My concern is that is whether or not it violates any YouTube TOS. The last thing I want to do is lose my Youtube account. Google is starting to slowly back away from backlinking as ranking factor so I am not sure how well this type of software is going to hold-up over the long haul.

The video they created for keyword "make money on ebay" is not ranking on first 3 to 4 pages i checked. I am getting doubt that the claims they are making are genuine. I welcome any honest reviews on the product so that one can make a decision....

My concern is that -- although I want the ability to rank for keywords, etc -- I'm not sure I want to do that by spamming the crap out of high PR sites and obscure wiki-type sites.

I don't know if I "want to be that guy," although I definitely want the cash flow

Yes, Google wants youtube traffic, but I can't imagine that youtube won't eventually (or tomorrow) "slap" the crap out of vids pumped up by spammy linkers.

Google has consistently adjusted its behavior in this way for years now.

The fact that the software can mimic human posting behavior seems to indicate...potential problems.

Can anyone speculate on the medium- to long-term viability of this approach?

It undoubtedly works for now, but I don't want to buy yet another tool that will be obsolete in 6 months...

        Thanks,

Yeah, and if I see comments like that on any of my blogs I delete them asap - and I'd think most "high PR blogs" would do the same, so no backlink from the software in reality.

They were referring to the monthly search volume for that keyword which was how to lose weight. May been ways back as it is closer to 100k now. Not the actual video monthly views. That would be great though!!

I purchased this and I was not one bit happy, actually it's a complete disaster. However I lodged a request for refund and got it a few hours later. I just told them the software does not work as advertised on my computer, and it makes my computer freeze and crash.

My money was refunded, no questions asked.

I just finished going through the training video. It says in order for the software to create wiki links you need an account with spinrewriter
to spin the comments. They have gotten a "generous discount" of 70
percent off so you only have to pay $59 dollars! WHAT!!!
I am heading for refund city.

Yeah, I almost bought this because a leader I look up to mentioned this on Facebook... I doubt he uses or even owns this now that I'm looking at all the feedback.

My thought: These guys who made Video Vantage somehow paid these leaders (by offering a portion of the commissions I bet) or convinced them somehow to endorse it.

Course that's just a theory but I don't see how else a product could get such positive exposure when all the reviews have been negative...

That's when you know it's time to stop listening to "leaders" that push this kind of junk. It's not just the product creator's fault, it's also the people promoting it to their lists. Run away from those kind of people.

Unfortunately totally agree!!! All functionality seems to be right in place. But - it freezes and crashes and hardly works. Opened 3 tickets today, waiting for responses.

It did revitalized my goal of making money from videos and Video Atlas I bought - long term video based business is short and to the point.

But essentially, I'm thinking that Wiki Posting + High PR posting is something I would do with a Scrapge Box, no? Even using Spin Rewriter to make comments better.

Video Vantage knows to put you video link into the comment, but I don't see that as an essential feature.

I bought it 3 days ago too and let me just say it is exactly what you say... BUGGY - Slow and it draws a fine line between what is 'safe' and what Google considers spam. When doing the PR Blogs search, if you turn up more than an unspecified amount of blogs, Google will slap the crap out of you and there goes your YouTube channel right along with it.

The other problem with it - It comes with multiple "oto's" or up-sales and one of them is monthly or yearly. It's an article -text - spinner. I'm pretty sure those things were banned by Google several years ago. Too many risks involved when looking at the bigger picture. My YT account is my everything. I believe there to be nothing out there worth the risk of losing it. We work too hard and we all know turnkey & push-button systems always come with a considerable amount of risk.

Lastly, many of the BS Wiki links in this software are from other sides of the world, every different language you can imagine with no chance of any of them relating to your focus KW-Phrase or topic.

Definitely not even close to being worth the hype. I got sold a dream, and I believe it took me 3 days to wake up. Hopefully the minimal use of the software (since it takes hours to load and finish a campaign) hasn't pissed Google/YouTube off and I can walk away in the same position I was before I purchased it.

              Another Epic failure!!!

I will be requesting that refund tomorrow morning!!!!

Can you guys think of any video ranking software that has been out for more than a few months that still works?... Anyone....

Lots of software to upload the videos and automate basic stuff but when it comes to actually ranking the videos that is where things start to fall apart.

I want to buy it but just can't bring myself to pull the trigger because like I said I cannot think of any video ranking software that worked for very long after they launched.

  • The above listed concerns are ones that I have as well. The tool looks great, but what is it's product life?

I have purchased other products that sounded great and had potential, but the creator did not support them, so I am jaded when it comes to any tools/plugins.

Anyone else buy or use this tool?

I bought this recently and initial impression isn't good. When I check the "review results" tab, I can see all the blogs and wiki sites that were successfully posted to.....BUT, many of my comments are awaiting moderation (sigh), and many of them have the spin tax brackets (caused by buggy code?) showing either in the comment title or description (an even bigger sigh), so there's no chance these will ever get approved.

Also, if you click through to the high PR blogs that the tool finds for you, hardly any of them have recent comments (which is odd considering the amount of people who will have recently jumped on VideoVantage to try it out - you'd think they'd be lots of comments on the high PR blogs, especially for the popular niches like fitness and weight loss).

No doubt the early adopters of this tool (which was in use early last year according to screenshots in the promo videos) have seen success with this but I'm thinking the ship has sailed for this one now.

Also, you need to sign up for a Spin Re-writer account in order to use the API functionality within Video Vantage (VV) - they didn't make this clear on the sales page of VV. Fortunately, there is a 5 day free trial of Spin Re-writer so there's time to cancel before it bills.

Refund request imminent! I'll stick with Fiverr for doing this type of work as I've had much better results there.

      Peace out

I bought the Pro version today($47), got a Death by Captcha account with 5k of Captchas to be solved($13.95) and the Spin Rewriter account($59 per year).

This thing has stopped working/ crashed with errors 6 times when posting to Wiki and PR sites. Have not heard from support yet but don't know how they can fix it without issuing another build. Sucks.

Looks like I'm going to have to do Xrumer or Magic Submitter after all.

We'll see if they refund me. They claim to have 30 days to get it working before they refund you as well.

This is the last time I ever buy something like this on a launch. We're paying to be beta testers.

Yeah, that's how it goes when you deal with 20 year olds who outsource
software and fall for the hype from the sales page and every affiliate who promotes it.

I my advice when you agree to pay to be a beta tester is to take screenshots when it crashes. Then if they don't refund or fix the problem, you can use the shots to make your own YouTube video and upload it as __Product Name_ Scam.

I have a question, if you could somehow snap your fingers and have a piece of software that would truly rank for major keywords like how to lose weight would it be more profitable for you to keep the software semi-private and use it for affiliate offers and straight up seo services knowing full well that you are taking a chance of Google catching onto the software and destroying it's ability to rank if you went ahead and sold the software to the public where you would have to deal with all of the customer service headaches also. I believe that if the software worked good you would actually make more money keeping it private but if the software was buggy and you knew it would have a short life span that it would be more profitable to sell it for as much as possible.

Seems to me that is the big question and it appears more often then not to be just what happens. Let's wait and see how this one plays out.

Looks like a no for me as well. Chris Winters is promoting this (and a whole lot of other marketers), and he has a good reputation, so I was tempted to buy it. I really wonder if other people even try out the product before promoting it, or they just promote based on the sales letter. From the comments above, it looks like RipOff City USA + big headache.

Yes I got the same promotional email from Chris Winters and have sent him an email asking for his thoughts on the true viability of a product like this.

