So there I was all excited waiting for Sean’s email for the early bird dicount rapidcontentwizard it looked interesting.

First the email turned up late and then no matter how many times I tried – the dam system would not take my money.

Not so well managed Sean and I feel a bit ripped and it can wait now

  • Same here!
There was supposed to be a 50% discount for those on the early bird list.
Now that the deadline for the discount has passed, will that discount still be honoured if we still buy through the discount link!!!???
    • [2] replies
    • It's up to $30 plus now - I would have thought if anyone would have done a good job it would be Sean
      • [1] reply

      • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • I was on the early bird list for a 50% discount and tried a dozen times and paypal kept saying that one of the receivers could not receive payments at this time. I just tried again 2 minutes after launch and it works perfectly fine accept that the price has doubled.
  • It looks like the full price version is not such a good deal either [Note: Gold Version Limited to 4 Sites & 8 Campaigns - Upgrade To Unlimited Available After Initial Purchase]
    • [2] replies
    • How much for the upgrade?
    • I really hate this type of marketing.

Why not just put the 2 prices up and allow us to choose which version we want. I just wanted to get the unlimited version (the basic version is useless..just for a couple of sites!).

Why should I buy the basic version and then buy the unlimited version in an upsell..it's like buying the basic version twice!

I don't even know the price of the upsell... when will this stuff end?
      • [ 1 ] Thanks

  • He must be having a tough time - his server has now been moved
    • [1] reply
    • Mmmmm,
Sean and Alan say they are both Ninja Coders.
But they are having a tough time working out how much server capacity they need.
  • Well it's been almost 2 hours since they claim that their server crashed and no updates since with the exception of an email stating that they are changing servers.
    • [1] reply
    • I too have been on the early bird list and have had a frustrating time since the early opening was supposed to have happened, i would hope that sean will honour all of us that were on his early bird list.
I am still getting emails from affiliates sending me to a "this server has moved" message.
I would like to know the price for the full version without restrictions, i hate hidden OTO's.

It would be nice if Sean, or someone in the know, would put there head in here and let us know what is going on but I guess they are busy trying to get it all up again.

Don't blame Sean, Sh!t happens to all of us and I don't suppose this is what he planned for the launch.
He's probably desperately waiting for the new server DNS to propogate through the net.

      Clint

      UPDATE

I am getting annoyed though with the emails that keep coming through from affiliates.
I have just had one that said the server fried and that it was back up again and that I should go straight over there and ..guess what, it still goes to the page that says the server has moved!

Can I have my 50% discount please Sean?
And please don't just give us another hour, I'm sure I am not the only one that cannot afford to sit watching the computer in case this comes back up again.
  • I just realized that this thread is in the main forum, it really should be in this section.

  • I managed to buy it and I've reached the download area, finally, but I'm a bit disappointed.

I haven't been able to reach the upgrade to platinum page - I just keep getting directed to what they call Step 4 where I am able to upgrade to Developer level. I'm not really interested in that. I'd think about upgrading to platinum, however, so that I can use it on more than four sites.
  • Oops. Correction - It won't let me upgrade to Developer either.
  • Its fixed now
He moved to a new server and mailed the early birds again
  • Hi Guys,

Just as a heads up guys we did have a COMPLETE server meltdown this morning due to DEMAND. We moved the server to a more powerful box and we are all good now.

We just sent out emails to let everyone know and we even put in a extra bonus plugin into the members area worth $97 to make up for any hassles people had.

This set records for us and we have 1000s of customers who are rocking away. If you have ANY issues contact our team at AGB Marketing Group, LLC. - Powered by Kayako Fusion Help Desk Software and our team is waiting to help ANYONE who had any problems ordering or getting upgrades etc.

We cannot offer support here but DO make sure you contact us if you have any problems and we will make sure you get access...

Also, if you were on the EARLY BIRD list we just mailed out a new link that will expire at 6PM EST... So Jump on that NOW if you were on that list and check your email NOW...

    All the best

    • Sean,

I have the Platinum Version. Does that mean I have unlimited sites posting ability?

My license on the member page says I have "Access Level: Platinum".

Please let me know if this membership level allows unlimited sites posting.

      Thanks, Cisco.

  • Oh Man! SEAN you did it again! You too Alan! Some people have no patience! But I waited and I am super happy to be back in again! Thank you guys for a great software! This is amazing! Worth the money!!!
  • 14 usd version vs 17 usd SILVER vs... homepage version 34.70 what's the difference ?

    14 is simple
    17 is silver
    34 is gold ??

what is the difference ? there is a platinum ? which to get ?
    • [1] reply
    • 14 usd early bird price (gold, 4 sites 8 compans)
17 usd common price for silver membership (no compains)
47 usd to upgrade for platinum membership (dont know is it for everebody or early birds only, unlimited)
  • I went away and came back I am still not able to get in the membership
    site
I was on the early bird list and still will like to get access to the upgrades at a discount
based on the fact that you only get 4 sites on the gold.

I checked your support Sean but it says you are still having server issues.
I have been waiting to get in the members area since 11:00AM
  • Alan and Sean ... You Guys have Out Done Yourselves on this one. This will be Hugh in setting content for all of my sites, and the content is remarkable. I don't know how you guys do it, but it Really Is Great Software!!
    Thanks Steve
  • hey Guys! I just thought I would toss in my 2 cents. Those of you that are being a bit impatient....I have been lucky enough to have used this product for several weeks and I can tell you that you would be kicking yourself later if you bail on this because of the server crash! What I love most about this product is it is adaptable for just about any way of creating content. If you are a marketer online and you understand the crucial nature of creating content, you will quickly realize not having this in your toolbox is like not having a hammer and a screwdriver. It will cut your content creation times by 50-99% in my opinion. I personally use it for creating top quality content on my main blogs by pulling the content then doing a quick manual edit and posting.
Regardless of the server bump Sean and Alan you guys have outdone yourselves on the product! I would not run my business online without this tool. WOW I guess I had 3 cents to toss in
    • [2] replies
    • I would also like to know how much for the upgrade to unlimited.
      • [1] reply

    • Well Put Scott! For all the impatient ones... Relax okay! This is an AMAZING software and I have had the pleasure of using it as well for a few weeks and it has made life so much easier!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:  Unfortunately things happen... Server crashed which is expected I mean we had HUNDREDS of People rocking this thing out NONSTOP since it opened its doors.. But with a bit of Patience Sean and Alan, who have worked their BUTTS off to bring you guys this product will have this thing running in no time! You will be so pleased when you get to use it! If you haven't already! So have a GREAT Monday Funday!

  • Does Early Bird discount apply on the Upgrades?
  • Sean --

The sales page says to "watch this short video..." but there is no video at all on the page. Maybe this is a result of quickly standing up another server?
  • The first upsell to Platinum is $47 and then there is another one at $67. Also a $1 offer to the Inner circle which is then $47 a month. I bought it and there are a few things you may need as well like proxies and API keys and accounts for the sites the software uses. Not quite as one click as it would appear. I wasn't on the early bird list
  • I can see it being very useful though
  • I do agree with dblues, the two prices should be displaced and let buyers make the choice. I have lot of sites and so I am more interested in the unlimited version.
How much does the unlimited version cost?
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • So, I thought I was on the early notification list but I don't see any of the emails. Is there any way to get the 50% discount?
    • [2] replies
    • What I do not understand
Is how did some of you guys get thru

I have been waiting since 11:00AM
and the early bird email did arrive but know
way to get in do to server issues.

I got another email saying the link to the early bird is good
to 6Pm but still not working because of server issues but this should have
been one price it is rather useless for for 4 sites.

But it s good for the vendor to sale you this this way
so for now on I am not buying any of these products
unless it comes from warrior forum or Fso Forum.

I'm one of those few lucky people who got a chance to beta test the program.

Because of the launch I've had to do without it for almost 2 weeks. I don't know how I have survived! I never realized how much I had come to depend on it both for my content and my marketing. I was stunned to realize I had to go back to "real work".

Sean and Alan are 2 of the best, most honest people in the industry. They won't let you down. Be patient. Once you have RCW, your business will change forever and all this will be forgotten!
  • Hello all,
I wanted to say that I have had the very first copy outside of Alan and Sean and it works just fine. So, I wanted to make sure that people would know that this is not some piece of crap thrown together, rather it is a software that has taken many months in progression to build. Alan is from the US and he built this all himself.

We have been testing this RCW for months now, and making suggestions and giving feedback to Alan for what we would like to see. He did his best to accommodate all of us and make this one heck of a software kit to use in your business.

I know the server blew up and with it went any discount scripts that were in place or any other upgrade levels and links. Please be patient with these guys as this launch was planned out for intents and purposes as a no glitch launch. The hosting company that had the website used to be fairly good, but as some of you know it seems that lately this particular hosting outfit has went down the toilet, I dumped them myself last month. It was just bad luck of the draw to have so many people hit the server at once that it went down. All preparations were made long ago to handle traffic levels, but it was not enough.

Things are getting back to normal with the product availability and you all will get taken care of for sure, Alan is a good man and is honest.

Thanks for being patient with them,

    Jim

    • Well, it would be nice if we didn't lose out on the early bird discount simply because of the server problems.
      • [1] reply
  • its $36 now just missed out on the discount!
    • [1] reply

    • They did keep the discount up past the 6pm EDT deadline. I was able to get in at 6:53EDT
  • If you had a problem with the Early Bird here is what we will do... Contact AGB Marketing Group, LLC. - Powered by Kayako Fusion Help Desk Software and give them your email that was registered on the early bird list. They will check you were on the list and then arrange for your discount.

That is the best way we can handle that now. We did re-open it for 3 hours instead of one hour and many people got it fine. However, some people did miss out due to servers not propagating fast enough in their areas.

Like I say, we want to make sure everyone is taken care of

    All the best

    Sean

    • That's mighty decent of you, thanks Sean and Alan

I got the new link but for me it was just completely dead, I didn't even get the "moving" message that some were getting.

Looking forward to being able to to get stuck in with this, it looks seriously awesome
    • Guess what, submitted a ticket as soon as i saw your post, still waiting for a reply...
Anyway, by all accounts it falls very, very short of all the hype and claims
so tell your guys over at the No-Support desk not to bother....

PS. Must rank as one of the most inept launches ive ever witnessed...
  • All good things in life are worth waiting for, I have Rapid Content Wizard, and believe me it's worth waiting for. Whatever price you end up paying, it will still be a bargain. It's going to save you a lot of hours, which should equate to a lot of money saved, unless you don't value your time... Get excited, it's a great product and great products cause server problems due to demand. If there was no demand and no server issues...I don't think I would buy the product.
  • Launched the program, first impressions were pleasant. I have not used all the features, but articles are made, Amazon, YouTube works. The program has a nice interface. If everything is working as a statement, then I vote for the purchase of this product. However, I had not a very pleasant relationship with Sean's products in the past. I hope everything will work
  • Sadly, it doesn't look like I was actually on the early notification list (I thought I was), so I won't be getting the discount. No worries. It looks worth the full price. I'm off to pick it up now.
    • [1] reply
    • Why can't these guys just be up front with what we are getting for the price.
This happens with a lot of WSO's.
It is so frustrating to spend $30+ to find that more money has to be spent to make any real use of the program.
I for one am really p****d off with this form of marketing.
What a disappointment - lucky for me I checked this forum before wasting any money.
      • [ 6 ] Thanks

  • I don't know none of these articles are turning out very well. Not comfortable with automating anything.

In all fairness haven't went through the training yet. We will see.
    • [1] reply
    • You're saying the articles the wizard is creating are junk?
  • I never saw the OTO. All sorts of funny things happened and eventually I found a page that said step 4 of 4 and asked me to register.

