Wordbotic Users: how is it working so far?

If you've bought Wordbotic, could you share here about the results you're getting? Are you happy with the output? Do different topics produce different results, or is each book pretty much the same except for the bits that you typed in?

Thanks!

    Art,

I bought both Wordbotic ($17) and Outline Master ($11).

Some of the things I'll say below might come off as negative so let me say from the start, I am happy with my purchase.

However, to answer your question the two articles (I bought the lite version that only produces 1500 words at a time) I've created so far have been very similar except for my input. Keep in mind however this is the beta version and "coming soon" more templates which should solve this problem.

Earlier today I ran the first raw article through copyscape and it passed with flying colors.

This evening I created another article and and it came up 48% duplicate comparing to only one other site. It appears sometime today someone got the software, did an article and used it as is. After that I ran my tweaked article through copyscape and it passed with no problem, as I was certain it would because I put my human touch and heart into it. (to paraphrase the software owner) It really was MY article now.

That's perfectly OK with me because I never use any article as is.

I have no problem coming up with something to write about, my problem is getting started so what I've done in the past is go to a writing service and order what I call seed articles for my ebooks. I use those seed articles as a frame to flesh out and create my finished product.

I'll never have to buy another seed article because this software does a good job of generating seed content for me.

To the software owner's credit, she says on her site something to the effect, "These ebooks won't have the "heart" of the human touch," and she is correct.

If you are looking for completed, quality reports and ebooks out the door you will probably ask for a refund. However, if you are looking for something that you can tweak and give heart to then you will be happy with this product as I am.

About Outline Master. It does just what it claims to do. You input a few words and phrases and it spits out a very nice outline. I also like this product very much. This too will create "seeds" for my articles and ebooks on it's own. So for $28 I'll save several hundred dollars this year alone.

One more thing to keep in mind. Wordbotic is in beta at an opening price of only $17 (one time payment) and you own it for as long as the product is available. When a few bugs are ironed out and more templates are added it's going to be on a monthly subscription. I'm willing to bet that the future Wordbotic is going to be so awesome that I'll never regret my low $17 purchase.

For the record I'm not an affiliate of this product.

    Hope this helps,

    George Wright

I took a slight detour as I had missed seeing the Wordbotic so I followed the link above and got the Outline Master and the Writing Tool; posted a happy-puppy review here, then deleted it; now reposting (and if I sound a bit like Vicky Pollard from Little Britain (yeahbutnobutyeah with an East-European accent), blame it on the weather.

So, the experience with the Outline + Writing tool first. I must say, I am very impressed; it bullies you into writing more and more, one sentence at a time, and you do get a kick when you see the result and go, like, "Wow, did I just write all this?!" It is a life-saver, if you get frequent writer blocks, and a must-have for master procrastinators. I think it will even help me finish my dissertation!

It even works with other languages; this is good for me, personally, because in my work I often have to switch between 3-4 languages in a day, and produce consistent content in those languages; and that is intellectually and even emotionally draining sometimes as you have to switch to a different personality for the different language copy. I think this tool can help making the switch less painful.

But, undoubtedly, the best part is that it keeps me going - whereas without it, I'd have got sidetracked. For example, a common stumbling block for me is when I start writing, all is fine and dandy until I get some stray idea about, say, I need some extra info, or a quote, or an image (for a presentation). Then I start researching, and... the paper never gets finished until it is deadline time. With this tool, I just kept on writing, and when I felt the urge to research, I just added an asterisk, or a note. Of course, disciplined folks do this without the need for a crutch but for people like me it is really helpful.

Of course, you won't become the next J.K. Rowling but maybe you can be the next Jamie Oliver? the next Dr Pierre Dukan? the next Dale Carnegie? In a nutshell, this fun tool will not put words into your mouth but it will help you say what is in your head. Once you see the beautiful text roll out, you will feel enthusiastic to tweak it until you get the masterpiece you can be proud of.

So, on to the Wordbotic. I got the Lite(st) version, and diligently went through the motions. Well, a bit disappointed. I am glad I didn't get the whole book version. I am not sure it is worth spending time to use the tool in order to produce a 1500 article that you will spend at least 1 hour on tweaking later. It might be easier to rewrite it completely.

      Some examples:
Commonly when people reflect on passing the ielts, they contemplate learning english for fun. The truth of the matter is that these activities are totally different.

This book will explore the voyage that will lead to passing the ielts effectively and will serve as a guide to train you for a new level of victory.

However before passing the ielts, you first need to assess and make sure that preparing for the ielts exam is an appropriate choice for you. and where is the comma after however?

If you responded positively with a "yes" to these questions then chances are that passing the ielts is the right activity for your personality type and congratulations for running full force toward achieving your goals by reading this book! LOL...

