Need Feedback on my Squeeze Page

I am still in the process of building this site as well as the product. I would like to get some feedback on the layout and over all look of the pages. Also, do you have any feel for the demand volume for my area of knowledge? The product is not ready so please do not fill out the form.

Which one do you think looks the best? I would like to use one of them as my squeeze page. Please tell me what you think even if you think I am better off starting over all together.

Page 1 is located at cashintrends.com
Page 2 is located at cashintrends.com/special_offer/index.php

Thanks in advance for your honest feedback.

Will

I believe the first one is superior for a number of reasons:

    - succinct and noticeable headline (though personally I'd consider
using a different colour to make it stand out more)

    - optin form is above the fold

    - strong call to action for optin (ie. arrow and start...today)

Personally, I'm not going to read the writing above or
below that main box, and I would change the light blue
background to make the box stand out more.

But then again you have to remember everything comes
down to testing. Let your results tell you what's best.

    Hope this helps.

That is some great feedback guys.

As far as the color, do you have a suggestion of a better color that would work with this setup?

      Thanks, Will

The first squeeze page is definitely better. It catches my attention right away.
The second have 2 op in forms. Scroll down and you will find it at the bottom left hand side of the page. Some html errors I think.

As for colors, I think it's find with current blue as it matches well with your dvd cover color. It catches my attention and I think it's very professional.

    Great work and good luck.

Thank you... I guess I need a few more comments on the color... Please let me know what you think about the color... One says good one says not so good..

Also, the code at the bottom of the 2nd page is there just for me to have at my fingertips. I will remove that..

Please keep the comments coming esp. on the color.

      Thanks Will

Like the others I liked the first one. The colours look fine to me, overall it's well designed.

    The first one is better
    - you don't ask much details like the 2nd one.
    - the opt-in box is on top, no need to scroll down.

Don't forget to include privacy policy just after the opt-in box. Adding word free like "sign up for free information" could increase sign-up rate too.

Hi there, great work on the pages!!

I am a little unsure as to what you are trying to do however if you want some advice on how these pages work as squeeze pages then I have some thoughts that will help:

The 1st one does look better, but I think you could improve the copy, by this I mean on the opt in box I found it a little unclear if I was getting more info or a free DVD..???
To improve this you might want to have a large call to action button that has the benefit reinforced: ie. <<Get My Free DVD NOW>>

Your second squeeze page has a better headline it actually explains the benefits to me straight away where as the first one doesn't.

I also think your sign up box needs to stand out more, maybe a different color to the background.

If you are using this with Adwords make sure you add links to authority sites in the niche and relevant articles also, don't make them obvious for the visitor but for the Google Bots as this will get you a better quality score.

I would also focus more on the benefits to the visitor, remember people make very quick decision when deciding to stay on your site or hit the back button, so your benefits need to be strong and clear.

All that said I think you are on the right track!

    All the best with it.

I'm the odd one out. I liked the 2nd page layout better. I was confused about the dvd though. Are you offering it free? You need to have a compelling reason for me to fill in my name.

    Hi Will,

From one Will to another I will first of all say that the 2 pages are not really alike. I would not say they were both squeeze pages. The first one definitely but the second one I am not sure what you are trying to achieve.

Secondly I would change the "submit" to something more direct like "Download it Now" or "Get Your DVD Here" whatever. Submit does not carry any real command.

I like the blue colour. It's easy on the eyes.

I am sure you will tidy this up but you have a stray opt in box under sample 2 which if left there looks unprofessional.

    I hope this helps.

    Keep up the good work.
