rapidcontentwizard - let down

So there I was all excited waiting for Sean’s email for the early bird dicount rapidcontentwizard it looked interesting.

First the email turned up late and then no matter how many times I tried – the dam system would not take my money.

Not so well managed Sean and I feel a bit ripped and it can wait now

    Same here!
There was supposed to be a 50% discount for those on the early bird list.
Now that the deadline for the discount has passed, will that discount still be honoured if we still buy through the discount link!!!???

I had emails from a number of promoters.
I have been trying all of them, and not a single link is working.
At least getting as far as PayPal is something!!!!

Even Seans own link is not working!!
All links are reporting various server problems.

Does anyone know what the early bird price was?
And what price is showing now?
          Thanks.

There was a server crash due to many people going into that link.

So to make it up, Sean decided to extend the deadline. I am not sure whether the deadline has passed at this time I posted here, but you can give it a try again through the same early bird discount link.

When I tried refreshing the page after an hour or so, the discount price tag was gone and replaced by the full price. But I still bought and gave it a try.

I was on the early bird list for a 50% discount and tried a dozen times and paypal kept saying that one of the receivers could not receive payments at this time. I just tried again 2 minutes after launch and it works perfectly fine accept that the price has doubled.

I really hate this type of marketing.

Why not just put the 2 prices up and allow us to choose which version we want. I just wanted to get the unlimited version (the basic version is useless..just for a couple of sites!).

Why should I buy the basic version and then buy the unlimited version in an upsell..it's like buying the basic version twice!

I don't even know the price of the upsell... when will this stuff end?

I would have to agree, I had to pay $14 for the basic and another $47 for the platinum, having two versions is simply ridiculous.

I too have been on the early bird list and have had a frustrating time since the early opening was supposed to have happened, i would hope that sean will honour all of us that were on his early bird list.
I am still getting emails from affiliates sending me to a "this server has moved" message.
I would like to know the price for the full version without restrictions, i hate hidden OTO's.

It would be nice if Sean, or someone in the know, would put there head in here and let us know what is going on but I guess they are busy trying to get it all up again.

Don't blame Sean, Sh!t happens to all of us and I don't suppose this is what he planned for the launch.
He's probably desperately waiting for the new server DNS to propogate through the net.

      Clint

      UPDATE

I am getting annoyed though with the emails that keep coming through from affiliates.
I have just had one that said the server fried and that it was back up again and that I should go straight over there and ..guess what, it still goes to the page that says the server has moved!

Can I have my 50% discount please Sean?
And please don't just give us another hour, I'm sure I am not the only one that cannot afford to sit watching the computer in case this comes back up again.

I managed to buy it and I've reached the download area, finally, but I'm a bit disappointed.

I haven't been able to reach the upgrade to platinum page - I just keep getting directed to what they call Step 4 where I am able to upgrade to Developer level. I'm not really interested in that. I'd think about upgrading to platinum, however, so that I can use it on more than four sites.

    Hi Guys,

Just as a heads up guys we did have a COMPLETE server meltdown this morning due to DEMAND. We moved the server to a more powerful box and we are all good now.

We just sent out emails to let everyone know and we even put in a extra bonus plugin into the members area worth $97 to make up for any hassles people had.

This set records for us and we have 1000s of customers who are rocking away. If you have ANY issues contact our team at AGB Marketing Group, LLC. - Powered by Kayako Fusion Help Desk Software and our team is waiting to help ANYONE who had any problems ordering or getting upgrades etc.

We cannot offer support here but DO make sure you contact us if you have any problems and we will make sure you get access...

Also, if you were on the EARLY BIRD list we just mailed out a new link that will expire at 6PM EST... So Jump on that NOW if you were on that list and check your email NOW...

    All the best

    Sean

Seans Early Bird link still NOT working for me!
Is the $14 price on a dimesale, or is it increasing until 6PM EST?
What will the price then be at 6PM EST?

Presumably the Early Bird Price is for the basic product, with upgrades being full price?
Can't build much of an Empire on 4 sites, so what are the upgrades and how much?

Can't help thinking a launch like this is worth the stress, might as well let the dust settle and see if anyone is offering worthwhile bonuses!

        Any answers or thoughts?

            Hi Linda,
I noticed your are addressing SEAN.D personally. FYI, he will not be coming to this thread to offer support so you won't(I doubt) receive any direct assistance here.

I don't know when you last requested a refund from him, but Fusion support is "usable" I did get thru to them.

Their system appears to delete the user(if you login) when asking for a refund, which makes it harder to get back to them(they deleted my "fusion support" 3 times which meant I had to copy the older requests(I always save a copy in notepad) and paste them in(including the older support ticket ID numbers). That was a pain in the B... but finally, they did return the money.

ON the second attempt, they tried to bribe me into taking a "free plugin" to compensate for the troubles instead of refunding...what a farce, but I demanded the refund and told them not send any more deviating emails.

If nothing else works, you'll have to file a PayPal Dispute.

Can't offer any more help than that.....hope you succeed

          Wait. What??

When I read the OTO page, I could have sworn it said the upgrade was for unlimited websites and unlimited campaigns.

EDIT: Here's a portion of the OTO page:

Imagine being able to post to UNLIMITED sites and create UNLIMITED campaigns and then create UNLIMITED High-Value, Authority links to your own private link network as well?
Where did you get your 50 limit from?

EDIT 2: Looks like that OTO IS for the Platinum Plus. I'm at a loss as to how I ended up with just Platinum.

EDIT 3: The OTO sales letter confuses the issue by using the term "Platinum" in some places and "Platinum Plus" in others -- for the same purchase.

I don't want to say that cost is not an issue.... but... the plugin has no value to me if it doesn't have those features...and I don't want to waste any time or money.... working my way through the funnel just to figure it out.

Can anyone tell me if this even possible and how much it will cost?

hey Guys! I just thought I would toss in my 2 cents. Those of you that are being a bit impatient....I have been lucky enough to have used this product for several weeks and I can tell you that you would be kicking yourself later if you bail on this because of the server crash! What I love most about this product is it is adaptable for just about any way of creating content. If you are a marketer online and you understand the crucial nature of creating content, you will quickly realize not having this in your toolbox is like not having a hammer and a screwdriver. It will cut your content creation times by 50-99% in my opinion. I personally use it for creating top quality content on my main blogs by pulling the content then doing a quick manual edit and posting.
Regardless of the server bump Sean and Alan you guys have outdone yourselves on the product! I would not run my business online without this tool. WOW I guess I had 3 cents to toss in

Well Put Scott! For all the impatient ones... Relax okay! This is an AMAZING software and I have had the pleasure of using it as well for a few weeks and it has made life so much easier!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:  Unfortunately things happen... Server crashed which is expected I mean we had HUNDREDS of People rocking this thing out NONSTOP since it opened its doors.. But with a bit of Patience Sean and Alan, who have worked their BUTTS off to bring you guys this product will have this thing running in no time! You will be so pleased when you get to use it! If you haven't already! So have a GREAT Monday Funday!

The sales page says to "watch this short video..." but there is no video at all on the page. Maybe this is a result of quickly standing up another server?

The first upsell to Platinum is $47 and then there is another one at $67. Also a $1 offer to the Inner circle which is then $47 a month. I bought it and there are a few things you may need as well like proxies and API keys and accounts for the sites the software uses. Not quite as one click as it would appear. I wasn't on the early bird list

I do agree with dblues, the two prices should be displaced and let buyers make the choice. I have lot of sites and so I am more interested in the unlimited version.
How much does the unlimited version cost?

      What I do not understand
Is how did some of you guys get thru

I have been waiting since 11:00AM
and the early bird email did arrive but know
way to get in do to server issues.

I got another email saying the link to the early bird is good
to 6Pm but still not working because of server issues but this should have
been one price it is rather useless for for 4 sites.

But it s good for the vendor to sale you this this way
so for now on I am not buying any of these products
unless it comes from warrior forum or Fso Forum.

Sam, I can't be sure, but earlier when I couldn't get in, I had to open a clean fresh browser and clear my cache, then it worked fine. That "might" have been your problem.

I'm one of those few lucky people who got a chance to beta test the program.

Because of the launch I've had to do without it for almost 2 weeks. I don't know how I have survived! I never realized how much I had come to depend on it both for my content and my marketing. I was stunned to realize I had to go back to "real work".

Sean and Alan are 2 of the best, most honest people in the industry. They won't let you down. Be patient. Once you have RCW, your business will change forever and all this will be forgotten!

    Hello all,
I wanted to say that I have had the very first copy outside of Alan and Sean and it works just fine. So, I wanted to make sure that people would know that this is not some piece of crap thrown together, rather it is a software that has taken many months in progression to build. Alan is from the US and he built this all himself.

We have been testing this RCW for months now, and making suggestions and giving feedback to Alan for what we would like to see. He did his best to accommodate all of us and make this one heck of a software kit to use in your business.

I know the server blew up and with it went any discount scripts that were in place or any other upgrade levels and links. Please be patient with these guys as this launch was planned out for intents and purposes as a no glitch launch. The hosting company that had the website used to be fairly good, but as some of you know it seems that lately this particular hosting outfit has went down the toilet, I dumped them myself last month. It was just bad luck of the draw to have so many people hit the server at once that it went down. All preparations were made long ago to handle traffic levels, but it was not enough.

Things are getting back to normal with the product availability and you all will get taken care of for sure, Alan is a good man and is honest.

Thanks for being patient with them,

    Jim

If you had a problem with the Early Bird here is what we will do... Contact AGB Marketing Group, LLC. - Powered by Kayako Fusion Help Desk Software and give them your email that was registered on the early bird list. They will check you were on the list and then arrange for your discount.

That is the best way we can handle that now. We did re-open it for 3 hours instead of one hour and many people got it fine. However, some people did miss out due to servers not propagating fast enough in their areas.

Like I say, we want to make sure everyone is taken care of

All good things in life are worth waiting for, I have Rapid Content Wizard, and believe me it's worth waiting for. Whatever price you end up paying, it will still be a bargain. It's going to save you a lot of hours, which should equate to a lot of money saved, unless you don't value your time... Get excited, it's a great product and great products cause server problems due to demand. If there was no demand and no server issues...I don't think I would buy the product.

