Anyone sucessfully ordered Launch Tree? I'm having big problems ordering Launch Tree please help!!

Hey guys, I'm having big problems with the ordering process and I need your advice please.

I asked a friend of mine to ordered launch tree yesterday because I didn't have a credit card, he used my personal information including my email address to sign up except the credit card information, after he placed the order of $77 course, he was redirect to the $97 videos page, and he misktakenly clicked the "GET ALL 7 Advanced videos..." , the system then billed him $97! So he closed the page and quit.

I'm not able to really log in the member side,it says something like Access Denial For training-course/CourseViewComponent/getNewLatestCourseView
, and when I checked my order histroy I couldn't find any record!

Does that mean my order was not complete?

If so then how can I complete it?

If my friend has already clear the cookies, will he be able to login that $97 page again? Plus the link I gave my friend to sign up was the affliate link of Stephen Pierce's, I'm not sure if there was any affliate code in the page, and if he just type in the address in the browser, I don't know if will be the same web page he signed up before...


Also after that I tried to access the $97 page myself by typing the address on the browser, And I clicked "no thanks button", the black line reads"Your order is placed,please wait..." then it just stopped in there and nothing happen.

Right now I don't know what to do, I worry that I might be billed $77+$97 but not getting anything! I've email to the support center but it just piled my emails to the ticks queue with no response!

So please if anyone know how to solve this please reply me,thank you!

    I just had problems getting the course too... I got an error screen and after refreshing it took me to the thank you page but I have had no download link or confirmation email....

    That said, I am confident that Mike Filsaime's team will help me and they will help you as well. You just have to be a little patient.

    Email them at support (at) launchtree.com and give them as much information about your transactions, and if you did not intend to buy the $97 videos I am sure they would help you out too... just remember they are handling thousands of orders and they are probably backed up a little.

      Everyone has had problems getting the course.
      Nothing has been said.

      Either there ordering/billing system is messed up. Which it really isn't because people are getting charged.
      OR
      Until the charges on your account gets out of pending, that's when you'll get acess.
      Check your pending charges & possibly wait until it gets out of pending & then see if you get access.

      In my personal opinion, it's an issue w/ the ordering & user access/password creation system.

      Any challengers to my hypothesis?

    Look on the back of your friend's credit card, there should be a phone number. Call the number and ask if there was a charge placed on the account. If not, order again. If a charge was made, contact the Launch Tree support for your username and password.

    You might want to check the spam folder of your email. You may have gotten your receipt and login info and it was sent to your spam folder.

      PeteNY, my friend had checked that the charges have been made. I did sent email to change the password, and the support center emailed back the username and password, but when I logged in the member area, it says "access denial...", I've already checked the spam folder but couldn't find receipt or confirmation email or something...also there were no order record at the Order History side...

    If you took the time to read through the other Product Reviews about LaunchTree, you would already know that over 30 people had the same problem.

    Basically, it's like this:
    1. There is something wrong with their ordering system.
    Therefore, it's safe to conclude that what they are teaching is
    fundamentally flawed.
    2. If you placed the $77 order & clicked Yes to the $97: YES you have been charged.
    If you want the product, I would just place the order again (YOURSELF) and do it correctly. You will be charged $77. Then just put in a support ticket for the other 2 charges at $77 & $97 & wait for the refund of those two charges.

    HOWEVER, you still will not get the product immediately. You will most likely have to wait a minimum of 4 - 7 days until you even get access.

    If ANYONE is stating that they have access to LaunchTree, they have either lied, or they are an JV Partner who had a Beta/Test access.

    Again, there is something wrong with their ordering/billing system. And I'm confident that a bunch of people here who ordered can verify that.
    Anyone who says they are using the system currently & ordered it launch day, they are simply not telling the truth about it.

    Also, it's NOT Mike Filsaime's team that will be helping you. All support goes to either the company Lurn (Lurn, Inc.) or Anik Singals team. From reading, I believe that Anik was taking care of the technical stuff.

    And there's nothing to be patient about. They boasted "ORDER NOW" & get it before it's too late crap, then, when people pay, they should get the product/service they paid for. Patience! ? People wanted the weekend to get studying & learning......we got deadlines too.

        But there is nothing libelous about my statements. I have done nothing malicious but provided literally all factual statements based on what people have not only stated, but actually experienced. I have just repeated & spoke for the people & came to OBVIOUS conclusions. Conclusions that no one else would have the guts to say.

        This statement was in response to Squall, in which he is still having the same problem & I do not believe has been fixed yet.

        Great, if you have received your login info. But let's backtrack here.
        1. You stated you received it today. I believe they launched on the 12th.
        Today is the 17th. You received your info 5 days later -- based on your statement ONLY AFTER you did the "Forgot Your Password". The real question is: A.) What if you did not do the "Forget Your Password."? B.) Did you have to actually do the Forget Your Password to get your login details? C.) Why isn't the "Forget Your Password" working for everyone else?

