Need Feedback On This Non Converting Sales Page..

Hi,Fellow warriors...I have recently put this page up for viewing in front of many "Paid for" viewers..And out of these viewers only a couple signed up for it...I truly think that it has the look .But something is going on...Any suggestions would be appreciated Also harsh opinions also appreciated...Video Advertising Produces Outrageous Results

    1) What's this doing up the top left?
    
    2) The header text doesn't jump out at the reader

    3) What's with the uber-long URL?

    4) What traffic are you getting?

    5) The bottom of the sales page is disconnected, i.e. there's a gap of blue where it should join.

    6) Take the disclaimer from the bottom of the page and link to it instead

    Very observant..I mean that sincerely ..I never noticed any of these flaws...My traffic is basically coming from paid advertisements on different sites(traffic exchanges & other related sites) and also PPC.
    I dont know what that is at top left

    Maybe the fact that your promoting video advertising but your are not using video yourself? Regardless of the previously mentioned flaws, not seeing a video made me doubt your authority in the first place.

    I know this may have been said already, but if I was a customer, I would say that it looks somewhat simple and plain. Even though you don't want to have bright flashing lights that says, "hey buy me now" I think you could spice it up a little bit. Also, the little gap towards the bottom looks a little unprofessional.

    Overall, I think it looks somewhat boring and nothing really stands out to me. Sorry for being so blunt, but that's what I see. If you don't agree, that's fine, but I'm just letting you know what I think.