Why can't these guys just be up front with what we are getting for the price.
This happens with a lot of WSO's.
It is so frustrating to spend $30+ to find that more money has to be spent to make any real use of the program.
I for one am really p****d off with this form of marketing.
What a disappointment - lucky for me I checked this forum before wasting any money.

I second that. I love stuff that does not have a OTO. It's the pits when you buy something, and in the pitch for the OTO, they make it sound like what you bought is crap and you are a fool for buying it. Not saying that is the case here, not intentionally anyway. But this form of marketing needs to go away! Can't marketers see that it leads a bad taste in customers' mouths?

I never saw the OTO. All sorts of funny things happened and eventually I found a page that said step 4 of 4 and asked me to register.

There's an opportunity to upgrade in the members' area but for $54.99 and it includes Syndication Rockstar. I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to explore the OTO.

Chris, first of all, it's not a plugin. It's a desktop app that generates content that can be auto posted to your blog. So, you're fine selling your site. This tool has nothing to do with that.

The standard version seems to allow you to post to 4 sites. I had the impression the OTO upgraded you to unlimited sites. Poster above says only 50. I've left a ticket to find out for sure.

It will run on the mac, but you need to use VMWare or Parallels to run this on a Mac which allows the Mac to run Windows software. Sean actually runs this on his Mac and Mac Laptop with no problems at all.

I hear you! And don't think that I don't appreciate your advice. But... ... that makes it seem like a secret. Why make it difficult for me to spend my money? That just seems silly.

I can see no reason that they should want me to bog down their support system with an answer they could provide here... and on the sales page for that matter.... once! I find it hard to believe that anyone waiting on the resolution of a "real" support issue would want them spending time on this.

Now that I have gotten that off my chest.... Thanks! I really do appreciate your thoughts.

LOL.... Thanks Keith. I feel bad, as i wasn't trying to create a stir. Just trying to avoid another "go do". I have enough of those in my life already and I imagine everyone else does too.

On the "official thread note".... I didn't really expect an answer from Sean and company. I sometimes wonder if the provider is well served by chiming in on these review threads.... sometimes yes.... sometimes no, I guess. In this case, I thought it was reasonable to assume that there might be a happy and loyal user or even an affiliate who knew the answer and could help out.

It is. I've taken a snap shot for you and made an image link to screencast. 2013-07-15_2326 - Robert.Lang's library

The result is the Platinum Plus is what you bought for $47 OTO, This was revised after server crash. And the Additional RockStar Plugin was given as a bonus for the inconvenience. See image link here: 2013-07-15_2329 - Robert.Lang's library

However, I don't think this product will serve the needs of some people, like me for instance. The assumption of RCW is there is an existing volume of web content to curate.

However, if you are in a niche, where no one has written about it, made videos about it, or created products on Amazon about it, then RWC cannot help you curate what hasn't been created yet.

Further, the articles are derived from ten article directories. These articles are mostly written around a theme directed at an Author link at the end of the article. Which will provide a product or service related to the article.

The videos will come form You Tube, the relative products from Amazon, the images from Flickr. It all works. The software works. But only IF there is existing published content on the web. If not, RCW cannot help you.

There is no need to schedule anything, when there is nothing to curate in the first place. So for myself, the content on the web for my industry, is in the form of advertisements, white papers, and docs. Not articles, videos, or amazon related products. So RCW cannot help me, no matter how solid it is.

And here is where RCW misses the most obvious choice for content curation: News. Try using RCW of a new drug release approved by the FDA. How about a new stock release? How about curating a hedge fund or bond issue? What about a natural disaster?

No, RCW cannot help you in these instances. And yet, this is the largest source of what people read on the web. Be it via Twitter or a news agency, such as Google. So if you are thinking RCW will curate the most important aspects of what matters the most to people, it falls short.

So what can you do now? Easy: You must set up Google alerts, use rss feeds, and pull into your readers, the news which you are looking for. Then copy and paste this into RCW, and use the spinner to create your content. However, most news agencies do not publish on YouTube.

So what does this mean for you with RCW? You will be using it as a convenience to schedule posts. And it will not help you update content which does not exist in the article directories, such as news, white papers, docs, ect. It retrieves static sources, not dynamic sources. It does not retrieve content from any rss feeds.

In conclusion: RCW simply assembles pre-existing YouTube videos, Flickr images, articles, and amazon related products, IF they already exist. And then will spin the article content for you, and schedule it for posting. If this is what you are looking for, then RCW is for you.

SIDE NOTE: While writing this response, I started up RCW, and it hangs on "Loading schedules." Schedules which do not exist in the first place. Here is a video link for you to watch and see it hang: 2013-07-16_0000 - Robert.Lang's library

My review? RCW is not ready for release, despite the initial two months plus of "beta" testing. I've requested a refund for the $14 and $47. And I have many of this company's products. However, this one is uninstalled now and will not be useful to me, even when the bugs are fixed.

Back to creating content the hard way for me. Using alerts, rss feeds, news sources, and scheduling posts manually.

For Alan the writer for RCW, this product would be an improvement capsulating news feeds, permitting users to insert their own rss feeds, and adding their own video sources. Because it's missing a large part of the Internet Community world-wide. The part which is obsessed with news of all sorts.

And the ability to reference related products as solutions to these news events through not only Amazon. But permit the user to insert their own sites relative to their niches. One example is fire fighting equipment. Or oil drilling platform parts. Same goes for heavy duty truck and farming supplies.

Once the above bug is worked out and the RCW broadens it's scope and options to permit the rest of the world's industries included in it's tasks; then it will be as useful as Adobe's, Apples, Microsoft's and Link Assistant's Product Lines.

I am confused right now, because I have Instant Article Wizard which is also doing like this. One advantage I found in IAW is I can shuffle the topics in the article, here I suspect whether I can do this in RCW. Though IAW is not fast as RCW. Giving a try for single license user.

Yes you can do the same with RCW, by checking the LSI KW's which are listed. It will do as you want: "Shuffle". You can also "Laser Target" just one KW, or use LSI, "Related KW's.

Not meant to sidetrack. But you might want to check out Wicked Article Creator.

Not my link but actual product page.

Though it is more costly at $42, it generates far more content from sites ranging from PR3 to 10 and filters out what you don't want. Like article titles and content not related to keywords, content lesser than 500 words and paragraphs less than 4 etc.

Best of all, it helps to spin your content not just in text but videos before posting them to the submission tools they have on selection like Senuke, Magic Submitter etc.

I got both this and Rapid Content Wizard so I have no shortage of content.

I paid for this over 24 hours ago and I have had absolutely nothing to show for it.Replying to their emails didn't help as they all bounced ??
Finally I found their so called ticket help system and submitted ticket but hours later nothing from them yet.
In many years of purchasing online this is the worst experience I've had mainly due to the fact that I had such difficulty in finding a way to contact anyone.
I will wait to see the response from Sean before I comment further.

Hmm, Looks like the server crash did me a favour and I had a lucky escape, could've wasted some more money on a useless product, I have a hard drive full of those already.

Okay, sure, np. However, in most cases, you can just go ahead and make a purchase if you like the product. Most have money back guarantees. And it's how I am able to find out whether a product is useful for my own needs. As well as the software's limitations.

Plus in alot of cases, I'm able to document work arounds, and also combine apps together to create new processes, which makes the original software even more valuable. Much like adding a component for a car engine.

I wouldn't be able to maximize my software applications, if I didn't make the purchases I have been making for the past ten plus years. Sometimes, the software won't work for me, and in most cases, they do.

So you could give it a try after the the bug issue is quickly taken care of. It's not a big one. And you may find RCW may work for you niches. They just don't work for mine.

SEO Agent I want to thank you so much for this post but I don't know how to do a Thank You here in the Warrior Forum - could you or someone please let me know how?

I have been through 2 days of hell with this offer!! PayPal errors, Server crashes, Database Not Found errors, Mail Delivery Failure when I tried to ask for help, their support website not even coming up until today, and then all I got was one email from someone that said I should “send money” to their PayPal address and they'll give me access to the software! No price - no guarantee, and again I got "Mail Delivery Failure" when I tried to reply and ask for a clarification.

I decided to buy the software from their home page - by the way if you X out of the main page you get an offer for a $17 version - Silver. It doesn't do scheduled postings. I bought that and then I bought the OTO for platinum (Unlimited websites & scheduling) for another $27. Then JVZoo showed I had purchased 2 products!

I downloaded the more expensive Platinum version and it won't work at all!!! As you said it gets stuck on "Loading Schedules" and the only way to get that off your screen is to go into Task Manager (Ctl+Alt+Del) and end "Splash". There was no application running either called Rapid Content Wizard. In Processes, I see Rapid Content Wizard hogging up a huge chunk of memory and using 0% CPU.

I went to their support website which is a frustrating joke. They told me to login first and rejected my password and made me ask for an email to create a new one, which I created the same as the first one and it accepted it. I submitted a new ticket and so far all I’ve received is another email from Sean telling me to buy Rapid Content Wizard again! I then went to look around to see if I could find the answer myself.

I clicked on TroubleShooter – there was one choice “General”. I clicked on General and it showed me the word “General” in plain text and that was it! I clicked on KnowledgeBase and it said it was empty! I clicked on News and all it said was that their server was back up and you could buy now!

I’m mad at myself that I even bought the product (apparently now I’ll have to try to get my money back for TWO products, even though all I did was click to upgrade the first product!) after the mess they produced yesterday and the horrible empty support site they have, but the software looked so convenient I thought it was worth a shot. Thank you SO much though for pointing out that it only pulls from article directories and no news stories – what a waste!!! Everyone please pray for me that these people are honest enough to give me my money back – times are very tough for me now and it took me hours to decide whether to purchase it or not (not to mention hours of trying to click their links and trying to contact them about the $14 bait-and-switch sales price!). I’ve lost almost a full two day’s work now where I could have curated / written my own content instead of dealing with these frustrations!

2.) Here is why I say "No Support." 3 days have past since I submitted a ticket with complete full PayPal receipts, asking for an immediate refund.

