What's the best "make money offline" program?

I've personally used easyofflineriches.com to make money (no affiliation) but I see boatloads of other make money offline programs.

I still think that selling websites and such to offline businesses is a huge goldmine. So, any warriors had results with other make money offline programs?

P.S. If you run one of these programs PM me a link, i'll probably buy it.

In my particular industry, I know of a lot of people that are starting directories for their city or town, and then going around selling ad space on their directory (offline), and this can be a great accompaniment to a business that sells websites (so if you don't want to buy a website because already have one, why not buy a listing in the directory?)

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

Ive seen alot of those directories.... the trick would be to get traffic to the directories to make it worthwhile for the business owners to buy a spot or listing.

    Jason,

A simple strategy that we use is to buy up all the business names in the local area.

Then place a simple site online using wordpress, mail them a package in the mail that says for $177/M you can have the site, your name, etc, etc,

Currently getting 8% conversions on this method to 100 local business's in 5 different areas...

Wow.. thats friggin brilliant! I just may try that... Is there a particular type of business that works the best for this? Such as dentist, landscaper, etc?

    Jason,

Mainly professional services such as accountants, it support, lawyers, etc...

We do have mom and pop retail sites as well, but those don't convert as well at our price tag.

The quickest way to make serious money helping brick and mortar businesses when you're starting out is to just go talk to some business owners.

Start with the business owners you know, the owners of businesses where you spend your money and the business owners your friends know.

The majority of people who go from zero to making a good full time living in their first month or two have done it this way...just talking to business owners.

The skills you develop doing this will help you with any other lead generation method you end up using...and of course you'll have some paying clients.

As far as what you do to help brick and mortar businesses.

With even a little bit of imagination you can use any internet marketing skill to help a brick and mortar business make real sales and profits.

SEO, pay per click, social networking, online video, etc etc...it can all help to make real sales.

And that should be your key focus.

Get to know the businesses and the owners of businesses you talk to.

Ask them tons of questions and listen.

Then come up with ideas based on the information you gather and offer suggestions until you hit on one that gets them excited.

      Run with that idea.

Even when you're starting out if you follow this process you can be charging $1,500+ for your first projects.

I think most important of all is to be genuinely committed to helping business owners make more sales and profits.

Any plan that just sells a business owner a website or some listing is not providing real value.

But when you do provide real value and make real money for a business the owner will often hire you over and over for other project ideas you come up with.

Often that's where the real money can be for you.

      Kindest regards,
      Andrew Cavanagh

    lol Tyrus...

James: I started selling a WSO a couple of hours. Check it. If you want to make money offline using webdesign and other cross offers, this is a BANG.

I work offline for some years now, and started using this new method i discovered for accident a couple of weeks ago.

The investment is almost zero and the conversions are very, very high.

Check it and let me know.

    Fernando

P.S. - You can build a business model with my method.
