Is Articlemarketer being too damn silly?

I submitted an article to Article Marketer.

The reasons it was not distributed was because the title was not in Title case.

It was one capital letter in the whole of the title that I missed.

Surely My article coach could have changed that one letter?

Does anyone else think they go too far with all this stuff?

Damn you articlemarketer.

Oh and now I just resubmitted it with that one tiny letter fix and they have now placed my article in queues to be reviewed by 16th..

That's 3 days..

This can't be right.

NOW I can't even sumbit a support ticket either because their captcha isn't working.

GRRR I hate when companies do their worst, or not to try their best.

No, I don't. It's your article and they don't provide proofreading and editing service. Small error - yes, it was. But in the title where it was highly visible.
EZA staff doesn't work weekends so the 16th is only 2 business days - not unreasonable.

I'm not so sure if they don't do proffreading they wouldn't see my title had one missing letter.

All it would take is one second to fix it.

Anyway, I guess it's time to pack in AM and move onto something else that I have more control over.

    Hi Intrepreneur,

I can totally understand how you feel because that is exactly what happened to me 1 year ago. The thing i am very piss off with them is that they keep pushing the review date to the future just because of some very minor errors. And also, which is during that time, i do not know about now, they failed to pay out commission to their members. And the worst of all is this, i told all my Success University downlines to subscribe to that service and after they have subscribed, they are unable to login and they are unable to get back their refund. As expected, they are angry with my recommendation and as a result i lost tons of Success University downlines. Oh ya and one more thing, EzineArticles.com is NOT in their distribution list! The internet number 1 article directory is not in their distribution list, i guess there is no need to elaborate further. I came to know this only when i logged into my EzineArticles account and did not see any of my articles posted there and after a few support tickets to them, i nearly fainted.

Until recently, i found this top notch article submission service which beat hands down all other article submission softwares and services i ever came across. Click the link below to check it out, you will be glad you did.

Spin Distribute - Article Distributor - Publish hundreds of unique articles to 700+ websites!

    To your success,

I don't use AM but (and could be wrong) I'd expect most online companies who have employees in this type of business don't have full service on weekends.

Wasn't dissing you - but I do think we are responsible for what we submit and must correct our own errors even if they seem insignificant.

Hi Kay, you need to understand this, to push the reviewal date to 3 more days just for one small error is frustrating and most importantly unnecessary. If it is over the weekend, it will be 5 full days before they will start the reviewing process. And it is not finish here, after the reviewal is complete, you still need to wait for another 3 more days for the submission process to start because it is queuing up in the system. Can you imagine how much time you have wasted here? I know we are responsible for our own errors in the article but push back 3-5 days just for one error?? That is way too much! And mind you, that is the best scenario already, what happen if there is another error again? Guess you can wait until the cow come home. Kay, i am not dissing you, put yourself in our shoes and ask yourself honestly, would you not be frustrated? Not receiving your commission, would you not be frustrated? Paid for it yet unable to login, would you not be frustrated?

Moreover, it is not only me who experience this, tons of other Warrior members have experienced it before in the past. You can check it up in the old Warrior forum or ask around in this forum, there are lot of negative reviews about them. I do not know about ArticleMarketer now, i heard that they have posted an open apology to all past affiliates and users and implemented a complete system upgrade a few months ago. But it have all come too late.

I've got some big issues with them too and their customer service on a scale of 1 to 10 is 0.

I paid for a Lifetime membership which I did not get credited for and my reviews are 7 days.

Go to UniqueArticleWizard or anywhere else but these guys. They don't know what customer service means. Save yourself some real frustration!

I agree that they are very picky and it can be time consuming waiting
around for your article to be submitted but you have to understand that
they are receiving thousands of articles and simply don't have time to fix
    your mistakes.

I had this happen to me plenty of times with them in the past but just make
sure you proofread every aspect of your article a couple times before you
submit it and you will have more success and less headaches with them.
