Backup for wordpress websites?

Hi All,

Can you help me give some advice about backup for wordpress websites?
One friend told me backup buddy is good software. Is there any alternative with cheaper price?

    It is free with basic backup functionality, premium version got a lot of useful functions

      From my experience, the best plugin is backupbuddy. It's not free unfortunately.

      But it's very easy to use, even you can replicate a website without install the wordpress firstly. The backupbuddy will create a zip file, and a installer file. Those files that you need. After that upload the files to your server, remember you dont need to install wordpress, it will be installed itself.

        I now install a free plugin called Duplicator on all my sites.
        Mainly used for moving a site from one hosting to another but also great for just running an occaisonal backup to download.
