Thoughts about weblify

Morning,

I'm seriously considering picking this up, weblify.com, as I think this would be a great platform to get a jump start on a site. I have a few ideas that I think will help improve my results, but I'm concerned about the launchers supporting it in the future. Did they stop supporting Auto Traffic Trends?

Something I wonder about, since I don't have any personal knowledge about the topic, is their method of siloing. If I recall correctly, Becker has SEO Zen which does siloing and so does the free wordpress plugin often spoken about within the forum.

Anyone with sufficient credible knowledge know if silos are still viable, and if so which of the three offers the "better" solution? It would be cool to see which way the "link juice" is flowing. In all honesty, if we can edit the pages, does it really matter?

I'm also curious to know if I have to purchase new domain to use this. If I already have a domain, can I configure it to create either a subdomain or just the pages using the categories I have already created.

Hrm, the content it grabs and spins doesn't concern me so much. What it provides is a starting point, just like any other curated content. Grab it. Spin it. Edit it. Or I can just write my own using the curated content as a seed.

I'm extremely interested to know how well this performs if I don't have an Amazon account. Can I just load up on Clickbank and CPA offers? Are there other networks? Can I choose more than two products? The walk through only shows a selection of two... Anyone know?

Again, this seems like a great way to get a solid start along with some practical sense, it "seems" like it would be a winner. What do you think?

One thing that concerns me is that you have to give your cpanel account password to get it going.

Plus it needs to access your clickbank and amazon accounts. Not sure if that can become a problem, but giving your cpanel account password out does not sit comfortably with me.

Also, you need to sign up for Spin Rewriter, so that cost needs to be factored in too.

There is no cost for our spin rewriter. As far as fears for your cpanel we address them here:

As far as your concerns about Cpanel watch this video to see how it's encrypted from everyone. No one can ever see it:

I would say stay away from this software like the plague.

First off I am the second testimony. A little more then half way down the page my picture with me under my parachute is there with me saying. "First off I would like to say this software is amazing. Never used software anywhere near this powerful. Thanks ricky for building it."

To be clear. I have never used this software before. This was taken from a support ticket for niche sniper which was other software that was from Ricky Mataka. The key there is that it was a support ticket for problems the software had. I was just blow away that it could pretty much build a website automatically. However the software sucked and did not do anything near what it was claiming it could do. If the rest of the conversation was there it would have never ended up on his sale page as a testimonial. Also his support was horrible and never fixed anything. I would contact them over and over again and nothing would be fixed

Also I have unsubscribed from so many email lists from Ricky Mataka it is not even funny. I have even contact get response and had some of his email lists shut down because he keeps adding me to new email lists he creates.

Anyone promoting anything that Ricky Mataka does I would stay away from it like the plague. The guy is a crook and only wants your money. Once he has your money don't expect any support from him.

Neale, you should probably be more careful before writing factual errors if your memory isn't up to par on the issue:
      2014-07-29_1450 - commstactics's library

You say you've "Never used software this powerful"... obviously you are confused since this wasn't a support ticket and here you claim you've used it and love it.

Obviously you can't blame us for that, but what I've discovered on message boards is that people say the worst things because they think they can get away with it. People hide behind pseudonyms (which is fine) but use that as a way of blindly attacking another person and its up to us to prove innocence as most people assume we're guilty because most people have a propensity for believing negative stories (otherwise gossip sites and magazines wouldn't be so popular).

You obviously did receive support and did use the software and if I use similar expressions you used about Ricky towards you I think you would see the injustice towards you.

If you have questions about the software let's (and this includes everyone) use constructive questions rather than mindlessly bash with statements without merit. I don't mind criticisms, I'm not beyond them, but realize we are selling a quality product, with a full time support staff of 4 people and we would love to help you.

If the product is not for you that's fine, but making up fake faults when you get what is advertised and people making up pseudo-complaints has unjustly dissuaded people unfairly because of inaccurate statements.

Seriously? The comment on the sales page was "software" not niche sniper. This is for something called weblify. So first off the comment isn't even fully displayed. Also most of the comment is complaining about problems with niche sniper. Like I said before, this was a comment because I was blown away by the fact that it could easily build a website. Although nothing else worked on the software and I never got support. Your SS has me clearly asking for support for the product of niche sniper. not weblify. So how is it ok to take part of a comment and change the comment? I never gave permission to use anything as a testimony.

And since when is a comment, while asking for support ok to use as a testimony for a sales page?

You say I shouldn't say things if I don't remember them correctly. Well do you remember every comment you made on the internet a year ago? Date is clearly there in your SS. 8/16/13 Sorry if I couldn't keep it straight that it was a support ticket or asking for support in a facebook group. Either way I was looking for support and you guys failed at that. Also funny that the SS is from a year ago. Isn't weblify a NEW product. Doesn't matter if it is built on top of niche sniper. This is a new product I have never used before. So how can you take a year old comment and use it for a new product that is just now being released?