Many have already mentioned whether it breaches YouTubes T&Cs. Personally I am pretty sure it does. The biggest problem is using software like this and YouTube/Google come after you for gaming them and close you down.

In all honesty it is a bit like the banks and sub prime, now the dust is settling these deals are resurrecting themselves and it's almost like no lessons have been learned at all.

Yes, that has been my practice in recent years, SlateMarketing. After all, they all are compromising what little (apparently) integrity they have left by hyping-up a POC product for a quick buck.

And there are many who will burn through a list like it's nothing to them, sending two or more salesy emails a day until you unsubscribe. Pathetic.

And how about this one: today I actually received a promotional message about this product from the owner of TubeRankJeet, which I DID buy the other day!

I replied to his message asking him what the hell he was thinking and whether this meant I should get a refund for his product, since he was so actively promoting a competitor's video ranking software. I haven't heard back from him...

Fortunately, there are still some solid IM vendors out there. You can usually spot them by the conspicuous absence of hype, fancy graphics, 10 bonuses and four upsells. One is actually a moderator of this forum - Paul Myers. Look for people of his caliber and character and leave all the "push one button and instantly" guys behind...

My sad gratitude to the unfortunate paying-for-the-privilege beta testers involved in this one, thoughtful enough to report back to us. You've saved us from lost time and lost money, and maybe a lot if it meant getting whacked by youtube. Which sounds kinda plausible, but probably not too likely given how poorly the program works.

You can just tell by the amount of (in my opinion) unethical marketers offering bonuses for this, that the front end price is but a fraction of all the upsells after you hit the buy button. Am actively unsubscibing from a bunch of them.

Let me tell you this,, my 2 cents.

I got this 3 days ago and I can't even get it to work on my computer. I have been constantly TRYING to send support tickets but they don't allow more than 2 a day and they haven't come even close to answering the questions I ask.

It sounds super cool in theory but, no, the claims have yet to be seen. I also got all the add-ons that they recommended, so I paid for all this extra stuff and the SOFTWARE doesn't even work. So, I'm sure they made those commissions though and are counting the dollars as you read this.

Basically, what I'm saying is I wish I would've come here 1st. I've even created videos while waiting for this pile of CRAP gets fixed. I'm ready to go, the extras are ready to go, everything else is ready to go but the SOFTWARE!!!! And I'm still waiting for their response to my emails. A whole 1 a day. And no answers. This sucks goat balls too 'cause I was all motivated and totally excited,, but like most products in IM,, it's freakin' garbage.

I say, DON'T BUY!!! And, If I can scream this from the rooftops I will!
    What A total disappointment.

Please tell your friends and family !!! Everybody unite and ask for a refund all at the same time!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so pissed at these Mo Fo's

p.s DON'T BUY THIS OR OTHER THINGS FROM THESE BOZOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't beat yourself up too much. I can't speak to this product directly as I didn't buy it, but if you ever make a purchase and then find that you fell to the hype... learn from it. Then it is money well spent.

Burn the pain of the purchase into your memory and it will help you make better decisions in the future.

Yes,, the thing that pisses me off is that I am an experienced marketer and I usually do some research before I buy products. I just let my guard down for a bit and fell prey to that ******* known as "SHINY OBJECT SYNDROME".

I buy soooo many products and can usually tell the BS ones just by how hypy (hypie?) the hype they make them,, so I jumped in head first. Ooops,, that won't happen again.

By the way friends,, I'm actually setting up my site just for shit like this. I'll give you the TRUTH about products. It's in my signature below.

I almost bought this, but I'm glad I didn't, especially after reading the posts here.

While reading the sales page, it really looked like a teriffic program that would make it easy to rank for any keyword you wanted. And it was all automatic, so it wouldn't require a lot of tedious work. And it was supposed to rank quickly. Who could ask for more that that? It seemed like an absolute 'must have' tool.

There are several reasons why I didn't buy it -

            1) When first starting, everybody will be hitting the links that are included. How long do you think those links are going to be worth anything? Probably not long at all. When a high PR page is blasted with links, its 'link juice' becomes diluted and eventually becomes almost worthless.

            2) In order to fully utilize the software, you need to get a captcha solver account, which is another expense.

            3) You also need to get an account for the spinner function. Again, another added expense. Besides the extra expense, I have yet to see any spinner rewrite content that comes close to that which you can write yourself - it all looks computer generated. Sure, you can go in and modify the spun content, but if you have to do that, what's the use of having the spinner in the first place?

            4) Almost every 'fully automatic pushbutton software' that I've seen, fails to live up to expectations. They tend to fail in one way or another - freeze up, errors in posting, etc.

For those of you that want to try something that has more of a chance for succeeding, here's an idea -

Use your favorite keyword tool to find keywords for your niche. I use Micro Niche Finder and the latest Google Keyword Planner. I also use Tuberank Jeet to assist with the 'on page' optimization of videos. It's a good tool and I'm glad I bought it.

In regards to backlinks, use Scrapebox to find high PR pages that are directly related to your keyword. You can use Scrapebox also to post to those pages. It's best if you use the 'manual' posting function, so you can paste in pre-written content that relates to the subject of that particular page. That way, your post will seem pertinent and has a much better chance of not being deleted.

Don't try to get thousands of junk backlinks. Instead, go for the higher quality backlinks. I remember seeing a backlink chart on an SEO site that showed the relationship of backlinks to what they would do for your page. If you start out and your page has a PR of 0, you'll need 15 PR1 links to boost your page to PR1. If you want to get to PR5, you'd need 13,442 PR1 links. But it only takes 15 PR5 links to take your page to PR5, so quality does matter.

If you want to see the full chart, just Google the phrase "google doesn't disclose the exact formula they use for PR" Be sure to include the quotes and when you look at the pdf document, scroll down to page 73.

If you post to high PR pages, you'll get link juice, but if you post to high PR pages that are also targeted to your keyword, you can also generate direct clicks to your page.

Getting back to the Video Vantage software, after reading what others have said here, I'm glad I didn't waste time and money fooling around with such junk.

Whenever I read a sales page like the one for Video Vantage, it makes me think of the guys that are selling the 'Win the Lottery' software. For just $29.95, they'll sell you a program that will win you millions of dollars from the lottery. If their program really worked, why would they bother with selling it for chump change when they could just keep it themselves and make millions directly from the lottery?

Bottom line is that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't true. I know you've heard that many times before, but it's good advice nonetheless.

Based on the sales letter the backlinks come from high pr blog comments in your niche?

That method does NOT work. 99% of blogs are moderated by the owners. So if you submit 20 blog comments maybe 1 will actually get approved and go live. The rest will never go live.

    Complete waste of time.

If you want to rank youtube vids, you will have to buy expiring domains with PR. Then link back to your youtube vid with them.

    Forget the blog commenting nonsense.

    Done.

I also regret buying this. Just tried it once so far but not a smooth experience: timeouts, commenting runs not finishing or succeeding + you need Spin ReWriter and that captcha solver for the full functionality.

I also bought off the recommendation of a marketer that I usually trust, but here is the thing: this product is not promoted all over the web because it works so well (who knows and we will see) but because they have great sales page and a high sales price, thus high affiliate payouts.

      I wouldn't buy it again.

well, all I can say it that I would have like to test the software. I purchased it so that I could test it before I sent it to my members. I never received the license key and all of my request for them to send it has been completely ignored. So, at this point they have my money and it looks like they are going to keep it. That is very disappointing. Hopefully for everyone else this is a isolated issue but the fact that they flat out ignore the request for assistance is enough for me to day I couldn't recommend this purchase.

