Best Course About Advertising in Adwords's Content Network ?

I've been successfully advertising my service business on fb for more than a year, but recently the CPC became extremely high, ($2-6) so I started thinking about alternatives.
I'm thinking about advertising on Google's content network and targeting ad placements on business blogs and websites because my service is targeting small businesses and start ups.
I've never advertised there, so any idea about a good course to get me started and help me set up decent campaigns ? and of course it should be a relativity new course because Google changed a lot like we all know.