Keep trying to justify your guys horrible business practices. Anyone with a brain can see you guys are just scam artists trying to make as much money as you can. You don't care about adding value to anyone. Whatever you can do to add more money to your pocket.

Funny how you put a SS there that shows clearly that you guys use bad business practices and change what people say to fit your own needs.

Niche Sniper is the more advanced version of Weblify. That's why all Niche Sniper customers got a free upgrade to Weblify. You posted in the Niche Sniper group and I have proof. It's very simple to read.

I don't have to defend my statement when they are facts.

-You say you never used the software in the forum yet you have
-You say it was an email when it was a FB post
-You say you love the software and have made a site
-You posted this on a public website, not in private communication

I have evidence to support those statements.

Now you may have other practices you may not like, but you are changing the goal posts of the argument and it's impossible to argue with someone who will switch an argument.

Against a fact there is no argument. If you wish to go further bear in mind I've seen your business practices as well. I prefer to be professional and argue on facts, so let's let cooler heads prevail.

Also I have never used anything called Weblify. Doesn't matter if it is the same thing as niche sniper or not. I USED NICHE SNIPER. Not anything called weblify.

So having my testimony on a sales page when I didn't give you permission to use a testimony and with software I have never used.

If you don't see anything wrong with the this statement above then I have nothing to talk to you about because you clearly only see people as means to help yourself.

I want my name as far away from your guys name as possible.

Lets talk about your guys email marketing business practices. Want me to start posting video and SS of you guys adding people to new email list? Well maybe not you guys, but Ricky for sure. If someone opts into one of his lists he dumps it then just imports anyone who opted into another list into a new list. This finally stopped when I got Get Response to shut down his account. Have SSs of myself being added to his list the same day I started getting new emails from him after opting out of his list a month or so ahead of time. This has happened multiple times which is how I got his account shut down with GR.

Using a public quotation is not illegal, wrong or othewise unless you ready to bash every forum, news station, etc..

Also, if you used Niche Sniper it's Weblify. It's NS with new & enhanced bells and whistles.

Obviously you have a problem with the practices of my partner on this launch, and while I have never done anything of the sort about emails realize you should realize all products in JVZoo can be registered to webinars and you may have been autoregistered after you bought something on JVZoo. I don't know.

Honestly, rather than do mud slinging on a personal level of business I prefer at this point if we talk privately and more charitably to one another.

Was the comment changed? Did we change the words? It was truncated and that's common look at any WSO which comments for proof. Go to any news story and they do the same when quoting anyone. This is common.

You've seen WSOs where they quote the posters who love the product and do this and even cut up the statement with ellipsis and truncation. This is standard practice in the Warrior Forum WSO section unless you are saying the Warrior Forum is in error as well.

The word "NicheSniper" was changed to "this software". In the context of your advertisement "this software" implies that I am referring to Weblify. I will state again that I have never used Weblify. Furthermore, the statement that was used does not reflect my view regarding NicheSniper (or Weblify), at the time that the advertisement for this product was launched.

Upsells are part of marketing. If you don't like that don't go to McDonald's or any restaurant when they ask you if you want a drink.

Upsells are everywhere and just because you don't like them (which is your right) doesn't mean it's crap marketing. If you get what you were promised than offered more that's completely your choice.

Put the upsells on the main sales page and practice ethical, transparent marketing! What's so hard about that? You vendors obviously don't care what the customers think--not very respectful.
When you are at Best Buy or any appliance/electronic store and they ask if you want insurance on the appliance do you scream at them as crap marketers? You don't see the insurance just as you don't see the drinks at the drive-through at McDonald's they just ask you after you tell them exactly what you want so your understanding of upsells chains is not correct.

While people may not like them they are not unethical. You get what you pay for, and if you want more it is offered. What's hard for me to fathom is how you are not obliged to buy the upsell, no one forces you, threatens you, or tells you must buy. You do believe you can make a choice not to buy it and nothing bad will happen right?

If the option to purchase more things bothers you don't shop at any appliance store, Amazon, etc.. Maybe you can learn how they add value and if you don't want that value you simply just skip it.

Also, I've received emails from nine different affiliate marketers about Ricky's new product. Whenever I get that many emails in one day from affiliates, I know two things for sure:

    1. There are several expensive hidden upsells.

    2. These affiliates DO NOT do their homework about unethical vendors. Ricky is unethical and any affiliate worth his/her salt should know that. Guess how many affiliates I just unsubscribed from today? Unbelievable.

