My OptimizePress 2.0 Review

In an effort to give you guys an actually honest review on an internet marketing product, I hope you find this useful. It is almost impossible these days to find unbiased reviews because every time you type “product” review into Google, it will instantly give you 10 affiliate sites that will tell you how awesome the product that their site is promoting is.

This is actually pretty sickening, but ANYways lets get to my OptimizePress 2.0 review.

The first version of OptimizePress was really revolutionary in how in was implemented in the im world, as nearly every marketer used this theme. While it remains to be seen whether James’ second version does the same, it can be assured that at least everyone will know about OptimizePress 2.0.

So lets get into the details. The new templates are definitely more modern looking and look more professional from a sales perspective. It is also better that they implemented a live editor instead of that old shortcode thing that was a pain in the rear.

However, while these were all good ideas from a marketing standpoint, the software is actually incredibly buggy, and it takes a while to fully configure pages to get them exactly how I would want them.

In fact, while I was using I couldn’t help but acknowledge that my previous squeeze and sales page templates that I had bought from Squeeze Dominationwere superior in every way. Squeeze Domination was actually very easy to configure compared to the new version of OptimizePress.

As of now, I am pretty sure that I will be returning OptimizePress pretty soon, or just wait for the updates to come in.

Anyways, I know James will eventually get this right, but to be honest, this product was not ready to launch.

    Thanks for the review.

I recently bought Optimize Press 2.0, hopefully it still successfully creates great sales pages and the bugs don't ruin the creation.

At least you guys have the product. I purchased OP 2.0 about 10 minutes after it reopened on August 6, and still have not received a recipe, log-in info or anything; and this is after submitting 3 or 4 tickets. Even the post office, with all their problems could have delivered it faster. Hopefully when they do get it straightened out they will offer some type of bonus or discount for the money my business is losing. I really had high hope that OP 2.0 would give me the edge that I need.

I bought OP 2 over three weeks ago and it is still giving us grief. My tech guy finds that as soon as he adds an element, then content, it can disappear just as fast. The ticket response albeit reasonably fast, isn't providing a solution. I agree with a former comment; it wasn't ready to launch yet. I'm not impressed at the moment and am thinking about asking for a refund as well. Got any suggestions for me as I would prefer to keep it but without the bugs.
