CB Quantum - Andrew Fox & Chris X

So I've gotten a couple of e-mails about this product, launching on June 2nd.

It is from Andrew Fox (Dominate CB) and Chris X (Day Job Killer).

Anyone know anything about the product? What's unique about it?

Is it going to be an e-book, membership site, full home-study course?

I haven't bought products from either of them, but this one looks interesting.

I also received emails about this product with the link to two PDF docs and a video that promise the world to those who will buy the product: brand new Ferraris, private jets, multi-million dollars homes...

I do not know these people. They have apparently released successful products before. My concern is can they be trusted. Will this new product be viable for those without PPC or Adwords experience?

They say their CB Quantum product is easy to put in place and money can easily be earned from it with only little investment.

I am one who never believed in "get rich quick" schemes. I just wonder if CB Quantum is just another one of these Business in a Box products who promise but will not deliver??

      What is your opinion?

        I agree with Andy Hart

Super rehashers these guys, they know how to pull big money from the market at will, recycling the same old stuff because they know in the vast "make money online" internet market they know that they only need a small percentage of the unwary to take the bait and they will still make a fortune. You can't knock them for having the marketing skills to do this, but to think you can fork out $997.00 ($97.00 would be to much) and do the same is BS.

Making money online is not rocket science, build a site/s that promotes a product/s (yours or affiliate) that people want ... now the hard part, get traffic to the site using articles/ezineaticles etc, links using blogs etc, or PPC if the site warrents, it's all out there pretty much for free how to do this. You can subsidise your out-goings with adsense on your inner article pages if you like . If you don't make sales, your sales page (or the affiliate sales page) is not converting, which could mean the product is no good or the traffic is to low. Once you know this, either dump the site as not viable or try driving more traffic and then reassess it. The first web site I made money with cost a total of $80.00 P/A for the domain and hosting, that was 2 years ago, it's still doing well with only 2500 - 3000 page views a month. I'm not saying its all really easy because it does need work, effort and some thought put into the process but its not that hard either, forget all the secret methods, it's mainly hype and BS. Build a site and stick at it until you figure what works and then build another until your making what you want, that's what I did and believe me I'm no expert.

These guys sell heaps because with their large affiliate guru/buddy network that flog to their own e-mail lists they only need a small % of the huge number contacted to buy. They are expert sellers that know how to build a sales page/funnel that sucks in the unwary with all the $$$ hype and huge affiliate lists at their disposal. Their affiliates will flog pretty much anything to you, good or bad they don't care, all they want is sales and that the perogative of all marketers, you just have to be fully aware they aren't doing you any favours with most of their e-mails.

LOL , I was just answering woody's question who wanted to know what's this product is all about!!!
Anyone who tells you that he tried this product would be a LIAR as no one has an access to it tell now and simply how would you try it before launch if it's a course of coaching with hte producers?!!! anyone can say that he knows anyone of them and they helped him and so their course would be great , but no , this is not the case...
Also, all people through the net or even through your emails are giving a video and 2 reports about the story of fox and chris but no one told what the product is about and this is what i did as you may see from woody's reply!!!
I didn't mean any offense and sorry if i annoyed you

Yeah, it might be. I don't know, but assumed it would be worth looking into. I don't have it yet. I like Chris' Adwords product from awhile back. I'm one of those guys that buys everything, so we'll find out. If it's crap, they go on my official crap list, even though I end up buying their next "thing" when it comes out. I just enjoy internet marketing stuff, no matter how crappy. I'm weird. We'll probably do a video review of it in the next couple of weeks. If we do, I'll post it here (obviously no affiliate link or anything in it)

Haha. I appear to be the same type of guy too and nearly purchase this before a close friend of mine told me not to.

My friend told me that this is not worth the selling price because almost 90% of this stuff is rehashed stuff.

I don't know about it yet because I don't have it, but my friend is clearly unhappy that CB Quantum charged so expensively for some information that he can easily get somewhere else for less than $100.

Haha. Actually gave him a call to answer this question.

My buddy said the video qualities are ok, it's quite informative (enough to get a newbie started) but he said the selling price is definitely too high for the amount of information in it.