After 3 days, (today) I submitted again for the 2nd time, the same thing, refund please. The email in the PayPal receipt had been forwarded to a mobile Verizon address of Alan G. Brown, the developer of RCW. Who is the same man in the demo video (just audio, no visual).

How do I know this? Because I received a bounce error from Alan's mobile email address, which stated, "
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error.
                  The following address(es) failed:

                  (ultimately generated from alan@agbmarketinggroup.com)
SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
host relay.verizon.net [206.46.232.11]: 571 Email from 184.172.150.10 is currently blocked by Verizon Online's anti-spam system. The email sender or Email Service Provider may visit Verizon Online and request removal of the block. 130718
alan@agbmarketinggroup.com is the PayPal email address of the seller. The entire financial burden is placed on Alan G. Brown. Sean is only a JV of this deal. The proof is in the PayPal Receipt, of whom is directly benefiting from the sale of RCW.

What does this mean? It means Alan G. Brown is not providing a phone number and displaying an email address which is not a direct email address for support. You cannot advertise in the sale's receipt an email address and forward it to another email address. Further, you cannot place an email address for "Customer Support:" which returns a SMTP error. (See PayPal's Terms and Conditions of Sale)

3.) [DISCLAIMER] I am a professional businessman. Meaning, there are no mistakes when registering on any site. I keep all passwords in a separate text file. And I test them by logging on and off immediately upon registration of any site to verify. If I didn't I'd be fired. Further, all my passwords are kept in a 2nd password locker. There is no such thing as "Wrong Password" with me.

Today I went to the Support url I had registered at 3 days ago. This is the "Support" url listed in the JVZoo.com sales receipt.

My account has been removed. How do I know this? Because the "Lost Password" Feature within the Help Desk Software by Kayako Fusion, has been disabled. Which means, you cannot confirm your password or request a password reset.

                  Hence,
I was not able to "review my existing tickets

4.) After receiving a SMTP error from the support email address within the PayPal receipt, and being locked out or removed from the Support url; I proceeded to submit a Dispute Ticket at PayPal. Which goes directly to the seller.

However, it will most likely bounce through the same SMTP error as I experienced. Knowing PayPal, they will pick up on this and hopefully suspend the seller's account, as per its Terms and Conditions of Sale. Believe me, it's an easy script to write: "Suspend account if, email address returns error." Here is my Dispute submitted today:

1st request - refund through Customer Service URL: AGB Marketing Group - Marketing and SEO Ticket submitted, 3 days later, Acct. removed, no entry! 2nd Request - refund - Customer Service Email:
support@agbmarketinggroup.com :A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
                  alangbrown@verizon.net
                  (ultimately generated from alan@agbmarketinggroup.com)
SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:

host relay.verizon.net [206.46.232.11]: 571 Email from 184.172.150.10 is currently blocked by Verizon Online's anti-spam system. The email sender or Email Service Provider may visit Verizon Online and request removal of the block. 130718

BOTH support email and url are exhausted. No response from seller! Violation of PayPal's Terms and Condition of Sale! REFUND NOW!
Here is the automated PayPal response:
Thank you. We’ll email you when the seller responds. If the seller does not respond, your dispute will automatically close on Aug 7, 2013 unless you escalate it to a PayPal claim. Don't worry; we'll email you a reminder before the dispute automatically closes. Please note that when you escalate a dispute to a claim, you're asking PayPal to review the case and decide the outcome.
5.) Please note: The Support url within the JVZoo.com sales receipt is not the same support url displayed within the PayPal Sales receipt the support url in the PayPal receipt is as follows: How do I know this? Because after I submitted my PayPal Dispute Report, I checked the url by clicking on it. It brought me of course to an entirely different site, than what was stated in the JVZoo.com Sales Receipt.

6.) However, I continued on my quest to reach Alan. I'd rather not contact him through his Skype address, because it seems out of line for me. I wouldn't want people contacting me when I'm coding either. So here is the email address listed on the support url site of the PayPal Sales Receipt: contact@agbmarketinggroup.com

Can you guess what happened next?

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:

host relay.verizon.net [206.46.232.11]: 571 Email from 184.172.150.10 is currently blocked by Verizon Online's anti-spam system. The email sender or Email Service Provider may visit Verizon Online and request removal of the block. 130718
What does this mean? It means Alan G. Brown is providing an email address within all sales receipts, which is being forwarded to an email address not listed within the PayPal Sales Receipts. Further, being forwarded to an email address which bounces the customer's requests for support.

7.) What can you learn from this post?

                  (i) Never buy anything online, without first consulting with other family members who will be affected by your loss in full, of any such said sales transactions.

(ii) Always check Warrior Forum's Review Section, bypassing any discounted deals. It's better to pay more and win, than pay less and lose.

(iii) Accept your losses and move forward. Pick yourself up, and get on with the real task at hand: Making Money Online.

(iv) Always share your purchasing and usability experiences with all products you purchase online, by submitting your review here in the Warrior's Forum. So others like yourselves can benefit and avoid the same wasteful experiences as you have had.

This is how warrior's Forum has built itself since 1998. It is it's sole purpose: To help YOU make money online.

In the meantime, I will wait a few days before August 17th, to escalate my dispute at PayPal asking for a full refund and receiving my "claim."

Now for my own personal review of RCW: It is flawed and broken. There is no support. You will loose alot of your valuable time, you could be doing what you need to do, and a little bit of money. Much like a vending machine, which didn't give you anything, after you put your coins in and the "return" button didn't help much either (Whose hasn't had this happen?).

Attention Sean: You name is all over this. Why? Because Alan has claimed, "He has been in your Inner Circle Club and has learned directly from you." Which is why, as I already knew, your $1 Membership Fee was actually a dollar too high.

Which by Alan's lessons, he has not even learned [B]the most valuable lesson of all: Always Be Closing! (ABC) This means always be closing! How can you close sales, when you avoid your customers Sean?

Attention Alan G. Brown: Please refund all your customers. Contact PayPal and JVZoo.com to make retribution for damages against their good name. To which both companies continue to provide outstanding service.

Always face your fears. (AFYF) For you Alan, this means Always Face your Customers! How can you close sales, when you avoid your customers Alan? Forget your RCW issues for a moment Alan; you are in great need of assistance from Senior Warrior Forum Members. As you can see, there is a great deal of difference form being a developer of software and being an Internet Marketer.

Here's just one glaring example which will help you out Alan: All successful Internet Marketers have one thing among many in common. They provide refunds within 24 hours after purchase, with zero questions asked. They stand by their claim of 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. They are always accessible to their customers.

Maybe you're learning from the wrong teacher Alan? The Warrior's Forum stands all test of time. Be here everyday, if you are serious about Internet Marketing. Otherwise, stick to what you are good at Alan. And live to win another day. All the best to you my friend. All the best!

This may seem strange but I was comforted by your share and to the specifics you provided. I have become so self conscious telling anyone of the endless frustrating buys of software and products from "sellers of the shovels". The anguish in repeated registration cycles, re-applying steps already done ultimately leaving one thing in it's wake, frustration, lack of results and a huge drain on productivity for the time lost and the motivation damage so to speak. It zaps my strength. Currently in the last 4 months I have bought over 30 items on the WF and on the Zoo. I have not had good delivery on most buys, having first time through success in a handful of cases. Over 12 items have been completely not delivered with either no responses, looping registration issues, layered on registration requirements first to submit a ticket, and my favorite -- missing websites. So I am sorry you have had this experience but thank you for sharing it since I felt like you were talking on my behalf, which at-least makes me feel normal and the experiences I have been having are real for others as well...Keith

Thanks for the honest review - I got mine [at $14] ran it a few times, the articles are by no means in a fit state to publish to a website you will be proud of, by the times I fiddled around with the paragraphs and everything else I thought - I may as well have gone to the directories and did it myself !! I won't be upgrading or autoposting, not yet anyway as I cannot trust it. Also as said before, the content produced is not 'fresh.

For autoposting I think I'll take the jump and go for ArticleBuilder as the quality produced is readable & human edited. Yes it is $200/year but seems to be worth it for the time to be saved.

I was hoping for more from RCW but hey, for $14 ? I won't be asking for a refund, am sure I can get some use out of it.

Like anything else, don't expect this to solve the content creation necessity.

I've been using it for a few hours and got to say that I'm not impressed.

Google slapped the Article directories because they were full of worthless, useless crap with the majority written by people who knew nothing about what what they were writing about and just filling up 500 words with fluff and BS just to get backlinks

So with Rapid Content Wizard you grab a few (or a lot) of these worthless articles, shuffle them up and BAM new high quality article - BS

After watching all the training I tried over 30 different keywords in all sorts of different configurations and got nothing I could or would post on a blog without major rewriting and editing.

People expect and demand quality, substance and educating today or they simply wont hang around or read your stuff.

Waste of time and money if you are looking to make a name for yourself in a niche with useful, valuable, informative content.

If you just want to throw up a blog full of semi spam worthless crap that you wouldn't read yourself then maybe you'll get value out of it

Disappointed - concept is brilliant but until material is sourced from somewhere other than Article Directories I cant see good content being produced

My thoughts exactly, the content is not useable without further editing. It is a heck lot better than spun content but I would not put the unedited articles on my money site

Thanks for the reassurance. As for the OTO, I did mention in my post that I'd opened a ticket.

Glad to hear the software is doing what it should.

The straight content portion seems to operate a lot like Wicked Article Creator, but this seems to have many more options, including auto posting with custom layouts.

I (finally) was able to access the members area tonight, and decided to check out the OTO. It states this pretty clearly in the copy:

"Be Assured Your License NEVER Expires

You only need to purchase this DEVELOPER license once. You can use these plugins on all your own sites, client sites AND sites you plan to sell with no hassles at all!"

There is no mention of 50 sites from what I can see. Maybe that is the Syndication Rockstar plugin that comes with it (posts to 50 prosperties? not sure). But it looks as though the developer edition of RCW is indeed unlimited.

The WSO price is now $37, I believe, and the platinum level OTO is $47. So you're looking at $84 if you want to go with the unlimited option.

