Actually that is untrue. If you look at the screenshots that are just February to March of this year... those $20k+ months alone... those are not flips. They are lead generation. I don't know many people that would mind doing $20k+ per month in lead gen. So the bulk is really not from one thing or the other... it is really well rounded on how it comes in. You don't have to flip a damn thing.

That is lead gen without any other form of traffic attached to it. Just these sites...

The problem that many people will really have is...

Why would Don & Andres share this? That is always the biggest question that comes up from everyone. "Well, if they were making so much money using it, why would they sell it?"

Simple answers...

1) I don't believe it can be over saturated or stopped without a complete overhaul of the way sites are ranked. A complete overhaul of search engine algorithms.

2) The second reason is, we've learned a lot from 4 years of using it. So releasing it now with upgraded functionality from the old LPN is a good time to do it.

3) Third reason is, I was gone from the IM scene for about 1.5 years. I have been working on multiple projects outside the IM realm. The entire scene has changed. I just wanted to prove that the junk everyone has had shoved down their throats, isn't everything that is really out there. There really are people, and products that do work.

4) People that know me, have been on my list for a long time, bought products from me... they know, I know what I am talking about. They know, I don't have to go read up on something, then make a video about in my own words, acting like I came up with it. Those marketers, you have all seen them. They have actually saturated the this realm of IM. They are also normally gone within 1 to 2 years.

Sad thing is, and I really do mean it is sad... 1% of the people will use it. Heck, it might not even be that many. I mean it really is sad, because a lot of people are professional buyers, not action takers. While this product will help them get to where they want to be, it won't do it for them.

This product is going to continue on as well... On August 6th, the real site goes up and the sales page comes down.

But, it really boils down to the fact that, I can only name a handful of people that make products that work. Andres and I, I will consider one of them. But, I only know about a handful more. People that I personally know make products that work well.

I also, don't even push anything that hard when I create it. Because frankly, I don't want anyone to really know or care who I am. I'm 42 years old, I'm not out to convince the world I am the hot shit. I don't care who believes this works or doesn't. I'm also not trying to be a smartass when I say that. I just truly don't care who believes it or doesn't. When they buy it, when they are in the Facebook rooms, they will realize it is the real deal.

I'm just in one of those moods again, where I feel like helping people understand an easy way to generate an income.

But it is still a business!

I don't mind helping people do anything if I am getting paid to do it. I make no qualms about the fact that I do this for the money. But I think most people that have emailed me, also know I don't mind helping by answering questions either, without a price tag attached.

But I am not a liar, I won't say, "I'm just doing this because I want to help everyone."

I want to help people that want to help themselves. But I also consider this a business. Businesses make money, businesses are created to make money.

Frankly, at the rate the world is going, we are probably headed to World War III, make all the money you can, while you can.

Also I answered that in a way... But here is how it works in a nutshell. We haven't done anything else. The big difference is, we test multiple verticals and niches. The ones that do well, and produce income... you attack those verticals, and keep building sites around them. That is the big secret.

Now I know that Don has addressed you with this but I think you seriously better go back and read what he put out. He never said to scam anyone with a bad site that would possibly get de-indexed. He showed how Andres had sold some of the sites. I know this for a fact and I know that the sites are still up and generating income for the new owners!!! FOR A FACT!
You make it seem like this is blackhat and people are buying junk. Like the Adsense sites! You better stop ASSUMING here! There are 4 very good friends that have been building adsense sites with this and are making good money with them!
They are making between $4.25 and $27.50 a day per site on average! That is real traffic from real search and they get their checks from Google! The fact that Google screws people with adsense accts is already a known problem. They protect themselves with having like 12-25 adsense accounts! WHY? So if they get banned by Google on one set of sites it does not screw them on ALL there sites! Each account has between 20 and 50 sites in it. That is a lot!!! They are getting thousands of dollars a month off these sites. My one friend Mike is building them 10 a day for the last 2 weeks. He has them in 4 accounts and is making from $1.72 a day per site to like $9.66 a site. It only cost him $10 to buy the domain and he built the site! It takes him 3 hours a day and he has them done. Same exact theme on all of them. If the average of each site is $5 bucks and there is 30 days, he is making $150 bucks average a site each month. I see why he is doing it this way.... It is not a lot per site if you need money. It is a lot per block of sites! 10 sites is an average of $1500 bucks a month! He has 40 per account and that is like $6000 grand you put at risk with Google stealing it from you for being smart!!!!
You come on here, a review area for a product, you do not own it, and you slam it with your baseless opinion! Mine is based upon facts! People I use it! I have leads generated for EDU sites. I have list building leads. I have limo rental leads! I convert those to sales and capture a little bit off each lead. I am going to sell the site for a boatload soon enough!
I am saying clearly that Don and Andres are experts with Local Site Builds..... They have been for YEARS! I know Don very well and he has NEVER built a product and sold it that he did not personally use and can back up with high quality.... I use his stuff for years! I make a good living and eat like the fat pig I am! It is off some of his plugins and his advice that MANY listen.
You make your own choices in life. But know this, Don is followed by THOUSANDS and has trained Thousands and has made a living on the internet for well over a decade now! He has been a programmer for over 30 years! He has credibility that YOU can only dream of having! Never say he is telling you to sell a bad site--- a site that is going to crash---- a site that is blackhat---- a site that is going to be de-indexed----- or anything else that would ruin his good name!!!! Don is not one of these HACKS and he gives outstanding SUPPORT for his products as can be told by a review of his years on WF....

All in all--- BUY this plugin and you will be like me, VERY HAPPY!!!!
