Best WordPress Membership Plugin?

Hi there,
What do you think is the best WordPress plugin that allows you to install Membership sites on your site powered by a WordPress Theme? I don't mean a simple one like OptimizePress, I'm not looking for graphics. I just need a plugin that allows one to give exclusive features like Pay Per Action, Upgrade for Features, etc. My question is, which is the best Membership WordPress Plugin?

An example of this would be something like the WarriorForum, where you will have to pay $40 to post a Thread and then it will go live instantly. I appreciate all answers but please do not promote your own product.

Yes, I know those three. I was actually debating on those. Which one do you think is the best out of all of them though?

Does it have advanced features like coupon codes, instant membership upgrades etc? What about Pay Per Action? I'm switching from plain HTML5/ CSS3/ PHP to WordPress/ PHP.

Why not just go to their website which outlines EVERY FEATURE they have...

Geez, don't you think you would learn more if you did your own research?

I haven't used any myself but these seem to be a common trend in these sorts of threads, I guess it is up to you now to go do the desired research and find the one which fits best.

One of the best upcoming plugins is Member Sonic in my opinion.......

    From their website...

MemberSonic was founded by Andrew Hunter – a professional freelance membership site developer, with in depth knowledge of such products as Wishlist Member, Digital Access Pass and Memberwing. MemberSonic is modeled after the best features of these applications while striving to be an efficient, lightweight and fast WordPress membership site plugin.

I use Digital Access Pass (DAP) for those kinds of things and their drip feed content
ability is really useful. DAP secures the WP sites well too so I have no complains
    with them.

You're asking a pretty subjective question, there, Andy. I think that's why your answers are going to vary.

Someone who has tried WishList but hasn't tried DAP is going to say Wishlist is the best. Vice versa if they've tried DAP and not WishList....etc.

Likewise, some users of more than one Membership site service/software/plugin can state their fav, but in the end, I think it boils down to user choice. At least, that's the conclusion I'm reaching through researching and making my own decision on which one I plan to buy...

That said, here is the CURRENT prices I've researched over the past 2 days or so...

    Plugin/Site/Product Cost (one-time unless indicated)

Member Sonic 167 for unltd licenses
    S2Member Free; Upgrade=69 for one license, 129/unltd
WishList 97 for 1 license; 297 for unltd
    DAP 167 for 1 license; 297/unltd
    WP Champ 97/unltd
Amember Pro 197 (plugins additional to add functionality)
    MemberWing 199.95 (1 license) - 299.95 (unltd licenses)
Kajabi 99 monthly for up to 3 sites
Fast Member 97 for 1 license; 297 for unltd
    EasyMemberPro 157 for unltd licenses
Member Press 99 (1 site) or 199 (unltd) per year
Profits Theme 97 for unltd licenses
    EMember 49.95 for unltd licenses
MemberMouse 19.95-59.95 per month, per 1,000-10,000 users
Member Rocket 197 for unltd licenses

Many of them seem to have similar features. However, WP Champ does not have the ability to "drip-feed".

Another site, InstaMember, had a particularly notable number of comments about bad support and does not appear to be currently available -- it's somewhere between WSO and being offered on its own page currently. The page says it is not available, but you can sign up to be notified when it is.

Personally I'm leaning toward MemberSonic. But then again, my personal criteria is "which one looks easy as possible to set up"! :p