There's an opportunity to upgrade in the members' area but for $54.99 and it includes Syndication Rockstar. I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to explore the OTO.
  • Chris, first of all, it's not a plugin. It's a desktop app that generates content that can be auto posted to your blog. So, you're fine selling your site. This tool has nothing to do with that.

The standard version seems to allow you to post to 4 sites. I had the impression the OTO upgraded you to unlimited sites. Poster above says only 50. I've left a ticket to find out for sure.
    • [1] reply
    • Thanks Keith.... You know.... I knew (last night anyway) that it wasn't a plugin... but I let my frustration get to my head!

Thanks for the help! Please let me know what you find out!

  • [Note: Gold Version Limited to 4 Sites & 8 Campaigns - Upgrade To Unlimited Available After Initial Purchase]

what is this actually means? whether it means we can autopost 4 sites only and what is the campaings?
  • I (finally) was able to access the members area tonight, and decided to check out the OTO. It states this pretty clearly in the copy:

"Be Assured Your License NEVER Expires

You only need to purchase this DEVELOPER license once. You can use these plugins on all your own sites, client sites AND sites you plan to sell with no hassles at all!"

There is no mention of 50 sites from what I can see. Maybe that is the Syndication Rockstar plugin that comes with it (posts to 50 prosperties? not sure). But it looks as though the developer edition of RCW is indeed unlimited.
    • [2] replies
    • Thanks Blazon1... so what is the final price.... gold plus OTO....?... and was it only one OTO....? Sorry to be dense.... but this thread has confused me.

    • I got secret links to purchase any of the license either silver, gold, platinum or platinum plus at discounted price without the need to purchase the single license (silver) first. But unfortunately cannot share the link here, Sean may be angry with me lol.

Some people here may be interested to purchase but concern about lots of OTO, thus back off and change their mind. Personally I also think that it is quite sneaky to sell the single license, then upsell the multiple license for higher price since its like buyer purchase single license two times
  • Sean and company want us, as usual, it's normal 15-30 dollars but I cant say bad words about this soft. Yet
  • OTO of Platinum level is $47. That is only for 50 sites.

Go another OTO of Platinum Plus for unlimited sites , $97 if i am not mistaken. There is a secret link to get Platinum Plus for $47 though.

This seems to be a good tool but some people can't afford that price...
    • [ 2 ] Thanks
  • I bought the Platinum (or Plus, I can't tell). I ran it. I didn't feel the articles it produced were any better than Wicked Article Creator, which already use. And I don't think Rapid Content Wizard offers enough additional benefit to make it worthwhile for me.

Plus, I've yet to get a response from Support from yesterday.

    I've requested a refund.

Thanks to those who've given their reviews, which helped in my decision.

    • I'd have to agree with most here:

      1) Sean Donahoe does'nt finish his products, Promote Me Pro was the biggest joke ever, it never worked and I waited over a month for the fix that never came.

      2) Rapid Content Wizard is a fail. It rarely finds articles for me despite there actually being articles on the subject on the Ezine website available in his "select content" dropdown. The copyscape % mark has vanished and as yet all I have had out of it is gibberish.

RCW crashes, freezes and often needs restarted in order to run a new article.

RCW is another GIBBERISH publishing platfowm. We have enough gibberish on the web already we dont need anymore!

Well done Sean, another barrell of Snakeoil sold. 2 failed products under your belt so far.

      My refund is being requested.
      • [1] reply
    • Thanks also Keith for an honest review
  • BTW, as to the quality of the articles, no one should think of RCW as creating content for your own blogs or money sites. The articles are "good enough" for your backlinking articles.
  • I glad I read all the way through this before buying this. I recently bought one of Sean's products (Promote Me Pro), it didn't work. They just kept saying we have an update coming that will fix it. One of of the updates actually made it worse!

    Do they test thoroughly?
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
    • [1] reply
    • I also have Promote Me Pro - IT DOES NOT WORK, waiting, waiting and waiting for them to fix it. They say they have this great software that has been 'killing it' yet, after months and months they still cannot get it to work [while we watch them launching new products !!] - not good.
      • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • - just updated to 1.0.0.6 , what the update do ?
Who knows, there is no changelog anywhere in software settings or members page. Where can I see the changelog ?

    - content created ? very poor.

    - hoping for any updates and improvement ? i fail to think to this... since there is no support thread on any forum i am surfing. Just his 47usd monthly paid forum.

    - no support for spinnerchief. you have to get TBS or the other. More money to spend... not.

    - do you have success with refunds from SEAN's products including this ?
  • Well i have to say to all the people complaining .. get over it .. this software ios worth a lot more than the early bird price .. and you know what sometimes things just happen and servers crash .. stop complaining buy the software when its up and running properly and create great content and start making money .
    Mark Aiston.

    • That's a pretty sucky post.

People are posting legitimate concerns. And, some of us did buy it and aren't entirely happy with it.

This is a thread for discussion, not intimidation or supression.

But, I'm glad to hear you're happy with your purchase.
      • [ 4 ] Thanks
      • [2] replies
  • Did anybody actually read the content produced by RCW? Wow, absolutely horrible. Some people will say that you should always read and rewrite the spun content to make sure it is correct but one of the main features of this software is the so-called autopilot posting... UM, if you read the articles created by RCW you wouldn't want it automatically creating and posting on your behalf.

You can create content yourself in half the time it would take to correct these auto-content articles. Actually, you can get better articles from third world, non English speaking countries.

    What a joke!
    • [ 2 ] Thanks
    • [1] reply
    • Fully agree, Shemp. I bought the product and upgraded to Platinum Plus, but the quality of content I am getting is not usable and in most cases getting lots of irrelevant paragraphs. Requested for a refund.
  • Sad to hear that. I bought in spite of my gut feeling against it. Hopefully, he honors refund requests.
  • As most warriors know refunds will not be problem
paypal will put a freeze on your account when they see
these disputes are not handled and come in from more than one
    person.

This would have been a great launch but I think he needed to put
    more thought in it.
Allen his partner seems like a good guy,and he will be effected with
these refund requests as well but if support does not get back with you
then put in a dispute with paypal and they will take care of it.

The support will begin to show up now because paypal will be holding there money
plus they will be giving refunds back based on negative feedback of product and
    the underhanded marketing.

For example even at the gold level you are not able to access the some of the backend products.

    They did not mention this
This has gone on too long all I can say is remember
the days when we had honest business men am still one of the few where I also have
a real offline business where the customer is always treated right and the same should apply online.

    Get a Refund
and only buy off the warrior forum where you can have people
tell you about multiple licenses where you can see it on there front page.

    • Good job I am also honest I have been smoked so many time over the last couple of years, just a hard working honest guy. You know the quote about nice guys and biz however long haul ready to get it done,no quit and no excuses.
  • I will say that I don't have a problem with the different license levels. There could be people who don't need unlimited sites and it would be unfair to them to charge more and force them to the platinum plan.

The tiered plan does 2 things to the customer's benefit. 1) it allows people who only need to post to a few sites to get in at a lower cost. 2) it allows others to test at a lower cost and upgrade to Platinum when they're ready for unlimited.

There are plenty of things to be unhappy about this launch and product, but I personally don't think this is one of them.
  • I brought the software and I am getting no article generated and I also tried different keywords I even tried the keywords in the training member area to see if it works and I got nothing, time for a refund
    • [1] reply
    • That IS odd. I was able to get plenty of articles.
  • If you won't post content on your blog by proof reading then just forget about traffic from Google. It's better to copy paste content from other sites then must linking back to them. Search engines like it more than non readable content on your blog. Don't even use non-readable content for backlinks ever in 2013. Quality content is the key. Don't just use this software for blind posting. Spend some time editing it. This is what I can think of any software not just RCW.
    • [1] reply
    • Some tools produce pretty readable text without proof reading. I think the farther away you get from your site, the less you need to proof.

Wicked Article Creator puts out pretty readable (and highly relevant) articles. And, Spin Rewriter have pretty good auto spin -- if the original article is well written.
  • To be clear what I am saying is that
when you have the price points upfront

This is a better business model knowing what your
going to get and not get and from there you choose
like a hosting plan you can see in the table what you will
get and what you will not so you can just choose without wondering

Why you did not receive a certain benefit.
  • Yeah, as customers, knowing the entire pricing up front is more comforting. There appears to be ample evidence that NOT doing it up front increases sales. You start with a low hurdle and once a customer has accepted that "price", the next step up doesn't feel so extreme and it's easier to take the next step because they're already in a buying mood. And, the fact that they've already spent money with you, strangely, increases their feeling of trust in you, even though no time as gone by.

This is all pretty well documented, so even though we hate it, it still works.

Just like we all hate telemarketing calls, but companies still use them because they're profitable.

    • Would some of you that have purchased RCW be willing to share some links to articles that you created and have posted online? I would especially be interested in seeing articles that you did not tweek or revise (edit) plus articles that have images included.

I would like to see 8-10 articles for myself so that I can judge the quality of the content that RCW "automatically" posts.

I have not purchased RCW but I fear it may have the same flaws that other spinning software presents - the output reads like a collection of single sentences or paragraphs from many different writers. Usually it's easy to tell that the "disjointed" content has been spun.

Thank you for any who will post.

      Steve
    • I have upgraded to the platinum version of RCW but after all the trouble i find we now have to purchase the respin apis.

this is crazy! anyone got any discount codes or links for these respin tools?
  • I tried to purchase the product yesterday at $18, next minute it was 36. i did not purchase it. i had trouble purchasing it and i must admit the Support Team is a sham kept passing the buck ..email here contact here! • I asked for a refund several hours ago. I just got an email (sent to me 3 times in a row(?)) from someone named Sheila who says "We take refunds very seriously", and then she says "Instead of a refund, here's a free plugin". (Then there is a supposed link to something - it's not even clickable. I didn't even try it - I don't want anything else from these people & I asked for my MONEY back! $44 is a lot of money for software that doesn't even work!). I tried to reply back to her (admin@abgsupport.com) and got another Mail Delivery Failure.

Before asking for the refund, I had also submitted my problem to the support desk about the software getting stuck with "Loading Schedules" all over my screen and they never responded to that at all.

Looks like I'll have to play the game with their "support website" again just to say, "No, I said I want a refund because I want my money back!" and then wait hours and hours for their next excuse. If they don't refund my money after this though, I'm going to report them.

  • I think it was pretty clear in the sales letter than the spinning required you to own one of the spinners. I'm not going to share my articles, but I will say that, imo, they're not suited for your money site or blog. But, they're perfectly suited to your backlinking sites -- esp Tier 2. But, maybe even Tier 1.

They don't really have a clear flow of logic, which makes them inappropriate for your money sites, but they do pretty well in terms of "machine readability".

RCW doesn't spin the article, really. It passes the article to the spinner API which does the spinning. So, the quality depends on which one you use. IMO, Spin Rewriter is the better of the two.

But, even though I own SR, I wouldn't use the API. I'd copy the RCW article into the standalone version and fine tune the auto spin settings as well as some minor tweaking to improve the quality.

It's not hands off, but it's a pretty quick and easy way to get content Google won't hate for your backlinks.
  • I didn't realize that was a canned refund response. I actually thought it was nice they were trying to salvage the relationship, but not now that I know it's an auto response with no way to reply and talk to an actual person.

Before submitting a PayPal dispute, I'm trying one more time with the ticket system.

Isn't there a way of requesting a refund through JV Zoo?

PS: I really think Sean could have done himself some good by actively responding to our concerns in this thread. Oh well.
    • [1] reply
    • Keith, the canned email was polite but it was not business-like at all. The link was unclickable and there was no choice to say "No" to it and still get a refund. Of course the most unprofessional aspect was getting a
"Mail Delivery Failure" every time you try to reply!

