Has anyone heard of Commission Conspiracy or Empire Network?

I received an email today about Commission Conspiracy, narrated by a self proclaimed actor named Wayne Dryer. What he had to say seemed really interesting and I was wondering if anyone had tried it yet.

Supposedly, he has been able to copy what the gurus are doing for free (although he's charging $49 for it, to pay his developers). I was wondering if there was an upsell too and if it was as easy as he proclaims.

    Hi Joycedid first let me say i am in empower network and at the basic level the blogging system is great and with the new version out on the 11th oct will be even better. As for being easy i can only say yes as all you need to do is wright a daily blog and make a video. There is a good upsell but you do need to buy them yourself so if you then sell them you will be paid for them but if you don't then your sponsor could get the money from them.
