LaunchTree BLOWS
Bad news is.....
I have NEVER RECEIVED the Launch tree material. I have sent NUMBEROUS emails to the support@launchtree.com support and filled out that information when it was still handled by launchtree.
Now if you click on support on the launchtree site it is done by affiliateclassroom.
I have now been billed for a new month of $40 and AGAIN NO PRODUCT.
I have called the # that is listed on the credit card bill 240-252-4228 and the voice mail tree doesn't even work. Press "0" for next available person and they come back with that option isn't available. Same thing for billing. Finally get one through and get voicemail box that says mailbox full. Well its been full for a MONTH now.
I am sick of this guru types and there HORRIBLE customer service. Some of them have some decent products and I do make full time income online so I ain't a newbie but this is retarded.
To recap....
1. I got double billed (which was taken care of)
2. I NEVER got the product
3. I have sent NUMBEROUS emails and support tickets no reply
4. I have tried to call NUMBEROUS times NEVER got a live person only mailbox full.
5. It has been OVER a month now and been rebilled. (No way to cancel if can't get ahold of anyone)
6. I will be contacting my Credit card to get the transactions reversed if I don't hear back from the support today.
Enough is Enough!