I did go to the JVZoo site when I first started having problems with this, and there is zero help there - if you click Contact Us OR if you click Support you get the same screen that just says you must contact the vendor if you have any problems.
  • I totally agree with you about the canned email. Bummer about JV Zoo. I thought I remembered it used to be easy to refund through them. Maybe it was too easy so they stopped that?
    • [1] reply
    • I don't know but I was so glad to find this thread here on the Warrior Forum! JVZoo was no help and when I Googled "Rapid Content Wizard problems" all I got were sites for affiliates selling it or selling something else. I was just lucky this page also came up in my Google results, ha! I figured if it was a JVZoo product it wouldn't be listed here, but I'm SO glad to find out I'm not alone!
  • LOL! I just noticed this little gem in their guarantee box:

"No Fuss. No Headache. Stress Free."

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

    Too late!
    • [1] reply
    • Ha ha ha! Well at least that gave me a laugh, thanks!
      • [1] reply
  • Here's some info on the JV Zoo site:

    And, for Vendors:

    And, this little warning:

So, if we buy too many crappy products, we can get banned from buying more of them!

I actually had a skype chat with a guy who had purchased over 50 products on JV Zoo. He requested just 4 refunds and got banned from future purchases. YIKES!
  • Having slept on it, I intended to come back with a few questions, but having read the responses about the product and customer service all I can think of of is "barge pole" and 'don't touch with"
    • [1] reply
    • daveg LMAO!!! You are so right - the search continues for a cheap way to get good content! (And for me to get my $44 back!)
  • Ian, I don't think RCW was intended for your visitor sites. More for mass backlinking where it's not worth the time or money to come up with original, quality content.

I agree with you that it was disappointing, but let's not deride it for something it was not intended to do.
    • [1] reply
    • Now you see why I said to buy
      only thru the warrior forum.

The moderators here do not mess around with lame duck tactics
and especially not honoring there refund policy
      • [1] reply
  • I've no doubt they'll honor the refund. The canned response is just their way of salvaging some of the requests.
  • When read that about the auto posting to sites, I was picturing my own Tier 1 sites, not my money sites.
  • I'm very disappointed in pretty much every aspect of this experience. I have to say that I've never had reason to be an admirer of Sean so I don't really feel let down there.

But I have to laugh at the JV partners.

I just got an email from someone I used to trust with the heading: "Uh...Wow!"

He goes on to write: "This piece of software has become legendary in the span of 48 hours."

    and,

"From a top-notch software developer and mad scientist marketer who makes big things happen online!"

Do you suppose these guys read the Forum chat at all?
    • [2] replies
    • Well it's become legendary, alright, but not for anything good, lol!
      • [1] reply
    • I seriously don't think they really care...as long as the people keep purchasing...while
they're laughing all the way to the bank...
  • I agree. There are a few people I had put on my "trust" list who have totally destroyed their credibility with me due to this and a couple of other recommendations of lousy products.

But, I should say, I don't think of this as a lousy product (even though I know it's not working at all for some of you). But, the lack of support, Sean's history of abandoning past products, the launch fiasco, and the fact that while not terrible, it doesn't really live up to its hype all combined to lead me to the refund request.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • This seller has a reputation for crappy products that sound great but don't really live up to their claim. I wouldn't buy a loaf of bread from him even if I were starving, because I'm sure every slice would contain some invisible mold discovered only after eating and becoming sick.
    • [3] replies
    • I'm afraid that will be my position going forward.
      • [ 1 ] Thanks
    • Wow!! Joan, please remind me to stay on your good side!

There's so much to say here.... I guess the bottom line is I am happy I waited.... and I wish the reviews were better.

I didn't really expect more out of this than a moderately well spun article with embedded videos, images, etc... Automation was the icing on the cake.... Anyone who was expecting anything more... didn't read the details of the sales copy to closely. Having aid that.... while I don't think there is anything wrong with putting lipstick on a pig.... I don't condone being outright misleading in your sales copy. WAIT... before anyone jumps on me... I am not saying that is the case in this instance. It's being alleged.... and I don't have the time to go back and re-review the material to figure it out.

Had I purchased the product... I wouldn't now be concerned about the sales claims or the money..... I have gotten to the point where I value my time more than I do a few dollars... I just hate not being given all the information I need to make a purchase decision. When I buy something and then find that I have to jump through 3 more hoops....
it irritates the crap out of me...

      Thanks for listening!
      chris
    • Joan,

I might have to delay my product launch after reading your straight to the point comment. I too will stay on the good side of you.....lol. It's good to have a honest review so that fellow warriors can make an informed decision.

  • I'm going to put my oar in. I am not a fan of this sort of marketing. I like making decisions based on features and price. When you're hit with a hard sell, make the purchase and then find that you need to upgrade to make the thing work, it leaves a bad taste.

In the past I've been a sucker for shiny objects, and I've got a hard drive littered with unused bits of software and plugins to prove it. I've also been badly burned by over-hyped and under-performing (and ultimately unsupported) software. A year ago I weaned myself off the addiction, and haven't purchased anything other than the necessities of IM.

However, I decided to give Rapid Content Wizard a try. After all, for $14 I wouldn't be wasting much if it didn't work.

Following the purchase, I was confronted with a page saying that I could upgrade to Platinum for $47, and that the package includes Syndication Rockstar. I already have SR, so I obviously figured that I didn't need to purchase it again.

I submitted a ticket at the support site, asking the following question: "I already have SR and I'm not interested in purchasing it again. What chance of a revised price for RCW Platinum upgrade on its own?"

It took them over 24 hours to respond with the following reply: "I am sorry to hear that you would like to refund. We take refunds very seriously. Instead of refunding, I would like to offer that you keep your purchases and I will provide you with a Free Plugin..."

    Huh??

Read into that what you may, but I am not impressed by the "support", nor their uninvited attitude towards refunds.

I'm also not impressed by the origin and quality of the content that RCW produces.

In my many shiny object purchases, I have only asked for a refund once before. I think I will press Sean and Co for the second, since they obviously welcome it.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
    • [1] reply
    • Sure makes me happy I decided to check this out on WF before I jumped in. It is really too bad they didn't do a better job with this. This is really a great idea for a needed product. Oh, well.
  • Yeah, that was a canned auto response, sadly. Support has been non-existent, so far.

Had you hit NO on that first OTO, you would have been given a chance to upgrade to Platinum w/o the Rockstar for just $27.
  • SO, i finally got an answer from RCW support...

    I sent this:

I then included Sean's post from this thread #52...

This is what i received from support team:

    What the heck :confused::confused::confused:
  • What a MESS!
    • [1] reply
    • Yeah, im not too bothered.
After reading the complaints and the fact that it produces sub par content which can't be used as blog posts i think i dodged a bullet....
The thing i don't get is how they get it to produce unique quality content in the
      promo videos
Anyway, enough time wasted on rapid content wizard...
  • You know what this reminds me of?

In auto backlinking, you might try to create, say 100 accounts. Maybe 40 of them fail and you get 60 successful accounts. Then, you auto submit an article to those 60 and maybe 20 fail, so you got 40 successful posts with backlinks.

But, it took maybe 5 minutes to do. So, you say, "Screw it. It's not worth the time and effort to try to get those failed accounts or submissions to work. I'm not going to resubmit. I'm not going to look at the logs to see what the problem was. I'll be happy with the 40 that worked and not worry about the 60 that didn't. I'll just do another batch and maybe get another 40."

I'm feeling like maybe that's how Sean and others like him think about us. We're noise. We're distraction. He'll just be happy with the ones who never open the product so they don't know if it works or not and the ones that won't complain even if it doesn't work and the ones who love it.

Maybe the rest aren't worth the effort. Just move on to another launch and get another 40.
    • [ 2 ] Thanks
    • [4] replies
    • If that's the case, then my email subscriptions just went down from 4 to 3.
      • [ 1 ] Thanks
    • That is exactly the way they look at us. I wasted 3 hours watching the training videos. Then I try to open the software and it is stuck on Loading Scheduler. I try to uninstall it, and reinstall it, but it seems to be trying to access the server and all I get is Loading Scheduler. Now I'm not sure if I can completely remove the software from my computer. The support desk takes over 24 hours to respond, and tells me to send a screen shot, or video, of the problem (as if this is the first time anyone has complained about this issue).

Managing refund has become more important than putting out a quality product, and supporting it. They win the war of refund attrition by putting up so many barriers that most customers give up. There seems to be more time put into over hyped sales letters, upsells, downsells, OTOs, and managing refunds than putting out a quality product that does what it claims it will do. So I'm asking for a refund from this seller, and will add him to my "do not buy" list.
      • [ 1 ] Thanks
      • [2] replies
    • You have a great perception on this! Many thanks!
  • I agree, DustBall
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • I am really at a lost for words, this was a huge launch and I really can't understand why any marketer would jeopardize their reputation on such a failed software.

I tried the software and got terrible results, it was absolute garbage. I then filtered out all the article directories and fetched content only from Wikipedia, thinking that it may produce better quality content.

I used PLR as the main keyword and for the LSI keywords I used,

    plr products
    private lable rights
    plr marketing
    plr articles

And this is what it retrieved!

    Title: PLR Marketing

First paragraph was about "The Radical Liberal Party".

Second paragraph was about "funding literary works of fiction".

Third paragraph was about "isolation transformers and bypass capacitors".

Fourth paragraph was about "connecting a radio to a PC using a parallel port and sound card".

Fifth paragraph was again about "The Radical Liberal Party".

Sixth paragraph was about "duplicate the fourth paragraph".

seventh paragraph was about "a story around GRU Spetsnaz commando Dimitry "Dima" Mayakovsky".

Eight paragraph was about "the App_rpt package for Linux".

Ninth paragraph was about "M-16, AR-15, and other NATO rifles chambered for 5.56Ã--45mm".

The software only fetched the main keyword and not the LSI keywords and the content was completely irrelevant to the title.

I won't be asking for a refund because I have purchased some decent products on the JVZoo platform and I wouldn't want to get blacklisted but this software did not live up to the claim that was mentioned about high quality content.
    • [2] replies
    • joseph7384, that's somewhat worse than what I experienced, but I did see poorly written and duplicate content.

But what's more, it is a sorry day when you're held to ransom by the delivery medium.
    • You mean that JVZoo would blacklist a customer who asks for a legitimate refund for a product that's clearly not what was advertised?
      • [1] reply
  • Joseph, I'm not happy with the software, either, but that's not really a fair test. You and I know what PLR is, but can you really expect the search engines to? You might have tried "Private Label Rights". You could have tried several other niches.

You can't really blame the software for what comes back from the search engines and article directories. You have to give it terms it can work with.
    • [1] reply
    • Did you read my entire post?

My assessment was not from just one go at it, I tried PPV, (and yes Pay Per View was used as an LSI) bass fishing, weight loss and dating, they all returned more relevant content then the niche that I used as an example but they were all not readable quality content.
  • "weight loss" keyword article

rate it from 1-10 ...
    • [1] reply
  • I would absolutely use that article for a backlink post.
    • [1] reply
    • Wow that was ugly!

This is not the same thing but in a similar vein - I once bought good software called Page One Curator by Paul Clifford. It didn't write the articles for you, but it gathered up articles from like 200 RSS feeds including lots of newspapers and magazines, plus you could add your own RSS feeds too, it searched Google News & Google blogs, any articles on the web, YouTube videos, and Creative Commons images from Flickr... then you grab blobs of what you want and paste it into the editor there (and for everything you paste in, an automatic link to it is created too so you can give credit to the source), add some of your own original comments and make it look good, then click "Post to Blog" and you have it already set up to go to your blogs.