I got secret links to purchase any of the license either silver, gold, platinum or platinum plus at discounted price without the need to purchase the single license (silver) first. But unfortunately cannot share the link here, Sean may be angry with me lol.

Some people here may be interested to purchase but concern about lots of OTO, thus back off and change their mind. Personally I also think that it is quite sneaky to sell the single license, then upsell the multiple license for higher price since its like buyer purchase single license two times

OTO of Platinum level is $47. That is only for 50 sites.

Go another OTO of Platinum Plus for unlimited sites , $97 if i am not mistaken. There is a secret link to get Platinum Plus for $47 though.

This seems to be a good tool but some people can't afford that price...

I bought the Platinum (or Plus, I can't tell). I ran it. I didn't feel the articles it produced were any better than Wicked Article Creator, which already use. And I don't think Rapid Content Wizard offers enough additional benefit to make it worthwhile for me.

Plus, I've yet to get a response from Support from yesterday.

    I've requested a refund.

Thanks to those who've given their reviews, which helped in my decision.

I'd have to agree with most here:

      1) Sean Donahoe does'nt finish his products, Promote Me Pro was the biggest joke ever, it never worked and I waited over a month for the fix that never came.

      2) Rapid Content Wizard is a fail. It rarely finds articles for me despite there actually being articles on the subject on the Ezine website available in his "select content" dropdown. The copyscape % mark has vanished and as yet all I have had out of it is gibberish.

RCW crashes, freezes and often needs restarted in order to run a new article.

RCW is another GIBBERISH publishing platfowm. We have enough gibberish on the web already we dont need anymore!

Well done Sean, another barrell of Snakeoil sold. 2 failed products under your belt so far.

      My refund is being requested.

A quick 5 minute test and here's what I got with Instant Article Wizard when researching about vat (for my niche):

Just see how readable this is:

"Vat is another tax added to our present taxes. Vat is a type of national sales tax, levied on the value-added at each stage of production. Vat is the acronym for Value Added Tax, a surcharge on most goods and services in the European Union. Vat is the 'Value Added Tax' as practiced by member states of the European Union. Vat is also pervasive closer to our borders in the United States.

Vat was originally implemented in the United Kingdom in 1977. Vat is a major contributing factor to the fiscal crisis in Greece and Spain and other countries in Europe. Vat will be rationalized as necessary to restore fiscal equilibrium. Vat will need rebalancing when the dye liquid turns blue. Vat is the major culprit of depression, the #1 source of misery.

Vat is the ultimate BIG GOVERNMENT evil. Vat could solve that problem. Tax is not collected for products that are emailed or downloaded, nor is it collected for services or donations. Tax is based on sale price minus costs, according to the explanation given on Bloomberg."

Apart from "Vat will need rebalancing when the dye liquid turns blue" the whole thing is READABLE and not gibberish. It also passed Copyscape.

Move over Sean, there's better offers out there and NB is $7 for a trial $77 a year thereafter. I'm in.

Good point, Instant Article Wizard allows you to swap the keyword for "it" and suchlike.

Having said that I have a site where we run 4% keyword density and have obtained 27 consecutive listings from page 1 outwards......

But the point is proven, the article is far more readable than Seans software.

On a downside it doesnt do proxies and Google just blocked me!

I have Instant Article Wizard. It isn't as automated as Rapid Content Wizard was promised to be. It does, however, return relevant content that you can go through, collate and edit manually. It pulls content from news, govt, PDFs, docs, reviews, and from all over the place, not just articles. It is great if you are suffering writer's block or don't know anything about a subject and need to crank out an article quickly. Having said that, I don't use it that often and usually outsource.

I did forget to mention that I've had Instant Article Wizard for about 3 years, since its launch, and it is supported and updated when necessary. As I implied earlier, I haven't used it as much as I might, and certainly haven't used it to its full potential.

I also have Promote Me Pro - IT DOES NOT WORK, waiting, waiting and waiting for them to fix it. They say they have this great software that has been 'killing it' yet, after months and months they still cannot get it to work [while we watch them launching new products !!] - not good.

Who knows, there is no changelog anywhere in software settings or members page. Where can I see the changelog ?

    - content created ? very poor.

    - hoping for any updates and improvement ? i fail to think to this... since there is no support thread on any forum i am surfing. Just his 47usd monthly paid forum.

    - no support for spinnerchief. you have to get TBS or the other. More money to spend... not.

    - do you have success with refunds from SEAN's products including this ?

      That's a pretty sucky post.

People are posting legitimate concerns. And, some of us did buy it and aren't entirely happy with it.

I agree. These are legitimate concerns. I bought the software and have never even been able to use it - "Loading Schedules" comes up all over my screen and won't move - I can't even see the RCW screen. I've also been to the support center & emailed them several times & have gotten almost zero response. This is actually the worst offer and sales support I've ever purchased! Oh yes - forgot to mention their User Manual! It says nothing about errors, and it says it's "A $47 Value"! I was afraid to click it - looked like they might try to charge me for the user manual too!

Did anybody actually read the content produced by RCW? Wow, absolutely horrible. Some people will say that you should always read and rewrite the spun content to make sure it is correct but one of the main features of this software is the so-called autopilot posting... UM, if you read the articles created by RCW you wouldn't want it automatically creating and posting on your behalf.

You can create content yourself in half the time it would take to correct these auto-content articles. Actually, you can get better articles from third world, non English speaking countries.

    What a joke!

As most warriors know refunds will not be problem
paypal will put a freeze on your account when they see
these disputes are not handled and come in from more than one
    person.

This would have been a great launch but I think he needed to put
    more thought in it.
Allen his partner seems like a good guy,and he will be effected with
these refund requests as well but if support does not get back with you
then put in a dispute with paypal and they will take care of it.

The support will begin to show up now because paypal will be holding there money
plus they will be giving refunds back based on negative feedback of product and
    the underhanded marketing.

For example even at the gold level you are not able to access the some of the backend products.

    They did not mention this
This has gone on too long all I can say is remember
the days when we had honest business men am still one of the few where I also have
a real offline business where the customer is always treated right and the same should apply online.

    Get a Refund
and only buy off the warrior forum where you can have people
tell you about multiple licenses where you can see it on there front page.

I will say that I don't have a problem with the different license levels. There could be people who don't need unlimited sites and it would be unfair to them to charge more and force them to the platinum plan.

The tiered plan does 2 things to the customer's benefit. 1) it allows people who only need to post to a few sites to get in at a lower cost. 2) it allows others to test at a lower cost and upgrade to Platinum when they're ready for unlimited.

There are plenty of things to be unhappy about this launch and product, but I personally don't think this is one of them.

If you won't post content on your blog by proof reading then just forget about traffic from Google. It's better to copy paste content from other sites then must linking back to them. Search engines like it more than non readable content on your blog. Don't even use non-readable content for backlinks ever in 2013. Quality content is the key. Don't just use this software for blind posting. Spend some time editing it. This is what I can think of any software not just RCW.

Some tools produce pretty readable text without proof reading. I think the farther away you get from your site, the less you need to proof.

Wicked Article Creator puts out pretty readable (and highly relevant) articles. And, Spin Rewriter have pretty good auto spin -- if the original article is well written.

To be clear what I am saying is that
when you have the price points upfront

This is a better business model knowing what your
going to get and not get and from there you choose
like a hosting plan you can see in the table what you will
get and what you will not so you can just choose without wondering

Why you did not receive a certain benefit.
    {{ DiscussionBoard.errors[8287770].message }}
  • Profile picture of the author Keith Price
Yeah, as customers, knowing the entire pricing up front is more comforting. There appears to be ample evidence that NOT doing it up front increases sales. You start with a low hurdle and once a customer has accepted that "price", the next step up doesn't feel so extreme and it's easier to take the next step because they're already in a buying mood. And, the fact that they've already spent money with you, strangely, increases their feeling of trust in you, even though no time as gone by.

This is all pretty well documented, so even though we hate it, it still works.

Just like we all hate telemarketing calls, but companies still use them because they're profitable.

Would some of you that have purchased RCW be willing to share some links to articles that you created and have posted online? I would especially be interested in seeing articles that you did not tweek or revise (edit) plus articles that have images included.

I would like to see 8-10 articles for myself so that I can judge the quality of the content that RCW "automatically" posts.

I have not purchased RCW but I fear it may have the same flaws that other spinning software presents - the output reads like a collection of single sentences or paragraphs from many different writers. Usually it's easy to tell that the "disjointed" content has been spun.

Thank you for any who will post.

I asked for a refund several hours ago. I just got an email (sent to me 3 times in a row(?)) from someone named Sheila who says "We take refunds very seriously", and then she says "Instead of a refund, here's a free plugin". (Then there is a supposed link to something - it's not even clickable. I didn't even try it - I don't want anything else from these people & I asked for my MONEY back! $44 is a lot of money for software that doesn't even work!). I tried to reply back to her (admin@abgsupport.com) and got another Mail Delivery Failure.

Before asking for the refund, I had also submitted my problem to the support desk about the software getting stuck with "Loading Schedules" all over my screen and they never responded to that at all.

Looks like I'll have to play the game with their "support website" again just to say, "No, I said I want a refund because I want my money back!" and then wait hours and hours for their next excuse. If they don't refund my money after this though, I'm going to report them.

I think it was pretty clear in the sales letter than the spinning required you to own one of the spinners. I'm not going to share my articles, but I will say that, imo, they're not suited for your money site or blog. But, they're perfectly suited to your backlinking sites -- esp Tier 2. But, maybe even Tier 1.

They don't really have a clear flow of logic, which makes them inappropriate for your money sites, but they do pretty well in terms of "machine readability".

RCW doesn't spin the article, really. It passes the article to the spinner API which does the spinning. So, the quality depends on which one you use. IMO, Spin Rewriter is the better of the two.

But, even though I own SR, I wouldn't use the API. I'd copy the RCW article into the standalone version and fine tune the auto spin settings as well as some minor tweaking to improve the quality.

It's not hands off, but it's a pretty quick and easy way to get content Google won't hate for your backlinks.

Here's some info on the JV Zoo site:

As a customer you should consult with the vendor of any product to establish what your refund/guarantee rights are. We encourage all vendors to clearly list this on their sales page but it doesn’t always happen.

