I tried looking into this but when searched for a review it was only people who were already involved in the program. Anyone else?

Tried it for a week, got a few sign ups. However , Like 5iphon there is no guidance or support on how to interact with your subscribers. List building has two phases, expand your list and build a relationship. You are left on your own to followup with your list.

Me being tek oriented i can set up and host squueze pages all day. My weakness is establishing a relationship.

I'm a new member in my third week of this program. You need to spend money on good quality solo's to receive quality signups! This takes time and yes! money! I have a big issue with this program in which i expressed my concerns to Bryan! In the second tutorial of the members area (where everyone is told to watch first) , there is 1 hour tutorial in which another member of the program and also a very good friend of Bryan, shows what success he has and how many subscribers he's had, in that exact video this person is telling new subscribers to sign up under him and in return they will receive one on one coaching with him as well as other incentives! So basically my hard work and money spent having people sign up under me are being told to sign up under him and it is for this reason why i am considering cancelling at the end of the "free" trial period. You can imagine spending your own money, getting subscribers under you then in the tutorial the person is telling people to come under him! Bryan doesn't seem to see any issues with this! even though i stated how unfair this is to ALL who has signed up to this program and what massive advantage his friend has over everyone! Yes, this person has over 4000 subscribers and i am certain this is not from his hard work!

I thought the system looked good and I really need to build a list, so I signed up. I received my "welcome" email and it said the following,

"P.S. IMPORTANT: We realize that some people join
on a whim just to check things out - but there should
never be -any- reason to put in a ref'und ticket for
            5FigureDay membership...

You have a full 30~day, $1 trial and may *can'cel*
through Clickbank.com (by putting in a ticket with
them) if you don't want to take action with our PROVEN
            system...

The point is, IF the unthinkable happens and you want to
cancel from our *PROVEN* money~maker, PLEASE REMEMBER
to can'cel *before* your billing kicks in... No re'funds please.

You joined to build a list and an online inc'ome, and that's
EXACTLY what you can do simply by taking action with
our *proven* system. It's simple math..."

            So I went to sign up for the $1 trial, and there was no such thing. It is currently $47. So sent in a support ticket as follows;

So what you are saying is that what was stated in your email at 11:42 am today was, in fact, not true. I am finding it difficult to trust a marketer who doesn't live up to his promises.

I really wanted to try the system for one month and see if it is a viable system for me, but I am not sure that at $47 I am ready to jump in.

One suggestion, change your follow up email prior to changing the pricing that you are offering.

            Being the nice guy that Bryan makes himself out to be, he responded with the following;

            Hi Jim,

Our mistake - we just hadn't changed the email.

But I really could care less whether you trust me and don't appreciate your attitude problem.

            Don't order from me.

            Bryan

            Who has the attitude problem?

Needless to say, I will not be purchasing the upgrade. If I make a mistake, I stand up to it and honor my offer, but I guess that is not how Bryan handles his business.

LOL, some people need to realise that customer support and respect is a huge part of any business model. If i was confident about my product, i would give you a $1 trial even if there wasnt one available. How rude!

The funny thing is had he just responded with a professional response and apology, I would have signed up. I actually think that system is worth the $47 first month price. But, I will take what I learned from the free portion of the system, set up my own squeeze pages, and use his traffic lessons.

I actually feel bad for his affiliate, he lost a sale and, most likely, a recurring monthly payment.

                  Hello Jim Zimmermann,

I'm a laid back person. I replied to your first inquiry (support ticket) very nicely. I apologized and said that the $1 trial had expired. In turn, you essentially accused me of lying and not living up to my promises (ie, "So what you are saying is that what was stated in your email at 11:42 am today was, in fact, not true. I am finding it difficult to trust a marketer who doesn't live up to his promises..." - Jim Zimmermann), which I really do not have time for, and do not appreciate. You don't even know me, and from my perspective chose to jump to conclusions and attack my character. What happened was that our automated member login/welcome letter for the free version membership still alluded to a $1 trial, which we'd recently removed and I'd just forgotten to remove reference to it in the welcome letter. Does that make me a "liar who doesn't live up to his promises"? Of course not.

