights to MQ1 and MQ2 and made money from both. I also have bought pretty much everything that Andrew Fox has released but am very disappointed with this launch.

      The sales page said 3 days for installation, then there was an email saying 5 days and it is now already launch day plus 8 and still no product. Extremely disappointing and not the kind of service I expect from Mr Fox at all.

        Well I'm told patience is a virtue but if that is the case I'm about to lose any virtue I ever had!

        Yesterday morning got an email saying they would be installing all the sites that day.

        They even gave me a url where I could check my number in the queue saying refresh it during the day and see your number drop.

        Needless to say a whole 24 hrs later, my number has not changed, I have not got my site

        If anyone ever wants an example of how not to launch a product this is it! Always a good idea to actually have your product before you sell it!

        Perhaps Andrew Fox should leave his yacht in the balearics and come back and fix this mess. How do I know he is on his yacht, he sent me an email telling me

    Hi, I also have had problems with these people, seems they hit it rich with this product. I can't find a place where it isn't being sold. There are a few moral issues with this program. First is that they don't give you a site map or any way to get spidered by the search engines, this I have written to and not gotten a response for, suspect is that they don't want google to see their program as spam and loose sales.
    They also kindly charged and sent me two confirmation numbers in my e-mail, however they only sent one receipt so I didn't even notice till recently. Again they have been written to and have NOT responded to my request for a refund. We could also mention the lack of support that was promised as a problem in it's self. Personally I'm getting close to a formal credit back charge and recommend anyone who isn't replied to do so. BTW this has been let at many of the Blogs that mention MQ3 and I, since unable to use my back links will continue to use this format to spread my site. I feel it was trickery to say "you don't need a squeeze page" when you can't get the sites they load to index on an engine. Every site I have seen including this one need a squeeze page to rank.

    Hi everyone, I am new to this forum,so I may need some guidance from time to time, and I'm not sure if I'm posting right, but here goes.

    I also bought into Marketing Quickies 3. I didn't receive my web page until April 19, and I am still waiting for the follow up video and written directions that were originally promised by Lee Benson. I'm seriously considering asking for a refund which was also promised but it sounds like others have asked and have gotten no response. I keep getting promises from them, but that is all. I had to pay to get it advertised because no one else would host it since it has built in hosting. Also I discovered that Lee himself, plus many others were also advertising it long before it was actually launched, or at least it appeared that way.

    Anyway, I just wanted to vent a little and if anybody wants to chime in, I would be happy to listen... I'm totally new to internet marketing and thought I bought in on a good thing but maybe not.

        Hi Roger, and everyone else reading this,

        Like you I got tired of waiting and finally asked for a refund. Surprisingly, the very next day I got a response that my refund was credited to my charge card. It's ironic they couldn't provide the information promised in a timely manner, but they were sure quick with the refund. Of course, I haven't got confirmation yet from my credit card company, which Andrew Fox said in his message that it could take a full cycle before I would actually see it. I don't really understand that because it should show up as soon as it is sent in.... There was no mention of the extra $50 dollars that Lee Benson promised in his upsell video for MQ3, even after I asked for it. They immediately took down my site, again, very confusing that their actions were so quick on the refund and taking down the site, but they couldn't produce, ON TIME, all the things they promised in the upsell.... It's very discouraging for a newbie like me, who put my trust in these guys and spent a lot of money for what I think was a good product. My gut told me they were dragging it out hoping for the 30 days to pass so they wouldn't have to make the refund..... I'm totally confused as to why these two professionals would treat people this way and run the risk of damaging their reputation. I know I won't buy from them again, and I'm sure there are many more who feel the same way I do.

        Those of of you seeking MQ4, I would caution you to think twice before jumping in without getting some firm commitments before giving your money away.

        I have to chalk all this up to another learning experience in my quest to learn Internet Marketing.... It's becoming extremely difficult to believe what anyone has to say, including many who have, what appears to be, very sound and credible reputations.

        I don't give up easy, if at all, so I'll continue to work my way through this maze and try to figure it all out on my own, but I do intend to figure it out. I got the mind set, I just need to keep working.....

        Sorry MQ3 didn't work for you either, sounds like your in the same boat as I am.... Don't give up man....

          My MQ3 site has been up and running for about a month now, with no major problems. I haven't started to market it yet tho.