To claim your refund you should contact the support department of the company who sold you the product. Their contact information is on the receipt of your purchase.
    And, for Vendors:

You are free to set and enforce any refund policy on your own products but must honor any legal obligations applicable to your own sales.
    And, this little warning:

JVZoo treats fraud very seriously and prevents serial offenders from purchasing your products.
So, if we buy too many crappy products, we can get banned from buying more of them!

I actually had a skype chat with a guy who had purchased over 50 products on JV Zoo. He requested just 4 refunds and got banned from future purchases. YIKES!

Ian, I don't think RCW was intended for your visitor sites. More for mass backlinking where it's not worth the time or money to come up with original, quality content.

I agree with you that it was disappointing, but let's not deride it for something it was not intended to do.

Now you see why I said to buy

The moderators here do not mess around with lame duck tactics

Yeah, now I'm even nervous because I once returned something to JVZoo in the past! If I ever get my refund for this, will JVZoo ban me as "a serial refunder"?! Lol - if so then that's their loss (of my future business).

I agree with Ian though that this was sold as a tool for creating primary content - they talked about auto-posting to categories on your sites and the examples they had were very well-written. To me that means first class articles. The part where he said you could generate 500 articles at a time.... well for that I wouldn't have high hopes that that would be more than spun junk, but I thought this was sold as an "article writer" vs. just a spinner.

I'm very disappointed in pretty much every aspect of this experience. I have to say that I've never had reason to be an admirer of Sean so I don't really feel let down there.

But I have to laugh at the JV partners.

I just got an email from someone I used to trust with the heading: "Uh...Wow!"

He goes on to write: "This piece of software has become legendary in the span of 48 hours."

    and,

I would be absolutely shocked if Sean makes any replies to these posts.

For $44 you can outsource 4 - 1000 word articles at iWriter at a 4 star quality level.

I also think people get carried away with spinning articles. What happens is that the person spinning the article shoots for as much "uniqueness" possible using many more words and phrases than they should resulting in poor readability.I fell victim to this before convincing myself that certain words and phrases make sense when in all actuality they didn't belong in the content.

My recommendations for finding and creating fast content...

Kudani and an even cheaper option is Keyword Digger Pro.

Keyword Digger Pro is great because it digs up to 4 levels deep. Now this is not a complete research tool but it's awesome for finding long tail keywords and scraping content that you can use for content creation. When I'm doing keyword research I don't worry about search volume, adsense value, etc... If you find great long tail keywords and create amazing content web users will find you and you'll rank for keywords you never thought possible.

I don't see how you can compare the two. RCW is a one time fee. With iWriter, you pay for every new article.

Also, I bought 10 articles from iWriter. It took me about 40 minutes to review, reject, and finally approve the articles. And, the quality of the ones I approved was not, in my opinion, any better than what RCW created in just 60 seconds.

First, the reply was to questions and it was very early in this thread before it gained all of the negative traction. Second, I wasn't comparing the two I was simply stating that you'd be better off outsourcing 4 articles instead of buying RCW. I wouldn't suggest a product or service and then try to compare it to something this crappy. I'm not sure what quality level you selected for the articles on iWriter but I've had nothing but positive experiences. I guess you get what you pay for. Would you rather have crappy rehashed PLR and article mashups that make absolutely no sense or an original article written by someone that takes the time to write it based on the specs you provide? Google is so locked in on grammatical errors and readability this would stand a snowballs chance in hell to help a blog or backlink, whether it's tier 1 or tier 5.

Are you actually using RCW? The articles make NO SENSE at all. They are all over the place. If you can correct those damn things in 40 minutes so they at least make sense.... you deserve some type of award.

I've purchased Extreme Niche Empires from Sean roughly two years ago. If you'd like to hear users experiences with that product, let me know, I'd be happy to elaborate.

I agree. There are a few people I had put on my "trust" list who have totally destroyed their credibility with me due to this and a couple of other recommendations of lousy products.

But, I should say, I don't think of this as a lousy product (even though I know it's not working at all for some of you). But, the lack of support, Sean's history of abandoning past products, the launch fiasco, and the fact that while not terrible, it doesn't really live up to its hype all combined to lead me to the refund request.

Wow!! Joan, please remind me to stay on your good side!

There's so much to say here.... I guess the bottom line is I am happy I waited.... and I wish the reviews were better.

I didn't really expect more out of this than a moderately well spun article with embedded videos, images, etc... Automation was the icing on the cake.... Anyone who was expecting anything more... didn't read the details of the sales copy to closely. Having aid that.... while I don't think there is anything wrong with putting lipstick on a pig.... I don't condone being outright misleading in your sales copy. WAIT... before anyone jumps on me... I am not saying that is the case in this instance. It's being alleged.... and I don't have the time to go back and re-review the material to figure it out.

Had I purchased the product... I wouldn't now be concerned about the sales claims or the money..... I have gotten to the point where I value my time more than I do a few dollars... I just hate not being given all the information I need to make a purchase decision. When I buy something and then find that I have to jump through 3 more hoops....
it irritates the crap out of me...

      Thanks for listening!

I'm going to put my oar in. I am not a fan of this sort of marketing. I like making decisions based on features and price. When you're hit with a hard sell, make the purchase and then find that you need to upgrade to make the thing work, it leaves a bad taste.

In the past I've been a sucker for shiny objects, and I've got a hard drive littered with unused bits of software and plugins to prove it. I've also been badly burned by over-hyped and under-performing (and ultimately unsupported) software. A year ago I weaned myself off the addiction, and haven't purchased anything other than the necessities of IM.

However, I decided to give Rapid Content Wizard a try. After all, for $14 I wouldn't be wasting much if it didn't work.

Following the purchase, I was confronted with a page saying that I could upgrade to Platinum for $47, and that the package includes Syndication Rockstar. I already have SR, so I obviously figured that I didn't need to purchase it again.

I submitted a ticket at the support site, asking the following question: "I already have SR and I'm not interested in purchasing it again. What chance of a revised price for RCW Platinum upgrade on its own?"

It took them over 24 hours to respond with the following reply: "I am sorry to hear that you would like to refund. We take refunds very seriously. Instead of refunding, I would like to offer that you keep your purchases and I will provide you with a Free Plugin..."

    Huh??

Read into that what you may, but I am not impressed by the "support", nor their uninvited attitude towards refunds.

I'm also not impressed by the origin and quality of the content that RCW produces.

In my many shiny object purchases, I have only asked for a refund once before. I think I will press Sean and Co for the second, since they obviously welcome it.

Yeah, that was a canned auto response, sadly. Support has been non-existent, so far.

Had you hit NO on that first OTO, you would have been given a chance to upgrade to Platinum w/o the Rockstar for just $27.

SO, i finally got an answer from RCW support...

    I sent this:

    Hi
Owing to the severe server problems i was unable to get the early bird price even though i was on the list.
Sean posted this on WF asking us to open a ticket and a new link for the discount would be sent.
    Thanks
I then included Sean's post from this thread #52...

This is what i received from support team:

Hey, thank you for your purchase and your patience, as you know we have had an overwhelming positive response! However, we know this has caused some confusion for you. We have been inundated with tickets because of the server crash and we wanted to ask you if you could close this ticket if your problem was resolved. If not please let us know asap! You know what this reminds me of?

In auto backlinking, you might try to create, say 100 accounts. Maybe 40 of them fail and you get 60 successful accounts. Then, you auto submit an article to those 60 and maybe 20 fail, so you got 40 successful posts with backlinks.

But, it took maybe 5 minutes to do. So, you say, "Screw it. It's not worth the time and effort to try to get those failed accounts or submissions to work. I'm not going to resubmit. I'm not going to look at the logs to see what the problem was. I'll be happy with the 40 that worked and not worry about the 60 that didn't. I'll just do another batch and maybe get another 40."

I'm feeling like maybe that's how Sean and others like him think about us. We're noise. We're distraction. He'll just be happy with the ones who never open the product so they don't know if it works or not and the ones that won't complain even if it doesn't work and the ones who love it.

Maybe the rest aren't worth the effort. Just move on to another launch and get another 40.

I recognize the exact same text in emails I've received. I find nothing more insulting & frustrating than getting canned email responses that have nothing to do with what you asked! Especially when you can’t even reply, and for a one-time launch like this, there is no excuse for it! Are the developers saying they’re too busy to look at emails for just a few days or even hours?! It looks to me like they hired one non-English speaking person to handle all their customer service, gave her a brand new “support” site with no content on it, a short list of canned responses and excuses not to give refunds, and then left her alone to deal with everyone's problems and anger as they scooted out the back door to pop champagne bottles over all the money they made. They’re in for a rude awakening though when they see all the refund requests in the morning. That’s just too bad – I can forgive the server meltdown, and even software glitches, but only if I felt like the developer really planned this to be as perfect as possible before selling it to me, responded to me quickly and was easy to talk to, was truly sorry about wasting my time & money, was good to his word that it would be fixed to my satisfaction very quickly, AND that there was always the option of a cheerful refund!

That is exactly the way they look at us. I wasted 3 hours watching the training videos. Then I try to open the software and it is stuck on Loading Scheduler. I try to uninstall it, and reinstall it, but it seems to be trying to access the server and all I get is Loading Scheduler. Now I'm not sure if I can completely remove the software from my computer. The support desk takes over 24 hours to respond, and tells me to send a screen shot, or video, of the problem (as if this is the first time anyone has complained about this issue).

Managing refund has become more important than putting out a quality product, and supporting it. They win the war of refund attrition by putting up so many barriers that most customers give up. There seems to be more time put into over hyped sales letters, upsells, downsells, OTOs, and managing refunds than putting out a quality product that does what it claims it will do. So I'm asking for a refund from this seller, and will add him to my "do not buy" list.

Thanks for the most helpful post so far on the thread. Many of the others have been really good and extraordinarily helpful.... but we are starting to carry this too far. Issues are issues. Calm, cool and dispassionate discussion ALMOST always wins out.

Sometime we fall into the trap of thinking... or at least acting like.... these folks set out to have a launch like this. They didn't. They clearly hoped for something else.....