He was impressed by the idea of incorporating a technique *hint* jeff walker *hint* into affiliate marketing -- which makes up the 10%. My buddy didn't know about this method before this.

                    That's all.

LOL its all real buddy.... Andrew's got a nice big house in N ireland.... and the cars. (he used to have 2 Ferraris - crazy)

I can't see how the product would be THAT bad considering these 3 guys are making an absolute FORTUNE selling stuff on clickbank. The product just came out yesterday and already people are complaining?

i'd think the Q+A calls alone would be worth the price, how many people get that type of access to people making that much money online?

when I was starting, waaaay back in 1999 I would have given my left arm for someone to answer my questions.... shoot, I had to figure it out on my own.... who knows how many years I would have been able to shave if I had someone answering these questions for me.

Like always, most IM'ers are *very* cynical, want the instant gratification magic bullet and drink the "hater aid".

      Sayed...Thank You for the review.

After reading it, I was interested in the "one-on-one coaching and 6 weeks Q&A". I bet it is closer to 6 webinars/teleseminars. I just don't see how they could do a one-on-one with 500-700 people.

I am not a fan of copy and paste marketing nor business in a box products. These modules turn me off. Especially since these usually have to do with promoting the original owners products anyways. I could do without Modules 2 & 3.

Module 4. Sounds interesting. How to create your e-book and dominate Clickbank with the launch. Seen it before though.

The in-depth video series...Module 5. Hmm...this sounds like what they should be promoting. Any idea how many videos and exactly on what aspects of Clickbank, PPC, etc?

Thank you for the review. That is the first thing I have read that actually told me what was included.

    OH NO NOT AGAIN!!

I wonder how long before the "release rehashed crap" to the newbies biz model finally dies.

I trust nothing from this "inner circle boys club" :

    Rob and Matt Benwell

Same stuff over and over again, there criteria is it must have super fancy graphics and include Google and Clickbank!!

I have a rule that is yet to fail me. If they promise you to give some cool reports, videos and stuff if you opt-in and deliver it, you can pretty much tell what the quality of the upcoming product too. So let's see what these guys give you... oh look, a video that is a pitch, a report that is another pitch, and another report that is also a pitch. Awesome.

Now, if you don't want to give a sample for one reason or another, that's ok, it will simply be harder for me to consider your product. But if you give a pitch after pitch as a sample, am I to understand you will teach me to write pitches like that or that the product will be a pitch to a higher ticket product?

Someone's got a skewed definition of providing value it seems.

In any case, thanks but no thanks.

Too bad we can't buy action in a box. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on infoproducts over the years going all the way back to some of Tony Robbins earlier stuff and to tell you the truth, in my experience you can learn from most of these products.

Are they worth it? That depends on what you do with them. Here's the bottom line. If getting rich were easy everyone would be doing it. Selling info products is like selling gym memberships or web hosting. You always oversell because you know most people will end up doing nothing.

Think about it like this. A gym is a great place to go and get fit. But...if everyone who joined went to the gym they wouldn't have enough equipment to go around.

The same is true about web hosting. Look, everyone on shared hosting can't have unlimited bandwidth and storage. That is just impossible. But some can because others don't.

To tell you the truth, I don't even know what the hell CB Quantum Control is. But...chances are, no matter how crappy it is it will have some useful information. The bottom line for most of this stuff is that if you do the work smartly and diligently over time and you track and test, you will make money.

When I started IM about 2 years ago Chris X was really my "hero". But after having bought most of his stuff I noticed my initial enthusiasm was steadily declining.
And it vanished completely when he teamed up with Andrew Fox.
I could surely name a few other names that suffered the same fate.
Fortunately there are other names that still deliver value at very decent prices, a lot of them you can find here in the WSO. They also deliver useful tools (like Big Mike) instead of rehashed ebooks. Let´s wait though for CBQ but I surely don´t expect much except a hefty price tag.

Unfortunately you always have to opt-in so they can keep hitting your with more e-mails.

I know everyone is a little skeptical...

But I think this one is going to be a little different.