          I feel it fair to let people know, that one of the first three videos in months one's paid for membership, is what everyone can see when they sign for a free membership ! Very dissapointing.

          Still waiting for further marketing/instructional videos as promised in an email
          of about 3 weeks ago.

          Overall my masterplan is still very much on track, as I only plan to use MQ3 as a massive discount/bonus vehicle for other things I promote.

          Of course as a natrual progression of that, I will invite other paid members the opportunity to do the same thing !

    Hi. I finally gave up with my site because of lack of support videos and new content this morning. I emailed support and asked for a refund and loo and behold I received two emails within six hours confirming the refund and another confirming the payment to my account.
    The support has been poor so it did not bode good for the future. Better to invest the money elsewhere.

      Ian, your experience mirrors my own. No reply from support.I fully concur with your views, and am so relieved I didnt promote the site which could have damaged my nascent brand name, Etayla.

      I smelled at a rat when I asked support for the topics of the twelve months videos so we could keep in touch with subscribers. It was obvious that there was no plan, and non-delivery of month 2 ( to me, anyway, and perhaps others) seems to fit in with that seat of the pants approach.

      It got worse. There's no members forum, and the faq section has only been updated once. Support is a dead duck.

      On the basis that past performance is the best predictor of future outcome, I've applied for a refund. If I dont get it, I'll do a chargeback on my card.

      On your purchase receipt you will have a reference to Magnetic Consultants LLC, where Lee Benson and Andrew Fox (Clickbank Quantum) have a contact address. Hope it pans out for you.

    Hi, I been waiting on MQ3 videos for almost 2 months. I never received month 2,3 and soon month 4 a No Show. I see now that this was not what i was thinking it would be. I have Ask for a Refund and still no one will email me about support. I know i will never buy anything from Mr Fox or Mr Benson again. I never hear from customer support any more since i emailed them over the last 3 weeks.

    Hi Folks I have only read this forum and I am now worried as i eventually got my site but not all that was promised and very little support. Where has all the Help Gone they mentioned and all the videos got nil so far have emailed tony sinclair and Skyped but no answers then after persisting and asking for refund he replied and said they where working on them? DUH I noticed no web statistics so i asked why and they had not been activated.

    I have asked for a full refund but all is quiet
    PS I have also dealt with A Fox for some years now and WILL NEVER do so again
    Funny how they can spend all there time on CB Quantum but cant help us?

      Hey Guys,

      I am in the same sinking boat. I had so many problems with my site such as members disappearing, members unable to confirm their membership etc. At first, Tony, at support, was very responsive. Not anymore. I was also told months 2-3 were on their way and I have not seen anything.

      I am also thinking of asking for a refund, has anyone had any luck at this late date? Has anyone worked through the credit card company for a refund?

      Wow I can't believe I found this forum, let alone other people in the same situation with MQ3. This was my first attempt at an online business. I was very excited about the whole thing. The site too awhile to get but in the end I was happy it was up. But I have not received anything beyond month 1's content. Leaves me to wonder have I been had? It's not so professional to keep paying clients in the dark about what's going on. No updates. No emails. I'm totally frustrated and angry. We deserve better than this.

    I'm in the same boat as everyone else here - I'm just thankful I didn't get around to doing any serious promotion!

    It does surprise me that Andrew Fox can spend so much time promoting CB Quantum without delivering on MQ3. I'm wondering if he knows what it's doing for his reputation - especially as I just received an Email from him through his MQ3 insiders list trying to promote something else!?

    I find it funny how my email to support regarding future deliveries was answered promptly but my latest one regarding a refund was ignored. I hope we have some response soon.

        Brad, I posted some emails and other contact addresses earlier in the forum. I hear that Andrew Fox is now back from holiday. I've asked support at CB Quantum through my membership there to forward a .pdf of this thread to Andrew. If I find any more information I will post it here.

        Here's a web site I found for "how to report a scam". There are links applicable to most countries I think. I cant post a link here it seems. but if you enter "report fraud" into Google you come up with some useful links including one which says "Report Scam" which looks like wwwdotconsumerfraudreportingdotorg/reportingdotphp.

        If anyone does decide to report a scam, or fraud, or otherwise takes legal action for recovery and loss of reputation/profits, it would be useful to post that here.

        One thing is for sure. Mr Benson had better not try and market anything in the Internet Marketing space again! His reputation is destroyed.

