There is no software for manual SEO because if you use a software as a strategy in SEO it means you are using an automated techniques. I've been using Article Marketing Robot for article submission, Wikibot for wiki submission and SB bomber for social bookmarking. I can say that these tools are very effective to increase traffic and backlinks.

The best method for manual seo is: Get articles written that provide value and then post them manually everywhere you can. There is some people that have got networks that they allow you to guest post you on too.
Try Articleteller.com for cheap unique articles, I get these guys to write for me and I now dont write any content for myself. And I get to reject it too if i dont like it, and i dont pay for the ones i reject.

kccan, don't you think it's a bit contradictory to be asking for manual SEO software?

But perhaps you were talking about the SEO software that does things but not 100% automatically? If that's the case, you could try SEO Powersuite. It helps track rankings, find new backlink sources, manage backlinks and produce reports if you need them.

There is also another solution I've been trying out, the Webmeup tool. It seems to be really all-in-one compared to Powersuite and it's cloud-based.

But I'd stick to the desktop-based Powersuite for now, because I prefer to store data on my own computer, I feel it's more secure and convenient this way.

I think you maybe talking about software to help with manual SEO. In which case SEOQuake is a brilliant piece of freeware to help you link your website to "dofollow" forums and blogs etc. I also use IBP (Internet Business Promoter) to set up all my stats that get you onton Page 1 of search engines. It costs a couple of hundred dollars / pounds but you can download a trial version for free (people also tell me it is on torrent sites - but I couldn`t condone that)

I have had problems with IBP. Most of the websites on page 1 for my keyword rank well below the 95% optimisation score IBP says I need to be on page 1. And my website ranks 94% and its on page 2.
All of the websites are 23-47% on that score. I am at a loss on how it is useful now.

Virtually all the SEO software i know can be used 80%+ like manual if you apply creativity.

Remaining 20% can be done manual which won't be any stress.

If you are really interested in doing things manually you will definetly lag behind. You need some sort of SEO tool to help cut down the work. Manual is the best way yes... and the most labour intensive. However, just like in gardening to cut your lawn you need a tool, be it manual mower (used decades ago) or an electric or petrol powered mower. You still need a tool.

If you insist on the manual SEO mower then Analytics SEO will definitely help you. It's used by individuals, businesses, Agencies and Enterprises. Step by step instructions on what to do after analysing your website(s).

I have used other platforms that do similar to Analytics SEO but slows down my pc and sometimes block me on Google due to over queries etc. This one runs from their server - accessible anywhere and assist with your manual or semi-automated SEO effort.

    You wouldn't be disappointed!

Hi kccan, the best manuel SEO software you can ever find is Traffic Magnet by Ross Goldberg but he had temporarily removed that software out of the market for a while and will launch it again with a new version in the future. I am not sure when he will launch it but he will definitely launch it again. He is a well respected and ethical marketer so you can trust him with his services and softwares.

So you want software that... What? This makes no sense. Do you want software, or so you want to do seo yourself. This is like asking for the

I understand your question. look in to imacros for firefox, it will help you to automate some manual stuff. you may also be looking to manage your properties, those tools exist as well, but it's best to think in in the sence of what you need instead of me summing up some random tools.