Chris knows how to make money, that is for sure.

I've modeled a few things based on what Chris has
been doing with Clickbank and it works.

The key is to take action on the lessons taught.

If you're an action taker, than this will probably be
      worth it for you.

If you're a whiner and complainer that doesn't take
action...then you should pass on this.

          Sophia Elise,

first, you've got 9 posts here sweetheart, and you're making personal attacks?

          LAME.

oh and 2 words for you... spell check, it makes you look dumb when you've got misspellings.

Before you continue to put your foot in your mouth, and make an even bigger fool out of yourself, I'd be careful about your comments.

Second, you're making an ASSumption, which aside from being comedic, is 100% untrue.

Third, Have you actually bought and USED any of their products?

Gee... what's with all the retards in the forum lately?

    My 2 cents.

Chris and Andrew are both smart guys, they are making good money and they live enviable lifestyles. It seems that their past products have been successful in getting some online entrepreneurs started today.

However, I would be amazed if anything they said in this product was new. A lot of people have said that these guys are msterful rehashers. I wouldn't go this far, but what I would say is that PPC, clickbank, Adwords, Google, SEO is nothing new. You can learn all about these here on the forum for free.

You can also find people who will offer genuine one-on-one coaching at a fraction of the price you would pay for this product. That kind of conversation/help can be invaluable when you are starting out and just because their name is not in ligts on clickbank does not mean they don't have anything to teach you!

If you want a very good education on Google Adwords then I believe Google offers a course on it themselves and then an exam. Again, I think the price is a fraction of what this product will cost. This means you will be learning the info from the horses mouth. You will take an exam AND qualify as a Google Adwords professional. In fact, a lot of the info sold about Adwords in some products is given away by Google for free in the form of tutorials and videos etc.

If you have even half the money to pay for this course, take a minute to consider there may be better places to get your information from, and also consider that you may get a lot more for your money in this way.

I think this could make you money but it's nothing amazing, I think you could make money with Chris X products etc the difference maker is the motivation of the buyer/reader/business owner. I was a bit confused at the salesletter which seems to have been written a while back, probably a product he had on the back burner. Ive received about 20 e-mails offering bonuses, fact is CB Quantum is probably the usual "Day Job Killer" model but if you have 10 JV partners with massive lists, it's probably going to sell. These "gurus" know thta they can create hype around a launch and it will sell, product launch formula on this scale always make big money.

It took me a long time to truly grasp this concept, and I'll keep it short and sweet...

Guy 1 buys $997 product. Learns stuff
Guy 2 doesn't buy it. Spends time on forum reading posts. Learns exact same stuff

Everything else is completely the same. If you had to place a bet on which guy would put to use what they learned, who would you choose?

I know who I would choose...

Amen to that! Not to mention the money that guy 2 and 3 saved by not being sucked into yet another overpriced and overhyped rehased product. 2 weeks ago it was CB Code. This week it's CB Quantum, and I'm sure that in a couple of more weeks it will be the same thing under a new name.

This BIGGEST problem with these products is that most buyers will DO Nothing with it.

Less than 2% even try it out... and those that do take action, less than half are successfull!

          Why?

Because any business needs some adjusting, some tweeking to fine tune operations. Just like driving on a Straight road... you still need to make slight adjustments with your streeing wheel... or you'll go off road.

Basic busines principles apply no matter what system you are using.

Brad Callen isn't promoting this just because they are friends, come on, even if they are, that's beside the point. He promoted it to me stating openly he didn't have it, he is just like most of the others with big lists ... they all promote products they have never laid eyes on, so their opinion is mostly whorthless, but this should not be a surprise if you have been around a while. Reviews in this forum is where you get the best heads up, then you are on your own.

Brad is promoting it because it's a nice affiliate commision and he's chasing the $$$$$, nothing more, nothing less. If you don't already know that the internet is full of slick sales talk, then you are easy fodder for these clever marketers, but as your hard drives fills with useless crap you will become much smarter about what you buy, and very occasionally get something that is really useful. (I did say very occasionally)

A product review, the friendly e-mail ... it's always very obvious you are getting the big sell, it should be no surprise that the likes of Brad Callen is doing this. And if you want to make money on the internet you will have to do something very similar yourself, if not the same.