    Ok, I've contacted my card company to get the forms to dispute the transaction. You have to prove you've done everything you can to contact the merchant and resolve the issue. My receipt said "Magnetic Consultants LLC" - same as CB Quantum.

    I will provide PLENTY of evidence, and claim breach of contract. Keep you posted. Good luck all with recovering your own investment.

    It wouldn't have been so bad had they sent out an email informing us (not just one person, who emailed them) voluntarily what was going on or any problems they've encountered. But they didn't do they. No contact at all. If they emailed us then I, myself, would've felt at least a little at ease to know that the content is coming (soon). But to leave us in the dark like this is very wrong.

    HI, guide to succcess and Brad. It is tempting to go for revenge for wasting our time, but legal action is costly and the outcome by no means certain. Any law firm would require a deposit. I suggest we might be better served by posting the responses here as to the reaction of our card companies on our request for a charge back. I think charge backs carry a substantial financial penalty to the merchant account and damages the relationship with the payment gateway provider, so they are going to have to pick up a hefty tab.

    Whether we are guilty of a scam or fraud is also hard to determine in legal terms. Bensons "gosh arent I rich and you can be be too" video showed him to be living in Thailand. If he's banged up in a jail somewhere, then it wouldnt be fraud!

    What we could do though, each of us, is to keep this thread alive with updates until we start to get some results so we know what we are dealing with.

    Another thing that we can do is copy this thread and forward it with a covering email to the affiliate that we bought our copy of MQ3 from. In my case, I bought through Alex Goad's link.

    Doing that will mean that Benson will have a hard time in future if ever he pops his head up in the IM space, and it wont do foxy's reputation and much good either. I'm really surprised he's hiding. Either he feels he doesnt have a legal or moral responsibility to ensure we get our money back - in which case he would be best served by squaring up to the issue, or he is scared that he does have some responsibility. I cant judge either way.

    does anyone have any idea of how we can get the £50 from Lee that he promised us for "wasting our time"? We'd need a contact address.

    One final thought - does anyone know any investigative journalists? "The Perils of buying Online" has a nice ring to it...

      I have been asking for a Refund for almost 3 weeks. I send emails to support, everytime i find Mr Fox and Mr Benson site or support center. I am looking at talking to Attroney General office in my state about how Mr Fox & Mr Benson Fraud. I say i know some people would consider them great people but now i know i will never buy anything from them again. I understand things happen but to just forget about everyone and stop doing what you promise is wrong. Just Refund everyone and tell them what happen, i believe in second chanes when things go wrong.

    I wasn't implying legal action just all of us putting our heads together and working as a group which is exactly what is happening with this thread.
    I think if we all ask for a charge back, refund then that is the best way to go.

      Folks, this is Lee Benson.

      I have to say, I screwed up royally with the delays. I was in Thailand for 6 months and had a string of personal issues that struck one after another, which had totally thrown me off course.

      Delays were not my intention at all, and I'm very sorry for angering the people on this board, and the rest of the MQ3 user base.

      I'm putting it right this week.

      Every MQ3 user will receive a complete syllabus for all content (outstanding months, and all future months - to month 12) and I will provide a definite schedule for all new content.

      Furthermore, I will provide content ahead of time, so you can be fully assured that this will not happen again for all future months.

      I realize reputations have suffered because of this, and I am both ashamed and embarrassed at the lack of communication in this regard on my part.

      I will fix this and deliver the product that was promised, I personally guarantee it.

      The full syllabus will be delivered by Monday, and outstanding content by next Wednesday.

    Regarding CBQuantum, I also need to make one point clear--

    Andrew is not responsible for the delays of MQ3.

    This is entirely my own fault. CBQuantum is a separate project. I was involved insofar as the technology that powered MQ3 (order taking + affiliate program) was used for CBQ, but otherwise, they were entirely distinct.

    The responsibility for content for MQ3 is my own and is what my own personal focus is on 100% until you have received above and beyond what you paid for.

    I will fix this guys, I promise.

        Might i suggest that a Tele-Seminar could be a good way to move forward so all your customers can be on the same page together. I know it might sound daunting but you have control and if someone tries to get difficult or nasty you can cut them off. I look forward to receiving notification of content availability and salvaging something from this difficult situation, perhaps we can make it work with good support and communication from your end. Life often gets in the way for many of us, at least you seem now to be trying to put things right.

