Hi Mo,

I have to say I really am unsure why you say you emailed me when the only email I got from you was one asking about changing the size of the testimonial box.

First off, why would you say you emailed me with screenshots and I never received an email from you? Secondly, If you had emailed me, you would have seen right away that your "concerns" had been addressed.

Nevertheless, since you have brought up them up in a public forum, let me "debunk" them.

a) My programmers are currently making the 1 "Ad" only show on the free version.
b) This "Ad" will be able to be turned on/or off by the paid users, and they can even put their OWN advertising on that spot.
c) The Free version of the software only shows the ad for a split second before testimonials rotate in and only ONCE. It never shows again while the viewer is on the page.

That being said, we are always trying to improve the system, and the ad at the beginning will more than likely go away.

The "Powered By" at the bottom right hand of the box, will however stay on the software.

We have created a method now, that will actually help people using the software create traffic back to their sites, by being able to put a "referred by" link back to their own site on any free boxes offered to others.

So Mo, Again, had you simply emailed me, you would have understood the system and what the programmers are doing to actually make it better for end users.

To the 300 or so users who have tried my product and the many other happy ones out there, come by and check out the software and remember to give feedback the best way possible, by contacting the developers directly and we will always listen and try to make things better.

P.S. I've given over 200 Free Upgrade copies away in the War Room (Private Forum) of the software - a $29 value, and I've also reduced the price down for the software for Warriors in the main forums to $10.

Just to confirm what Ted has said the 'ad' which appeared when the testimonial box was loading (which was a short link) has been removed and replaced with the words 'Loading ...'. If you're a paid user you can change these words to whatever you want.

I replied to Ted Personally this morning and to clarify one point. I emailed him 3 times as well as attached screen images showing him the problem. Making claims he did not receive emails simply doesn't cut it in this business. Set up a support system that works. Excuses do not make it.

Another thing, this is and was not an attack on Ted. I am a warrior first, as is Ted. I gave my review which I stand by. If Ted is changing his program where it does not intrude on a users website then I will review it again. Ask yourself one question. How would you feel if a program you purchased suddenly started adding advertisements about a future new product the developer was coming out with?

This is clearly a misunderstanding. I just found 2 emails you sent to specialsbox.com and not to testimonialbox.com which Is why I did not see them.

As posted on testimonialbox.com please send any support related issues to support (a) testimonialbox.com and you would have gotten an immediate reply.

Just so you know the programmers are fixing everything so there are no ads on paid versions.

I emailed the domain that popped up on my website advertising your new software.

This is not supposed to be a venue to argue on the merits of my evaluation. You obviously had problems and I did not come here to complain. I upgraded on May 11th and paid the $20 advertised in the WSO and you got around to upgrading my account on June 9th. Then in your trials, your new software ads showed up on my website. Period. I did not block you from receiving PM's. I do not know if that is even possible. Either way, before we bother the warriors here, lets agree to disagree and maybe one of the MODS will delete this topic.

I'm not sure what you mean Mo, but I do agree that it is ridiculous to keep going on.

The bottom line is this. The software will continue to improve, as we will continue to improve it. We take all feedback seriously and do what we can to make sure that the software keeps getting better.

I even offered you a full refund of the WSO, of which you have not replied, so I'm not sure how much else I can help you here.