Me personally...? I'm going to wait and see if they get past the initial set of problems. I still like the idea and feel like there is a place for it in my toolkit. Only time will tell!

I think your contribution to keeping this topic civilized is quite honorable.

But with all due respect, the only successful part of this launch was the JV build-up and I feel sorry for some of those guys and especially for those that purchased. The JVs were led to believe that this product was ready for the market and now find themselves having to apologize to their lists. This has a snowball effect, it doesn't just stop at producers.
I think the majority of buyers have the decency to ask for a refund in a civilized and polite manner but the resonance from "support" is, to say the least, below the belt.
Instead of honoring the refunds, they are now trying to bribe the buyers into accepting an additional plugin that apparently works very well with RCW, although RCW doesn't produce what they preached and in many cases doesn't work at all. WTF.
They are obviously not even reading the first refund requests, rather picking out the mails with the words "please refund" or similar.
This is just another shrewd marketing trick and proof of their disrespect towards people that placed their trust in the marketer's hands.

O.k. we are all marketers and want to earn cash, but If I offer a refund then I have to respect the requests.

I hear you... and am just trying to help.

A while back, I was listening to a political discussion between two people that I highly respect... who are at the opposite ends of the political spectrum. One of them brought the entire discussion to an end by reminding everyone that it's all a matter of perspective. What he said was.... "It depends on where you stand."

My only point was that (hype and hyperbole aside) they didn't set out to sell a broken product, crash a server, fail at product support and damage their reputations.

They still MIGHT make it right.

              Cheers,

Chris, take a side the launch issues and software bug. Even if those two parts were not present, this product will not live up to what your expectations may be. Here'e why:

Claim: Create unique content for all your sites ion auto pilot. Even notice how at least half the demos done on any IM product always use dog categories? There's good reason. There are alot of writers in that niche.

But when you try the products on your own niches, they fall short. Why? No content or very little. RCW draws it's written content from article directories. ten of them. And you know the value of article directories is very poor.

Improvements? : Draw from Wikipedia and Google Docs for better and more in depth writing. Allow the user to enter their own rss feeds. The software does neither. It simply pulls articles. You could use your browser the same way for free. Want automation. Ste up a Wordpress Blog. Use a rss mixer, like Google Alerts. Then read your own specialized "article" feed via a category with title and excerpts. Take what you want all in one place. Set the site for private and only you will have access to your very own "Rapid Content Wizard." Use Spin Rewriter for $59/yr. and you are all set!

All the help is via Google and Wordpress.org. You'll have better results.

Thanks SA... I truly do get your point... and i am still not a buyer. I wish they would take your suggestions. The part that appeals to me most is the automation piece.

I will be happy with the 65% solution... for tier 2 and 3 sites. I have my fingers crossed that this will turn into something... or that someone else will produce a workable option.

              Thanks again!

Automation is indeed a great tool to have in your arsenal but I would never suggest auto posting without moderation, no matter what software is being used.

Ok After reading all the complaints. I am really pissed. I seen the same complaints for Seans Promote Me Pro. I think you all here come on here just to give bad feedback. You all have 30 days for Refund but as soon as something goes wrong you instantly post for a refund instead of asking Alan who would be happy to help you.

You just want your money back. That is what gives software a bad name you do not give it a try.

This software works and it works great. It is the Best out there.

            Cheers

Your an idiot for saying that. If you would first work it out with Alan then you might see that the software worked. I know it works as I use it.

Alan went and had like 100's of beta testers and people testing this for over a month before launch and I can tell you this it works. And works great.

And what brings people down Tigerwar is people like you putting bad comments on the WF. Get a life man.

There is to much crap on this thread to even start I would have to create a thread just for your idiotic crap to mention.

Your an idiot for bashing Sean. You bashed him in Promote Me Pro thread and this one to. You need to get off the WF and start working instead of bashing other Marketers.

Sean is a Great person and he is caring and he has great products. Alan is great also and Rapid Content Wizard is great. It works great. People give up to soon to really know if it works. Then they come on here leave crappy messages as they could not get it to work and bash Alan then he gets bad reviews and everyone who wants to buy it sees this crap and then they do not buy.

as for the rest of you!

How do they know if it will work unless they buy it.

Remember people you got 30 days for a refund. If you can not get help within the first 25 days and it still does not work then well maybe get a refund but first try all avenues to get help. Alan has his skype user name if you contact him I can bet he would help you.

WOW. ok, Edward. I found out about Curation Fire through Adsense Firestorm (info on it was in the 3rd Accelerator Video) well before I found out about RCW. This was a plugin that Sean promoted, and I bought, through his link (and also bought Spin Rewriter based on his recommendation also). And it's a damn good one too. It came to mind as one of the tools I use and came to mind also because I had first looked at Curation Soft before finding out about Fire. I said nothing about Alan or RCW, neither of which I have a problem with.

I use several of Sean's plugins all of which help me get my stuff done amd recommend them. And Sean is an awesome guy, very helpful. In fact, when I do Magic Submitter coaching, I keep in mind how Sean runs his Sessions and how relaxed he is. I use him as a model, so to speak.

So get off my case please. I've nothing but good things to say about Sean. Two timing? really? It would be like Noble Samurai yelling at me because I gave a positive review to a competitor of theirs, Keyword King (in fact I did). I use both, but both fill different needs. MS is more in depth, KK is faster, etc.

Take Note: You can outsource at Fiver.com to have someone register and post at forums where yoru product is getting beaten up badly. You can use these people to slam, insult, and even threaten other forum members into submission. All in order to make it "appear" as if they(all previous customers) are only posting because "they never gave the product a chance."

Wake Up Call: Hello out there? I guess that "creative" post is what we can take away from this: Outsourcing to counter measure a bad product is only an extension of the same bad product. It is not and never will be a "selling feature" nor a good counter measure.

It only demonstrates the lack of education of those involved. Who clearly are clueless to what constitutes "Customer Satisfaction." Question: How many sales are counted where a third party testimonial insults paying customers? Keep going Sean, we are all anxiously awaiting more awesome "Marketing Mistakes To Learn And Live Without."

Oh come on. It literally takes ten seconds to issue a refund through Paypal. It shouldn't take 3-4 days to get your money back. If it's "one of the biggest launches of the year" (according to Sean)... hire some damn support staff.

Offering a plug-in instead of a refund with the first email response is totally unacceptable. They do this knowing that some of the same yuppies that bought this crap in the first place, will give the plug-in a go instead of persisting with the refund.

When are people going to stop making excuses for trash products. This product, from launch til now, is complete garbage. How can someone launch this many products and still be clueless as to how to handle servers and support issues....

One more thing to note. Early in this thread there were a couple of posts saying how great this product is. Did anyone take note of their post counts?????? 1,3,2,1 etc... Wow, just starting out on the Warrior Forum and they chose this software to comment on. That doesn't seem a little shady.

The thing that's really disappointing is the amount of emails I've received (regarding RCW), from people I used to really respect in this industry. They obviously haven't tried this crap. They all got sucked in to the 4 upsell sales funnel and the affiliate contest.

All I know is that a lot of respectable marketers are going to lose huge chunks of their mailing lists.

Same here, I agree. That is the best lesson I ever learned from Sean. I will not JV with anyone who associated themselves with this launch. Reason: They never tried out the product themselves.

Because anyone who did, would be blown away by the nerve of selling a product which crawls article directories and actually thinks that is good content. What a joke! No one with a brain goes to article directories to read. There is way better content on the web, just by doing a simple search in Google. Who needs article directories anymore to find out information on topics? No one!

Article directories are a graveyard where poorly written content goes to die. And RCW as it stands is on the emergency table without a heartbeat! "Clear!"

Thank you for your awesome observations! They have really helped me to understand how people respond to these type of sales. Sean has taught me so much on what happens when you get it all wrong! I am truly grateful to Sean and Alan and your response! A great lesson once again at the Warrior's Forum!

You have a great perception on this! Many thanks!

I am really at a lost for words, this was a huge launch and I really can't understand why any marketer would jeopardize their reputation on such a failed software.

I tried the software and got terrible results, it was absolute garbage. I then filtered out all the article directories and fetched content only from Wikipedia, thinking that it may produce better quality content.

I used PLR as the main keyword and for the LSI keywords I used,

    plr products
    private lable rights
    plr marketing
    plr articles

And this is what it retrieved!

    Title: PLR Marketing

First paragraph was about "The Radical Liberal Party".

Second paragraph was about "funding literary works of fiction".

Third paragraph was about "isolation transformers and bypass capacitors".

Fourth paragraph was about "connecting a radio to a PC using a parallel port and sound card".

Fifth paragraph was again about "The Radical Liberal Party".

Sixth paragraph was about "duplicate the fourth paragraph".

seventh paragraph was about "a story around GRU Spetsnaz commando Dimitry "Dima" Mayakovsky".

Eight paragraph was about "the App_rpt package for Linux".

Ninth paragraph was about "M-16, AR-15, and other NATO rifles chambered for 5.56Ã--45mm".

The software only fetched the main keyword and not the LSI keywords and the content was completely irrelevant to the title.

I won't be asking for a refund because I have purchased some decent products on the JVZoo platform and I wouldn't want to get blacklisted but this software did not live up to the claim that was mentioned about high quality content.

joseph7384, that's somewhat worse than what I experienced, but I did see poorly written and duplicate content.

But what's more, it is a sorry day when you're held to ransom by the delivery medium.

You mean that JVZoo would blacklist a customer who asks for a legitimate refund for a product that's clearly not what was advertised?

I know of someone who was blacklisted from purchasing products, according to him he was accused of being a serial refunder but yet he had only one refund.

JVZoo allows sellers to blacklist emails of people they believe to be serial refunders, or problem customers. Other sellers have the option of using these lists for their own products. As a seller you can say I don't want to sell to anybody who has been reported once, or twice or five times, or something like that.

So you don't get banned JVZoo wide really, it's up to each seller.

The problem is that this is a legit way to handle the problem of serial refunders BUT non serial refunders get caught up in it every now and again.