    Guys, just a quick update - I'm on track to deliver the new promised content by Wednesday, as quoted in my original response here.

    Monday (today) is for the syllabus for the upcoming content. Please be aware of that so you're not sat beside the computer waiting for that today. There's also nothing special about the 10pm UK time quoted here either in case anyone is wondering... it will be delivered by the end of the day Wednesday EST.

    brianpat, I have not e-mailed the customers directly because this is a thread on an unrelated forum, and the next time I e-mail, I want it to be with content that can be implemented immediately and not simply the promise of content. It's not a joke - it's a commitment to actual delivery vs. what could easily be interpreted as an yet-to-be-fulfilled promise.

    As for anyone pretending to be me - PM me and I will provide you with my personal e-mail address so you may confirm. I won't discount that there are timewasters in this world, but there is nothing to gain by anyone pretending to be me here!

      Hi Lee. Well, you've made a start, although I dont have email notification from you as at 10.30am gmt that the videos are ready to upload. I'll wait.

      As I said to you months ago before everything went pear shaped, a syllabus is really important for marketing. We all paid up front based on unspecified content. Our membership sites though will only thrive if " we tell'em what we're gonna tell 'em, then tell, em. Or in Frank Kerns vernacular: This is what I've got. This is what's in it for you. And this is how you get it.

      Until we have a content plan from you to cover the next six months at least, we will be at a major disadvantage.

      I really to hope that when you conceived your idea for this business you had an idea in your head as to what the content would be "Over the years Andrew Fox and I have been testing high-converting techniques" and werent just planning to wing it and hoping to get away with it.

      PLEASE let's have the monthly content plan which you said you were going to deliver.

      LOok forward to seeing the new content when it arrives.

        forgive me but i am new here (1st post) and i have to ask! surely if all the guys listed here have had so many aleged problems or maybe it's just one problem i am unsure, then how can these guys get all the big names involved when aleged problems exist?

        i have had 5 different people punting MQ3 to me, do these guys not check this forum or other places before putting there names to it? i don't know the answers can anyone enlighten me ? or at the end of the day is it all about money! being new to the internet seems to be a dangerous position so i think i will be doing lots more checking here and other places before parting with my pennies

      How are things going now with MQ3. I know the reviews have been terrible on the Forum. I wonder if anything changed. The product sounds really good. But from what I've read on the Forum, the delivery is pretty much non-existent.
      Have things changed? Did they start to deliver?

        Well well! A while back I posted a link to the new helpdesk set up to support new members of the relaunched MQ3, and sent an email myself asking what would be provided to existing members. I had an email from Tony Sinclair, Lee's support guy for the first month on the last launch, which looks positive. I'm just waiting for his agreement to post his reply here on the forum.

        Whether Lee will do any better on his commitment to deliver twelve contracted months this time than he did last time, to my mind, is an unknown quantity and a judgment call for any readers of this forum to make for themselves.

          thanks urbanfox, you seem to have your finger firmly on the pulse of MQ3 which is fantastic for all the folks in this thread.
          I joined Warrior because it was recomended and i was looking for a "ready made" deal for a membership site as i do not have the skills to create one and the outsource option as i understand from friends is sometimes a bit of a minefield, so when i saw MQ3 i thought it was my birthday or maybe i had a grown up tooth fairy but boy am i pleased i came in here before i made any decisions.
          Now when you guys report that hapiness is in abundance with the MQ3 team and product delivery is good then maybe i can start making some of my dreams come true but i will be watching for those positive remarks from UrbanFox and Co before i make any moves.

I now have Tony Sinclair's agreement to post his reply to me, below. (last time Tony was in the chair, his responses to emails were always timely, although it was evident that he did not always know what Lee planned to do (or not do).           Does anyone remember what hosting company we paid for our membership through, as they are going to be charging us again soon, and I want to know how much it is going to cost to keep the website up and running before I decide to keep in going?

            I doubt Lee Benson will answer his emails. Andrew Fox seems to have been flushed from his lair by the market feedback request and has made an open commitment that:

            1. The Content has been done
            2. Le Benson will email all Mq3 clients with a "How to access" set of instructions.

            If that happens, all well and good. If it doesn't, we've all been had.