Keep in mind this is just my experience.

I would file dispute with paypal or credit card company. It may take up to 90 days but if you file the bank take cares of it all. Once a bank contacts them they will most likely refund as they get scared. I have done before on a product around $1000. This works better than emailing them multiple times with no response. REALLY HATE THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE!!!!

So just to add my 2 cents, I also bought this software 3 days ago and was a little put off by the extras needed as well. Although the account creations went ok, I had serious issues with both working an existing video or uploading a new video with this system.

I bypassed my firewall to ensure that nothing on my side was the issue and it still didn't work. After working with support, which I had no issues with, they responded fairly quick, they issued a new version 2.2 earlier tonight.

I agreed to try the new version before requesting a refund and updated the software but unfortunately, there was no change. I responded to the support ticket with what I tried and within 2 hours my refund was issued.

So, in all fairness, this was a pretty big launch and problems do occur with software launches all the time, and I believe they will have this fixed. I don't feel it was a total money grab, just maybe a little too rushed into the field.

Their support was probably bombarded with tickets so responses lagged a bit but they are trying to get things fixed and back online.

I don't want to crucify someone because they're young or trying to make a living online, we're all here trying to do the same. The concept is great but I'd wait for more field use before you buy it and I hope they work things out.

This was a total money grab. They are giving tutorial for only 1000 people. I bought the pro version and can't even get a license key.

These guys aren't even on forums saying sorry that they released a POS

If you ask for a refund they say that you abuse them by using their hard earned R&D which of course must have been done on a chromebook. Because my PC won't run it.

FWIW - I checked out the LINKS for the youtube video, most were just spammy comments you could get with scrapebox etc - just get a good auto approve list of PR blogs you can plug into scrape box and blast that a few times - you'll probably get the same results.

Granted, the results ARE impressive for those rankings - however it can be done with other software too

Just to give you an idea of how many people want Video Vantage, so far they have sold over 14,000 copies! They sold over 5000 copies of the 'Pro' version at $47 and over 9000 copies of the 'Lite' version at $37.

      5000 copies at $47 = $235,000
      9000 copies at $37 = $333,000
      -------------------------------
      total sales = $470,666
      commissions (60%) $282,399
      ------------------------------
      profit $188,267

I'm sure there were some expenses involved with handling the sales thru JVZOO, but all things considered - Not a bad payday!

Day 4 in the Video Vantage Fiasco

As I write this, I am also writing them to let them know what their customer think. I came here to get the link to this thread so they can see what the people are saying. When I say something I like to make a point and I think this will get my point across.

It's day 4 and they are still only answering 1 email per day, otherwise they block you! And they send me answers to questions I ain't even asking or what I have tried already to fix my problem. Not ONE thing has gone right with them. Sorry if you got excited and this thread busted your bubble but I wish I had seen this 1st.

And like I said above, I've been doing this a long time, 10 years or so, (been here 4) and I know a lot of programs and systems that actually do work. Right after I post here I'm gonna finish my refund and get back to my site (the name UNDER my pic name and above my "war room member" display) and will be giving you some killer free info about IM'ing.

So back to getting this link here to post it into my refund request. Bye for now but don't buy this product. I wish a had 2 more sets of hands so I could give it 4 thumbs down!

Have you read this thread? Even if there were a couple of "thumbs ups," would you really want to buy it?

This is one of the more overwhelmingly negative responses to a product I've seen in a while.

This is why I ALWAYS search WF before coming close to hitting the buy button on any IM product. And even at WF, you're sure to find some positive testimonials of less than stellar products.

In this case though, it seems pretty clear whether or not purchasing it is a good idea.

I haven't tried it myself, though I was tempted by the zillions of promotional emails I received about it and the pretty major claims they made. After reading this thread, there's not a chance I'll go anywhere near it.

Well, after 4 days of trying to get this set up, I'm calling it quits! I can't get any information that I ask for from support. Just do a dispute in PayPal. PayPal does not protect the seller for any kind of digital product regardless of reasons, but as a buyer you need to dispute within 45 days. According to PayPal -> https://www.paypal-businesscenter.co...seller-benefit

        Hello,

While this is the paypal policy it is not always set in stone. I've been a paypal merchant for the past 14 years and while I have only had a couple of problems with personal purchases, I can remember at least two times where I have been refunded for downloaded software.

If I recall correctly both times I actually called a live paypal person to discuss the dispute I had with a seller and explained my case. In both of those cases I reported suspected software piracy and was promptly refunded by paypal.

No...they don't normally do refunds on intangible items that cost more than a couple of bucks, but I do know of my two cases and some others that have been refunded for software downloads for various reasons.

No guarantees but I do wish the best of luck to all!

Wow! When I asked for a refund I got a quick response. Here it is:
    ================================================== ====

    Robert Cottom,

A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #484445 with the following response:

    Hey,

Could you please clarify further on the issues your having with Video Vantage that I could have helped you with or passed on to my developer to personally fix for you? Were there any questions or issues I could have helped you solve?

With regards to refunding, please reference the guarantee included on our sales page - "We offer the 30 day policy to protect you against non-delivery, or the product not being as described. Because this is a digital software product with license keys that can be revoked should a refund occur, it's not subject to refunds for any other reasons other than the ones stated above. Non-valid refund claims include no longer wanting or using the product."

However if you still wish to still get a refund, please be aware that your license key will be revoked, which means you won't be able to use the software again. Also remember, you have the full support of the Video Vantage team and any problems you may be having with the software/training, you can just let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue!

    Thanks and let me know.
    ================================================== ========
So basically, they are asking AGAIN, what's the problem? They don't seem to understand that it doesn't work AT ALL!! They make it seem as though I'M doing something wrong and that since they delivered the product that their part is done. Believe me, I truly have been spending the 4 days I claim trying to get this to work. But, I only can waste so much time fixing their problem. I'm not the only one with this same problem!

Sorry for so many posts, but this frustrated me,, (boo hoo, dammit!)

p.s. Revoke the crap outta my license key!!!

The software keeps crashing on me as well. I did not expect miracles, but I did expect a reputable product due to the fact that Chris Winters was promoting this and offering a follow up bonus training. Why would you risk your reputation, not to mention your paypal account on something that does not work? Too many charge backs and paypal will shut them down. I'm trying to give the benefit of the doubt here... maybe it's just launch problems? I also emailed Chris Winters and will be interested to hear his thought on this.

Paypal shut their business account down. s. How You Can Beat Google’s Latest Update – Videos Still Work! | Money Mindset. (They speak about this in that video and ask for help via Twitter posts) Guess that happened because the did not stick with their refund guarantee and too many people opened a dispute. I feel sorry for them, but nevertherless it is not right that thousands of people paid for a useless software.

I'm sure that this thread is helping a lot of people - way to go guys!
One thing I'm doing is unsubscribing from anyone who promotes this to me

    - it's a shame to see marketers start out hungry and helpful and end up promoting junk

    - the results of marketing to a list that trusts you must be almost irresistible because over the years I've seen it happen again and again and again.

I've been doing the same after seeing the first Video Vantage sales video. If you promote crap like this, I don't want to hear from you ever again. I don't like what it does, and I don't like how they present blatant spam as the most natural thing everyone and their mom should be doing.

And that's before I heard that the damn thing doesn't even work.

Support is now saying that most are not having any issues and that many are having success. It would be nice to see some of those people on this thread. I can not even create accounts as it crashes within minutes and has been for days.
It's pretty obvious most of the people promoting this have never used the software. If they had, these "bugs" would have been worked out already.

