Koddos company is good for hosting adult legal websites with.
Prices are affordable. Support is quality and fast.

For adult hosting, I'd look at Arvixe.
If you want another, then Hostdime.

You need a non-LiteSpeed host, as LiteSpeed forbids adults content in its licensing.

  I don't host adult material but I have been with Hostdime since 2002 and I've been on a dedicated box with them since 2005. They are a major player on the global scene these days and it was Manny himself that actually set me up with my first dedicated box. I don't know what his title was way back then, but I know he is VP of global operations these days. Back in the day he and the Hostdime support staff went way above and beyond the call of duty for me in the wee hours of many a morning.

  Bluehost refuses ALL adult content. I personally experienced it because i had a medical blog dedicated to male genitalia and they suspended my account. Fair enough.
  
  After searching, i have discovered it was difficult not to go for a VPS like amerinoc but it requires a lot of additional maintenance for a gain of pageload that nobody will really sees.
