Anyone using Desktop Lightning?

I just came across Desktop Lightening Viral Marketing System and wondered if anyone here has used it?

I found a thread on this forum dated 2009 that gave it the thumbs down but it's still going so I guess some people are using it.

Anyone used it with good results?

Hi, Doesn't look like you have had a response. I have just been listening to the video where he rambles on and on, taking an awful long time to get to the point ... drives me mad. Especially when he says he's only letting in a few to share his secret. I'd be interested to hear how you have got on.

I tried it about 5 or 6 years ago. It did not deliver any quality traffic. It' s basically a traffic exchange on your desktop. The traffic does not convert well.

Was just looking at desktop lightning.... It is charging 19.95 a month... thanks for the info, you guys just saved me $20 a month...

I tried this out a few years back and remember making a few sales from it. I mustn't of made enough from it though since I didn't keep it going. If I recall correctly, when you pay the multiple hundred dollar upgrade fee, you are able to mail to people's contact addresses which is always nice.