I think it was around $40. He has a membership website after you buy where you can go watch training videos and read any news or help about the software too. I keep forgetting I have it (lol) so I've had to re-visit the training videos and they've stayed up there for at least a year I think. I think I remember asking him a question or two in reply to one of his group emails and he answered me quickly. Totally different experience than this!

ok... those are easy keywords. note that there is a double paragraph... and i suppose that every person here enter the same keywords to search will get the same article like me... total waste. i might keep this for fun, no use after all, but he use my 14 usd for real toilet paper... not coming here in this tread too, and i will unsubscribe from him. refund soon to come. why having my money for nothing known to be a person that do no update its buggy softwares ?

ps : note that using this on autopilot for your sites you will be slaped, for duplicate content.
    • [1] reply
    • I created some more posts - all complete junk, I would absolutely not use any of these articles to backlink to my sites. The amount of time it takes to make these articles readable - you may as well go to ezinearticles yourself, pick up four paragraphs from different articles, and rewrite yourself within 15 minutes to something useable. RCW is a complete letdown - as for those affiliates ??! all they care about is their commission.
  • Well. here is my two cents.

    1. I don't mind the OTOs so much IF they make sense. If they are truly adding value to a full product. Meaning, don't force me into an OTO to get the product I wanted to by from the start. Give me an OTO that's adds additional value/new value to the original product. Not one that fills in the gaps of the original.

    2. I watched the video on the early bird campaign, I noticed then that the articles were junk. I watched the guy go through everything in detail but the text content. I stopped the video read close and said "uh-hu". Not good stuff at all.

    3. Getting VERY tired of (but see a lot of it) this churn and burn product creation and the creators. These guys pump out product after product and the support for these product is lucky to last 2 months. The first signs of product meeting this definition is at the support desk. If there is not already a good support system for the marketer put in place (especially these big names) it's a clear indication that support (i.e the customer) is not a priority and the product is churn and burn.

How long has Sean been in business? And his support SILL sucks? It makes ZERO sense.

Like somebody else posted here on this thread, I won't buy from him either just because this pattern continues to repeat itself, over and over.

Now a question for you guys. How many of these super hyped up, affiliates pushing like crazy product have you bought that were actually worth the money?
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • I sat down with my copy of rcw and did a quick run at an article, here is my settings.

If you are careful and look into the details, there are people who can have signs and symptoms noticed earlier. For example, one particular symptom of developing diabetes are happenings of hypoglycemia or "low blood sugar". This symptom occurs as a result of the presence of too much blood insulin when compared with the amount of blood glucose and dizziness, sweating, shakiness as well as the urge to eat are experienced.

A eating plan for diabetes needs to take a glycemic index into consideration. As a good rule, all foods on the high end of the glycemic index has to be avoided or at the very least cut down to the bare minimum possible. Another important factor in that diabetes healthy eating plan is the planning of foodstuff and numbers. When your system is bombarded which includes a large quantity food, it will not be able to soak up sugar proficiently. This can lead to several problems involving high blood sugar. Therefore, a diabetes diet plan should be produced based on smaller portions of food rather then large amounts of nutrition. It is advisable for a diabetic to consume more food of reduced quantity in lieu of few meals of great quantity. This form of a diabetes diet gives the body time for them to absorb handsome slowly along with loads a lesser amount of sugar in the blood each time. Fruit platters and additionally unsweetened yogurt smoothies usually are excellent diabetic puddings.

Along with the above mentioned above when it comes to all forms of diabetes diet natural remedy as previously mentioned the world wide web is a great place to seek help and information. As long because they follow the requirements of these a diet then they will discover it much easier to manage their condition.

A diabetic will typically experience large variations in the degree of sugar for their blood, specifically after foods. It is because of the dangers on the sudden increase in blood sugar levels a diabetes diet is a good idea. Glucose is the type of sugar that is found in the blood and is particularly the easiest way to obtain energy for ones body. In a very healthy private, glucose is normally absorbed within the various cells with the body where it is broken lower for electrical power and regulating body's temperature. The diabetic issues diet natural treatment method means that the person is actually less likely to suffer from virtually any unwanted side effects.

Anti-CD3 antibodies, including teplizumab and otelixizumab, had suggested evidence of preserving insulin production (as evidenced by sustained C-peptide production) in newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes patients. A probable mechanism of this effect was believed to be preservation of regulatory T cells that suppress activation of the immune system and thereby maintain immune system homeostasis and tolerance to self-antigens. The duration of the effect is still unknown, however. In 2011, Phase III studies with otelixizumab and teplizumab both failed to show clinical efficacy, potentially due to an insufficient dosing schedule.

This version is not spun, I have to reenter my accnt info, but no biggy. I think a person can work with this and there is always video and images that can bee added.

    • I could live with this,.... maybe not on a primary site.... but certainly somewhere you were using for backlinks or for filler....

So the questions are.... can you get this quality article reliably....? Which spinner are you using and how well does it work? Maybe you might share a fully processed article?

      cag
  • Just to let everyone know, I received my refund today.

History: I submitted my first request 2 or 3days ago.

Received the canned response with no way to reply.

Submitted a second request and included the original ticket number, yesterday.

    Received the refund today.

I never doubted Sean would honor the refund. He may back crappy products; he may have chosen to not invest in quality support; but, I don't believe he's dishonest -- at least when it comes to taking money and running.
    • [1] reply
    • To clarify my comment in the last post, I really don't think of this product as crappy. It worked for me. And, I think some of you have a much higher standard than is necessary for the quality of an article used for backlinking.

Google just needs to see words related to your topic inside a sentence structure that follows proper English, without too many bad synonyms in order to accept the backlink article as relevant.

As Jim showed, the results returned by RCW are not bad. The tool that does the spinning can totally mess it up, though. If I were to keep using RCW, I would not use the built-in spinning. I would copy the article to my spinner tool so I can fine tune the settings.

If support had been more responsive; If I had confidence Sean would be committed to the software for the long term; If Sean had been proactive in dealing with all the crap; I'd probably have stuck with it.

But, there were just too many red flags.
  • Cag, sadly, that article was pre-spin. That's the raw article RCW provides. Then it's up to the spinner to provide something still relevant but also readable.

As for reliability, remember, it's just using the search engines against various sources. So, it really depends on your keyword and what's at the top of each source.

But, I agree, never automated content on the money sites.

    • I too was promise a refund
my main problem was just as chuck harris mention.

It is not what I thought I felt misled.

wipe his hands from this do not expect to here from
    him on this thread.

I think he really meant well in the the since of how automated content can help us
but as you read here and from these posts.

This just an example of a launch gone bad in every way imaginable
we can all learn something from this on our next product launch

Support is coming from his partner side Allen
Sean It will be a surprise to here from him

    • I believe he is using this on his own dedicated server just for him. He convinced this Allen guy to sell it to the public on a different server thus oversell and non purfomance. Good job fellas.
Hey Sean hows the new house project coming along in San Antonio.
Keep this up you will have to move back to Hystria.
  • Is there anyone out there that purchased the product?
I was onthe earlybird list, setup an email campaign paid for the solos link broke I am broke purchased it through Hans Fan the only link that would work because he was smart enough to direct you straight through to paypal paid 31.00. all within 20 minutes of the release. Could not access the product for about 5 hours when I did the upsale for premeium was 55.00. Now comes the fun part lost 500.00 in solos paid for something from another marketer no commision for me.

When I was able to use the product first couple of articles sweet quick easy to edit nice. Within about an hour and a half of setup and registration fees 100.00
ready to rock right---wrong now that they over loaded the server with to many clients the software would will not create an article for anything-amazon won't pull, yahoo works well and youtube and flicker works well.

So in conclusion it cost me 600.00 bucks I don't have and I have a piece of useless software.

Anyboby out there making this thing work?
Really need some feedback not sure that they can fix the server overload issues with the product to many people on it.

They are bragging about making 100.000.00 in 24 hrs hope they choke on it.
Remember Lethal same thing how about Rockstar.

For me this is really sad I work hard I am going nowhere because I use Sean's products and get slapped by Google.

Anybody have anything positive to say an differant ? If I am wrong let me know.

Positve attitude and action is who I am I feel like a fool.
  • Hey Guys,

I bought the thing at $37, had no idea about the early bird special. I was to busy messing around with Auto Traffic Trends plugin, (which not is not geared for niche blogs, except for review sites), and this came out the next day. Should of held my money.

Anyway, saw the RCW demo and jumped, went to post to my sites 'I get a error that says, "Remote server not a valid XML" whatever that freakin means? Sent support ticket, we'll see what happens. So far spent money without any "new" content created for 3 days!

    That's my experience so far.
    • [2] replies
    • Well, unless things change, dramatically, I doubt you're going to get any meaningful help from support. (sigh)

On a separate note... do you like Auto Traffic Trends?

      • [1] reply

    • You need to enable this in wordpress:

To enable, go to Settings > Writing > Remote Publishing and check the checkbox.
  • hi guys,

anyone getting the following error at the end of the installation, mine simply won't install win7? :
application validation did not succeed. unable to continue

    Thx
    TW
  • Yikes! I bought but haven't installed yet. Not sure if my host supports ioncube.

As for the keyword and trends, if I understood you, you misunderstood the feature.

The trends part doesn't do anything other than find trending keywords and put them in a box. You delete any of those and also add any of your own.

The auto content only grabs stuff relating to what's in that box. It ignores the trend section -- other than what it put in that keyword box.
    • [2] replies
    • Keith,

Essentially all of the major hosts... and most of the smaller hosts support ioncube.... You should not have any issues there!

      vr
      chris
    • Yeah, it's still cloudy about the feature. Even if it grabs keywords (something I can get with trending sites), they're not relevant to content. And that whole ioncube loader is a joke! They're going to ask people to call their web host to add it and make it work? Are you kidding me? That was the refund factor.
  • ok I just found out why this is not installing and its pure BAD programming....I download yesterday, I have a dynamic IP address which changes every 24 hours. The IP Address is cross referenced and hence won't install today.....man this SUCKS big time!
That a rookies mistake in the programming area.

as the IP address has change it's also impossible to re-download

    • I purchased the app this morning. But they did not provide the Activation Key (See attached picture...There is my email address, but the Activation Key was blank). So I send them a support ticket and now I am waiting...

Will keep you posted my friends!

  • Wow, Tiger! You've been thanked 305 times? Way to contribute, man!
  • LOL..OOH Keith, thing go wrong sometimes but reading this thread, coupled with what's happening to me regarding the software(let alone not being informed as promised regarding the "early bird") this is the apocalypse of any launch I've witnessed and SEAN D. was the last person on earth I expected this to happen.

I suppose I'll just have to try my luck at support

    Don't I love IM
  • I have a dynamic IP myself. Not sure why you would have issues, I do hope you get it sorted as with verizon mobile mine changes, but I am able to install and use it.
  • I did receive a full refund today, which was a huge relief! With the program stuck on "Loading Schedules" on my screen (never could use it or even try it) and no help or support, I was really nervous that I would never see my money again. I will never buy anything from these guys again though - they gave me 2 or 3 full days of stress & worry - just the opposite of what they promised!
    • [ 2 ] Thanks
    • [1] reply

    • Not to diminish your troubles with this purchase but that makes zero sense. They gave you a full refund as they promised. So they had a terrible launch and you couldn't use the product, they could have dissed you altogether but they didn't. Remember, they had hundreds of support tickets to wad through but they got to you and gave you what you asked for. That's better than most and for that reason alone, you should feel confident enough that you can try their products in the future without fear of being burned because I will tell you and anyone in this thread, paypal does not refund software so Sean could have easily burned you.
  • I also received a refund, without any fuss from Sean and Co (at least, after the initial canned email reply) to their credit. I don't think they were trying anything malicious, but rather to cash on on people's excitement. Top marketing needs a top product, and I didn't see it here.
  • Sent these two questions to support. Maybe someone here can give light as well...

    1. My work PC is scheduled for reformatting and re-imaging tomorrow. For example, if I install RCW now, and reformat tomorrow, would I still be able to re-install it again with the same license.