Just to give you an idea of how many people want Video Vantage, so far they have sold over 14,000 copies! They sold over 5000 copies of the 'Pro' version at $47 and over 9000 copies of the 'Lite' version at $37.

    5000 copies at $47 = $235,000
    9000 copies at $37 = $333,000
    -------------------------------
    total sales = $470,666
    commissions (60%) $282,399
    ------------------------------
    profit $188,267

I'm sure there were some expenses involved with handling the sales thru JVZOO, but all things considered - Not a bad payday!
Can you please explain how your able to find out how many copies they sold?

    Hey gang,

I bought this product as it sounded promising (obviously too good to be true). I want to get a refund but I'm not sure how to go about it? Instructions state refunds are handled by the "product vendor" Devin Zander.

I opened a ticket with Money-Mindset.net Support and asked for a refund? Not sure if I went about this the right way but If anyone can confirm whether I did this properly that would be appreciated!

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks ahead of time

No seller wants to take a chance of paypal closing their account because of too many complaints. Paypal is no fan of internet marketers to begin with. A software that does not work is certainly within the parameters of paypal's refund policy. I've had to refund as an affiliate when a customer simply could not figure out a simple download. While their complaint had nothing to do with the software I was promoting, there was no way I was going to argue with them and risk my account. If the software is truly not working, I think paypal will refund.
I'm trying to give the seller the benefit of the doubt and some time to fix the problems, but so far even the basic account set up function keeps crashing.

I like to thank everyone that took the time to come back here and give their honest real life review of how the product is working and how the so called Customer service is handling the complaints.. This kind of stuff has been going on way too long around here. Buyers are forbidden to complain about anything on the sales thread in fear of disrupting sales when in all realty, products like these should be closed down when they do not deliver as promised. Especially when people are not getting a response to their refund requests.

That is just not true. Buyers can and do complain all the time if the product doesn't work as advertised, but non-buyers aren't allowed to continually troll the owner by repeating or amplifying the complaints of buyers. You have to be a buyer to give a complaining review in other words. That is only fair; this isn't the public square for anyone to get on a soap box; paid threads aren't forums for hecklers; they are for asking questions if you're considering buying, or posting reviews if you did buy; you didn't pay for the thread; the seller did.

But even buyers can't post personal attacks on the creators. Unfortunately, a lot of people seem to have trouble understanding the difference between an honest review and a personal attack on someone's character.

"Doesn't work as advertised", is an honest review, and they are allowed. "The seller is out to rip everybody off" is a personal attack, which can be deleted as the rules make clear. As long as you stick to the facts and don't make it personal, you can leave reviews as honest as you can be.

i also bought this piece of crap software 3 days ago too. The Get PR Links module brings back mostly few urls to post on for all the different Link Types and also mostly of those urls it brings back are not well related to the keywords being searched for (even for big keywords like weight loss and lose weight).

I had the Get PR Links module of this software working for a little while and it did actually post. but the succes rate (comments being posted on blogs) was unfortunately very low. Most of these comments will not get approved/deleted later on because they will be considered irrelevant bullshit that's spammy. Adding an anchor text with your keyword in the comment, no picture associated with your email id and having spun content by spin rewriter will also make your comments more unlikely to get approved.

That being said, at this moment the software keeps crashing on me constantly when i run the post blog comments feauture.

I am very frustrated about all of this as i really was expecting much good things from this software. I really trusted Devin and his little toyboy Wyatt to deliver a great product. But (toy)boy, was i ever wrong!

Recently they have kicked me out of there fb group for giving my honest opinion about their Video Scamtage software. I wasnt even complaining about it in their own fb group and still they think its ok to kick me out. What a joke!

Also their disinterested, unethical and stupid support handling of my issues with this software enfuriates me even more.

This is going to be turning out to be the same fiasco as with SEO Zen by those scam homies of his (Becker, Cass & Miah).

    Read that fiasco here http://www.warriorforum.com/internet...en-review.html

As with any big launch, there will always be a small minority of customers who are having issues with the software, however we're actively trying our best to solve these issues accordingly.

We're aware of a few minor bugs that our team is working around the clock to fix, even though we tested it extensively before launching, it was still prone for it to have a few bugs. We care about our customers before anything else and we're committed to helping them make the best use of our product.

As for support tickets nobody is being ignored and we've got 4 full time staff members working around the clock trying to get back to everyone as quick as possible

Anyway, I am waiting just a few days to see if they can get their marbles together and get the bugs fixed. I will give them a short break, BUT, it is true, you have to buy other things that are yearly $ and I didn't know that Spinners are against Google rules.

And another damn thing, This thing also asked me to go into my computer to make alterations, AND I even changed my details in one of my Youtube accounts to try to get it to work. (guess what,, none of that worked)

Did i happen to mention that I wished I had another set of hands? So I could give it 4 thumbs down! Booyah!!!

And whoever asked if it was 4 days when I posted,,, I say, 2 days,, 4 days,, what's the difference when it's like 5 days later and the crap still ain't shaken it's booty? It surprises me how so many "internet marketers" still try and game the system. It never works... or if it does, it's short lived. You risk putting your accounts with YouTube, Amazon or whatever your choice is for marketing your product or services.

Don't you believe the brains at Google or Amazon are smarter than two "kids" using black hat methods to make a fast buck? These companies are 100 steps ahead of these guys. Seriously, if you really look at the basis of this product, you could see it is a setup for failure.

Here is the bottom line - work on building your internet marketing business the right way.... through hard work and dedication. There are some very good products in the Warrior and I've purchased a few myself. However, try and cure yourself from "shiny object syndrome."

Quit trying to take shortcuts on being successful in this business. Step your game up!

We offer a 30 day guarantee on the Video Vantage software and as it's stated on the sales letter, the policy is only valid if all of the conditions are met. To reiterate, refunds are subject to the product not being as described, not being delivered (see below), or not working the way we advertised.

Reasons such as: "I don't want it anymore", "it's not for me", "the content is nothing new", "I need the money back for medical bills", or similar semantics, are not valid reasons for refunds.
However, if you're requesting a refund because the software isn't working the way it should, it will be granted only after The Video Vantage Support Team has failed to help with the problems you're having with it. The Video Vantage Team reserves the right to deem an issue unsolvable, however, it will always be with honesty and within reason.
Another valid reason for refund also includes a double purchase, which will need to be submitted to the Accounting Team within the same support system, to verify the double purchase.
Lastly, Video Atlas, Video Vantage's upsell, does not have a refund guarantee for any reason, as it's cutting edge training, and digitally delivered 100% of the time, also falls within the above "freebie seeker" criteria, and PayPal backs up the "no refunds on digital products" policy."

After this I am longer subscribed to their list. This may be helpful to the others who are seeking a refund. This is the email I received from support earlier this morning. I am sure they are getting tired of copying and pasting this to the other 14,000 customers too.. But if you have not tired to get a refund yet, here is what to expect

Thank you for contacting The Video Vantage Support Team.

DELIVERABILITY: Should the system not the deliver your login details in time, a ticket must be submitted to the support team, to be answered within 24-48 business hours with a temporary username and password, the reset of his or her account, or a new username and password issued by the support team.

In the event that the system server doesn't respond promptly, the customer agrees that some technical issues may happen, and will give The Video Vantage Team 72 hours to resolve the issue to deliver the product. If the product is not delivered after that period, the customer has a valid reason to request a refund if the support team has not answered their ticket and updated the customer with the status of the situation.

