Kindle ebook research: KD Suite Software?

Hi there,

Bought this software recently and whilst being very impressed with what it seems to do so far, am a little surprised (concerned?) I can't find anyone else on here who seems to use/enthuse about it. Would appreciate hearing from any else who's used it to research their planned ebooks. Am hoping there aren't some obvious flaws I'm missing...

    Hey garethb, I too bought this "package". My windows box is down right now so I haven't tried to use this for research yet but am chomping at the bit to give it a try.

    My issue with this is; there seems to be no way to contact anybody about this program. The link provided for the help desk is broken, Dave doesn't answer emails, I have a couple of email addresses for him but as of today have heard nothing back from him after several emails.

    Anybody have any to contact these guys? I paid for the OTO but when I try to access it from the user's area it takes me to the sales page, not to the graphics software.

    Well looks like the support system might just be gone for good. Too bad really, I've heard a lot of good things about these guys. Hopefully this is in the process of being fixed.

      Just a quick update, only because I stated above that I was having issues with contacting Dave. Just got a couple of emails from him, no word on the help desk issue but he is still responding to email and answered my questions.