I would say to NOT let this stop you from getting a refund for a bad product!! That's crazy!! bad product should get refunded, period IMHO. It's important to send the seller a message that there are two parts to a great product. Good marketing AND a good product. Without one or the other, it's a fail. Don't let them get away with just having the first part locked in.

And BTW, I DO sell products here and I would expect the same for the products that I sell.

I have only blacklisted one customer, she bought the same product twice within a seven day period and asked for a refund both times. And not just asked but demanded. Nobody needs customers like that.

I've purchased from Sean in the past and I have to say that I've never had a problem and have been perfectly happy with the quality of my purchase.

I thought that RCW looked interesting and, at the early bird price, I felt that it was worth a look.

Exactly. I was viewing RCW as a tool, not a solution. I think anyone expecting otherwise was unfortunately expecting too much.

            What the heck :confused::confused::confused:
This is exactly what I received too. I'm not impressed!

Sure, I know that things can go wrong and, at times, there can even be disasters that mean that absolutely nothing goes according to plan. But nothing about this launch has left me with a good impression, I'm afraid. I'm certainly extremely disappointed to learn about the situation regarding the upsells, this isn't a practice that I can agree with and is the very type of thing that makes people wary of them.

As I said, I've never had problems with Sean in the past so I was looking forward to the launch of RCW. However, on this occasion, I shall have to pass on this one

I was made aware of this product yesterday and was quite excited about it. Reading this thread put a damper on that. I appreciate all the honest opinions. Usually, it is hard to get an honest opinion without wading through all the sales pitches.

Apparently, the seller decided to forgo the various and asundry levels of usage and go with an unlimited version for 37 dollars and a one-domain version for 17 dollars. Is this correct?

Maybe, the foul-ups could be put to use as a study in how not to launch a product?

Joseph, I'm not happy with the software, either, but that's not really a fair test. You and I know what PLR is, but can you really expect the search engines to? You might have tried "Private Label Rights". You could have tried several other niches.

You can't really blame the software for what comes back from the search engines and article directories. You have to give it terms it can work with.

    "weight loss" keyword article

Weight Loss Tips And Weight Loss Plan For Weight Management And Fat
The advertised product will cause permanent weight loss.

Do methods weight loss salons use work? How about the weight loss pills that 'burn up to 2000 kilocalories per day'? Well, in most cases, people don't even eat up to 2000 kilocalories when they're trying to lose weight.

With regards to numerous weight loss salons using body wraps, infrared or electro stimulation devices etc - must you really be educated to realise that all these don't work? Please don't fall victim to their intensive marketing tactics. If they really work, why do they spend so much money on advertisements mostly showing astonishing 'before' and 'after' pictures and slim figures of celebrities but little or no scientific information about their weight loss devices?

The advertised product will cause substantial weight loss for all users

Seriously, only lazy people wanting a quick fix would visit these weight loss salons. But the thing is that they don't even provide a quick fix! You'll only get ripped of.

Here's an excerpt from a very informative report compiled by the Federal Trade Commission of the United States Of America - Deception In Weight Loss Advertising Workshop:

Seizing Opportunities and Building Partnerships to Stop Weight Loss Fraud. A panel of experts discusses and analyses claims made by manufacturers, citing scientific references to show how these claims are false and misleading the public. The claims include:

The advertised product will cause substantial weight loss through the blockage of absorption of fat or calories.

The use of weight loss products may lead to relatively fast weight loss initially. Many weight loss products contain bioactive substances that suppress appetite, stimulate metabolism or induce water loss from the body. It is not safe to use these products without medical supervision. Moreover, weight loss products are usually expensive and do not help change the overweight individual's eating and exercise behaviors that are the root causes of weight gain. This makes maintenance of weight loss difficult. Enough said.

Wait. Didn't recent TV programs show normal Singaporeans losing weight after visiting beauty salons? How do you explain that? Well, these weight loss salons know their stuffs don't work, so now they're getting smart enough to recruit some personal trainers and nutritionists to ‘preach' healthy living. So on top of their dubious weight loss gimmicks (where the real bucks are rolling in), they have their clients exercise and diet. Without a doubt, exercise and diet worked, and weight loss resulted. At Personal Trainer at Your Doorstep | Results! Personal Training (Singapore) - Home we offer the same services (without the body wrap nonsense of course!) at a fraction of the cost. Â

Consumers who use the advertised product can lose weight only from those parts of the body where they wish to lose weight Find them familiar? Read them in ads on the papers or on television lately? Please do take time to read the full report: http://www.ftc.gov/os/2003/12/031209weightlossrpt.pdf

      Wow that was ugly!

This is not the same thing but in a similar vein - I once bought good software called Page One Curator by Paul Clifford. It didn't write the articles for you, but it gathered up articles from like 200 RSS feeds including lots of newspapers and magazines, plus you could add your own RSS feeds too, it searched Google News & Google blogs, any articles on the web, YouTube videos, and Creative Commons images from Flickr... then you grab blobs of what you want and paste it into the editor there (and for everything you paste in, an automatic link to it is created too so you can give credit to the source), add some of your own original comments and make it look good, then click "Post to Blog" and you have it already set up to go to your blogs.

I think it was around $40. He has a membership website after you buy where you can go watch training videos and read any news or help about the software too. I keep forgetting I have it (lol) so I've had to re-visit the training videos and they've stayed up there for at least a year I think. I think I remember asking him a question or two in reply to one of his group emails and he answered me quickly. Totally different experience than this!

Diabetes treatment depends on the type and severity of the diabetes. Type 1 diabetes is treated with insulin, exercise, and a diabetic diet. Type 2 diabetes is first treated with weight reduction, a diabetic diet, and exercise. When these measures fail to control the elevated blood sugars, oral medications are used. If oral medications are still insufficient, insulin medications are considered.

The majority of Americans are overweight, and that is a scary thing because with the excess weight comes a slew of life-threatening diseases that can be avoided by proper diet and exercise. Obesity is the major cause for diabetes mellitus type 2, a chronic disorder where the body fails to produce sufficient amounts of insulin or where cells have lost responsiveness to its effects. Insulin is needed for the passage of blood glucose into the body's cells for energy. When the cells cannot obtain the glucose, the body weakens and organs become damaged overtime, possibly leading to death. While most type 2 diabetics are treated with some type of medication, alternative diabetes treatment options can prove just as effective or more for many patients. Here are some of the most common natural remedies for diabetes type 2.

I created some more posts - all complete junk, I would absolutely not use any of these articles to backlink to my sites. The amount of time it takes to make these articles readable - you may as well go to ezinearticles yourself, pick up four paragraphs from different articles, and rewrite yourself within 15 minutes to something useable. RCW is a complete letdown - as for those affiliates ??! all they care about is their commission.

Well. here is my two cents.

    1. I don't mind the OTOs so much IF they make sense. If they are truly adding value to a full product. Meaning, don't force me into an OTO to get the product I wanted to by from the start. Give me an OTO that's adds additional value/new value to the original product. Not one that fills in the gaps of the original.

    2. I watched the video on the early bird campaign, I noticed then that the articles were junk. I watched the guy go through everything in detail but the text content. I stopped the video read close and said "uh-hu". Not good stuff at all.

    3. Getting VERY tired of (but see a lot of it) this churn and burn product creation and the creators. These guys pump out product after product and the support for these product is lucky to last 2 months. The first signs of product meeting this definition is at the support desk. If there is not already a good support system for the marketer put in place (especially these big names) it's a clear indication that support (i.e the customer) is not a priority and the product is churn and burn.

How long has Sean been in business? And his support SILL sucks? It makes ZERO sense.

Like somebody else posted here on this thread, I won't buy from him either just because this pattern continues to repeat itself, over and over.

Now a question for you guys. How many of these super hyped up, affiliates pushing like crazy product have you bought that were actually worth the money?

A probable mechanism of this effect was believed to be preservation of regulatory T cells that suppress activation of the immune system and thereby maintain immune system homeostasis and tolerance to self-antigens. The duration of the effect is still unknown, however. In 2011, Phase III studies with otelixizumab and teplizumab both failed to show clinical efficacy, potentially due to an insufficient dosing schedule.

Just to let everyone know, I received my refund today.

History: I submitted my first request 2 or 3days ago.

Received the canned response with no way to reply.

Submitted a second request and included the original ticket number, yesterday.

    Received the refund today.

I never doubted Sean would honor the refund. He may back crappy products; he may have chosen to not invest in quality support; but, I don't believe he's dishonest -- at least when it comes to taking money and running.

To clarify my comment in the last post, I really don't think of this product as crappy. It worked for me. And, I think some of you have a much higher standard than is necessary for the quality of an article used for backlinking.

Google just needs to see words related to your topic inside a sentence structure that follows proper English, without too many bad synonyms in order to accept the backlink article as relevant.

As Jim showed, the results returned by RCW are not bad. The tool that does the spinning can totally mess it up, though. If I were to keep using RCW, I would not use the built-in spinning. I would copy the article to my spinner tool so I can fine tune the settings.

If support had been more responsive; If I had confidence Sean would be committed to the software for the long term; If Sean had been proactive in dealing with all the crap; I'd probably have stuck with it.

But, there were just too many red flags.

Cag, sadly, that article was pre-spin. That's the raw article RCW provides. Then it's up to the spinner to provide something still relevant but also readable.

As for reliability, remember, it's just using the search engines against various sources. So, it really depends on your keyword and what's at the top of each source.

But, I agree, never automated content on the money sites.

I think he really meant well in the the since of how automated content can help us
but as you read here and from these posts.

This just an example of a launch gone bad in every way imaginable
we can all learn something from this on our next product launch

Is there anyone out there that purchased the product?
I was onthe earlybird list, setup an email campaign paid for the solos link broke I am broke purchased it through Hans Fan the only link that would work because he was smart enough to direct you straight through to paypal paid 31.00. all within 20 minutes of the release. Could not access the product for about 5 hours when I did the upsale for premeium was 55.00. Now comes the fun part lost 500.00 in solos paid for something from another marketer no commision for me.

When I was able to use the product first couple of articles sweet quick easy to edit nice. Within about an hour and a half of setup and registration fees 100.00
ready to rock right---wrong now that they over loaded the server with to many clients the software would will not create an article for anything-amazon won't pull, yahoo works well and youtube and flicker works well.