Just an update... Support initially tried to talk me out of a refund saying they were fixing bugs, maybe there was a problem with my computer etc. I told them in a nice but firm way that I wanted a refund because the software has been crashing for days and does not work. I told them I would like to avoid filing and claim with paypal and linking to this forum where paypal can see the software is a problem.
After that, they refunded my paypal payment within a few hours.

Good to know that I was not alone in this terrible purchase. I initially got the software thinking it was going to make life so much easier, well that's until I ran it and it just did not work. Could not setup accounts on youtube nor the wiki sites. I contacted support and even thought they did respond I did not get much real help from them.

After about three days I asked for a refund. I did not hear back after another day and went straight to Paypal and filed a dispute. I was refunded the next day with an email from Paypal that said:

Money mindset has agreed to grant a $47.00 USD refund to settle this
dispute. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear
in your account. This dispute will be closed then.

Then a short while later I received this email:

A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #425836 with the following response:

I hope you understand that whatever we've shown you on the salespage and in the video training is 100% true, we practice what we preach, you can check out our rankings in Google if you enter in the keywords yourself.

Please don't be that person who gives up just because of one or two minor issues, a successfully entrepreneur is one who can bounce back up and overcome any obstacles. I know for sure that the software works, it's been heavily beta tested by thousands of happy customers, furthermore, I just got done running a full campaign, and everything works smoothly as required. We've already got some customers who are seeing results, either ranked on the first page of Google for their keyword or just a major improvement to their rankings. So Video Vantage just point blank works, period, and its highly unlikely there will ever be a software that will come close to how Video Vantage is.

So let me know what you think and if your willing to give this another shot. You could potentially be out next success story. Remember, you have the full support of the Video Vantage team and any problems you may be having with the software/training, you can just let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue!

We hope this response has sufficiently answered your questions. If not, please do not send another email. Instead, reply to this email or login to your account for a complete archive of all your support requests and responses..

I guess they wanted me to keep trying aimlessly at getting this defective software to work. LOL... Oh well, I'll stick with manual work on videos and Fiverr.

The affiliate offer on Jvzoo for Video Vantage is gone so that is not a good sign.

It seems possible that YouTube has killed the trick that this tool was based on. Which actually makes the whole sale and product look even worse.
    Signature
Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?

What I've been thinking, too. Plus, I don't like the attitude of their support emails.

I felt the same way about the attitude of the support emails. At one point they were actually saying that maybe my computer was inferior... the guy actually said "I have a very good computer, but I don't know what you are using." Seriously, nothing like being insulted because their software keeps crashing. Maybe we all just had bad computers...

A while back a got a promo offer from the warrior WillR that was selling a piece of software. The promo showed a live video of he himself using the software a couple months ago and the results it has generated for him since. I clicked his affiliate link and pushed the buy button.

You know why I didn't buy video vantage? Because of all the people I saw promoting it, not one of them did that. VV had a great sales video, but I didn't hear from anyone promoting it besides the creators themselves actually give a personal first hand case study.

Which is why I didn't buy it, though I admit, I was tempted.

If you want me to buy from you, show me a personal case study you have done, not theorize about what might work, or tell me what sounds good, etc. If it works for you, share it with me and I'll gladly click your affiliate link and make a purchase. If you haven't even used it, you lose a lot of credibility when you promote it to me.

Subject: The Best SEO Software Of 2014

Here's the promo video he made : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VgtQK0ZaEbw

In the video, Alex calls Devin his "good friend" and the software "incredible". It would seem that in recommending this product, Alex has put his credibility on the line.

To preserve that credibility I think he should use what ever influence he has to make sure his "good friend" Devin Zander gives Alex's subscribers / customers "no hoops" refunds.

I would not have bought this product were it not for Alex Becker's recommendation so as things stand, I am out $47 due to Alex Becker recommending Video Vantage. I'll bet a lot of other people bought Video Vantage due to Alex's recommendation. I think he needs to help make this right.
Interesting, because in Alex Becker's last video (comments) he said he wasn't a "Youtube SEO guy" and made it sound like he never has ranked Youtube videos.

I too made a mistake with this one against my better judgement with the whole "wiki" links and high PR blog posting thing. I had reservations in the back of my mind, but based on Chris Winter's recommendation I took the plunge. I then promoted to my list (for which I'll have to apologize now).

So I've asked for a refund, but am not expecting much. Chalk this one up to listening to "gurus" and not using our brains and experience.

On another note: I do recommend the Support Chat WSO. Brett makes great products and stands behind them with killer support.

We didnt promote this. But we did buy a copy. I havent had the chance to run the software yet. That really sucks that its already broken and not working right.

Unfortunately when you are dealing with other sites and services like YT and wiki... you cant control what they change or do. Which will cause your software to not work correctly.

I would wait a few days to let them try to fix the software before getting too angry and requesting refunds.

Personally I would wait 1-2 weeks to let them fix it and make it all better :-)

I never went to their website to deal with their scustomer service. I requested a refund from paypal and was refunded pretty quickly.
I got the training videos and they refunded that as well.

Making a crappy product is one thing, but I don't feel cheated because they refunded my money when I asked them to. I did not have a video so it took me a few days to actually use the product. I also wanted to see the webinar on Tuesday thinking it might answer some questions. After it was another sales presentation, I asked for the refund right away.

Even though they refunded me, I still think I will unsubscribe to their email list.

The reason a lot of "gooroos" were promoting Video Vantage was because of the prizes the product owners were offering to the "gooroos" with the most sales - $20,000 total in prizes, I heard.

If you do a little further investigation you'll find that the Loose Weight video has been seo'd for almost a whole year BEFORE the launch of this software product. So what does that tell you?

Seems to me that JVZoo should take a more active role in situations like this. Clickbank makes their vendors gives a 60 day unconditional money back guarantee. If a vendor is unresponsive or irresponsible (like Video Vantage is being), Clickbank terminates their account. Clickbank also processes refunds if the vendor fails to.

      JVZoo should do the same.

        That's it exactly Rus.

The creators/promoters know perfectly well that the claimed rankings had nothing to do with their software tool.

The rankings were created through a much more conventional SEO campaign.

So the creators knew it was a scam and the promoting affiliates either [a] also knew it was a pack of lies and/or [b] were too lazy to look into any aspect of the product they promoted to their list.

Arguably the IM disgrace of 2014 (so far).

Oh, I bought this software too. Because I trusted the person who promoted it to me. Even though I knew lots of people were going to get it, that did not deter me. It took years for google to stop all the spamming on the internet, I figured this would give me about the same time frame. Not bad, I thought.

    What is bad?

The product does not work! I asked for a refund and this is what I got in return.

    Kelly,
A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #769271 with the following response:

Hey can you please clarify further the issue your having with Video Vantage so we can try help resolve it for you?

We offer a 30 day guarantee on the Video Vantage software and as it's stated on the sales letter, the policy is only valid if all of the conditions are met. To reiterate, refunds are subject to the product not being as described, not being delivered (see below), or not working the way we advertised.

We have a zero tolerance policy people who just want to benefit out of the year long work Video Vantage was created without paying for a top quality product that brings results.

Lastly, Video Atlas, Video Vantage's upsell, does not have a refund guarantee for any reason, as it's cutting edge training, and digitally delivered 100% of the time, also falls within the above "freebie seeker" criteria, and PayPal backs up the "no refunds on digital products" policy.

We thank you again for depositing your trust in us, and we're working very hard to help you achieve your business and SEO goals with Video Vantage, and The Video Vantage Support Team will ensure the aforementioned, for as long as you own the product.

If you're having problems to make Video Vantage work, we look forward to your inquiry to help you get the software working and get you the results you're looking for.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate in contacting us, we're here to help.

