Using a toll free 877 phone number as URL, do you need to include the "1"?
Our business is called The Termite Guy and our toll free number is 877-TERMITE. Our website is www.877TERMITE.com. All of our email addresses end in user@877TERMITE.com. When we advertise we put our toll free number in our call to action, "Call 877.TERMITE"
Do you think that people "get it" that is a phone number if we do not include the 1? (as in 1.877.TERMITE)?
Please take a look at our logo. Do you think people understand that under our name we have both our phone number and website? Do you think we need to include the 1?
