The answer to this question depends on what you need and where you are in the process. I am a customer of Andrew Hansen's and can tell you right away that it does not contain much information about site building. Everything is built on wordpress, which is fairly simple to learn but there is a learning curve. But it is not a course about how to "build a website."
I purchased his course mainly to learn about the changes Google has implemented in the last couple of years, and judging from the course and from what others have said, he does a good job of telling you what to do/not to do versus what you might have learned a couple of years ago. I don't have any number one sites on Google yet, but if I stick with it that could happen.

So, if you're an absolute newbie and know absolutely nothing about building or creating websites, perhaps the other course might be the best. Otherwise, I would recommend Andrew's course.
