Is Clicksure A Scam?

Clicksure is similar to Clickbank in that it is a platform where you can create and sell your digital products online, via a network of affiliates.

ClickSure also handles affiliate reporting and payments.

Clicksure has a marketplace, where affiliates can choose the products they promote.

However, any similarity with Clickbank ends there.

Clicksure seems to promote products that are either not acceptable to Clickbank, or dodgy products that have previously been dropped by Clickbank (e.g. mactvpro).

Although some potential vendors have found them to be “picky”.

* Clicksure does not accept Paypal, so you do not have Paypal's payment protection.

* Clicksure will only refund your purchases if the vendor agrees to the refund.

* However, in my experience with Clicksure, even if the vendor does agree to a refund, Clicksure will not refund your money.

I purchased product called "Instant Traffic Commissions" through Clicksure.
I was a bit worried when I discovered that Clicksure did not accept Paypal, but I was reassured by Instant Traffic Commissions so called "100% RISK FREE, 60 Day, Money Back Guarantee".

I spent over $150 on several upsells on the Instant Traffic Commissions program, only to discover that it would only work with an overpriced hosting package, costing at least $150+ more.

When I tried to claim a refund through Clicksure, I was redirected to the Instant Traffic Commissions site.

I spent several days emailing Instant Traffic Commissions asking them to honor their guarantee, and refund my money. At first they tried to fob me off by referring me to a web page where they had instructions for using my own hosting. But the web page did not exist.

Then they said they would help me set it up on my own hosting, but I declined this offer and asked them to honor their guarantee.

Eventually Instant Traffic Commissions agreed to a refund, but Clicksure have still refused to refund my money.

I have tried emailing Clicksure support, but they just ignore any emails (they probably don't even read them).

In my opinion Clicksure is definitely a scam, and I would advise against having any dealings with Clicksure.

We accept all types of offers on the network provided they meet our strict approvals and compliance procedures. I can categorically state that any seller found to be selling 'dodgy' offers are kicked off the network with immediate effect.

You can see why we don't accept PayPal by going to this post - http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post8149533

    * Clicksure will only refund your purchases if the vendor agrees to the refund.

It is down to the Seller to refund you, unless your request is not dealt with within a certain time period. Then it is at the discretion of ClickSure whether or not to refund the customer.

If we find Sellers are not issuing refunds or abusing the refund policy, the customer is given an immediate refund and the Seller is banned from the network.

We would never refuse to issue a refund and there is clearly a misunderstanding here. Please direct message me your name, email and transaction ID and I will investigate why the seller has not refunded you.

As mentioned before, we are most certainly NOT a scam. Direct message me your details that I have asked for above and I can look into this for you.

Why then when I went to ITC Support for the 60 day guarantee refund, I got no reply. When I went to Clicksure Twice, I got a reply that i would get an answer in 24 - 48 hours, but no answer came nor did I get a refund.

I have now gone to my CC company and have disputed the charges, giving the reason of a promise of 60 day refund. and failure to answer emails requesting same.

I will not again purchase a Clicksure product.

        Hey,

I'm sorry to hear that you have had difficulties getting a response to your emails. ClickSure does respond to all emails that are sent to us within 2 business days.

Have you checked your spam and junk folders for our replies? Unfortunately sometimes our replies may hit your junk folder.

If you send me your email address by direct message, I can pull the tickets that you submitted and show you the responses from ClickSure that were sent in reply.

As for the messages that you sent to the Seller, again if I can have your email address I can search for those tickets. If we then find that the Seller didn't reply to you, they will be penalized for not responding to their customers.

All purchases made using ClickSure are covered by the 60 days money back guarantee. If you send me the details I can ensure the refund is processed and then you do not have to wait 28 days for your bank to resolve this issue for you.

        I hope this helps,
        Ben

I bought a product via Clicksure called 1cent FB clicks for $47 and the upsell for $247 because I wanted the 'done for me' ads that they promoted. I did everything as the said when I got it, and tried it out in FB the same day, even though the seller hadn't put up all of the features inside of their program (which means that he sold a product to me that wasn't completed when he sold it. I also 'had' to get another software for $97, a FB ID scraper tool, which the guy in the 1cent FB ads recommended us to get. So I tried it out exactly as they said, but the ads didn't work: Each of the ten ads costed me around $1/click instead of 1 cent, as they had said.

I then wrote to them in support at Clicksure and told them I want a refund, but this guy is giving me a real hard time. He keeps asking me ridiculous and irrelevant questions about what I did, and I can't even describe this, since I am Swedish and my language isn't English, but he is giving me a really hard time.

I even copied all of the FB ads that I did, and the results I got, and all of the numbers like CTR, cost per click, visitors, the actual ads, etcetera. All in my messages to him, to prove to him that his program doesn't work, but he keeps on hassling me about irrelevant things, that I shall prove to him, things that are not required for me to get a refund.

Can anyone help me out with this, because this (awful) person is out to wear me down so that I give up, so that he doesn't have to refund me the money, even though they have a 60 day refund guarantee. I am so angry now, because this is not alright and it is not as it should be.

All the IM'ers with spammy products are now moving over to Clicksure specifically because there is no refunds. In fact they even advertise this fact in their JV promos, no refunds from the punters!!

But you kiddies should realise all purchases made with Visa and MasterCard can be refunded within 60 days or purchase.

You need the receipt for payment/purchase, and you need copies of your emails where you requested a refund. You need to also make multiple requests for a refund, to show there is no doubt of your attempts.

At this point you then contact your bank and request them to start chargeback proceedings against the biller of your credit card. It will take about another month to happen, but you almost always get your money back if you do the steps above.

For a $50 purchase its not worth my time, but for larger purchases, yes.

      Hi Yohan,

Many thanks for this info. If I do not have any success getting a refund, I will try the chargeback method.

This is only for products that use the ad network and DO NOT actually process payments through ClickSure.

If anyone cannot get a refund from a seller, then feel free to direct message me with details of the transaction and the dates you sent emails asking for a refund and we will take action against the seller immediately.

      Thanks.

Around 4,5 days ago, I got charged 69.18$ by Clicksure but, I already submitted a cancellation & Refund through email before & I dont know why I got charged for this. So, I went on Clicksure's customer support and submitted a ticket for a refund and cancel my membership. They did reply to me but, he/she did cancel my subscription but didnt says anything about the refund. I asked about it and he/she didnt reply. And now, they offered some kind of Home Website Builder PRO account and still didnt saying anything about the refund. I'm really worry about it right now because my bank account is having negative balance and I dont really have any money to put into it.

Clicksure is a scam!! Their sixty day guaranteed refund means nothing to them. I emailed them four times and got nothing but their standard message. I was ripped off for almost £100.
Let the buyer beware I guess! Don't buy anything thru them, if you are unhappy you won't get your money back!!