            Hosting is with Nosso - cloud hosting. You own the script so you could outsource the job of moving the script to your own membership site if you want to move or reduce costs.

            Here in the UK, the only way you could claim a tax loss (costs exceed revenues) is across your whole business. If MQ3 is your only business and costs exceed revenues, I would imagine the taxman would be reasonable.

            I suggest you take up your concerns with Andrew Fox - andrew@launchaproduct.com, and cc the Mq3 help desk.

    Just a quick update guys to let you know that the video content is encoding to MP4 format, and will be uploaded immediately thereafter.

    It's approx 5pm on Wednesday EST as I write this... I intend to have it uploaded somewhere around midnight.

    These files are big - over an hour of new video content and accompanying templates.

    It takes approx 3-4 hours to encode each video which I've been doing since this morning... it'll be ready to roll real soon.

      As for MQ3, I must admit I was very disappointed with all the delays and pretty much lost interest and haven't promoted it yet.

      I did get the latest email, so thanks for that.

      It's a shame when things get screwed up like this and I'm sure you're as pissed about it as we are, so I'm happy to accept your apology and hope you keep the commitments from here on out.

      I know how life can get in the way of things sometimes and although with MQ1 I never did get all of the completed elements either, there was still a lot of value there and I still made money so it's all good.

      Now that you're back on the horse and supporting this product, I might give it some attention again, it seems a shame to waste the money but I do have other things that have become a priority now since I all but gave up on this getting sorted.

      It's good of you to come to the forum and stand behind your product and promises - thanks for that.

      BUYERS BE WARE!!!! stay away from this launch!! I still have not received month 5 Content like everyone else and they are now trying to relaunch this product again...

      EDIT PLEASE PLEASE avoid any negative comments about any specific people here. I would hate to have this thread pulled because it got out of control. It's important for potential buyers to have access to these opinions from various Warriors.

    I was about to buy into marketing quickies 3, but read terms and conditions. Well, the close on 'Indemnity' is what stopped me in tracks and made me look around the forum for a bit. The first paragraph in particular:

    "You agree that neither Magnetic Consultants LLC or its owners, employees, associates, freelancers, affiliates or anyone who works for Magnetic Consultants LLC or is in any way connected to the company, accept any responsibility for the delivery of the product, its promotion, or any service connected to its ongoing functionality or maintainence."

    I would say, in combination with the comments above, it's a 'no buy' for me. Pitty...

    I have to agree. Why are they re-launching MQ3 without fixing the problems with current members - at lest responding to our emails.

    Here's a thought - contact everyone that sends a promo to you, and tell them of your problems with the product ... tell them to check the forums - especially this one - before they get involved.

    BTW that's a nice shot of Lee in our pool - don ya think?

      I was about to purchase MQ3, in fact I had filled in my credit card numbers and decided to google MQ2 and see if any negative press was around. I should have checked here first. Can I assume that the trials and tribulations are continuing? Still, I am tempted to take a chance since they have 4 months of content in the bank, I will be coming from behind and should not be affected by the delays like you unfortunates on the bleeding edge of this mess. Any thoughts on this strategy? I am new to the game and would be grateful to advice from those more experienced.

I believe I did read somewhere that there was supposed to be a member forum included and that was missing? Was everything eventually delivered as promised with the exception of the delayed content videos?

      In response to ersriggins EDIT query, the software and site worked fine in month 1. I dont know about a forum. Support stopped in the first month, and new content failed to arrive (contracted delivery was three videos per month) during months two and three, causing members serious problems with non-delivery to those who had launched their membership sites and had paying customers.

      Lee Benson eventually replied to members of this forum with an apology that seemed sincere and a personal commitment to resume deliveries and complete the contract (twelve months delivery of three videos per month).

      He delivered months 2 3 and 4 on time, but since then has disappeared, only to resurface with a relaunch of MarketingQuickies 3 in association with Andrew Fox, as before.

      What members of this forum require of Lee Benson is a resolution to the problem of nondelivery of content which he contracted to provide. Perhaps he plans to give existing customers access to the new content, but as he has stopped communicating with paying customers at present we have no idea.

      That is the best summary I can give; others may wish to amend or revise it or add their own comments.