A serious bug is that the script strips proper capitalisation (English/english; IELTS/ielts and so on). I am not a technology expert but before going on to patent it, there's a lot of work to be done. This is a tool for guided composition but if you want to use the output, if only as draft material, it might take the same amount of time to produce a decent copy as it might have taken you, had you written it from scratch. At this point, IMO, it is a half-baked potato.

I agree. If you are looking for the software that will produce a quality ebook that you would be proud sharing, then you will be disappointed.

But if you use the software as a way to grab a template that you can edit to produce a quality product then you will be satisfied.

It's value is in saving you time and effort in coming up with a quality product. All you need to do is add your own personal touch to the content the software produces and you should be fine.

Many thanks to both of you for your thoughts and experiences.

George, I was hopeful that the final content would be more unique, but I also suspected that the reality would be a little disappointing. But the idea of using it for seed articles makes the product more attractive.

Funprojects, thank you for your post as well. Creative writing is clearly not a problem for you! From your experience, I can see that to use Wordbotic effectively, you would have to learn how to enter phrases "to the template." And if I start doing that, then who is working for whom?

Hahaha, Art! It is a problem, actually...

Here is the output of Wordbotic: 'Untitled Post' | TextUploader.com

Ridiculous, if not straight unreadable. But, to be fair, it might have some practical application; like, get you really really angry so that you sit down and just do it better yourself?

So, all due respect to the developer, what we really have here is a digital version of Mad Libs. For some topics, like the sales page example of "run a marathon" it works pretty well. But it would be hilarious if you plugged in "fix a toilet."
    .
As in "You will then notice your mind, body and spirit is totally prepared to fix the toilet!"

(and wouldn't that be "are" instead of "is?") :/

Duh... constipation, toilet... I am a lady, I don't discuss such things in public!

But, business is business so if I have time later today, I will "plug in" your toilet ideas into WordBotic (no pun intended). Btw, I requested a refund (er, hope I managed to do it; first refund request so far) so if I lose access to the bot, you might have to write that article yourself.

I thought the software created unique content.

Do you mean someone else just happened to request the same article be written? Or is the software grabbing content off the web to use thus getting duplicate content?

            .
No it doesn't grab content off the Internet. It does create a unique (that's a matter of opinion) ebook to the extent that it uses your ideas and phrases and word choices and weaves them in with a preset template. Amazing the first time around but for some discouraging the next times around, because, they see the same phrases in all their articles.

Since the same phrases are used in all articles if you don't rewrite them they won't pass copyscape. For instance I wrote an article on starting a membership site. I ran it through copyscape and it was 48% duplicate with an article on a news site about alpine mountain climbing.

There are a couple of reasons this doesn't bother me at all.

            1. I edit/rewrite/make unique any article I ever buy anyway, so It's just normal for me and..
            2. The product owner has promised more templates.

As I said above, it's in beta and we (early buyers) are the guinea pigs. I think when the price goes to a monthly membership after much improvement I will be glad I got in for a one time payment.

If I'm wrong I've still had fun creating content with it and have had more than $17 worth of use already. No harm no foul.

Believe me, if someone ever makes an app that writes articles and ebooks that are indistinguishable from human writing, it will cost a whole lot more than $17.

It looks like I'm not the only one keeping it. Stats on Warrior+ show over 1,000 sales with a 0% refund rate.

Thanks. That helps a lot. Template based automated text creation has been around since the Dada Engine was released in 1996. Bad then, still bad now. A 48% dup rate due to the template between two wholly irrelevant subjects is awful. It doesn't matter how many templates exist as they will each be awful once used.

I've bought $300 per month article writing software in the past, and others, and everything I have seen starts with excitement and then dies because the quality is never there and for the time spent going back over an article to fix problems one might as well have written it from scratch.

I was thinking if it created passable content, that was not duplicate, $17 is no problem for creating content to put on third party sites to use for backlinks. But this won't work.

I'm getting old when I've seen similar software circle around a few times. But, maybe the author will solve some issues and have reasonably priced software competitive with the news story generation programs major media has been using for a decade. I wish her good luck.

It doesn't spin it writes a new eBook based on words and phrases you input. So, to use it with PLR you could augment your Wordbotic ebooks with PLR.

Didn't have time for the "Zen, or the art of toilet maintenance", unfortunately, but here are two outlines generated by the Outline tool:
Internet Marketing for Small Business Owners
        and
the flagship of my future Kindle empire, Breeding Blue Sloniki in Your Garage; the first chapter of the latter, generated with the help of the Writing Tool is freely available here; just keep it secret.

Guys, apologies for the off-topic but I have no idea what the proper refund requesting procedure is. I have waited for 4 days, no answer, and I started a PayPal dispute. Now there is a thread that says that we are not allowed to start PayPal disputes for JVZoo products; technically speaking, this isn't a JVZoo product but a WSO. Anyways, I came across that thread too late.