    2. And if I buy a new PC, and won't be using the old PC where RCW was initially installed, can I email support so that I could just transfer the license to the new PC? I don't think buying a new license is an option in this case. It's still using it on one PC, right?
  • Have any of you tried the plr spinning yet? You probably have a ton of plr on your hard drive that may be not used, maybe give that a go and see what results you get. There are 100k plr articles for download, 2nd banner from the bottom in the members area.
  • This is why the Warrior Forum is so great! Any product sold outside the WF makes me nervous. But then coming here to find out the REALITY of the offer has saved me time and money once again.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
    • [1] reply
    • I agree. Its gotten to the point that if an IM product is not offered as a WSO I will not buy it. In my mind, there is a reason why a product is not offered on the WF. They can't stand the honest critique. I received a ton of affiliate emails on this product. So I did like you did and came to the WF just to see if there were any reviews. Man, am I glad I did. No way would I buy this thing. It also seems a little suspicious to me that at the beginning of this thread that most of the positive comments came from individuals who were very recent members of the WF, like this month. Not making an accusation. Just a comment.

  • If this product would have been sold as tool for creating posts for tier2 and upwards, then it might have been a decent buy. For this purpose it fails the %link% tags and it is slow.... But this clearly is presented as "the content revolution" with the claim it would produce high quality 80% unique posts .... and it fails big time. The articles are plain crap....

But we are all victims of 'wishful thinking'.

A tool that automated builds readable, unique (and quality) content doesn't exists, and .....
.. if somebody ever manages to make a product like this ..... I bet that the Wall Street Journal and The New York Times would be very interested to buy the tool...

    Just my 2 cents...
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • Well I never did get any notice of 50% off, i went in and bought full price and all the upgrades 'cept the $47 a month program. But when I uploaded the plugins, none of them worked, either by adding the plugin from the site, or via FTP. so if they are ninja programmers, they missed the mark this time.

Nort only that, but the support team is slow to react, i have multiple tickets in, and no response.

Like most said, I expected more out of Sean.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • Yes, iWriter is a writing service. My one experience with them was poor. I bought 10 articles and I rejected the first batch I got. Those automatically get resubmitted and you get another batch. I reject half of those.

All said and done, I spent about 40 minutes reading and rejecting junk articles to find the few that were passable. And, they were ONLY passable. Nothing I was excited about.

So, for the time it took me to get only OK articles, I won't be using iWriter again.
  • SEO Agent, if you manage to get Alan's PP account closed, you'll probably be causing all future refunds to be delayed or forever halted.
    • [1] reply
    • Keith, to stand corrected. It is only the merchant's actions, which are reviewed by PayPal when considering suspending an account. And not anyone who makes a purchase. Further PayPal, does not suspend any merchant's account without receiving several of the same dispute reports from buyers.

Finally, PayPal will at best, withhold fund transfer requests to the merchant's bank account and freeze the balance within the merchant's account. So they can refund the purchases made. PayPal is an intermediary and is always in control of all funds first. At no time does a merchant have control over any funds collected from buyers. Which is why there is always a delay in fulfilling transfers of funds to a merchant's bank account.

So you have nothing to worry about, if you did request a refund or submit a dispute report. I've been through this event a few times. It always favors the buyer, if the claim is warranted. PayPal will always ask the merchant to remedy the transaction. If the merchant cannot be reached by email or telephone, only then does PayPal take matters into their own hands and manually process the refund on behalf of the merchant.

I have full confidence in PayPal dispute process. And again, the loss is not financial for me, it is a loss of valuable time Keith.

  • Hey guys - reading this info (thanks SEO Agent!) about the fake email addresses and cancelled accounts got me nervous so I just checked on my refund. NO money has come to my bank yet! I looked in PayPal and it says there was a refund BUT:

"PayPal has placed a temporary hold while we're reviewing it. We'll contact you shortly with further information."

Is this something to worry about? (They wrote that yesterday)

SEO Agent what a great and thorough review & research! (And I found out that I couldn't thank anyone because I hadn't had 5 posts yet - this is the first time I've really talked on here) This line was the icing on the cake though:

"...your $1 Membership Fee was actually a dollar too high. "

LMAO! That sums this whole nightmare/fiasco up so well!!!

And Sam M, I got the same email! Talking to me as if I was one of their JV partners, when in reality I was just a victim! It seems they're so drunk with riches they got their email lists mixed up and made the mistake of bragging about how many suckers they screwed over to the actual suckers they did screw over!

We KNOW they know about this thread because Sean wrote on here earlier, so my guess is they're ignoring it or just don't care - like someone said here - they toss out 100 lines and if only 40% of the people complain and demand a refund, they consider it a big success.

Anyway, I'm glad they supposedly gave me a refund - I wonder what this Temporary Hold on PayPal is about though and if there is any danger that that means that I might not get my money back.

      UPDATE:

      • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • Good evening everyone,

Looks like we have a few people that we have a few people that have a few issues.

As you can imagine, with one of the largest launches of the year that our support is inundated with tickets and they are working through every issue and yes, due to a forwarded email issue some personal emails were bounced back. We are taking care of that directly with Verizon and again, that was due to sheer volume of forwards of notices to a personal email.

Yes, we had issues on day 1 due to demand and a server melt down and we moved that to a new box.

We want to make sure every customer is happy and if this is not for you then we do offer a full 30 day money back guarantee (No questions asked) and we process refunds as soon as we get them, Alan's support team handles that.

However, we do not offer or monitor threads on the Warrior Forum for support issues, or any other forum. If you have an issue we will ALWAYS do our best to resolve it directly, one on one, with anyone and you all have access to MY personal Skype if you want to speak to me directly... Can't say fairer than that

    Best regards

    Sean
    • [2] replies
    • Hi Sean. Lets review your response and see if we can't help you improve your service:

      The Take Aways Sean:

1.)Accept no excuses. Mostly the ones we create for ourselves. This is a red flag warning about our integrity and commitment to our own success Sean. The moment we have to explain our short comings, is the same moment we need to take immediate action in the opposite direction.

You say, "As you can imagine, with one of the largest launches of the year that our support is inundated with tickets.."

Surely Sean, after several years and continuous increases in your sales, you are able not only to anticipate the number of outsourced ticket handlers you will require?, But also you have complete confidence in your ability to consult IT Senior Staff at your hosting company? So you can anticipate not only server loads during the launch, but aslo you have committed financially to increase the number of server racks required with a knowledgeable outsourced IT Staff to implement load balancing, bandwidth throttling, and RAM increases?

And all of this on stand by ready to go in a moment's notice and with your pre-authorization of your corporate credit card on file? As well as a secondary means of wire transfer to accommodate hosting costs in excess of twenty thousand dollars during your launch for bandwidth costs and increased hardware demands? Surely, you have this done? So why the continued excuses Sean? What can Fellow Warrior Forum Members learn from you?

If you were experiencing such a massive increase in server loads, I find it interesting you were not using, or advised to use a 750GB minimum of RAM, with RAID configuration and at least two hard drives with 15,000 rpm minimums. Most large launches are hosted on 1 TB of RAM now.

All of this could have been avoided Sean, had you simply consulted with your hosting provider and a hired gun for IT Admin. It's time to ramp up your service Sean. Sales need to take place. This fiasco has hurt your bottom line Sean. There are simply too many similar launches taking place for the same type of products. You can't afford to be wrong anymore.

2.) Sean, again you are accepting your own excuses as an explanation of why you let down your customer base. Whose fault is this? I'd like you to read aloud with me the following phrase. It will help you remember to accept personal responsibility for your future product launches.

Let's begin Sean: "You know Robert, you're absolutely right. There is no excuse for this. I could have read the TOS of ALL 3rd party providers associated with my product launch. And have been fully prepared to address all possible issues which would impair my full sales potential of my product launch. At the very least, I should never forward email addresses to a mobile personal email address. It's time this teacher took some lessons."

Success is not measured by server loads and a degradation in machine performance. Most measure success Sean, by Customer Satisfaction.

Just like unemployment, a dis-satisfaction ratio of even 5% will trigger most credit card merchant providers to suspend and review a merchant's account. First comes the warning letter, followed by suspension of the merchant account until all disputes have been resolved, followed by termination of the merchant account, settling and collection of outstanding charges and damages. In that order, if the merchant does not demonstrate a reduction in this percentage of refund requests and dispute claims.

This may at first sound like the merchant account providers actually care about the merchant's customers. However, this is just a nice face to put on. The reality is the margins of 2.9% =.30 per sales transaction does not leave alot of room for employing people and infrastructure to manually review and process dispute claims or refunds. It's simply a matter of economic scale.

And they, like any other business, "refund" to reduce overhead and brand disloyalty. Please have at least five people with full authority and access to process all refunds. You simply can't be doing this task as a one man Alan show, which is why the delays in returns.

I want you to challenge yourself Sean to commit to a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy. Prepare your launches for this level of performance. Customer Satisfaction is not about the product Sean, it's about the entire online shopping experience your customers go through your web structured sales machines.

The Internet is still very much like a pinball machine, You need to have all hands on deck at every single turn in your sales funnel. Ready to handle claims, frustrations, upsells, jubilation, disappointments, and success. It's alot to handle. But server loads should never be one of them.

Nor the lack of personnel to address any customer concern within minutes of contact. In this case, no contact was ever possible. You failed to monitor your own email accounts Sean, customer complaints, and not having enough people to keep your sales machine going strong. It broke. And hopefully you can see just how bad you have ruined your reputation for any of these people to ever purchase from you again.

I always monitor all Internet Marketers, whether I like their products or not. It's how we learn from the mistakes and successes of others. Welcome to the Warrior's Forum Sean. Where we don't make excuses for our short comings. But always look forward by fixing what is broke and getting better on every aspect of Internet Marketing and Product Development.

Your "Inner Circle of Marketers" would benefit tremendously Sean by having you help them register to The Warrior's Forum. The greatest marketing forum on the Internet.

Because here Sean, your customers can still be a dollar shy - Rather than offering your customers a trial one dollar upsell offer on your "Inner Circle Of Marketers." Put yourself in our shoes Sean. Would you pay a dollar for your membership, when you as the teacher are making excuses for customer dis-satisfaction?

My suggestion? Grab a front seat Sean. By signing up for everything the Senior Warrior Forum Members are selling. Because you could learn so much more Sean. And I hope you do Sean. Once you grasp the fundamentals of online marketing success, you will be ten times better than you are now. And it all starts here Sean. At the "Greatest Marketing Forum on Earth! The Warrior's Forum!"

Get excited Sean! Because you're going to grow from this I'm already pumped for you Sean. It's really nice to see people from all over the world credit The warrior's Forum as where they gained all their lessons for Internet Success. Cheers My Friend! Cheers! I'll be rooting for you!
      • [ 1 ] Thanks
    • Hey Sean, if it's a "small percentage" of people that aren't happy where the hell are the positive reviews? I've heard one comment that can slightly be thought of as a positive. Good ole Keith said he'd use this content as Tier 2 links.... that's why he requested a refund and why the crappy content posted as "Tier 2" don't help SEO in anyway. Google is onto trash articles.

      Keith
Question for you. If you posted those trashy articles as Tier 2 or Tier 3 links you think Google would accept these backlinks? Guess again buddy. Like I said before this content is a mish-mash of BS. If you can't figure out what the hell the article is about how can Google.?
      • [1] reply
  • One more point I would like to make, when you place ANY dispute in Paypal they hold it for review while the account owner REVIEWS the Paypal transaction to ensure it is within any stated refund period and then authorizes the refund. Paypal does not give automated refunds. Once someone then processes are refund as a vendor and owner on the account it is often reviewed (Manually or Automatically) before the funds are sent back to the purchaser.

Also a lot of the stated claims and guesses are incorrect. This was massive launch and there are going to be a small percentage of people that are not happy or have issues. However, please note, we will do our best to assist anyone that has an issue and all you have to do is ask our support team and we have added extra people to our support team due to the size of this launch.

That being said... If you feel you have a problem that you want to discuss one-on-one with me personally just contact me on Skype.

