Good and affordable Support Desk, any thought?

Hi guys,

Again, everytime I need advice and suggestions I go to this forum, simply because there are many nice, helpful people here.

I'm looking for a support desk. Been searching, read some reviews. I still cant decide.

I know there some famous support desk out there like zendesk, freshdesk, and some others that offer hosted solutions.

Or some that hosted on our own server like kayako (also offers hosted solution).

Even free ones like trellis, os ticket and many others.

Please share your experience...

      Hated them and found their support lousy but then I would find any company that insisted on not refunding me for a billing mistake they made ( I cancelled their chat feature because it was horrible but they kept still billing) as horrible. One of those companies that if you don't tell them you want to cancel 3 or 4 times they don't consider you cancelled.

      Zendesk has FAAAR superior integration with other services you may need.
      Their pricing is on par with Kayako for more than one seat plus if you only have one person handling the helpdesk at a time its $20 for the whole year.

    Yes you can contact LiveHelpIndia they have strong support desk team. I am already running 1 of my project with them.

      We have used both Kayako and Vision Helpdesk, however we have found Vision Helpdesk to be far more superior and robust as compared to kayako, and that too at affordable and reasonable pricing. Kayako was good earlier, but it seems to have gone crazy behind making money, and if you notice their existing pricing options, I doubt if SME's can afford it.

      On the other hand, Vision Helpdesk is not only affordable as compared to Kayako or Zendesk or Freshdesk, but also offers more features such as multi-company, multi-department and multi-operators for your helpdesk. Further, I believe it is always wise and secure to host our helpdesk on our own network instead on the helpdesk company network for the sake of data security.