I understand she must be busy but it might be a good idea to bear in mind the fact that this thread comes on the very top of Google search results for "Wordbotic", and slow communication is not really good PR...

Lina, thank you very much for coming to our thread!

I have explained my reasons for the refund in the email (and thank you for the email!). Considering your explanations, I am beginning to think that these tools may be helpful to people who do technical writing, for example (loosely How-To content is not unlike technical writing) rather than IM, PLR or Kindle. Undoubtedly, the tool will gain popularity because the temptation to become a best-selling author without having to string 2 sentences together is just too great to give it a miss; however, the straitjacket of the template will limit the application. And by no means straitjacket is used judgementally or disparagingly! In some areas the straitjacket improves readability: instructions, product reviews, cooking recipes, anything that follows more or less standard procedures. Good luck with the development!

I did a quick article and sent it off to my VA who has been commenting on the rubbish she is buying for her own products from another site. When she saw this and the price she said it was worth every penny. It is easy for me to alter the text - I use a very old Windows product to do this and also can see via Copyscape if it is 100% unique.

As someone who bought the beta copy of Market Samurai - you never know where a Beta will go and it is always worth the wait. I spoke to someone who had worked with Lina in her office (you would be surprised if you knew who he was) and got an overview of her working process. Me, I am sticking with her and changing my way of working to fit the product. 5000 words in a short space of time and then some changes - as the advert says: From Silver to Gold (in a Long John Silver voice).

New is always a bit daunting.

It was verified via PM that an email did go out to her today in between all these messages. It was correctly indicated that the first message was on August 20th and there were 5 messages sent before my response was sent out today. My support response time is currently 5 days (this time frame is updated in real time on my tools and sales page) and as I previously stated, this response time is fairly accurate, give or take 8-12 hours.

The response time does fluctuate and 5 days is not the norm, however with the influx of beta users on Wordbotic, I am managing 200 or so new emails a day. It is my conscious choice to not hand off customer service to an overseas outsourcer or a member of my team that is not versed in identifying potential bugs or features that can be immediately addressed when I come out with a brand new product ... so processing all your emails in an intelligent manner takes me a little time and is a part of my creative process that ultimately benefits the users of my tools.

I am heeding all your great suggestions and feedback and I am responding and developing and fixing and tweaking accordingly, as well as setting priorities on what features will be prioritized over others based explicitly on your feedback.

I appreciate those of you that are being patient and those of you that are losing patience, I am doing my best to de-escalate your frustration ... Since launch, I have been living and breathing interacting with my customers ... please be patient, I really am doing the best I can.

The tool is currently in the beta stage and I have been avidly making updates to respond to these issues, as well as other that have already been remedied.

Blindly publishing content is not really the spirit of my creation, as my intent was to provide content-developers a base to build on, rather than starting from a blank canvas where every single word needs to be manually written.

I make the analogy of making food from scratch - that really is an accurate analogy with how I see my tool. Some people may believe that a cake made from scratch tastes better ... and it can not be compared to a Betty Crocker cake mix ... and I would agree. However, I know that I do not always have time to make a cake from scratch. Also, I have made some really awesome cakes with the help of Betty Crocker with unique cake decorations and sometimes some ingredients that I thought to add to the mix to make it unique and different ... my tool is very parallel to that, and will never replace artists and writers that produce all their content by hand word-for-word (which I will still choose to do with some of my projects) ... it is simply that I wanted to offer writers and content producers a choice. I expect writers to take the ball and do something with it.

The offer closes on Thursday and I am excited about the updates I am making to the tool. At that point, I expect the uniqueness of the content to tighten up, as well as the user interface to be substantially upgraded to make the input process smoother. That is the beauty of developing a tool that is in the beta stages - the input of my users guide the process of development. Since I am the creator, and coder, and designer, (and support answerer) that allows me to have a unique production process in the development with the tool. If you find the tool is not right for you and are not intersted in investing in a lifetime license, I am honoring refunds, just ask for it.

My response time varies, however I publish it at the bottom of every tool and nearly every sales page so that you know when I will respond - that response time is pretty accurate and I update it all the time and it is pretty right on, give or take 8-12 hours.

If you have sent me a request to my support email and my response time has passed, it is possible that I did not get your message - please PM me here. As of right now, my response time is 5 days.

I appreciate all the support and feedback and am looking forward to a developing my tool further.

For your convenience, here is a link to the sales page in case you need to access it again:

      https://warriorplus.com/o2/v/npfj3b/0/for

... and for those that are looking for my other tool, Outline Master, here is a link to that ... please keep in mind that there is a special bundle price for Outline Master and all the add-on tools as a special offer for those that buy Wordbotic - this link will take you through buying the pieces separately:

      Outline Master

      Best regards, Lina
Hi Lina, I have had your tool for some time now. The content it puts out is usually fine. Of course it will not win most writing contest, but for how I use it, I it works fine.