It's SO great that we have this forum - where you can usually find information, (and keep from getting ripped off!), on almost every IM product out there. I get REAL tired of marketers I've purchased from sending me affiliate offers for CRAP products. They should check out what they're promoting BEFORE they send their "offers" out to their lists!

Wow, that's pretty damning stuff, I'm glad I checked in and did my research.

To be honest I'm getting a little suspicious of any new products that don't advertise here on the forum, but do sell their products in a WF style - a la Weblify sales page.

@Noiroi - Yes silo sites still work, but you don't need a plugin to set them up, just create your categories in the recognised method.

I have been a long time poster/reader here under another name (Life Mega) which I lost all passwords and email addresses for after changing computers etc. I only re-registered to post my experiences with Weblify.

Like probably many thousands of other people I received quite a few emails over the last week from a lot of people promoting Weblify. To be honest with you, I liked what I saw and bought it. It promised a lot of useful things, and the promotional video showed access to a Pinging app, a YouTube link wheel builder and a couple of other very useful tools. It looked like a good deal so I bought it.

I should have known better. It was too good to be true. Turns out that the extra tools that sold me weren't included in the purchase but cost another $67! I was ticked off and immediately cancelled my purchase. Hopefully I'll get a refund.

The annoying thing is that the promotional video does NOT indicate that the extra features are - in fact - EXTRA features that you PAY EXTRA for!

Dishonest? Fraudulent? Scam? I don't know. I just know it was wrong and misleading and cancelled the purchase. Hopefully this is a warning to you.

I will be unsubscribing from every person who sent me an email about this - and there were a lot.

You've already been refunded but all the features of what you get are on the sales page with a wooden background. The features we offer are clearly in the sales video. Do we have more things you can get? Yes, and what you were offered you received. How is that dishonest?

Anyone with sufficient credible knowledge know if silos are still viable, and if so which of the three offers the "better" solution?
I recommend learning and creating your own site structure, based on quality information (as opposed to using a theme or plugin). It's a much smarter (and safer) option than all three offers you referenced*.

Here is what Google still teaches about site structure since 2010 (see page 10).

Here are two opposing points of view:
BruceClay - SEO Silos - how to build a website silo architecture
Successful Site Architecture for SEO [SES London 2011] - Moz

I also recommend this resource on SEO from Search Engine Land:
Search Engine Land's Guide To SEO

Once you study all of the above information, you will do more than build high ranking sites. You'll understand why they rank highly - which puts you in a safer position going forward.

(*Of the three offers, Becker is an expert and worth following, in my opinion.)

Hi I brought a product from Riki called WPSnapper2.0 a year ago
the product work fine once I learned to work it
It was a WP cloning online software
I went back to use it a couple of days ago to find the domain has expired along with contact and help desk
I have sent a personal message on this forum to Riki But no response yet

I have just edited this because
Thought I had better check the software again
and to my delight it is back online
I have seen a few bad things written about Riki
and was just about to do the same
Sorry Riki you have been OK to me so far
    and I Like WPSnapper2.0

Great post here and I'm glad I found this as well because I was just on a webinar about this product. Looked pretty good too. However, I'm not going to invest in this based on the comments I am seeing here. Oh, and one of the things the software has the capability to do is spinning articles. With the new algorithms in Google, should you even be doing this?

Weblify is an advanced 100% more upgraded platform then Niche Sniper was
and i UPGRADED eveyone who was a Niche Sniper Customer FOR FREE
      including this character..

Which by the way never got any of my accounts shut down and consistently ends up back on our lists some how..

As far as this software going anywhere be sure to watch what goes behind it

And after 4 of development and customer results i dont think its going anywhere... but UP from here including our developers and staff

If you need to ask me questions you can catch me on FaceBook.. I love when people say I hide and run away.. thats total crock - Ive been in this industry since 2001 and i dont think im going anywhere...

      Cheers!

Well, this is all a bit negative isn't it?

I stumbled across Weblify on JVZoo yesterday and I thought I'd give it a try.

At first I thought I must have misunderstood what it was, because what you get for not much money is pretty amazing.

It took me less than an hour's very light work to go from deciding on a niche to having a Wordpress website online with keyword focused pages, each of which featured Clickbank and Amazon products and Adsense ads.

The only delay was waiting for the domain I bought to resolve, but if I'd already had that it would have taken less than an hour from start to finish.

The page content was spun automatically, so it doesn't read very well yet, but it won't take me long to sort that out.

It's true, there are up-sell products, and I think I might buy them because they look great too. Nothing wrong with that. Many businesses offer a basic product, with optional add-ons if you want them.

Last thing. Today I sent an email requesting support for something I wanted to do and I received a reply within 15 minutes.

I'm really pleased with Weblify - it takes a lot of the heavy lifting out of setting up a niche website.
