Yes I bought on launch looked good but then as stated I wouldn't say support were poor I would say it has been my worst ever dealings with a support dept in many as here we are generally beta testers then you expect tohave to spk to support. Pingfresh was NOT a WSO item and I spent a FULL month back and to to support mainly because when you identified to them a problem they obviously got in a spaceship and disappeared and then liked to push a button to advise you that as they had not heard from you!!!!!!!!!!!! they will close the ticket!!!!.

AVOID is all I would say!!!!! And I have had poor products before but they have dealt with them......................this has to be the most shocking product and customer support EVER

For updates, i think you need to delete and load the new plugin..

What extras does it give you apart from the search bot notice thing?

I do not really need that option but will need it on unlimited sites.

I have decided I am not buying. If it was anything like the hype why all the confusion about the plugin. 99% of wso's are more open.

Anyone using this plug-in seen any traffic increase yet?

I've had it installed on 2 websites for a couple of days now and the only difference I've seen (so far) is an increase in the number of bots crawling.

I just purchased one of Sean's products and am having issues. Probably initial bugs. I'm okay with glitches at first go round, but I have not heard from support. It's been 3 days. What's been your experience with the support response time?

forgive my ignorance, but can you enlighten me?

I sent a message to their support asking them what these 'secret social' sites are since I really want to know what is happening to my sites. There is a message on their support site that all messages will be replied to within 24 to 48 hours. Now it is 4 days later and I still have not received a response yet. Not a good first impression for me.

I got the plugin (standard) yesterday and installed it on a domain (ca. 1500 posts) on a shared host. BIG mistake! The training video states that it can work on shared hosting but you might need to tweak the hosting because the exeuction does take some time... I got some error messages after the install that I could not solve with the hoster.

OK. So I moved the site to a dedicated cloud server (it was time for that anyway...) and basically upped all the performance settings. There the plugin installed ok. Problem here: The execution time of the process queue is 6 1/2 minutes! Clearly nothing you could do on shared space.

In terms of the actual functionality of the plugin I am undecided still. Wondering how much hype is in Donahue's statements and how much is really happening behind the scenes.

For one, the big sonar thing, in my opinion is just a pinger. I can do that by loading the ping sites in the wordpress ping list.

The social echos? Well, I have no clue really what that is. Donahue "explains" it in such a vague manner that my red flags go up and call out "BS". Perhaps it would be wiser to simply tell everyone what these echos are than to give us gobbledygook.

The PingBooster is an iFrame that gets put on each post that opens up pingomatic and submits that post to the ping-sites available on pingomatic. I would think that a site with a lot of traffic would be considered a spamsite vis-a-vis pingomatic very quickly this way. Could this be the social echos Donahue is talking about? In my opinion, submitting to a ping site can hardly be called a social echo, though.


Since I did not purchase the OTO I can't say anything about the blocked features (pingfresh live, 3rd party integration or external links). But I will certainly not purchase that until I know what everything is doing.

Anyway, a lot of questionmarks here. It would be good for Donahue to come oneline and do some explaining.

Instant? I opened a support ticket requesting a refund at imsuccesscenter seventeen days ago.

They told me to ask for a refund again in three days. Then they asked me to wait 48 hours and ask again. Then they stopped responding.

I've put in a dispute at PayPal and I've contacted JV Zoo. Still waiting for someone to do something.

It's been a week since I filed a complaint with PayPal. They haven't responded, either.

It's easy to setup. I was more worried about bringing "dead" sites back. I tested his echo effect between two of my sites and it worked like a charm. Over 2 weeks one of my dead sites is up 437 visitors (from 3 a day or so).
For some reason it takes a bit of time to get working, but a few weeks later my Google Analytics are showing a positive trend.

I think Sean in his sales copy said something like boosting traffic or Adsense earnings by some ridiculous figure, something like 800%.

Quick Math -
27/1.21x100% = 2231%
79/1.21x100% = 6528%
53/1.21x100% = 4380%

And I thought 800% was ridiculous..

How much more time do I need to setup up?!! Doesn't he says there that it tale 5 min to setup? It's been almost a month now and soon to be late to get refund...
It's all updated, it's installed on a few different sites and it's NOT working!! Features dont work, it produces zero results. I fact I see the traffic dropped to zero now for those sites only where this plugin is installed.
Their support is slow to respond and it's all copy/paste useless replies. So far nothing helped. Eventually they managed to ask me for my FTP logins and still can't get it working. They released some useless updates that don't change anything...
Looks like they just drugging time to the point when I can't ask for the refund anymore. I'm 3 days away from my last chance to get refund now even that I asked before a few times but now that I said: that's it! I just want to get $74 refunded - they stopped responding... And I'm afraid now I won't be able to get refund...

I'm not trashing anyone but stating the fact and want to repeating it again: Stay away from this product and marketer - save your money and sanity!

I want to thank you for your honest review. I purchased dev rights to this plugin. And many more from this Seller (Sean). I think my all-time Summer Lesson this year was to stick to Warrior Forum Purchases, or accept complete loss of my purchase elsewhere. Except maybe CB.

But you have saved me alot more than a few hundred dollars. Because I will not install any of this sellers plugins. I can't waste time fighting for refunds. A big mistake for me, if I did. But had I actually used these plugins, I would have spent alot more time and money correcting the issues.

Two Takeaways:

(i) Always ignore discounts and promos in exchange for solid experiential advise from fellow Warrior Forum Members. Before you buy.

(ii) Always save every single sales page, including all subsequential OTO's locally. Study them, and learn how they sell and close. Even if there products are broken.

(iii) If you can code, read the code, and work with other programmers, to fix the breaks. Then make your own software for your use, or resale. For the past five years, I have re-worked some sixty different WP plugins to my benefit. Including functions in WP theme files.

I have learned more than any book could teach me (but I still learn from them too) by reading the code in scripts. I gain structure and logic on how they work. This has helped me alot to continue to build apps beyond the expectations of the original writers work.

Push forward five years, and I can look at an app and ask, "Can I build this myself?" Not always, but then I just buy the scripts, and read the code. I then modify it for my own benefit and use. I don't have to ask anybody to do this either, if I am not reselling it. I'm using it on my own site builds.

This plugin has helped a few of my older sites, but I'm having trouble with the OnlyWire integration.

I have an upgraded onlywire account, (1,000 a step up from free) and plugged my info into pingfresh. Nothing ever gets posted to onlywire. IMSC Support says I need to have the onlywire desktop software installed for everything to work?? Anyhow, I can't find this software on Onlywire or anywhere for that matter.

What does the onlywire desktop software have to do with it?

I'm lost, anyone have this feature workin correctly?

I too have asked for a refund, for me the product never worked and they know it, of course the 30day refund period has passed and they say they are working on it.

If could not do that if they had say a local store as there would be a riot.

I have sent multiple support request and they rarely respond if they do you get the standard 'sorry we cannot refund you as its gone past 30 days' response.

I purchased Rapid Content Wizard - POS product, Promote Me Pro - the same POS does not work and Pingfresh - simply does nothing, does not work.

I am going to continue to hound them until they send my money back.

I cannot understand how someone can basically put themselves out there and say all these great things about a product, and then hide and refuse to refund people when they clearly know that the software is flawed.

My respect for Mr Donahoe - well - better not say here.

We should all ask for our refund irrespective of whether or not the 30days period has passed as as far as I am concerned this is only valid if the thing you purchased worked in the first place !