    All the best,

    Sean

  • SEO I see what you're trying to do and agree that things could have been handled a bit differently. But, I have to say, you come off sounding one of those darn know it all teachers (we all had one eh?) and quite well, pedantic. It's not Sean's first rodeo and yes everything you mention should have been planned out in advance. But there are better ways of saying it. I do agree the launch seems to be a bit of a cluster.
    • [1] reply
    • Sure, you would suggest a more padded explanation, like as if Sean were my client? Okay, thank you. Now I'm going to better at this.
  • I can only join in the large number of guys who were disappointed - to say the least - with the software.

I purchased RCW a few days ago, but was very disappointed with the quality of the content it produced, but was mainly concerned with the non-performance of some aspects software.

However, on the other hand, I decided to a request a refund last night (I'm in the UK), and this morning got the 'canned' response, which I rejected and, within 3 hours, I received 2 notifications from PayPal that the refunds (for basic software plus upgrade) had gone through.

So, in my experience, the customer service has been excellent.
    • [1] reply
    • Well now it is, but not before many of us had a completely different experience. I'm happy your experience was much better.

Which is why Sean is here at The Warrior's Forum. To learn from his mistakes. And guess what? I'm quite sure we all will make a few more on the way. As I said before in this thread, it's exciting to watch Sean, an up and comer adapt to the Internet Community so quickly!

Congrats To Sean for your fast turn around efforts of improving customer service.
  • Sean said: "...If you have an issue we will ALWAYS do our best to resolve it directly, one on one, with anyone and you all have access to MY personal Skype if you want to speak to me directly..."

But the only way to see his Skype address is here on the Warrior Forum which he says he does not moderate, and he only posted that MANY days after the launch - so long after in fact, that this forum post had become 6 pages long full of complaints & refund requests!

Also I don't think getting "Mail Delivery Failure" every time you try to email someone is "one on one support". And no effort was made to resolve my issue of the software stuck on "Loading Schedules" - no one ever replied, and thanks to this forum, I found out that other people were having that problem too (which made me doubly glad because I've had marketers in the past "blame the victim" - telling me their software works perfectly for everyone else and I must be stupid because I'm the only one having the problem).

OK so Sean launched his product on JVZoo where there is no forum so no one can compare notes and reviews, but luckily for us consumers, someone did start a thread about problems with this software /launch here (thank you to whoever started this thread!!!) and Sean has posted here too which means he's not "unaware" that it exists. Also I see on his profile that he has a long history here.

That reminds me of something someone said here - that a marketer who knows a lot about the Warrior Forum might avoid selling their product here because they were afraid of bad reviews.

Besides all the customer service issues (and please stop blaming the server meltdown - those things happen sometimes with popular launches - we understand and will be patient, but that's usually because the marketer is on here immediately apologizing and answering people and working on fixing the problem, or is telling us so through emails), Sean must have seen that several people had problems with the software stuck on "Loading Schedules" and would not work at all.

The very least he could have done was say he was AWARE of the problem, SORRY, and that he was working on getting it resolved and would have an update or work-around solution for us very soon.

To be more professional though, that problem (and other potential problems that should have been found during testing) should have been listed in their user manual ("A $47 Value!" Are you kidding?! Have you EVER heard of anyone charging MONEY for the user manual (and it was just a very short online PDF file with no Trouble Shooting section at all!) that goes with the product they just purchased?!), or hey - how about on their "Support" site, which only had one word typed into their "Trouble Shooter" (the word "General" showed up on your screen and that was it!) and a Knowledge Base that came up with the error "This file is empty".

I could even forgive all this if this was Sean's first launch, but from reading the posts on here I see it's not.

  • ScottyG I don’t think that just “not being totally ripped off” is a good enough recommendation to buy from someone again. I don’t think anyone should feel “lucky” that the person gave them a refund and didn’t run off and steal their money – I’m willing to forgive mistakes if the marketer seems to be making a concerned and sincere effort, but as far as just being grateful that they didn’t steal my money - I have higher standards than that for sales and customer service!

And where did you get this fact: “...paypal does not refund software”?
    • [2] replies
    • Banned

This has been the policy for quite sometime and many warriors have found out the hard way that refunds for digital goods and services through paypal are not always automatic. That said, the policy is not always set in stone as I have been refunded for digital goods over $3.99 when I disputed bogus software and image purchases I made via a Fiverr clone site. The software and images sold to me were clearly pirated so I disputed the purchases with paypal when the sellers and the site seemed to be ignoring my concerns and claims. Paypal refunded me and they thanked me for reporting the seller.

      Best of luck to all.

  • I'm sure you all have heard of the MMO niche's correlation to the 1849 great American gold rush! Some of the settlers figured out that they can get a quicker payday by selling mining tools such as shovels, picks and pans to the gold miners.

In the make money online niche, marketers follow the very same philosophy by selling other marketers the tools needed to make money online, the only difference is that those tools worked.

When I say that they worked I don't mean that if you used them that you would find gold, but when you used a shovel, it did what it was supposed to do, it dug, a pick picked and a pan sifted.

So by the same analogy this software was supposed to fetch quality content and instead it retrieved diaria on a paper plate.

This made me angry so I feverishly worked all night to create my latest content getting software and I proudly named it the Content Scrubber. It doesn't use a spinner, it uses a proprietary scrubber that scrubs any article clean.

    You can see it here.

"However, we do not offer or monitor threads on the Warrior Forum for support issues, or any other forum."

Come on! He already commented in the thread. He knows about the firestorm of discontent.

Does anybody believe he really didn't check in to see what's going on? Wouldn't a responsible and truthful product creator and seller want to see if there was a problem they could address?

Come to think of it, even an irresponsible one would check in.

    This is very revealing.

Even Walmart does better than that.

Many of us were not bashing, but posting legitimate concerns. And we DID contact support which was not very responsive. Sean acknowledged that. Many who posted negative comments DID buy it and were posting their actual experiences.

And, your efforts to intimidate and silence legitimate concerns is not cool.

As for your suggestion that we should try making our own software before criticizing Alan's, well that's just silly.

Have you ever gone to a terrible movie? One that was just painful to watch? How about a restaurant that had horrible food or slow and disrespectful service. Maybe you stayed at a hotel with poor service and stayed in a dirty room with no airconditioning.

Would you feel justified in writing bad reviews about them?

How would you feel if someone came back and said you sucked? What if they told you you should produce your own movie, start your own restaurant, and build your own hotel so you know how hard it is and how bad you feel when people post bad reviews.

    Silly, huh?

    • The exact same thought occurred to me, Martin.

Yes, I too bought this against my better judgement and tried it. Sure enough, most of the time it spews out garbage. Not worth keeping for the rare occasions it produces something useable, so I've wiped it off my hard drive. Looks like I'll be going back to doing things the hard way. Money refunded, but time lost. Lesson learned.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • First of all, I was referring to the general category of auto content creators, not just RCW. But, maybe I should have said, "These auto content are NOT well suited for sites that you expect to impress human readers."

That would have been more accurate. I don't think it's smart to throw out a product that works well for some situations just because it doesn't work well in a situation touted in the sales letter.

    • @Keith Price.

Not sure but I think your wrong. Yea I been in many movies that suck. But I do not ask my money back I been to restaurant. Had crappy servers and still left a tip was not what they expected but they got something. And for there food been there to but I did not ask for my refund.

I guess I am a different kind of person.

As for the making your own software. It is not silly as you will see how bashing feels and how hard it is to create a product. And then find out people hate you over it. Or want there money right away. They do not even try to contact Alan on Skype As his skype user name is surely on here.

@Chris Grable I agree with that statement.

      @cypherslock

I am sorry though what I meant about 2 timing is this. and it is very simple. instead of offering a plugin for someone to buy from this tread. You could have since you did give a great and awesome testimonial I did read your Testimonial. That you could have just said this to them Contacct Alan on Skype or PM him instead of giving them a curation Plugin. If you wanted to give them a suggestion you could also have just pmed them.

      @Martin.Avis

First I use RCW and it works great for me. Second I did not use it to write my comment here. I do agree I suck at Grammar. But picking on me about someone else's product is wrong and your an idiot.

      @DustBall

First your an idiot for using bold on your text. So you think I would read it better or something.

As for what you said. If you had a issue with Alans Product I am sure if you contacted Sean's support you would have gotton a Answer. And if you asked them for Alans Skype I am sure they would have given it to you. You are right about them not reading these post but I can tell you this if you or someone sent him a PM here. He would have answered. It seems that most people just gave up before even trying different Avenues to get help.

As for being a Fan and Sean And Alan are good friends to me. And yes Friends do back each other up. yea I might have a hot head but I can tell you that Alans software works. And works well.

      @Shemp Hain

I agree with you in your earlier comment about all the negative but no Positive feedback on this Software.

But as for your thoughts on other parts I have to diss agree. If you new anything about Product Launches. You do not ever release a refund on first day of launch or the first 72 hours.

And if Sean wants to give out a plugin instead of refunding then that is up to him there is nothing wrong with that. It is up to the person who is asking for a refund if they want to trade there money for the plugin.

As post counts go on the threads who the hell cares about Post threads. If they have used the software and liked it then they should be able to post a review.

As for Marketers who you think will lose there list that is possible but then it is also possible that they will keep there list. Sean is one of the most respectable Marketer I have ever met. There are a few but Sean is 10 stars in my count. And Alan is up there also.

In your post below commenting on Chris Grables comments I am not related to Sean I just met him a few years ago.

And I do not work for him.

    • Yea I agree with that though anyone ever wonder how he gets his epc so high? That is how.
      But that not important.

His Team does say come back in 72 hours and they will give the refund no question.

And I know for sure they would.

And for Seans support it does say on the main message for support that they will get back to you within 48 hours.

And Keith Price so what I am a thick head.

But alot of the people on here are also thick heads and one sided.

I know Seans products are good no one wants to stay long enough to get them to work.

As for Alans product I and like 100 beta testers tested it for over a month so It does work. And when we found stuff wrong he was right on that and fixed it.

  • Joseph, you're not going to change Creative's mind. He's set in his beliefs and he seems hell bent on trashing anyone who disagrees with him. Go ahead and banter with him if it's fun for you, but it's not going to accomplish anything. He'll just call you more names and make the same arguments all over again. He can't see a reasonable position that disagrees with his.

    • That just about sums it up. Furthermore, it's a pointless venture arguing with an illiterate who is trying to judge a content creating product.

I would suggest ignoring his posts as he isn't providing any truly objective reasons against the discrepancies experienced by the buyers of this product.

It appears that he would like to contribute but he can't get past the letter "i" (sorry, could't resist that one)

  • creativeways -

I apologize for using the bold text - this is my first time participating on this forum and I'm still learning how things work - I did not mean to make the whole message bold.

And you're right - even making the whole message bold hasn't helped you understand anything I said. I told you that Alan and Sean's Skype and PM addresses were NOT offered with the software (I thought you bought the software? So you should know that!) and that the software launch had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WARRIOR FORUM, yet you still keep harping about how everyone should have gone to the Warrior Forum to get help for problems with a JVZoo product (and then you reminded us that Sean said he would not be monitoring the Warrior Forum anyway :confused.

Also since you said you read all the messages on this thread before your first rant, you will know that I and many others DID try many times to get help through "Sean's support" (support website with no forum, no content in the "Knowledge Base", a broken "Trouble Shooter", login problems, a user manual with no Help section, and Mail Delivery Failures if you tried to reply to an email). And since you said you read all the posts on the thread, you would know that the software does NOT work for everyone - it gets stuck on "Loading Schedules" and can't be used at all, and some people reported other problems as well.

PS - You spelled "you're" wrong when you said "Your an idiot.".
    • [3] replies

    • Well there you have it, that explains why he thinks that the software is top-notch.
      • [ 1 ] Thanks

    • Like I said DustBall I do not do Grammar.