      You know, Andrew Fox and Lee Benson had the nerve to "relaunch" Marketing Quickies 3 after the last scam. We have no way of knowing how many people bought into the relaunch, although Chris Fox, Andrew Fox's brother and a guy I've bought quite a lot of stuff from, did promote it to his list. I didn't see it come in from many of the other guys with big lists who promoted the first one, so lets hope the word about non-performance is out there where it counts.

      I sent an email to Tony Sinclair who was there in the first launch asking where the content was, and he said "Lee is working on it but there is no ETA". Maybe the launch bombed and there aren't enough members left to make it worth his while.

      Who knows.

        Let us keep the negative comment's like scam, etc. out of this, please.
        The videos are great quality. Being late was/is huge! I agree. However,
        as long as this keeps unfolding and the most excellent quality continues...
        I can deal.

        Whipping the rest out within the 'years' time is a big enchilada hanging
        out there for Lee Benson. But still, I'm more concerned with receiving
        the rest of a high quality product (and maybe even some nice surprises)
        more than I am with having Lee finish inside of a year. Hey, the On-Time
        Schedule Train left the station a while ago.

        So, I think we continue to let him know that we're chomping at the bit
        and wait for the results... He knows the score, we know the score.
        Now, let's encourage Lee Benson to stay well so that he can continue
        to create those nice high quality killer video's.

          T9mothy, I think your sentiments are noble. But If you set up a membership site on the back of contracted delivery from the MQ3 people, and you fail to deliver contract to your members, they are going to come back and give you a hard time, and demand refunds. Not a good business model, in my view.

          Membership sites are big business, and I take great exception to being offered "new monthly content" for my subscription, and none arriving. As far as I am concerned, that is breach of contract. I always contact the provider if they don't deliver what they say they will and give them first option to maintain a working relationship, but if I don't get a refund I take it up with Clickbank or my card company. I've had to do this on no less than three occasions this year with three different membership sites in addition to MQ3 and have got my refund on all counts.

          I've sent a note to support asking about hosting renewal. Tony Sinclair said a while back they hadn't decided what to do about it but would let members know.

This is no way to do business, Lee and Andrew. I'm getting enough mailings of Andrew trying to promote new "schemes" and it's frustrating the heck out of me.

      I too get promotions from Andrew Fox from time to time. The most recent one is reproduced below, as it gives a link to provide online feedback from anyone who had bought products from him in the past. I received a "Thankyou" from andrew@launchaproduct.com for the feedback I submitted re MQ3 so if you want to contact Andrew Fox Directly that seems to be a valid email address.

      His brother Chris Fox is still offering MQ3 memberships as a bonus for signing up for his Google Terminator (actually rather good), although I have made it clear to him that promoting this product when users are not receiving content they had paid for was a Very Bad Thing Indeed.

        No I only have the six months, and no response to emails to Lee Benson or Andrew Fox last week. I cant see that Andrew Fox says its nothing to do with him as he permitted Benson to use his name in the Sales promotion material.

      Thanks for the correction Pearson. I would love to review Month 7 of Marketing Quickies 3 but, like months 8, 9, and 10, which are past due, they have not been delivered by the Product Creators. As a Product Review of a 12 month program therefore, I would say that so far it has been a very poor investment.

    Hello,

    I have contacted Rackspace. Mosso is their Cloud.
    My site expires April 21, 2010 (I believe that I was actually the last site
    to be loaded). I am supposed to start paying or move on to another host
    if I wish. At this point I wish to continue to hang in there...
    This is what I have learned:
    The Cloud is leased. Mosso does not handle websites (that part is inside
    the Cloud and none of their business).
    Therefore, logically, Andrew Fox and/or Lee Benson are/is the landlord(s).
    That means we will pay what they/he say is the rent.
    They have our credit cards and, I imagine, site owners will start to get 'hit'.
    I cannot remember what the fee will be ($130 per year?) and I haven't the
    energy to search for the answer.
    I just found out this minute that going to Mosso is a 'dead' end. I'm 'okay'
    with that. I just did not see this as being the way it was set-up... I know
    that I can move to another host. I am and always have been considering
    this option. Seems like they gave us all we need to do this ourselves or
    hire someone. One should certainly attempt this while still in the Cloud.
    Anybody remember the 'up-coming' charge or have the documentation at hand?
    Has anyone been charged (I think it's a few days too soon for the first owners)?
    I have stopped here on my way to the 'horses mouth' with hopes of a response
    from members as it sounds like the 'horses mouth' is silent (for now?).
    btw - If you have not been to the MQ3 Membership Area in awhile: Another
    read could prove to be psychologically interesting...

