CRM Recommendations and thoughts on OfficeAutoPilot?

Hi Warrior's!

I'm new, as you can see from my stats. My question is about managing a customer relationship long term; not just for a product launch. I have an offline business I'm trying to move online. I'm going to be asking them to opt into my new funnel. I want to track their progress of purchasing my products (& affiliate products I recommend) and the outcomes they receive from it. My products are informational and probably will only be delivered via a membership site with videos, mp3's and pdf's.

I am not excited about Infusionsoft and I'm not 100% confident with what I've heard about Kajabi (for my needs specifically). What are other's experience with AutoOfficePilot.

So far I'm pretty excited about it except for one comment I heard that it doesn't do well for product launches (I'm not sure why?). I'm not technical at all, but was hoping for a high level explanation/opinion of AutoOfficePilot for what I've described.

My business model in a nutshell is: I am the expert in my niche and I recommend other experts for various services (and sometimes I'll recommend my own service where appropriate). I'll be doing various ongoing launches. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks!

    Hey LList,

I work for OfficeAutopilot and we offer a system that's great for managing your leads, customers, members and affiliates.

Many of our of customers do product launches through our system. From top of funnel to capture leads via opt-in to selling your product to giving access to your wordpress membership site to customer follow-up to creating an affiliate program to further promote your products - that's pretty much what our customers do with our system. We've got a video host so you can offer streaming videos behind member protected pages, file manager so people can download your mp3s/pdf's/etc, sequences for taking care of all the actions/steps involved from lead through affiliate, and much more. We've got an implementation team to help you get started as well as paid services team if you want them to do setup for you.

I'd recommend you check out our videos and then request a demo (one-on-one tour) of our software. Thanks for checking us out!

    OfficeAutopilot Team

When I first came across Office Autopilot a few years ago I saw them as a better alternative to Infusionsoft. They are more expensive than Infusionsoft and they still seem to be putting all the pieces together but I like the look and feel of Office Autopilot much better. If my business was at the level where I could make use of their system it would be my preference.

As far as the shopping cart goes I would have to do some research to determine whether I would use their shopping cart or go for an Office Autopilot and Nanacast combination.

One thing I like is that MoonRay has a version for people that mainly need an autoresponder and customer relationship platform and don't need all the other stuff that Office Autopilot offers. It's called Sendpepper.

What I would love to see MoonRay do is:
      1. Make the if-then rule system available in Sendpepper as well
      2. Turning their landing pages into a system like Optimize Press where there are templates for different pages needed to build out a complete marketing funnel or sales process. What would be even better is to put it together like FusionHQ has done. I love they way they have done their page creation like a mind map. It is very intuitive. Have a look MoonRay. You will love it.

I think if they put some focus into making their entry product Sendpepper the hands-down, best choice over Aweber and other choices it will help them grow exponentially and naturally lead people into Office Autopilot as they grow their business. This is how they can compete with and overtake other autoresponders, crms, and Infusionsoft, but that's just my opinion.

The way they are putting their system together is the best I have come across. They are ready for big things and I hope they do well.

I use aMember for several projects and love it. It is also very affordable, and the support is very good.

Before you decide anything, you should check that out.

Just wondered if anyone could tell me what the email deliverability is like with office autopilot?

I did not know that the if-then rule system was not available in send pepper... is this still the case?

    Hi Sarah,

Looks like our postmaster replied to you in a different thread as well.

"These days we're seeing delivery rates be based more and more on the content of messages (things like domain in the from field, domains used in the body, and copy) and list hygiene practices rather than on IP reputation as it used to be.

After running a few tests to the same list on the same IP group we saw delivery fluctuate nearly 50% depending on what copy we use, and up to 65% when including unengaged users in the mailing.

More and More we see poor affiliate promotions ruining the reputation of many legitimate offers and mailing programs.

That being said, there's definitely the possibility of getting 100% inbox with OAP, it just all depends on an individuals practices. As an ESP there are only a few things we can do to help mail to the inbox - these things are:
Coaching users with high spam complaints/hard bounces
    SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication
    Update SMTP bounce definitions frequently
Run seed tests via Returnpath to identify potential problems
The rest is up to the marketer, we've expanded our delivery team so that we can spend as much time as needed with each customer addressing their delivery concerns. If you have any specific questions feel free to shoot me a message, you may also benefit from a search of the forums for OAP/OfficeAutopilot there have been a few threads similar to this around."

As for if-then rules in SendPepper, that type of automation is only available in Office Autopilot.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

    RY