As for support I do not think people tried all avenues. Sean and Alan are both on Facebook they can be found if people tried hard enough. yes it not good to contact them through those avenues but if there support not working well then there are ways to get ahold of them.

  • Despite the negative comments on this thread, Sean persists in sending out emails claiming he's getting nothing but positive feedback.

You've all probably got this message, but here's a portion of an email he sent on Friday:

    >We have put our heart and souls into this amazing software and there
is SO MUCH POWER here that every day we are hearing about customers
who are coming up with incredible ways to use this tool...

Even things we had never thought of and that is AWESOME...

We built this for you and we are adding many new features and the
feedback we are getting is nothing short of astounding... <

Curious. Aside from Creativeways, the feedback here has been pretty damning. And judging by Creativeways' spelling, grammar and logic, he hasn't set the bar very high.

Sean is holding a training session this evening and I've signed up for it. It will be a last-ditch effort to try to get the software to work properly. If this fails I'll be joining most of you in asking for a refund.

    • Hi Doiron,

1.) Don't forget, Sean D. is a professional marketer, he would hardly put out emails that suggest how how crappy the product is!

2.) Don't think as an Internet marker for a second......think as a customer that has never heard of the Warrior Forum and is not used to the protection we offer each other. Think as a customer that knows little or nothing about IM, Google SERPs, Blogging etc... Think as a person that wants to make money and is looking for a start in life in the IM area.

It is these guys that are being targeted and know no better than to believe such a professional marketer and that the sun shines out of his backside.(admitted, he is good at his job).

This is where he makes money. The percentage of buyers via the WF are minimal compared to all traffic sources out there(a % that won't cause his hair to grey out, but those who do read this will at least have a fair warning and avoid the possible losses.

The WF community is nevertheless a large one and those within it will be happy that they're able to be a part of this upfront protection.

Of course, not everything claimed can be taken as gold but I think the overall picture paints more than a thousand words.

      good luck

For me, my whole thing is, I'll use whatever tool I have in my toolbox that is best suited for the situation. Some days I'll use Market Samurai for deep analysis, others I'll use Niche Finder, and still others I'll use Keyword King. And it's the same here: RCW was obviously not working for the gentleman a couple pages back and I had something that might help. I wasn't concerned with bashing anyone, just giving an option that I'd personally used in addition to RCW.

  • I think one should not waste time for bad server response on discounts. We should go for alternative, there are plenty of these days.
  • Did anyone else watch the "Training session" yesterday?

Well, on July 19 it was billed as a live training session for Rapid Content Wizard buyers but that concept sort of morphed over the last few days. Recent email reminders started calling it an Empire Builders Bootcamp.

Although Sean stated at the very beginning that this wasn't to be a selling webinar, it turned out to be a pitch for his $47/month inner circle membership. He offered a $1 14-day trial membership, converting to the full membership automatically unless cancelled.

Another interesting thing was his telling his audience that Google was discontinuing the Google Adwords Keyword Tool but ... not to worry ... he was releasing his own software to replace it.

He didn't mention that Google itself was replacing the Keyword Tool with their new Keyword Planner. I submitted that info in the question box but wasn't answered.

    Not really a surprise.

He was on with Alan who sounded genuine to me. I know you can't tell that by listening to people with 100% certainty but it was just my impression.

My impression of Sean was the opposite. There was just something there that didn't sound right to me. Who knows? Maybe I was affected by my bad experience with the RCW. Or maybe I'm perceptive.

I'd be interested in knowing if anyone else sat through the pitch.

Wish I had found this forum before i paid for something that I don't like. I was considering joining the IMWealthBuilder thingy, but now...

    • I don't come to the WF much anymore, but I did get an email promoting the RCW from someone I trust. WOW, did this person just lose all my trust. I actually thought of buying RCW, but had a really horrible experience with Loki-Link builder, which was sold by Sean also. I swore that I wouldn't buy anything else from Sean ever again.

Doiron, after doing face to face sales for over 15 years, what i've learned is that your gut is ALWAYS right.

I wanted to mention a couple of other software that I have used or currently use and am happy with.

Wicked Article Creator. It works well and the reason I like it is because I can load it into my software quickly and it puts out usable content. (It's also only a 1 time purchase and get updated regularly.)

Instant Article is also good, but I no longer have this one since moving to WAC.

There is also one called Content Foundry. It works a lot like Article Builder in the fact that you build your own content base and then pull articles out of your own base. (I looked into AB, but I found just to many duplicates for the amount of people using the service)

I mention these as alternatives is that they have been around for a while and are being updated all the time and LOTS of people use them everyday.

Show me ONE piece of software that Sean has promoted and has updated 60 days after release. NO ONE can....because there isn't one.

  • Honestly, get a cheap (300-400$) windows computer and use that for your IM endeavors. Trying to use Mac with parallels will be an exercise in slowness and frustration, as most (not all but most) IM related programs are windows only. Small price to pay to really get going I think.

    • First thing is I been following Sean for 3 years now. And I been in his Inner Circle for that long. I have not once ever thought he sold a bad product.

And I can tell you this again And I am sure you will still come back and say bad things.

If you could not contact Sean or Alan via Jvzoo on here on skype on facebook then your not trying hard enough to get something you bought fixed.

You just see all the bad things go and buy the product then want to get a refund also as you think you can just come on and give people your thoughts

And if you read my last post the IMSC is ran from Clickbank so if someone wanted to cancel there membership they can do so from there and Clickbank would handle it.

IMSC membership is none Refundable as you get to visit it for 14 days for a $1 trial. IF you do not like what you see within that time frame then cancel. If what you see is good then stay.

But you all think Sean is this great and badass Marketer who scams people. Go look at Anik Singal Mike Filsame and a few others now those are scammers. and idiots. But Sean and Alan are good people and Yes I will defend them 2 to the end of time if I have to.

If you keep bashing Sean and Alan I will keep on defending them.

If you all spend so much time on here how do you get friggin work done.

Or how do you test so called software if your all on here bashing Sean & Alan.

And Dustball if you had any cents you would have gotton out while you had a chance.

As for JVzoo Support I know who is running that show and That person is good with support so if you had a issue with one of the products I am sure they would have gotten to Sean or Alan for you or anyone else.

You just use this lame excuse so you can bash another Marketer.

  • @GoBikiniGo My advice would be to slow down and consider things carefully before buying them - you could spend yourself into bankruptcy if you're not careful and there are some shady people out there who won't give you a refund or who will make it so difficult to do you'll give up.

A good thing to do is come to the Warrior Forum and search for the product you're interested in, and then read the LAST pages of comments - that's where you get the REAL story!

I like Windows better too but if you want to stick with the Mac, just go slowly again and find out if a program is compatible with Macs first before buying it. Or if you can afford it, buy a second computer with Windows on it? I don't really know the costs / pros & cons of doing that vs. using Windows emulating software on a Mac. Someone with Mac experience would be better at answering that question.

As for Amazon content, I recently purchased a WordPress plugin called Azon Insta-Review which seems pretty good although I haven't really given it a good try yet so I can't say for sure.

  • Xadro. Insightful and funny, ''hoover dam''.

Being away for extended periods accumulates hope.
Hope that auto IM tools will offer 'better' as tech scales up.

Now, usually my accumulations are dashed.
Luckily a few good auto bots do become available, owning a few, my money well spent.

Still surprised these, high profile offers, heavy seeded lists, bulging jv affiliations, 5,000 dollar sales pages... fail spectacularly.

A mis-step or calculated? Dun'no and maybe if I did I'd be that internet marketing millionaire.

Would guess RCW was outsourced, allowing these guys to continue diversification in not only the IM arena, certainly other biz models, for that is the key.
Get all your fingers sticky in multiple pies.
    Scaling up, outsourcing... leverage.

Now I gotta go out and scrounge something to sell, seed money to muckle up some new IM dream machine.
    • [1] reply
    • Seems you like the idea of product creation, It's certainly the way to go but be careful, every corner harvests a critique so diversification is the key for sure, multiple products and a cushion to dampen the fall.
I doubt scrounging something to sell will suffice and compensate the bruises in the absence of the necessary feathers.

The $10 dream machine in truth is $250.00 and a long fall when the porte-monnaie simultaniously pays for retards such as RCW and its accompanying obstacles.
Hence route 57 is the direction to take.

  • SEO Agent, I'm not sure I agree about Article Directories being useless for backlink content. People who have posted the articles have done so for either their own SEO or for credibility. Some directories also have human reviews. So, the articles are usually highly targeted.

Where you and I are in agreement is that RWC isn't great at what it pulls from those directories AND that there are other better sources. But, the other sources are not consistent enough to allow for auto scraping.

So, I'm ok with the concept of RWC and have no problem with JVers who also liked the concept. But, I agree that if a marketer is going to highly endorse a product, they should have at least used it and really believe it's a great product.

For example, THIS guy would NOT lose any credibility with me:

    That's fine. That's fair.

But when a guy sends me THIS:

THAT guy loses my trust. (NOTE, that was a portion of a real email I got from someone I USED to trust.)

    • SE's algorithm is now heavily based on social signals coming from links to website content. The Ranking is now being weighed more by social signals than any other reason.

Why the change? SE's want people to use their search engines, so they can justify their PPC bids. How do they do this? By providing indexed results, based upon links to website content, both with follow and no-follow attributes. They also count the frequency and increased number of social links over time. Hence, "Social Signals," which tells SE's , "This is what people care about the most. And not what backlinks have been cleverly engineered or bought."

In other words, what people like and share socially, matters to Google. And people will only share what they like, or can get (offer which skews results short-term), and the VALUE IMPORTANT to THEM.

What we are experiencing in search engine algorithms, is a paradigm shift. One which used search engine science, like on page seo. To one where the perceived value of search engine visitors matters most. A somewhat "narcissistic' algorithm weight if your will.

And in order to accomplish this, content must be "Remarkable." - Ref. HubSpot.com. So, if you are still out there using content as a matter of achieving and out performing other websites, with backlinks, KW %'s, bolding fonts, this will continue to work short term. However, the landscape is being entirely re-written at every point where there are social signals relative to keyword markets.

It's an exciting time of evolution in search engine development. We are witnessing not what is credible, based upon language and engineered seo content. But what is VALUED by consumers. So if your content from article sites is being using on your engineered web of sites for backlinking purposes, this will soon pass.

So you have a choice. You can start creating remarkable content which will be shared on several social platforms. Or you can wait until someone else does it instead. Because this year is like it was 1996 all over again. The year, when only you were the only indexed position for a keyword market period.

Well now, social signals will once again plow under all those positions with a new perspective on the use and importance of search engines and the values their site visitors place on their content. Because like us, Google is a content curator. Their value only based upon their usefulness to consumers.

Takeaway: Using article directories for content creation and curation will wash away to those who provide original and remarkable content highly valued and shared by people.

The key is researching what people are looking for from search engines. And to provide content directly relative and highly valued to their searches. This is not possible form article directories. They have outlived their usefulness to consumers. And therefore have outlived their value in page ranking in Google.

Case in point: Throughout the last eighteen months, when was the last time you actually saw an article rank in the top five page results? For a five or less KW phrase? It's a thing of the past. Why? Because there is way better content to read. And social signals are the number one ranking factor in search engine algorithms.

And how do we know this? Because without placing it first, search engines will loose visitors and social media platforms will become the new search engines of tomorrow. No wait, they're already here. Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, Tumblr, Google +1, amdn more. And look what they do to Google: Take away PPC Revenue.

Google's Solution: If you can't beat 'em, join them! How? By using social signals as the number one ranking factor. That way, Google is in line with the human algorithm. This is what open graph is all about. But we call it in seo, "social signals."

