E Wealth Blueprint by Matt Carter

I received an email from Mark Ling regarding this product. I think it is a good product since it is from Matt Carter. In the sales letter, it says that this is not about Adsense, affiliate marketing or CPA. Anyone buys this product? Care to share your reviews here?

I haven't purchased the product but I am seriously thinking about it. The product is about lead generation. In his sales letter he states that all conversions take place on your site instead of taking the visitor to another site for conversions. Matt usually puts out pretty good stuff so that's what has me interested.

He says it's lead generation for small business. Akin to CPA imo. I'm going to give it a try since it's backed up with a guarantee and Matt is alright. His video commission formula wasn't remarkable tho

looks good. i'm going to pick it up. This is along the lines of the another recent popular course called OMG Machines, OMG teaches to rank smaller sites with SEO for local service/profession and then find a business(like one that is already advertising on google adwords) that wants to "rent" you site for a fee each month where you brand your site with that companies name/phone#......they pay you a monthly fee. If they stop paying you just find another company since you still own the site.

whereas Matt Carter's Ewealth blueprint is you rank a niche site also for local term but instead you have a site optimized to collect leads and the wordpress theme provided by Matt will send out the leads to the local business that has agreed to buy them.....Matt says he gets more per site on a per lead basis than just a fixed monthly fee.

either way how you do it. You are creating the ability to own sites that can make more than with affiliate small niche sites but you do have to interact with businesses.

I'll be buying it and see how it goes.

I purchased this and have gone through lots of the video's. I just want to say that the SEO videos are worth the money alone without all the rest. Great SEO stuff for anyone serious about making money with IM. plus all the information to apply this new strategy. I definitely will be recommending it to my readers as its a great course for the price!!

So can you confirm that this is about creating niche sites to generate leads for local biz on a per lead basis? How do they collect and transfer those leads while ensuring they are being paid?

On Matt's site there is an interview with Eric Lancheres where he gives you an oversite of the course, plus he has a 60 day money back guarantee so you can't go wrong.
I am not an affiliate of this course. I just think its great value

Yeah, thanks...I actually listened to it in the meantime - after it took me a while to find it ... hard to find the creators' s own sites for all these crappy affiliate sites

I'd actually like to see an example of a live site (or demo site) of his WP theme...I was missing that in his sales letter.

What concerns me is that I have tried twice to have Matt Carter approve and then reply to a question I have, on his blog where he actually presents the launch of his ewealthblueprint .
The first comment was simply ignored and not approved, hence not appearing and the second one is still in "waiting for moderator to approve" mode.

What I requested was a link or two to actual live sites using his "Money Magnet Wordpress Theme" - to verify how the "end product" actually looks like in real life. This is because neither in his sales letter on http://ewealthblueprint dot com nor on his blog post (on http://mattsmarketingblog dot com/affiliate-marketing/e-wealth-blueprint-is-live) does he give any links to live sites using this system, or any live demo site, or even a screencast of a live site.

The only "hint" of how such a site might look like is a blurred picture of a site he claims to be live (and for privacy reasons he would have had to blur it out)..

So essentially, without seeing the final product in action, neither a live site nor as a demo site, I will not consider buying.

One of the various reasons I wanted to see a live site was that I don't see the SEO ranking aspect well explained on his sales page.
When I "imagine" what a live site will look like (by seeing the blurred out image as a hint) - then I immediately question how such a squeeze page is supposed to be ranking high in Google.
Matt even throws in the all important terms "Google Panda" and "Penguin" but fails to explain how the sites using his WP theme would avoid it. He does explain that a site that is being used as a pure "bridging" site would be frowned upon by Google - and he illustrates how the sites using his WP theme would not fall into this category (as people won't be leaving it - they simply fill out a form) ... but THAT does not explain the whole aspect of "Google Panda or Penguin"!

This is everything he states on his sales page, in relation to Google Panda/Penguin and why the sites created with his theme won't be affected:

I know a lot of folks who’ve been trying to make money online will know about Google Panda and Penguin, and for those of you who don’t, then just skip this part, but for those of you who do, you don’t have to worry and I’ll explain now.
Everything happens right on your website, and what this means is that when Google assesses your site, they like it.
Remember Google HATES sites that bounce people off and over to other sites.
They call these kind of sites BRIDGE sites and penalize them.
Google does this because these sites offer very little value to the user, and try and get people to leave the sites, after clicking an affiliate link as soon as possible, after all that’s how an affiliate site makes money.
Google worked out that these kind of sites are “…an unnecessary part of the sales process” and they hit them hard.
When I worked out what was going on I realized the solution to all this. Don’t send people away from your site, make it all happen on your site. This way Google will think you have a great site, and it works!
Hey, I am not saying this isn't a good product, however I feel to those who don't perhaps already know him as an expert and ethical marketer, it might be hard to judge the credibility and effectiveness of the system.

Update: I was disappointed again by Matt Carter's preference to simply DELETE my comment on his blog post, where he promotes his new product ewealthblueprint. So he deleted my comment twice, with no further notification. Just like that.

Why would he do that? Did I hit a nerve by wanting to see a live example of the product? This really puts me off of considering purchasing, as the only conclusion I have for his censoring is that he does not WANT people to see the end product prior to purchase, i.e. not even a demo page (or a screencast video at the bare minimum).

                Nope, I'll pass this time.

He already revealed his business model by saying that he captures leads and sells to business owners directly. Now go to google, find sites that rank top 10 for local lead keywords and capture leads. Analyze the sites and their SEO. Don't bother Matt anymore.

Dude, you don't understand the concept of this Forum...this is about reviews and ratings. Who said I don't understand the concept of the business model? What I want to know is how good his WP Theme is (which he calls 'template'). That is a legitimate question and concern. So don't bother me anymore.

This is, as far as I can see, not a new concept.

If you have been doing any SEO at all, you rank a site for a local service, contact someone who might want to buy the leads and sell them. Or you could rent the site out or sell the site after a time.

There is not just one type of service. Any high margin product will work like real estate, mortgages, legal services, home remodelling, etc.

You could do this with a squeeze page, a site, a video. It does not matter. Ranking is a lot easier. For example, it would be difficult to rank a site for Denver real estate. But homes in Belcaro would be a cinch (it is a nice area in Denver). You get a twillio phone number, an auto responder and start collecting leads.

Now you call up a realtor in the area, offer some free leads and see if they would like them on a regular basis.

Local lead gen is not new. By the way, of course everything takes place on your site. It is not an affiliate program, it is your own site for cris sakes.

This course is huge. Has dozens of videos to go through, probably about 50. Has 6 modules with the first being an Introduction then the usual niche and keyword research stuff. I'll try to give a more comprehensive review but it will take awhile to get through everything so yell at me if I forget in a week.
