Best Video Doodling Software??

I guess it is called "Video Doodling" anyway. I am in need of creating such videos where it animates a hand drawing pictures on a white board.

I was quite surprised when i went searching for this that there were a few on the market.

What is the more popular software used for this? Can anyway recommend one that is easy enough to use and price is reasonable?
