WP Business Machine my Matt Alexander... is it real?

I was mailed about a product called 'WP Business Machine' made by Matt Alexander. Since the person writing me about it is rather trustworthy and I only could find good info on Matt Alexander on the Internet I bought the product and the OTO... however... when trying to download, there was a server error... and I'm already two days trying to contact Matt Alexander, but get no response at all... On the server is only a page stating that the server is down... and within 12 hours it will be up again... but this message is visible for 48 hours already...

I still WANT to believe it's a thrustworthy deal, but start having my doubt... anyone can give more info? (best would be if Mr. Alexander would read this post and start to understand that keeping your customers informed when something goes wrong is important!)

    Same here. Chris Guthrie referred it and quite few others who are normally reliable.

    Matt A. replied to an email from me yesterday, promising everything would be available last night, but i'm still waiting.

    Now I'm going up to the person who referred that to me and whose link I used. If they don't come clean, there will be 2 reputations to mend.

      I know Matt had some issues with his members area but last I heard he's just emailed out access.

      I know it's unacceptable to have to wait and so for people that heard about the product from me I'm sorry you had to deal with those troubles as it's normally smooth sailing.

      That said, if you bought via an email I sent (and even if you didn't) please just reply to the email I sent and I'll make sure you get your product.

    Little update.

    Yes, we have acces to the main product.

    But after 1,5 week now, there is no OTO1 and OTO2/upgrade that did emailed out. Support tickets are not answered on question level, and http://wpbusinessmachine.net/support does not even work

    Until today, this is maybe the worst launch in 2013. Maybe it's not his fault, or any other excuse he has, but until now everything is not right in here.

    I emailed allready 5 times now, and will not mail again.. sorry..

      I've also been caught by this, also referred to by Chris Guthrie.

      I've tried to get a refund. At one point I thought I was close because he actually replied checking what my email for PayPal was. I knew that was wrong as he could just process the refund from within PayPal.

      Perhaps he's busy making more 'cool' videos for his next big launch? ;-)

      I've no interest in getting these products from any source. I just want my money back.

      I DID mail out the other OTO's dfor access.

      Maybe you just got missed?????

      I have been checking support EVERY DAY and your concerns will and have been answered there.

      If you were missed just send a ticket and I can get your access.

      I am out on a trip so allow up to 48 hours for a reply.

    IMPORTANT
    Regarding refunds.

    I have more than likely been in touch with every single person here at one point or another.

    Product Pay, the payment processor has been messing up when I try to give refunds and keeps telling me "REFUND FAILED REPORT SENT TO ADMIN".

    So PLEASE be patient. I will get to your refunds after this gets sorted.

    Do NOT expect a fast answer if you sent it to the digitonik email. It may even get missed.