    Sincerely,
    The Video Vantage Team
Can you believe that? I guess they must be getting tons of refund requests right now and they are feeling a bit snippy!

Here was my reply, and why I was so unsatisfied with the software:

    Hello,

Thank you for your prompt response to my request. I am glad you asked why I want a refund for the product and understand that many people purchase products like these and then end up having buyers remorse. However that is not my issue. The product is not working as advertised. I will detail the issues below.

    The first campaign I ran:

Out of the 62 selected blogs and wikis, only 38 of them had success. I had to cancel the processes 3 times because of hanging. In addition, when I checked on some of the comments that were 'successful', I found a message on the results page that read "Slow down, you're posting too fast". On those instances, I had to build the backlinks MANUALLY.

    The second campaign I ran:
The process was much worse. The software kept hanging and freezing up my system (NOTHING else was running in the background) and I had to keep stopping it and restarting it. Out of the 33 times attempted, 16 were actually posted. In addition, I encountered the same results messages of "Slow down, your posting too fast". Other times, it would log in and freeze. And also the software would initialize and hang. I had to cancel that campaign 8 times during running because of freezing issues. Twice, I had to actually restart my computer because the freeze was so bad, not even task manager could shut it down.

In addition to that, there were problems with the captcha. Since I was at my computer almost the entire time, I know that deathbycaptcha was not down because I checked my balance several times, thinking that might be the problem. That was not it though, because I had a balance of over $12 at the time.

Both of those campaigns were problematic. For both processes, the software had a hard time finding any sort of blogs to comment on for my niche (which is health).

Both projects had significant hang and freeze time causing me to be chained to my computer so that I could take care of the issues.

In many instances, I had to MANUALLY build the backlink myself after viewing the results page messages.

As far as getting any of the higher pr (anything over a 2) it was impossible, as the results returned for those did not have commenting enabled, or your software could not find the submit button, or the software would hang for an extended period of time.

Seaching for the blogs to comment on had multiple hangs, and on more than half the searches, no results were returned at all. Out of the 4 times I ran different searches (.edu, .gov, do follow, commentluv) I got less than 10 results returned. Most of the times, I had to cancel the search because it was hanging for more than 3 or 4 minutes. That went on for hours, because as was stated in the training video, you can't run too many of those searches within 30 minutes of eachother because google will shut you down.

I bought this product because it claimed that you could build backlinks on auto pilot. This is not the case. I found myself sitting here, addressing hang time, researching where it got hung up, having to restart campaigns, and even build links to the sites manually.

In addition, it was stated that I would be able to obtain High PR backlinks, however for any of the high pr backlinks I tried to submit, I never did get a backlink on those sites due to the software not being able to log in, hanging on the initializing, or not being able to find the comment section - or the lack of one on the page returned.

For these reasons, I respectfully request a refund. My purchase information is in the first ticket sent to you.

Thank you, in advance, for your attention to this matter.

    Sincerely,
    Kelly

We will see how that goes.

Don't shoot the messenger here, but... when you say JVZoo should take better care of "their customers," maybe we are wrong in assuming JVZoo thinks the end users (consumers) are "their customers." Without vendors, JVZoo would have no consumers. I agree JVZoo SHOULD care about the consumer, but maybe they don't. Maybe they're thinking "honor among thieves."

    Hi guys,

I can't work out how to get my refund back.

I have basically been misold a product and just deleted the it once I saw this is a product that will actually damage efforts.

I contacted the support who did get back to me to ask for my paypal receipt and since then, just ignored everything including the paypal email that I replied to that had taken the funds in the first place.

This Mo guy is just a scammer in my view ripping people off through platforms such as JVZoo will really place their reputation on stake here!

How the hell do I go about getting my refund?

If I go through PayPal, do i need to wait until I have tried to resolve with the product owner and if so, he just ripped off most people who brought the product.

With all fairness Peter Garaty is also working with Mo as his product is as an upsell and normally, Peter has good products. All I am saying is that 'Peter, if you are working with such people, where does my trust leave with you'?

If anyone can help or direct me to the correct process to obtain my refund that has really been in a scam, i would be most appreciated

      Ravski1,

First, I would file a dispute with PayPal.

Second, I would document exactly what happened. Then, I would call my bank to ask for a "charge back." Provide whatever they request immediately.

Finally, I don't feel any sympathy for those who promoted this.... and had their reputation permanently soiled. They violated the "trust" of their list members by not thoroughly checking out the product before promoting it. It is "common business sense." It is obviously not "common."

Yes, the software not working is one thing. Unexpected things happen during launches, but the sheer arrogance of the support staff is not acceptable. The problems are real and documented by multiple users. For the creators to insinuate that getting a refund for a product that does not work is somehow unjustified or that we are just "tire kickers" is insulting. Paypal has closed accounts for this type of thing. I can't figure out why they are taking the risk of losing their reputation and possibly their paypal account.

        Thanks

I have most things documented and just sent the email attached with PayPal a final 24 grace period to refund me as the support email just do not exist anymore!

It is down to him now and act if he has sense!

I am appalled to learn that many reputable affiliates that have lists of buyers who trust them have innocently been subject to their reputation being effected by this and assure you it has.

I guess when you trust people without your 'Due Diligence' on them, they indeed have the potential to effect you in long run which had taken years to build.

Affiliates should also take a caution to promote for these kinds of people who breach ever online ethical code in transactions and ignore everything unless forced to respond the correct pressure.

Think about it, I you recommended this person and their 'so called product' to me and I went through you to buy it, i did because I trust you or trust you and you have value to add and then treated as if a thief has ran off with a few bucks to buy his today's sweets and not thinking about tomorrow!

Don't you think that I will turn to you as responsible body and ask you why? Or for assistance?

What face will you respond to me with as it is indeed an insult at the expense of a 'PLAYER'

Thank you for your support and I shall keep you posted!

          That's a great point!

In these cases we are actually getting ripped off by THREE entities.
          1) The vendor
          2) The affiliate(s)
          3) JV Zoo

ALL of these entities are ending up with SOME of our money. Therefore they ALL have a hand in the fraud*. The affiliates are trusted by us to make legitimate offers to us. When everything goes bad (like with Video Vantage), the affiliates can come back to us and apologize for making a mistake, BUT THEY ARE STILL ALSO PUTTING THEIR SHARE OF THE (OUR!) MONEY INTO THEIR BANK ACCOUNT(s)!!! - and, in many cases, the affiliates gets MOST of the $ (more than 50%)

And, until everyone gets a refund, that % of the (our) money REMAINS the property of the affiliate(s).

In essence, the affiliates are telling us, "Wow! I am so sorry it all worked out like this! --------- but thanks for the money!!!"

That makes them more than an affiliate - it makes them an accomplice. (IMO)

          * Yes. IMO, selling something that turns out to be totally defective,
and then not giving full refunds to everyone, is fraud.

I filed a dispute with paypal and provided a link to this thread.

paypal said that they couldnt contact the seller and asked if I wanted to escalate it to a claim.

    I said yes.

they refunded in less than 12 hrs.

follow these steps and you will get refunded FAST. (unless you have a high refund rate in paypal)

Alex Becker promoted this product and that is the reason I bought, I instantly realized this was something that would not work as advertised. I unsubscribe to Alex's list because of that violation of trust. Not only the software didn't work, the biggest issue I see was paying also $37 bucks for joining a facebook group that is more for them to sell you coaching than a mastermind.

I don't care if Alex Becker is saying he is not a Youtube SEO guy right now I received an email telling me how he ranked a youtube video and how he rarely promotes to his list, however he indeed promoted Video Vantage and that's the reason I bought.

