Penguin Recovery Jeet - Good or Bad?

I purchased Penguin Recovery Jeet a day after the launch. Having looked at other services, and software, it seemed to be well priced.

Installation was simple, and I imported a file of 126,000 backlinks pointing to one of my main sites. It took about an hour to go through the first part of checking the domains, and then I spent another going through the result. I do have to say that it is pretty accurate, just the odd one needed changing to SAFE, or disavowed. So far so good.

I then moved onto the second part, checking the backlinks. A window is supposed to appear that allows login to Google Webmaster Tools, so that the software can get the data. This does not happen. I tried numerous things, all failed.

Eventually, I installed it on another PC, with a different OS. Still no login screen for GWT. So, getting a bit fed up, I remembered I had a Windows Server VPN in London, UK. I installed it on that. No login screen.

So it sees this software does do what it says it does, but only 50% of it.

I have searched the internet for Penguin Recovery Jeet, and can't find any.

    I ran the software no problem. I was already signed into GWT however and the jeet browser took me there directly. Try signing in to GWT in your normal browser and stay logged in.

    It ran a complete process on my PC up and through to submitting the disavow file. Software crashed once, but worked second time and I submitted my disavow file on the second run.

    I did not use all their link options, all I selected was "site blacklisted" and "site is up" and that made the process pretty fast.

    I already tried logging in to GWT before using it, on Chrome, Opera, and IE, on all three computers. So it is not a problem on a single computer.

    I managed to find an email after some digging to contact the guy, but no reply after 24hrs. Not very good.