This is another classic example of IM; build up the hype of a product for a specific launch date by having your Guru JV Partners bombard their lists with enticing bonuses, launch and make squillions from all the success hungry masses, then fade into obscurity until your next launch.

This kind of marketing seems to be occurring with increasing frequency. The best advice that I can give anyone is whenever you see these big launches, take a step back and wait, monitor this forum for information and you'll likely have a more level headed approach as to whether the product is worthwhile buying.

Frankly speaking, you are more than likely to find that after the launch you'll be able to obtain all the so-called secrets by searching the internet and especially this forum (Don't waste your time reading salesy reviews, especially before launch as they have absolutely no value). In the end, this product will not be offering anything new and if it does, you'll be able to get access to it anyhow with due diligence.

These rehashes of Clickbank and PPC secrets, etc will be around for a long time to come, so take my advice and sit tight, don't get drawn into the hype and you'll not only have a better bank balance but also a healther perspective as to what internet marketing is all about. Making sales.

My first post here, hi all.

I noticed many people here kind of bashing CB Quantum. And, I can also see why this would be going on. I agree that some of the products launched by these guys were not the best so to speak.

    However,

These guys do know how to do it. I noticed enough people mentioning this.

Or, at least, they know this better than the average person. Hell, they know it better than me that is for sure...

I must admit, I did not read all of the content in the posts in this thread but my thought about the CB Quantum is this:

They are, or, they say they are, giving members personal coaching on how to do the things they do.

Little side note here: I don`t know about you, but I would be clever enough to copy n paste their doings and I firmly believe it will be of benefit for anyone just as clever.

And, if not, there is always the option of the refund, right?

This time around, they did not really create a product like Nemesis or such but, they aim to teach people just how they did what they did to create their millions.

So if they manage to do just that, would it be worth it?

    IMO: Hell yes.

    Just my two cents...

holy shit you guys are so cynical.

I find it funny, you guys get pissed off when someone is marketing to you, yet you're SUPPOSED to be marketers yourself. Thats the mindset of an unsuccessful person.

The smart marketer sees what others are doing and see what he/she can emulate in their own business.

Andrew used to live with me in miami, so i know him very well. Do I love all his products? no.... not my style.... but fact is SOMETHING he is doing is working very well...

He bought the house AND the ferarri within the same year, which was amazing to see happen. Try doing that yourself and you'll see how difficult it is.

but the product isn't about them, nor should it be, its about you and if you think it would benefit you. I haven't read the whole letter, just skimmed through it.

Doesn't the quantum package include both chris x's software packages that are selling now for like $67 or so a month? don't you get lifetime access to these?

I'd think thats worth something there.

oh and getting your questions answered by guys pulling in high 6 and 7 figures online, gee, that wouldn't have any value either...

Some people here are cool and the other half of you are drunk on Hater-Aid and have issues because is everyone elses fault you aren't making money online.

Michael and Dave have got it spot on.

Having worked with a few 'gurus' in my time I can tell you...

The key to their success is to keep taking action.

Not to sit around whingeing about hyped-up product launches.

They have products that bomb now and again, sure, but they just keep on creating and releasing stuff.

          That's what makes them successful.

And don't forget... you have the ability to unsubscribe from lists and get refunds if you don't like the products. The power is in your hands. Clearly a lot of people are happy with these kinds of releases.

And Brad C is one of the smartest marketers around, he can promote what he bloomin' well likes! Don't like it? Get off his list, it's pretty simple.

The bottom line for most of this stuff is that if you do the work smartly and diligently over time and you track and test, you will make money.
Thats right on... couldnt have said it better... you arent going to make money just because you bought a product and installed some software to make money 'at the push of a button'...

And as far as what they charged.... look at what you ended up getting..

Sometimes I wonder if new people here, are actually here to learn or just here to bring everyone else down. With every new product launched you can learn something, be it a new graphics technique or new copywriting skill.