      I got the same response from Mosso a while back.

      I asked Tony Sinclair about this some time ago and (GASp!) got a reply. He said "We havent decided what to do about hosting renewals yet and will let members know closer to the time." Yeah, right.

      I think it's time to do a full site backup, download all the videos to the hard drive, head on over to EasyMemberPro and set up a new website as back up, just in case Mosso dont get paid, access is cut off, and we're in a spot of bother.

      Could someone remind me of the access link to the MQ3 Membership area? That would be appreciated. Thanks.

    The access link is a problem. Mine is different from yours.
    I do not want to expose the Members Site to the public or I would have already.
    My password has changed - sooo, technically, I could just give mine to you....
    I have been playing with the url and it is very secure, indeed. In addition to the basic address you will need the number assigned to you as you signed up (you are 'one' of the limited 'volume'). You will also need the 'code' number added at the end. That part I have not figured out if it is in anything that we have received. If I could, then I could point it out for you to find in your 'stuff'. As I said, I have played with the url and it is serious.

    Maybe Tony could help. I believe that he is totally 'together' and I trust him. I also think Lee is an artist and I am impressed with his quality even in the face of all that has happened (I just pray that he keeps on keepin' on!). Think about it, he could not make a bad video if you paid him... I think it would be against his 'religion' to do so. And, that may be partly why Lee has a poor 'on time' track record. I imagine the pressure is or has built up for him and he has stopped communicating because of it. This is why I have said earlier that we should stroke him rather than chastise him. I mean, hey, in for a penny...

    It is interesting, if these videos were 'in the can' when they sold MQ3 we would not be here... typing. Yet, as a result of this, as he produces more, it is all new 'improved' stuff... We can receive up to date material... I (and I am imagine that I am not alone) have been thinking about how 'there should be a law' stating: You cannot sell something that is just a concept with a frame around it with the promise of filling in the rest later. Even if the producers are sincere, they could easily fall into the trap of over producing (lots of new programs) and therefore have too much on their plates. And we know what that means...

    I figure that I will just go to a Host and set up the site. If I find that I am unable to create a duplicate site on another Host because of some personal inadequacies then I will go to EasyMemberPro... Urbanfox has made it hard for me to not get busy and set up a 2nd site. And there is not much time. I am slightly holding out for an answer from, say, Tony Sinclair to set us completely straight on the charges... But, not a very good reason to delay building a site since it really won't cost much money at all, just personal time, and the pay-off is some semblance of security...

      Lee, rightfully, used MQ3 as an example of his success.

      Mr. Benson went on to demonstrate the genius of Mr. Fox by
      telling of the reintroduction of MQ3 months later for an additional profit.

      I continue to pray that the last six (6) installments of videos of the eleven (11) promised
      installments a year ago (each installment consisting of three (3) videos to be delivered no
      later than 48 hours before the due date of each month) in exchange for legal tender paid up-front, materialize...

      No problem with my site, just tried it then and it seems to be working fine.

      Does anyone know how to go about moving the hosting of our site to somewhere else.

        Brad, you'll find all you need to know about moving the hosting in the welcome email you should have got when your site first went live, with all the details of our links and logins. You need to find the section which starts: How To Install MQ3 on your own server. Peter.

          Thanks for heading me in the right direction, I don't think we will hear back from Lee etc about moving our hosting somewhere else!!

            Hello,

            My site is 'currently' golden.

            Let's try this: My site activated 4/21/2009.

            I am sure that I was the last (I purchased

            several url's and I could not make up my mind

            which to use for starter's... even though I have

            an early sign-up #, I'm sure I was last to be setup).

            If your site 'activated' date has come and gone,

            maybe that is why you have 'problem's'... ?

            I hope not... mean's I could be next, d'oh!

            Substantiate all ambiguities!

      Jorge, funny you should say that. I logged into my members area, and the Monthly Content Directory has been deleted! I doubt it's a hacker, and it's all very odd. No problems though as I'm moving all the vids to a new site and not renewing hosting with Mosso. I dont know how to do that anyway as MQ3 support isnt answering questions about hosting renewal. Not to me, anyway.