  • Well HighRiskJohn and Tiger War have answered for me and explained things very clearly so thanks for that! I just want to add that on JVZoo, if you click "Contact" it says "If you have a problem with a product you must contact the vendor" and if you click "Help" you get the same thing! So no help from JVZoo. (And no, it is NOT then your job (or even polite!) as a customer to try to chase down the owner of JVZoo or the vendor on his personal accounts!)

So creativeways, Sean has been coaching you for three years - do his $47 per month "Mastermind" classes teach that this is how you run a business - call people "idiots" and tell them "you suck", and tell them to stop complaining because the product works for you but not them when they say they have problems with it? And that it's their job to try and find you when you haven't left them any help in a user manual or on your support site and you don't let them email you?

To everyone else, I finally saw my refund money today - I thought PayPal would forward it back to my bank but instead they just credited that amount as a positive balance in my PayPal account. It took 9 days since PayPal emailed me that I had been refunded.

It reminds me of President Reagan's remark while debating the peanut farmer. "There you go again!"
  • Cypherslock it's a good thing that wasn't money I needed urgently, like mortgage money or for emergency surgery, lol.

For anyone unfamiliar with this process, I want to say too that PayPal didn't notify me of anything by email - I had to keep logging in there and also logging into my bank account and looking in those places every day. The only email I got from PayPal said that a refund was issued, back on the 16th. They never emailed me that there was a hold put on the money, and on their website it said they would notify me when the hold was removed and they didn't email me about that either.

So if I hadn't been logging in there and checking, I would have thought that my money came back on the 16th, and here it is the 24th and it was never sent to my bank, but just released to my PayPal account today as a credit!
  • SEO Agent,

I don't see the value of backlinking for ranking going away any time soon. And, until it does, that means dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of backlinks to your money site (or it's tiers), depending on competition.

Your suggestion of unique, original, remarkable content is great for your money site. MAYBE for your tier 1 sites. But, no way is it practical for the rest.

So, we must depend on shortcuts, such as curation, rewriting, and spinning. The best we can do is look for tools that produce content "good enough" for the search engines to consider it relavent to the search terms.

As for social signals, it does appear these are having more weight, but at least in the case of Faceboook, I don't see how it counts, since Google can't seem to index most FB pages (due to https).

To test that, go find a post in your timeline from 30 days ago, copy a phrase from it, and paste it into google. Does it find the FB post?
    • [1] reply
    • Google counts FB signals in a different way. It does it's counts via the actual content page share buttons, the FB widgets showing people's faces. likes, ect. from the website being crawled. These are counted for FB. For other social platforms, like Twitter, Google has signed agreements to crawl their data and index it. This is counted the same way, in addition to counting links on the social platform as well. Interesting stuff and times!

    They are downright freaking useless...

  • CONTRA Falcot...lol

Some of the most renowned Authors/blogs use Article directories and live from them, amongst other revenues. Many here in the forum are authors and they have TOP rankings and TOP incomes.

The problem IMHO is that the articles have been abused/misused and zilch billion times reused, rewritten and re-posted.(Also the reason why RCW produces crap)

Used correctly with the original high PR article and curated(give the author and source credit+ added value) rather than stolen, crucified and regurgitated text(RCW), they carry enormous weight IF they are relevant and significant to your added value and website.

This is what RCW and it producers don't understand, or DO understand and are simply playing with the users "ignorance"(lack of knowledge sounds better).

Most people don't want to give the original Author any credit because they feel the reader will leave their site and lose money.. This is STUPID, ignorant and proves how little people understand about the internet and internet marketing.

well that was pretty harsh the last part, but to say high PR articles from article directories are "usless" is IMHO simply wrong.

EDIT: AHHH....so now you added ""
    cheers

    • And yet people keep falling for his honey coated sales tactics
I avoid him and anyone promoting his products, for me they all fall into the same category. Shameless snake-oil salesman who would sell their own mother to make a buck...

  • I bought Sean's "Extreme Niche Empires" a few years ago (I think it was the second release) and both the forum and the help desk had been closed down before I was halfway through the course.
Not only that, but Google deindexed the site a couple of months after I set it up and that was before Panda and Penguin.
I wouldn't buy anything that has his name anywhere within a thousand miles of it. Craig Romero is also on the promo page who also has a similar reputation for leaving his customers high and dry.
I was bombarded with emails from people I had previously trusted who were promoting this latest piece of sh*te even until this morning and I've bailed out of all email lists of anyone promoting it.
It would seem that black sheep and blackguards flock together.....

  • No need to be let down. The software isn't worth the hype.

I already had an article writer software that has a much more intuitive interface.

Problem came when I tried to get a refund for Rapid Content Writer.

First email back from their Helpdesk tried to cajole me to keep the purchase and accept a free plugin.

    No - I said - I want a refund.

Second e-mail said it appeared I had opened a PayPal dispute - NOT YET!

Sick of getting the runaround PLUS emails to their support e-mail bounced (admin@agbsupport.com) - This is an e-mail that the support responses come from. When you reply it bounces, so you then have to go to the support desk but the original ticket is marked RESOLVED and there is no other option than to open yet another support ticket.

In my 3rd and FINAL support ticket I told them to give me my refund or I would post my experience here. [pause to check inbox] Nope, still no refund.

  • That's disgusting. You don't get your customers to close the dispute, and THEN you refund. You refund and THEN they close the dispute. Shoddy. Very VERY shoddy. From the response they're holding your money hostage.

    • Plus I had not opened a dispute! Seems to me they have developed a canned "shakedown" implemented on their support desk to discourage refunds.

      The latest:

      Hi [...]

Here is message I receive when I try to refund your purchase:

WARNING!! PayPal reported it was unable to refund all parts of this transaction. If there was a dispute or you manually refunded part of it in PayPal itself, you can continue with a Partial Refund and we will refund as many as the sub-payments as we can.

Please look into this so, I can help you with your refund.

  • After numerous BS responses from their (cough) "support" desk I got a rapid refund AFTER opening a Paypal dispute. Shoddy, just like the software.
  • I purchased this product not knowing that it was Windows only but wanted to use it so bad I went out and purchased Parallels 8 desktop for my Mac and Windows 7 to run on the Parallels emulator. I contacted support and downloaded RCW again to the emulator but when I tried to install it I received an error message. I have tried to contact support for about three weeks now and all of my emails are returned as undeliverable to that address.
Very disappointed and out around $300.00 US

    • After getting the royal runaround I finally got a refund by opening a Paypal dispute. I recommend it. Keep in mind that your time is limited - maybe 45 days? If you delay you may be stuck.
  • Yeah, the emails don't work. Have you tried the support Ticket System?
    • [1] reply
    • From the Home Page of the members area I click on support and it says page not found.
      Really not worth pursuing.
Have you tried Instant Article Wizard?
I think I'll look into that.

  • The support desk seems to be a bit hit and miss :/ I got a refund within 24 Hours but it took me awhile to figure out that you cant reply directly to the emails your receive, you have to go back into agbsupport.com and reply to the ticket from there
  • Well I wasn't going to ask for a refund but seeing how they have a blind eye to the support system but they have no problem sending continuous broadcasts for other affiliate products, I went ahead and requested a refund.

They sent the refund only for the $14 main product but not for the $47 Platinum Plus Edition and it was the last day that I can request a refund, so I created another ticket but instead of waiting for them to tell me that it's to late to get a refund I advised them that I took screen shots of all conversations and replies including the dates from support, I got the second refund within a few hours.

These guys are real creeps, as if I didn't know what package I purchased.

    • After waiting for an update, that never come I finally decided to ask refund. Asked nicely, got reply nicely, next day the refund was given. After all, if people do not like the software ask for refund, and they will get it. I got mine. No matter the promisses in a sale video are, if there is option for refund is ok.
  • Waiting since the launch for refund. Software woundn't install on my pc. Requested refund 2 weeks later still no refund
  • I must say, I am a little disappointed with the Warrior forum, I'm not blaming them but why is Sean still allowed to peddle his rubbish on here, I thought WF would have given us some protection from people like him once they become aware. His profile does not give any indication that he is a naughty boy.
  • Live and learn..... Sean's software is based on hype sales and delivers little.... I got burned on the Early Bird discount.... I got burned believing the software buying into the hype that it could deliver set it and forget it articles.... the software did not install properly took 5 days of going through support that never responded to my written issues.... before I figured out a way to get it to work..... The software was suppose to use Proxies which I went out and bought a subscription to .... when they were loaded in it would result in the program being unable to create an article saying not enough results..... I used Dog Training.... not enough results... are you kidding me.... When I stopped using Proxies it created an article that was formatted into paragraphs and the keywords were showing up.... Wow cool..... then I tried to read the article.... It was such a mish-mash of unrelated content I shut the software off in anger and frustration.... about 3 weeks later someone sends me an email trying to get me to buy it saying it is Amazing and I need to get it.... so I watch the promo video for it thinking maybe it was just a bad experience.... not uncommon for software to be released and bugs show up . After watching the video I got excited again and thought maybe they have FIXED IT.... WRONG it was just as bad as it was when I first shut it off in frustration..... Sean calls it the NEXT Generation Not Content Curation but Content Fusion..... I call it CONTENT CONFUSION... My recommendation to all is AVOID IT,,,,

    • I received a new promotion from JV Zoo about this product today. It sounded interesting so I thought I'd check out the Warrior forum and see what people are saying about it. Just as well. I don't have time to deal with fake goods!
  • Does anyone have a support email for this product. The RCW support link in jvzoo does not work. Jvzoo only says to click that link but it doesn't work. The thanks for purchasing email has no support link either. I replied to that email but those usually don't get looked at by most vendors so I am at a loss.

I want a refund. The product does not work at all. After numerous attempts with different keywords and different settings I did not get anything that resembled a usable article. The content was usually totally unrelated to the keywords I entered and the paragraphs were unrelated to each other.

    • The support domain URL listed on the RCW lead page is http://agbsupport.com/, but there no website hosted at the URL - wonder why they shut it down, too many support tickets?. Luckily I got my refund as soon as I used it the first time.
You could try the support at one of Sean Donahoe other website - https://imsuccesscenter.com/customer...Tickets/Submit after that I would file a dispute via PayPal (if that's where you paid - good luck with that one!) and if the money was taken from your credit card you can ask the credit card company to issue a charge back

  • The reason they've shut it down right now is that they're finishing up version 2.0 and it will be leaps and bounds over the first version. Much more than what we worked with previously. Full editor for one thing, much more control. I wish I could post the demonstration us Inner Circle members got on one of his live sessions. What I can say is that Alan and Sean have taken all the criticism received and completely overhauled the entire thing. I've said this before: Sean, along with Kelly Felix, is no scam artist. True support could be faster, but then a lot of folks don't do things like screencast the issue. And most don't think to contact Sean via Skype either.
    • [2] replies
    • That might all be true but it doesn't change the fact that I can't contact support. Do you really expect people to contact a vendor through Skype for a refund? He should have a working support link in JVZoo or it is probably against their TOS. I also never called him a scam artist.

If he purposely took a support link down why is he still selling the product?

You say "True support could be faster". I wouldn't know because I can't contact them. Do you have a way to contact support for RCW? There is also no support link in any of his emails or in the product itself. Just very irritating and unprofessional. I do not want to file a PP dispute if I could find a way to let him make it right the easier way.

I could post a live video of the unrelated gibberish that RCW produces but I just don't want to waste my time on this.

Edit: I just found a support email address inside my PayPal account in the "payment details" so I hope that works.

    • So you're telling us - people can still buy the current version, but they wont be able to contact support,

  • This guy Sean the developer has such an awful reputation of much of his stuff all over the www, forums etc wow!

He is sooooo infamous for total hype, stuff that has huge issues and massively known for huge lack of support, delay tactics leading often to so you don't get money back, and plain un professionalism ...I know at least 14 people in the last year totally regret doing business and buying his stuff frankly beggars believe people still buy and he is allowed to sell on these forums ....good luck.
