Forever Affiliate or Affilorama?

Greetings Warriors,
Like a lot of people, I'm new to the IM world and I'm asking for advice from those of you who have experience using either or both of these programs. From researching several of what seem to be the better, more honest programs, I have narrowed it down to these two. Both receive glowing recommendations both on and off the forum. My concern is that out of the two, I've only found what appear to be impressive results from one FA user and none from AFF users. By impressive, I mean able to make a full time sustainable income from the Affiliate Marketing model. When I read on some forums about somebody celebrating a $46 dollar sale after 6 months of work I think wow, they're happy with that? They must be doing something wrong. Before you blow me up, let me say I know that it depends on how hard and how smart you work and I don't expect easy money overnight. I have a business background and know that success comes from putting in the time. If the cost of these two programs were the same, which one would experienced warriors recommend? Thank you for your time! I appreciate your advice.

I will say both are great courses and you should invest in both if budget is not your issue.

The only difference is Andrew teaches mainly about building small affiliate mini-sites although he did mention about authority ones in theory lessons while Mark focuses on authority sites.

Small affiliate mini-sites usually consists of about 5-7 articles or posts with the final one as the link to your affiliate one plus your sidebar banner.

Authority sites consists of about 20-50 plus articles or posts classified under a different categories or topics which also served as the navigation menu pages.

    For your better understanding,

This is how Andrew's site looks like

And this is how Mark Ling's site looks like.

The way I see it, authority sites are the way to go for long-term passive income although you don't expect to make immediate income but gradually though it requires more work and time on your part. You can outsource if you want to.

Look at Yahoo and Wikipedia for instance. Why do you think Google still ranks them highly?

It is not just about how much content you put but how much value you put into your content that engages your readers or even gets them to share with their family and friends.

If your site is popular, Google will naturally rank you without question.

From the limited information I can find without actually signing up, I like both programs. Affilorama for the broad selection of tools available (I know, some of them you can find for free) and FA for the method used in finding and selecting profitable products and niches not just keywords. The selection process makes a lot of sense and is a bit more involved with FA, but in the long run you have a better chance of making money on the ones you select. So.....I bought both. I'll let you know how it turns out. Off to work!!!

Come next year, I will be doing a step-by-step Youtube video walkthrough on building my site using Mark's exact strategies from keyword research, content creation, driving traffic and list building.

The site I am going to build is How To Look And Feel Great which is now an empty WP nutshell.
