Im looking for platform that I can I provide support by "tickets" for my customers.
Just like: Warrior Forum Support
Could you suggest me some?
If its free, its a big plus. But most likely you wont get best ones for free. So, any short reviews of your favorite ticket support platform?
Also, could you tell if its easily to modificate to fit your own needs. Like is it easy to edit template to fit your product site and so on...