        2. Yes. It's safe to conclude their is a bug in their system. Otherwise, people will not have these problems. It worked maybe for you, but again, why is it not working for everyone else. "THE ORDERING PROCESS" does incorporate "DISTRIBUTION" (meaning user access). So given this integration, upon ordering, customers expect to receive instant access to the materials. This essentially is what they are teaching and is the process of launch tree. Therefore, as I already stated, their process is fundamentally flawed. You can say the THEORY is not (which I did not say it was), or there is just a bug in the system --either way there is a Flaw in the system.

        I have not questioned whether or not you have been doing the process for years, and I never stated that the process does not work. What I simply pointed out was the fact that there is a flaw in the system - and that is a material fact.

        Additionally, as for what you do it seems based on what you offer as a service or teach comes with a certain set of specifications or requirements to have to make work (ie: Have an existing responsive list of 10,000). Correct me if I'm wrong on that point, I assure you I don't want to be libelous....

        But anyway, since you now say you are in the program, why don't you provide us all with some clarity over the details of what you actually see with specifics. Meaning details without fluff. I think people are looking for: 1.) the actual # of videos, 2.) how long the videos are, 3.) Some basic highlights of what is actually being said in the videos, 4.) your agreement or disagreement of what's being said, 5.) The content forms (PDF's, spreadsheets, etc.) 6.) The substance of the content - is it what you thought it would be.....

        Just looking for some substance & real thought from actual people that are in.......

        I'ved used the process they teach for years with other people's business. In fact I just grew one business from $20/30K per month to over $100K per month using the principles they teach.

            That's what we are talking about here.
            Clear descriptions of the modules. i guess you wrote this after I was writing my response (literally in real time).

            So, thanks for that info. But it does confirm what I suspected -that some people were or have lied about their access. If you go through some of the other threads of where people describe it, it clearly conflicts with what you are saying a bit. Statements like there are lots of videos compared to text.

            Yeah, it would be great if you share a bit more about what you do --now that you have thrown it out there. One, because there's a major difference between people making "$20,000" per month & making $0 to $1,000 per month whereas at least 80% - 90% of people here on the warrior forum are. It seems that you serve only people making $20,000 per month. I think people want to know how to get from $0 to the $20k per month. And I can verify that number because I've got survey results that state that fact. I'm hoping to get a huge sample, but, my survey here:

            There are 11 modules, plus the bonus. Module two is almost all video.

            Your mostly right about what I do. I actually plan to talk alot more about it in the future because it's something I think most Warriors would get a lot of benefit from. I see a lot of people here struggle to get a foothold in the IM Industry, or struggle to get a produc out etc. None of that is really required. Most people who have been members of the WF for any period of time know as much or more about marketing than most mid level executives at a high level ad firm. This is a fact, and you can profit from it in a massive way if you have the right approach.

            Currently I'm in the middle of two product launches and an offline direct mail campaign (my first) so I don't have a lot of time to give info on what I do. If you go back into my log I have a few posts about it though, and like I said when things calm down a bit I do plan to share more details with the community here because I think it can help a lot of people finally get to where they want to be.

            In terms of requirements for the companies I will work with, there are definatly requirements. I tend to not work with any company unless they are already doing at least $20,000 per month. I then come in and make them a lot more profitable, usually for a fee of 1/3rd.

            Like I said I don't really know anyone in the IM niche, and there are only a few Warriors I talk to on a regular basis. However, a few such as Scot Standke, Tom Campbell and Mike Swanson know me and can varify what I do.

      Your order "IS" processed. Check your friends credit card. There will most likely be 2 charges or 1 total charge of either $77 & $97. Per the date you purchased, that charge will be PENDING (if your bank reports it that way).

      I only suggested to place another order to possibly see if there system is working. That's if you have any FAITH in what they are doing.
      However, to be honest, I would just wait, if you do not want to go through the headache again.

      But, to be on the safe side, if I was you, I'd do this:
      1. Send a Tech Support & Billing Email to Lurn.com & PPCClassroom.com
      2. Confirm if the charges are pending on the credit card.
      3. Wait for a reply for tech support.
      4. Wait until Monday or Tuesday after 12pm most likely -- that's when credit cards usually reconcile balances.
      5. If nothing is resolved by the end of the day Monday -- you can either Wait some more, or contact your bank for refund.

      As of right now, no one here has contested me that they are actually using the system right now. So, I'm pretty sure I'm right on this. Those that are in the system, I'd gladly like to see proof (screenshots, videos, or some concrete evidence that they are in -- but hey, that's just me).

      In regards to having the trouble again. Just simply try & go to:

      And if you don't get an immediate reply with your password, OR if you get Access Denied -- you WILL go through the headache again.

      You can just do the order process again, & take the chance. After all,
      this is the LaunchTree process......and this is how you are being taught to build your system & treat your customers. 5,000 people have supposedly ordered. At least 1% (verified) on this forum have had problems. The 5 people that said they were using it (instantly) were affiliates. Make your choice.