I hope you guys who don't want the software get a refund by filing a dispute with Paypal and also unsubscribe from the lists of people who promoted this software.

      JaySG,

      I couldn't agree more....

The troubling thing is most affiliates did not even take a couple minutes to download and try the software.... Just to verify it "runs."

I'm sure even fewer actually "ran" the software and verified it produced the ranking results it was supposed to....

Yet, they "recommended" it to their list....

Here's what these ASSHOLES said when I asked for a refund:

    Robert Cottom,

A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #785857 with the following response:

Hey can you please clarify further the issue your having with Video Vantage so we can try help resolve it for you?

We offer a 30 day guarantee on the Video Vantage software and as it's stated on the sales letter, the policy is only valid if all of the conditions are met. To reiterate, refunds are subject to the product not being as described, not being delivered (see below), or not working the way we advertised.

We have a zero tolerance policy people who just want to benefit out of the year long work Video Vantage has created without paying for a top quality product that brings results.

Lastly, Video Atlas, Video Vantage's upsell, does not have a refund guarantee for any reason, as it's cutting edge training, and digitally delivered 100% of the time, and PayPal backs up the "no refunds on digital products" policy.

You guys weren't able to help me, and I requested a refund, and have yet to receive it - where's my refund, huh?

If these guys were really successful, and truly making any real money online, they should have no problem issuing refunds to the small percentage of their customers that requested them (which probably isn't any more than 20%-35%).

The fact that they're making things difficult, at the expense of their online reputation, says a whole lot about their credibility, if you ask me!

For what it's worth, they made a "patch" or update to fix bugs and sent it out in an email to those still subscribed about 3 days ago.
To repeat my earlier post, I sent in one refund request to their ticket desk and got my refund in my paypal account two days after that.

I got one question here for ANYONE and everyone. (And no, not for the owners or friends of the creators)

Has ANYONE had ANY success or anything went well with this? Has anyone ranked a video well and made any money?

That's the only real question: Has anyone used this to make a dime? Just one dime, that's it. A dime.

Robert google - Insurance Agents ACA Compliance Tools - I used VV for that 2 weeks ago and did nothing else.

With that said the software is still a fail. Most of the blogs and wikis fail to work. The software is always hanging up. I think out of 32 wikis I had 8 successful and out of 30 blogs 4 successful comments.

I tried to get a refund because the crap doesn't work like it should, the idea is great and instead of fighting to get my refund I decided to just use the tool to search for wikis and blogs I can have an intern post manual backlinks on. Also maybe it will accidently fall into my reverse engineer pile and I can get it working properly..

So it can work in getting the videos on page 1 IF IT WORKED but, considering that it doesn't do what it suppose to its a total waste of money..

Glad I found this thread, I too got suckered into buying from an email from Becker of SourceWave who stated he didn't promote just any old crap...I requested a refund and I got the stock reply this morning. I replied that I was filing a paypal dispute (just did) and that JVZoo have a 30 day guarantee that they have to enforce.. isn't this correct? No-one seems to have mentioned JVZoo in this...(I skimmed the posts and may have missed it )
I know when a product is listed on JVZoo you must give a money back guarantee...?

I bought the upsell too so as it comes in a 'package' I have filed two disputes for refunds..

There was a money back guarantee but was 'conditional' and from what I have gathered (but never brought the up-sell) is that no refunds will be given as it was a training course which you already have taken digitally!

Read post 153 an their manner of explaining is really the stance on your second dispute that you will face!

"Video Atlas, Video Vantage's upsell, does not have a refund guarantee for any reason, as it's cutting edge training, and digitally delivered 100% of the time, and PayPal backs up the "no refunds on digital products" policy."

          Good luck with that one!

    Yipee!

My PayPal account got a FULL REFUND from these thieves trying to make a quick buck from many people after misleading information and a non fully functional software as described!

I raised a dispute with PayPal, someone guided me on this forum to do that!

I immediately escalated it as a complaint as the con artists, stopped answering all email requests of refunds and never resolved a support ticket so I did try!

Basically the misleading video that was as mentioned above from a year ago is all they really had to promote and trust me, I aint waiting around a year to get rankings which still seem not to be on page 1 as the SALES PAGE DESCRIBED!

    A total miss-sell on a dispute!

(Silly children wanting to steel money for sweets and decided online transactions is a method! What crap goes through their minds?)

If you go on Youtube and look at the statistics for the video, you will see even more apparent information of the 'Great Scam' the 2 little boys have run!

They dont even cover the important upload format, the onsite optimization including the captions and Geo and how to place the keywords in and where! RSS is important too!!!!

I do a few more things (secret) but get most of my vids on page 1 in a couple of weeks, tell you the truth, I use a free software called Socisynd to help me get traffic and ranking which is quicker, safer and definitely works!

No selling, i'm no seller but Socisynd have a free account at the moment, got me results, rankings, traffic and fully friendly and most of you who got ripped off, well this is the best tip I can give and it is for FREE!

I think the only safe backlinks to youtube videos our many from social sites, I would only link the actual video to main blogs and maybe on a site like squidoo. Otherwise its kind of fishy being on so many sites unless you run an affiliate program.

    Well,

I tell you what. I have ranked videos faster and better,, well, because it actually worked,, by having people on Fiverr do simple things for $5. So, i recommend trying that type of ranking 1st. Just type in on Fiverr, "get your Youtube videos ranked". It's that simple.

It's only $5 per video per task. But it's WAAAAAAAAAY more worth the money and effective. The 5 bucks is way more worth wasting your time and money on this.

Again, I wish I had 2 more hands to give this product 4 thumbs down!

Hi Guys, Just to say I just received a full refund for BOTH the VV and upsell. I escalated it to dispute saying it appeared the sellers were 'limited' in PP so cannot refund my purchases. I also quoted this thread of dissatisfied buyers and the other site where they were asking ppl to send twitters for them to have PP back.

The fact is the website in salespage was older than they stated, it was misleading they admitted the software spammed, I never spam.. and as such I was duped into buying both products. Those that bought the OTO request a refund as you wouldn't have got it if you hadn't been sold a pup so to speak.

Good on Paypal looking after the buyers.

I bought Video Vantage, my fault, I wont ask for a refund cause I dam well should have know better. However, I will hold accountable those how promoted this to me by unsubscribing to their list and not purchasing products from them. I think every one who fells passionately about getting hosed-or lied to should follow suite. Send a message-you want to stay in this biz, then you better have some sense of ethics. As far Little Devin and Wyatt go-It looks like we wont be hearing from these two for a long while. Pal has take action and I am certain that JV-zoo will follow some administrative action regarding their account as well. Its great to see the warriors community stand up and fight back! very inspiring.

If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don't use your browser's Back button) and try again.

I usually get this error if the site times out. You should be able to log in again and complete the process. I think this is a typical error message not really pertaining to your ability to get a refund.

1st WSO/JVzoo-related product I've bought in a long time because reputable people were promoting it. I also inquired about refund because it was buggy and most submissions were not working. also, got the "conditional refund" response which I thought was shocking since I will never buy a product from these guys again and If I want to be a jerk I could also file a dispute with paypal and tie up their funds even longer.

super disapointed by there customer response and by the people who promoted this.

I definitely don't consider opening a Paypal dispute for this sort of purchase is being a jerk.
I requested a refund but got the same copy and paste message as everyone else, so replied that I would open a Paypal dispute if I did not get refunded. Well I did not get refunded so I opened the dispute, and got the refund within 15 minutes of opening it.