So yes, I asked you not to order from me as a result of your response and unnecessary attitude. From experience, I've found that those types generally end up cancelling or refunding anyhow, because nothing ever satisfies them (and generally they blame others for their lack of success). I can choose not to do business with people who I feel accuse/attack first, and ask questions later. And now here you are attacking my character *in public* to further be vindictive. You even emailed me to tell me you'd posted about me here, which seems pretty passive aggressive to me (as did your initial response above - which started this). Imo, this just proves that my initial impression of you was right on. Had you been respectful, I'd have been happy to continue helping you. But you are not a customer of mine, and I'm sorry if you don't like it, but I have every right to turn you away if I think you are not a good fit based on how you approached the situation - in what I thought was a quite confrontational, disrespectful manner based on my best judgement.

(Note that Jim Zimmermann had also already been given a FREE version membership with FREE websites and FREE web hosting, and that I'd promptly answered his initial ticket inquiring about the $1 trial by saying sorry, the $1 trial is no longer available.)

                    Bryan,

I am not sure if you read what I wrote in my posts here, but I actually said that it is a good system and worth the price, but I will take what I have learned and apply it myself because of the attitude you took.

It was the attitude that you took in your support ticket response that completely turned me off. You are right, you can choose to do business with who you please, but you make quite a few assumptions about me and I take offense to them. You don't know me, or anything about me, and I can only tell you that you are 100% off base in your assumptions. All I did was state facts, copied and pasted directly from my support ticket, and allow the people reading this to make up their own minds.

Jim Zimmermann (People reading this probably already knew my name as you chose to include it multiple times and bold it, kind of funny)

Actually Jim, it was clearly the attitude you took that caused the issue here. Let's review...

                      1. You put in a ticket and asked me about the $1 trial.

                      2. I promptly replied back and said that I was sorry, we aren't offering the $1 trial any longer.

                      3. No problem so far, right? But now, here was your very next email to me - and the opening remark:

"So what you are saying is that what was stated in your email at 11:42 am today was, in fact, not true. I am finding it difficult to trust a marketer who doesn't live up to his promises..."

                      4. It was at this point that I felt you were being confrontational (rude and insulting), and without warrant. So I instructed you not to order from me at all. And I stand behind my decision.

The thing is, Jim, if you're calling my character and integrity into question before even getting to know me or giving me a *chance* to explain the situation in more detail (since you obviously still had concerns that I wasn't aware of) - that's simply not the type of person I want to have as a customer... And that's especially true after you'd already been given a prompt and courteous initial reply, on top of a FREE membership including free websites and hosting (which you could easily see were quality products). It seems to me you were just bitter that the $1 trial wasn't still available, and you shot back what from my perspective was a passive aggressive email claiming that my email message (welcome letter) was dishonest, and that I don't keep my promises - both of which are ridiculous accusations. Pretty sure you'd feel the same if you were in my shoes having some stranger accusing you of dishonesty when no such thing happened.

                      Thanks,

                      Bryan
P.S. You're also a Packer fan, which doesn't help your cause! Viking fan here. Lol

            Hi ferryferry,

This is actually not correct. There is no obligation to use solo ads, or any specific type of ad. But it is true that you will need to promote the websites that we provide using free and/or paid methods. Alot of members like to use solo ads because they work quickly and can produce very good results. This is business, and businesses do invest in advertising.

If anybody is interested in hearing about the success of our members, we have a group with over 1,500 of our members on Facebook (the link for the group is inside the free version or paid version 5figureday member area). I think you'll be extremely impressed.

            Thanks,

            Bryan

There is actually training in the member area on how to follow up with subscribers (on our Email Marketing Cash Tips page). The focus of the training is on building a relationship with your list. There are also ready made follow up letters that you can customize, and group support on Facebook.com.

I tried it from 09/09/2013 - 10/10/2013, however I did not manage to get one lead using this product. It could be the paid traffic sent to the link was not quality traffic.