    I bought LaunchTree 15 minutes after the start. NOW six days and endless Emails later still no product.
    When Mike Filsaime gave away the Butterfly Marketing package a $5000. value FREE...
    so many people signed up it crashed his servers. And while over 200 anxious "buyers" watched, he and his crew worked 6 hours straight on live feed to accommodate everyone who wanted the package.
    Its unthinkable to me, that he would ignore cash customers, in a launch no where near the number as Butterfly.
    I am really furious that I haven't even received replies to my numerous Support requests and emails. Now I'm getting Access Denied when I go to the site to try to sign on.
    I checked with my credit card company and they gave them the cash that day (launch day)
    What do you warriors think I should do? If they can't do a simple thing like take an order (automatically) and send the link (automatically) I wonder how good the product could be. I'm ready to tell them (IF I can reach anyone) give me the product or give me my money back.
    HOW long do you think I should wait before I do that? Or just wait for the product?

      As I already told Squall;
      You should actually look at your credit card statement (ONLINE if possible) or ask them if the charge is pending or not. It seems to be that people that can't get in have a "PENDING" on their account. Cause based on from reading from other folks, I doubt that your credit card went through as you think that day. If you can verify if it's PENDING or fully been withdrawn from your account. This is only a POTENTIAL reason for all the hold ups. Only a logical explanation of things that have been happening.

      The only suggestion I would give to you is wait, until Monday or Tuesday to do something about it. I don't believe anything was done over this weekend.

      OR
      You can always try ordering again, if you have faith & believe in the process. It seems to have worked for a certain percentage of "join venture affiliates" who seemed to get access....presumably. (*cough*cough). But if you order again, and go through the order process, you can take that chance. But you could also have that same problem.

      As of today, May 17, 2009, it's safe to say that Customer Service is not a lesson taught in LaunchTree. Also, their Launch Process is technically fundamentally flawed - too many people are having the same exact problem.

      So, since the money has already been spent, just wait until Monday or Tuesday. As a matter of fact, it's probably best not to stress about it until Wednesday, because everybody will be complaining on Monday & Tuesday. And when Wed. comes, just either state your case, and ensure that any monthly charges or charges in effect starts from that day for your guarantee.

      Another issue I'm starting to hear is the following:
      1. Whether or not people are receiving the bonuses they ordered. The affiliates are not honoring their word for purchasing "through my link."
      2. People don't know if they got the Monthly continuity --if they were supposed to click the X boxes or Not.
      3. The sales page was weird whereas, there are 2 seperate monthly continuity programs when only 1 program was partially explained. What is the 2nd one supposed to be about exactly.
      --Once again, another "hidden" continuity program, disguised as being explained but not really explained.

      Some people say they have access, but it's weird how they can't really explain in words or DETAIL what they are seeing. Also, a lot of people who say they are in have conflicting statements on what is in the videos.


      In my opinion, No one really has accessed this product yet.

      Well, let's stick with what's factual. They stated there was aprox. 5,000 customers. Just 1% of that would be 50 people that are having problems.
      From right here on this forum I actually counted 30.

      And yes, "PROBLEMS" is obvious, that's always going to happen.
      And of course upset people are going to be loud. Otherwise, no one would listen & as always "big business" would just run over ya.

      And like I stated Brandon,

      "rock solid info" and "very good product" is really nothing of substance but if that's your qualification of a good product...I just don't know.

      Also, "ordering the product multiple times" just to see the launch process??
      I guess if it were me, I would have just 1.) Took notes, and 2.) Took screenshots the first time around.

      And YES, I definitely agree with you that Anik & Mike should stand up & say something about what's happening & address the issues. But no, they'd rather throw out more bonuses as if that was going to really solve the problem & quiet people.

      Also, I never stated YOU specifically were an affiliate. I did state however, in addition to affiliates, that the people who did have access, could not even say anything really substantial about the actual product or its content & also have conflicting statements.

      JUST LIKE THIS ONE FROM YOU:

      1. In one post, you stated you just got access "TODAY" -- Sunday, May 17th, but you ordered it the first day it came out -- May 12th.

      HOWEVER -- Now you are stating, You had ACCESS A FEW MINUTES"
      after you purchased it.

      So, correct me if I'm wrong....something does NOT make sense.....


      Which one is it?
      1. Did you order today & get access today? & you had actual problems today? --OR--
      2. Did you order launch day (the 12th) & got access to the product today?

      Also, if you can add more substance to what you actually have received as a product that would be great to everyone here. Additionally, since you went through the process multiple times, you must've then purchased all the upsells & upgrades as well. Why not tell us more details about that?

I've not gotten all the way through it because I'm in the middle of a large campaign myself, but everything I have seen has been rock solid info. It's been the stuff that Jeff Tappan learned from Gary Halbert and taught me. It's the stuff I've used for years to create a successful business for myself and for other people.
