Keyword Winner - NOT WORKING

Keyword Winner - Beware of DOWN TIME?

First of all, I just sign up to the War Room. Now, I can post my bad experience about this product. I've purchase an Unlimited License of this product and it work well from the beginning. Now as of today when I tried to use it I got this message:

"You must configure your Keyword Winner license key before searching for keyword results."

I've re-type license number back into the module and got the same message.
Things like this should never happen, especially if you paid $87.00 for the plugin. I bought it on 8-28-13. It's probably to late for refund. Currently, I sent an e-mail to the author awaiting response. What make matters worse? Their website is down. Does this mean when their website is down the plugin doesn't work or did author shut down the site and left consumers with a worthless expensive plugin? Either way this should have never happen. :confused:

    I sent this message to they're "support email 7 times and still no response: Hi Daniel, I have not been able to use your product keyword winner since purchasing it 3 weeks ago. I was told two weeks ago there would be an update in a week. I would like to ask if there is going to be an update especially with google encryption of keywprd search data? I haven't been happy with keyword winner and should it not be updated soon I would like a full refund. I've been patient but I want to get started with my blog and this is holding me up. Please let me know any info regarding an update and a refund.

      I added my google account e-mail and password and get this error when I press the "Get Keyword Winner Suggestions" button.

      An error ocurred when fetching data from Google Insights, please check your mail/password information.

      So I tried a few more Google account I have and the same error happens.

      What is wrong?

          Here is what I was told...

          1 - Login to your Google account from the browser and go to https://www.google.com/accounts/UnlockCaptcha

          - You will see page asking you to "Allow a new application to access your account". Click "Continue".

          - You will get a message that you have 10 minutes to connect your application.

          NOW go to Keyword Winner and try to get suggestions again
          I did that and KW worked. Except I tried the sample keyword phrases like the one shown in John Chow's video tutorial "Extreme Couponing" but only get a few (like 3-4) possible phrases and the green bars are not there from the 12 month trends.

          Are you getting the same problem?

          UPDATE:

          I just created a new gmail account and changed the google email/password settings for KW. Then I went to add a new post and enter "SEO Services" for the post and pressed the "Get Keyword Winner Suggestions" button and only get 3 keywords returned all in pink with no bars in the Monthly Trends field. They are "services", "seo" and "seo services". This is a brand new blog so why is this not working correctly?

        I had the same exact problem for days and did everything you did. What I did was clear all my internet cache, cookies, history, temp internet files everything. Next log in I tried it started to work. The new problem I have is when you open the search query It doesn't grab the results. Everything says 0-results not matter what I search for. Its not grabbing the search results from google.

    To the Keywordwinner developers:

    I've suffered much the same fate as above with either one of the errors
    mentioned by others above.
    I have yet been able to get the plugin to work on any of the sites I used it on.

    You have no instructions on install or faq that I can find that would suggest
    what the problem may be.
    I have emailed your tech support address provided in your email to me only to get
    the following response:

        Just got one of those spam e mail from an affiliate about this software and thought maybe I should buy this but lets check WF to see if there are any reports about it...and behold you guys just saved me some money and a whole lot of time. Thank you guys for sharing your bad experiences.

          The thing I don't get is that John Chow has a video that shows him using it and getting good keywords so it must have been working at some point unless the whole thing, demos and all is just a big charade, like Bernnie Maddoff!

            I've asked for a refund with the above email within 24 hours if not, I'll contact paypal.

            I'm getting the same response gmail account not working..I guess the G has cut them..

                Hi,
                Yes, I did get it, I bought from Ricky Mataka and he refunded me promptly also the, the developer responded quickly and helped to get it..so, these guys are fair.

                I liked the idea of the plugin as a time saver, it could well be that the big G has blocked the users, don't know, it happens..have quite a bit of software that eventually stops working..

                Anyway. good luck and hope you can sort your problems..

                  Ya. Got a refund also. Didn't ask for it but Daniel Lew whoever he is just gave me a refund because I kept asking why this piece of junk software didn't work like in the videos. He kept giving me bogus reasons. I was hoping this was going to work and give me more sales, but no dice. Big waste of time.

                  Any thing I see being pushed by scammers Rickey Mataka nad Daniel Lew I just ignore and I advise every one else to do the same.

            It worked great when I first purchased it. I loved it. I haven't been able to get it to work for some time now. Tried using this fix, but still didn't work https://www.google.com/accounts/UnlockCaptcha

            They need an update to address these issues. It could be a Google side issue, but they should develop an update. Maybe the change from Google Insights to Trends caused the plugin to stop working correctly.

    Any further news on this guy Lew? I bought this rubbish a couple of years ago and still waiting for an explanation as to why it stopped working. When an enquiry is sent to him all I get is a robot message sent from his auto responder. Has anyone had any satisfaction from this man regarding his Keyword Winner Wordpress plugin. It should be renamed Keyword Loser, because the only winner is Lew himself as he laughs all the way to his bank with his ill gotten loot namely our money.
    I guess this is just another useless ClickBank item to be assigned to the trash can of bitter experience. You lives and you learns.