To those that will not ask for a refund 'cause you "fell for these guys sales video" and should have known better.. Guys this is a matter of principle here. It's not about the money, it's about them cheating and lying to get quick sales then not backing up their product. They need to be taught a lesson now before they go any further so in the future they know cheating does not pay!

Lose your reputation in this business and you're sunk. They will probably start again using pen names...

I agree on writing to the people that got you to buy and state how disappointed you are they promoted junk and that you are unsubscribing. A lesson for them too. Only promote what truly works.

There's far too much garbage in this business. As a Mom I think a short sharp lesson for these young boys will hopefully lead them back on the straight and narrow, If it doesn't.. well they deserve what they get

I have to say first... I fall in the camp of "buyer beware" with any of this nonsense. I never expected this to put me on page one, that advertising pitch is honestly laughable. The tip off should have been the 3000 marketing emails I received from multiple sources on this product. Never a good sign. What I was kind of hoping that the software at least worked... It does not, it hangs up if not outright crashing.

I would not have bothered to call them out here were it not for the insulting and combative email (same canned BS everyone else got, at least they could have made me feel special by personalizing it I received in response to my refund request. They could have just refunded the money instead of trying to back me down with that thing... Maybe they should have spent as much time on the refund request response as they did on the sales page and I wouldn't have gone directly to paypal.

Oh well, lesson learned... I am also in complete agreement with those who suggested unsubscribing from any list that promoted this POS. I spent some time doing just that. So for those of you in that group who monitor this board, keep your reputation in mind when you go for the quick money and push something like this. Was it worth it in the end having your name and reputation associated with this thing....

      +1 for that comment.

rumor has it, the videos they talked about when advertising their product was not even ranked using this product.

Shame on anyone who promoted this thing without using it.

This has already been said, but I thought I'd repeat it for people who may have missed it as this thread gets longer....

Anyone having issues getting a refund from the VV guys directly, which is probably everyone who has ever requested one directly from them, just call paypal on the phone tell them your issues with the software (advertising, support, etc.) and they will open a case for you. That's all I did and refund is on the way.

    Hey All,

    It's me again, Robert Cottom.---->
I'm sure you 're getting this too but if you haven't noticed, let me point it out for you.

These guys are still sending me crappy emails with other products and stuff,, well, they were until I "unsubscribed".

There's 2 of these guys and the dude from the spinner stuff sending affiliate crap. I would NEVER buy anything from these guys and I wish I could remember who I got it from (the affiliate) because I would delete him too.

So, anyway, what I did was went through my "affiliates" and started unsubscribing from any and mostly all the people sending me product releases and got rid of all the BS. They all send the same crap anyways. I spend a lot of time deleting all the same emails. On my blog I have info about what REALLY works. A link to some good free videos.

Check 'em out. There's truly ONE system for making money. There's MANY different WAYS, but it all boils down to the same thing. Selling something. Putting an offer in front of someone about something. They either take action or they don't. That's it. Don't complicate it for yourself.

    It's Robert Cottom comin' atcha---->

p.s. I'm spending around $600 (just to buy the product) to test this new product very soon. Putting all the pieces together as we speak. The reason is I made $2400 in 6 hours doing this before messing around. Gonna build a complete business this time, no messing around. This is the BEST money I EVER made with IM type stuff. It's mobile websites and an actual REAL business, not these crappy, "Try this garbage, or this garbage, and my next garbage" and never get anywhere. No, I made serious bank and still get residuals doing,, well,, nothing.
Ok,, see ya guys,,better go before I get busted here. Can I get a big
    Booyah!!!!!

I purchased VV when it was launched via an email from Becker. As I really respect what Becker has to say I thought the software was going to be legit. I was sadly mistaken as it didn't post very well at all. My biggest complaint at the time though was the spin requirement was ridiculous. Needing to have an API just for the tool to be able to understand how to use SpinTax? I've got free wordpress plugins that can render SpinTax and this paid tool needed an API key to do it?

Luckily I was quickly refunded when I filed my compliant and refund request. Didn't take more than a couple of days at the time. Anyhow lesson learned, take what even trusted marketers have with a grain of salt.

Thanks W but the bigger issue is that those rankings were not even achieved with that software.

      In short, a total scam.

I almost bought into the whole Video Vantage sales pitch because it sounded so promising. But, like they say, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't true.

Here's a little insight to what made me really suspicious -

I'm an affiliate with products sold from JVZOO and I'm able to promote Video Vantage. Inside the JV literature provided by Devin Zander, he says to contact him thru Skype if you have any questions. (please don't ask me for his Skype ID, since I don't want to start any wars) Here's what I saw - He was mostly offline with Skype and when he was online, he always showed a status of "Do Not Disturb". What signal does that send?

According to JVZOO records, Devin has sold over 10,000 copies of Video Vantage and over 10,000 copies of Video Vantage Lite. That adds up to a lot of money. So far, the refund rate shows as less than 6%. Even with the refunds that have been granted, Devin still made a lot of money.

People like Devin always find a way to continue their shenanigans. If they do get banned from the affiliate networks, they just sign up for a new account under a different name and they're instantly back in business, leaving the bad reputation behind.

Even the best affiliate marketers can be fooled, just like anyone else. They see a new product that promises great results and they too fall for the hype. After all the feedback about Video Vantage, I absolutely will NEVER attempt to promote any products from Devin Zander or anyone who associates with him.

My best advice - when you see a new product being promoted, wait until you see some real feedback from actual purchasers BEFORE you jump in. You could save yourself a lot of aggravation!

I too wish I'd found this thread in the beginning. I moved in a different direction shortly after, thinking I would get back to video and use VA. I recently started focusing on video and went to watch the startup video on the app and...nothing. I tried to log into the members area and got an error page telling me the server can't be found. I still get emails from Wyatt and Devin. They're still out there promoting things. I put in a support ticket just for grins and giggles to see if I get a response but I'm probably scre__'d on this one. Live and learn! I'm not new at this so I should have seen it before I clicked the buy button.
Too late for a refund which I probably wouldn't get anyway if I requested one.
Time to delete this trash app from my hard drive and ban Wayatt & Devin from my world.
The affiliate I bought this through was Sean Donahoe who I've had good experience with in the past. I'm sure he thought it was a good thing too.

I agree; a lot of big names with a lot of clout and trust in this community promote crap, and they send emails that give the impression they personally know the stuff they promote is the greatest. They are abusing their authority status, and ought not to be given any excuses, even though you aren't allowed to call them out explicitly here.

I am not mentioning any names, but whoever promoted this like they knew it was great, pretending to have personal experience that their list relied on them for, deserves to have their list desert them in droves. The same goes for any bogus product.

It's one thing to come clean and say, "I haven't tried this, but the video (or salespage), caught my eye, and I wanted to at least make you aware of it; maybe you'd like to join me in hopping on-board for the early bird pricing", and quite another to do like I saw some do and say; "hey this is a real game changer; it does x y and z, and is going to make us all a lot more money this month", without mentioning that you're just going by the sales copy, or worse, you know it doesn't work, but liked the commission and prizes. I've got nothing against gurus in general, but when they promote crap that way, they deserve the stigma that word has around here.

Please don't give up without trying. Look through the thread to see how people got their refunds; you might still be able to do so, since the product doesn't work (or maybe doesn't exist?).

No matter what the guarantee said, if a product with no time limit on it, which is hosted online, disappears a few months later, I think you have a pretty good case to get a refund. Just my opinion; I hate to see people get scammed, and shrug off the loss, while the cons get to keep the spoils.
