Had a message from JVZoo this morning about some new ecover software. I do actually need something so thought i'd give it a go, pressed buy and completed paypal only to be taken to a page saying...

"Your payment can't be completed because one of the receivers can't accept payments at this time."

This is the product, eCover Authority |

Does anyone know the people behind it or what the issue might be, shall I just find an alternative.

Can anyone recommend something similar?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, mods please move it if so.

I have ecoverauthority and it is really, really easy to use, and the result was extremely good - here's a link to the first cover I did - the page is still being worked on but you can see it is pretty good!

It's web based so mac and PC compatible. I personally am very pleased with the results.

It's probably because JVZoo has their product on hold and they don't know about it. Send them an email telling them to put in a ticket to get JVZoo to release their product. They will do it right away

"Your payment can't be completed because one of the receivers can't accept payments at this time." typically means the affiliate is having issues with their PayPal account.

About the software (full disclosure, I'm an affiliate)

This software (MyEcoverMaker.com) has been around for years so it's stable and a TON of people use it. There's nothing to download, it's all online. You download the 3d or 2d ecovers you create, then upload the image to your site.

The 'packager' creates a product bundle shot which comprises any combination of templates (ecovers, software boxes, videos, etc...) which is awesome.

The value when it comes to Chad's (Ecover Authority) offer is that you get the same exact software (100% MyEcoverMaker developer approved so he's not doing anything shady) without the monthly or yearly fee, you get lifetime access for a one off, one time price.

There is a tiny bit of a learning curve when it comes to uploading your own images to use as ecovers. You may have to play with the size of the image you're uploading to get it to display properly. But that's pretty much the only downside and it's nothing 99% of newbies can't get the hang of quickly.