So in conclusion it cost me 600.00 bucks I don't have and I have a piece of useless software.

Anyboby out there making this thing work?
Really need some feedback not sure that they can fix the server overload issues with the product to many people on it.

They are bragging about making 100.000.00 in 24 hrs hope they choke on it.
Remember Lethal same thing how about Rockstar.

For me this is really sad I work hard I am going nowhere because I use Sean's products and get slapped by Google.

Anybody have anything positive to say an differant ? If I am wrong let me know.

    Hey Guys,

I bought the thing at $37, had no idea about the early bird special. I was to busy messing around with Auto Traffic Trends plugin, (which not is not geared for niche blogs, except for review sites), and this came out the next day. Should of held my money.

Anyway, saw the RCW demo and jumped, went to post to my sites 'I get a error that says, "Remote server not a valid XML" whatever that freakin means? Sent support ticket, we'll see what happens. So far spent money without any "new" content created for 3 days!

    That's my experience so far.

I thought I was going too. It grabs trending words on Google trends, Alexa Keywords, Amazon gold box and special deals. It grabs a random video from youtube, and content (just like RCW), things Google is looking for.

However, creator says you could put your own keywords in there for your niche, but, never really understood, how keywords and content matched from trends. Asked support those questions: "No response".

Today, they upgraded to a version, for a 'work-around' for google plus and other issues. Now they said, customers have to add "ioncube loader" the your web host should provide. I spent over 2 hours, adding those files, editing php according to hosts' instructions. After, all that, couldn't even access my site! WTF?

Decided to delete plugin from the site to gain access again.

Bottom-Line: Sent two requests for refund. I'm pissed!

I normally don't buy these "auto-programs" because they of all the freakin hoops you got to jump through, to get it to work. But, I listened to a guy on youtube, that I subscribe too, and watch the demos, I had hope. Only to be disappointed on both programs.

I hope I don't have to get Paypal involved. Money's money, and when you don't get what you paid for, it's a big bubble burst!

Yikes! I bought but haven't installed yet. Not sure if my host supports ioncube.

As for the keyword and trends, if I understood you, you misunderstood the feature.

The trends part doesn't do anything other than find trending keywords and put them in a box. You delete any of those and also add any of your own.

The auto content only grabs stuff relating to what's in that box. It ignores the trend section -- other than what it put in that keyword box.

Yeah, it's still cloudy about the feature. Even if it grabs keywords (something I can get with trending sites), they're not relevant to content. And that whole ioncube loader is a joke! They're going to ask people to call their web host to add it and make it work? Are you kidding me? That was the refund factor.

As promised I send you an update of the situation. (Just to remind you, I purchased the day before yesterday the application. But I didn't get the activation code)
I got a reply last night in which said this:
        "Hi

Thank you for your email. I am happy to assist.

Your Activation Key can be found on the Homepage of your Member's Area.

I have provided an example below.

        2013-07-16_1102 - Shayva's library

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

        Thank you,"
After that I replied saying that I didn't have an activation code on the URL where she specified.

This afternoon I received this reply:
        "Hi,

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

I have checked your license and I see that you don't have one assigned to you.

I have expedited to your request to Sean and Alan.

I will be in touch shortly with a resolution.

        Thank you,"

So, so far obviously I am not quite happy of the situation because:
        1) I should have received the activation code from day 1.
        2) The support lady should have checked the first time if an activation code had been allocated to me.

However, it's not all negative because:
        1) They have replied fairly quickly.
        2) They seem to be willing to solve my issue.

I'll keep you updated. Take care!

With the program stuck on "Loading Schedules" on my screen (never could use it or even try it) and no help or support, I was really nervous that I would never see my money again. Not to diminish your troubles with this purchase but that makes zero sense. They gave you a full refund as they promised. So they had a terrible launch and you couldn't use the product, they could have dissed you altogether but they didn't. Remember, they had hundreds of support tickets to wad through but they got to you and gave you what you asked for. That's better than most and for that reason alone, you should feel confident enough that you can try their products in the future without fear of being burned because I will tell you and anyone in this thread, paypal does not refund software so Sean could have easily burned you.

I also received a refund, without any fuss from Sean and Co (at least, after the initial canned email reply) to their credit. I don't think they were trying anything malicious, but rather to cash on on people's excitement. Top marketing needs a top product, and I didn't see it here.

Sent these two questions to support. Maybe someone here can give light as well...

    1. My work PC is scheduled for reformatting and re-imaging tomorrow. For example, if I install RCW now, and reformat tomorrow, would I still be able to re-install it again with the same license.

    2. And if I buy a new PC, and won't be using the old PC where RCW was initially installed, can I email support so that I could just transfer the license to the new PC? I don't think buying a new license is an option in this case. It's still using it on one PC, right?

I agree. Its gotten to the point that if an IM product is not offered as a WSO I will not buy it. In my mind, there is a reason why a product is not offered on the WF. They can't stand the honest critique. I received a ton of affiliate emails on this product. So I did like you did and came to the WF just to see if there were any reviews. Man, am I glad I did. No way would I buy this thing. It also seems a little suspicious to me that at the beginning of this thread that most of the positive comments came from individuals who were very recent members of the WF, like this month. Not making an accusation. Just a comment.

For those of you looking for a RELIABLE way to get good content, these are the tools I use.
First off, the best purchase I ever made was Market Samurai. It does what I need it to do. You pay one price and so far (4 years later) they have been reliable in updating it. I think if I had to purchase over again though, I would go with SEOMoz.
Second, spinrewriter.com. By far, the best spin product on the market. I pay the yearly fee. It has a 5 day free trial.
Third, tie spinrewriter with WP Robot. They don't have a free trial but do offer a 14 day money back guarantee.
I use MS to do market and keyword research. Find out the competition and sources for content. I use iwriter to come up with 5 good 750 word articles to base the blog on and make sure that each page has an LSI keyword pointing back to the main page. Put up one or two good blog posts. Its automatic from there. Then I use WP Robot to find and post content to the blogs, using spinrewriter.
No, none of these products are dirt cheap. You will invest $300 or so. But they have been around a while, and they work.

iWriter is our writing service with over 100,000 writers waiting to crank out content FAST and cheap. It's as close as you can get to software without making it software. We have so many writers that your content is written very very fast. You can do a search on the Warrior forum and see that Keith's experience above was the exception, and is not what most think.

If this product would have been sold as tool for creating posts for tier2 and upwards, then it might have been a decent buy. For this purpose it fails the %link% tags and it is slow.... But this clearly is presented as "the content revolution" with the claim it would produce high quality 80% unique posts .... and it fails big time. The articles are plain crap....

But we are all victims of 'wishful thinking'.

A tool that automated builds readable, unique (and quality) content doesn't exists, and .....
.. if somebody ever manages to make a product like this ..... I bet that the Wall Street Journal and The New York Times would be very interested to buy the tool...

    Just my 2 cents...

But when I uploaded the plugins, none of them worked, either by adding the plugin from the site, or via FTP. so if they are ninja programmers, they missed the mark this time.

Nort only that, but the support team is slow to react, i have multiple tickets in, and no response.

Yes, iWriter is a writing service. My one experience with them was poor. I bought 10 articles and I rejected the first batch I got. Those automatically get resubmitted and you get another batch. I reject half of those.

All said and done, I spent about 40 minutes reading and rejecting junk articles to find the few that were passable. And, they were ONLY passable. Nothing I was excited about.

So, for the time it took me to get only OK articles, I won't be using iWriter again.

Keith, to stand corrected. It is only the merchant's actions, which are reviewed by PayPal when considering suspending an account. And not anyone who makes a purchase. Further PayPal, does not suspend any merchant's account without receiving several of the same dispute reports from buyers.

Finally, PayPal will at best, withhold fund transfer requests to the merchant's bank account and freeze the balance within the merchant's account. So they can refund the purchases made. PayPal is an intermediary and is always in control of all funds first. At no time does a merchant have control over any funds collected from buyers. Which is why there is always a delay in fulfilling transfers of funds to a merchant's bank account.

So you have nothing to worry about, if you did request a refund or submit a dispute report. I've been through this event a few times. It always favors the buyer, if the claim is warranted. PayPal will always ask the merchant to remedy the transaction. If the merchant cannot be reached by email or telephone, only then does PayPal take matters into their own hands and manually process the refund on behalf of the merchant.

I have full confidence in PayPal dispute process. And again, the loss is not financial for me, it is a loss of valuable time Keith.

If you've been through this several times then you should know paypal DOES NOT refund software. Sure they will ONE time and that is it.

That's why I would recommend to anyone here to wait for Sean to refund you. He will. He is a stand up guy. Give them time to get to your tickets as they have hundreds maybe thousands to go through.

Thanks for the clarification. I'm not concerned about my refund. I received it a couple days ago.

I didn't know that PP worked the way you said, so that's good news for others.

Hey guys - reading this info (thanks SEO Agent!) about the fake email addresses and cancelled accounts got me nervous so I just checked on my refund. NO money has come to my bank yet! I looked in PayPal and it says there was a refund BUT:

"PayPal has placed a temporary hold while we're reviewing it. We'll contact you shortly with further information."

Is this something to worry about? (They wrote that yesterday)

SEO Agent what a great and thorough review & research! (And I found out that I couldn't thank anyone because I hadn't had 5 posts yet - this is the first time I've really talked on here) This line was the icing on the cake though:

"...your $1 Membership Fee was actually a dollar too high. "

LMAO! That sums this whole nightmare/fiasco up so well!!!

And Sam M, I got the same email! Talking to me as if I was one of their JV partners, when in reality I was just a victim! It seems they're so drunk with riches they got their email lists mixed up and made the mistake of bragging about how many suckers they screwed over to the actual suckers they did screw over!

We KNOW they know about this thread because Sean wrote on here earlier, so my guess is they're ignoring it or just don't care - like someone said here - they toss out 100 lines and if only 40% of the people complain and demand a refund, they consider it a big success.

Anyway, I'm glad they supposedly gave me a refund - I wonder what this Temporary Hold on PayPal is about though and if there is any danger that that means that I might not get my money back.