The only complaint I have is going through the questions takes me almost as much time as it would if I just wrote it myself.

If you could come up with some easier and faster ways that we could get through that process and get the article then I would be much more satisfied.

In anycase, I am reasonably satisfied as is... just saying. I do wish you all the best. Happy Holidays.

I have created so much noise in this thread that I feel it is my duty to report that Lina handled one of the requests in a prompt manner, once she got down to it, and has done the refund. For other newbies: the refund requests should be made via the Warrior Plus, not PayPal, but as this is the first refund I have placed, I have no clue how to do it.

Lina, indeed, seems to be burning the candle at both ends, and I want to apologise for putting on extra pressure. Good luck with the project, Lina!

P.S. * one day later * I hope you will be able to process the omitted requests soon.

I purchased the $97 version plus the OTO's as Lina has done great work in the past, and I have been happy with her products.

My opinion is that even though I spent an extra $50 on the Wordbotic, I know it's going to save me the extra $50 at some point, so I took the plunge.

If I have anything Earth-shattering to report after using the software, I'll re-ping the thread. Thanks for starting this topic.

I was going to buy this but really the reviews here are not stellar.
I was wondering if anyone here has bought it back in August, has it GOTTEN BETTER, or is it still about the same?

Seems to me that now that it's $49 it should be better but it still says "BETA" so it makes me wonder.

I would buy it if it would create books that just need re-writing, but if it just puts out spun jibberish like some of the examples above then, no thanks. Sounds like a great idea and I hope the creator continues to work on it. But I really think a $49 product should not be in "Beta".

Also here on the thread there seems to have been a money back guarantee but now at biggerbetterbooks.com/pages/a/wordbotic06/ there is no mention of one. I'd think that at $49 a pop (97 or whatever for the 5000 word one) there should be a money back guarantee.

Hi Scroog - I have put in over 1000 hours of development into the software since August - it is definitely much further ahead than it was months ago. I document all the updates right in the software and have a development meeting every week with my buyers to let them know what was done this week and what will be done the following week and archives of these meetings are also in the software.

Here is a message I received from an active user of the software:

I am going through the projects I did some weeks ago and the updates to Wordbotic really work. The new wording reads smoother and not sounding like a robot (ha).

Thank you so much for your efforts. Plus, you're coming out with quality results. That is very much appreciated.
As the subject line indicates, I am very impressed with the improvements you've accomplished. It's a more refined and even elegant user-friendly process. I am thankful I decided to take a chance with this!
There is quite a bit more that I intend to do with the software while it is in Beta mode so it will be at least a few more months before it rolls out as a monthly subscription which of course existing beta users will not need to pay.

So there is no refund offer if we just don't find it worth it or otherwise feel it isn't creating suitable content? Most WSOs have a full money back no questions asked guarantee. I was surprised to see your current sales page doesn't mention a guarantee such as this. Especially if I were to invest $97 for the 5000 word version or even pay more for the 10k word version I would want to feel happy with my purchase, or be able to get a refund if not.

I just want to chime in and say how impressed I am with Lina's work ethic. Putting over 1000 hours of development into the software since August means that (considering August has 31 days, September has 30 days and this was posted on the 16th day of October, total of 77 days), Lina has been working 7 days per week, 13 hours per day on just this software. Now that is commitment.

Ethics? I'm not too sure. I recommend against dealing with the seller. The seller's name and company sounded familiar and rang a bell. So I dug through my past emails and there she was, same name, same blue lotus productions, operating on digital point forum back in 2008. I never got back any of the money I've invested in her 'eBay membership project', and she failed to respond to any of my messages (and other investors') and went silent.

I never used the word "ethics" in my post that you quoted, I used "work ethic" and those are two very different terms. You obviously don't understand sarcasm when you read it.

Well, people change over the years. Even I didn't refund to couple of customers during my initial deals 5 years back. However, I do that for every single customer now if they are well within their rights to ask for it.

I purchased a theme from Lina last year. I received great customer service from her. She even added a new feature to the theme which I suggested. So hopefully she has changed for better now too.

Looks like I saw your post too late!

I was happy to pay $97 for the 5K version but I needed some advice from her a few days later, as I found the software to be somewhat limited. It seemed okay to create just one piece of content ONLY per niche with the current module.

My first 1500 word article was okay but there were many paragraphs that needed editing - but even that seemed acceptable and made for a more unique article.

Anyway, I emailed her and after no reply after 3 days I tried emailing her again but still no reply. I tried once more several days later but now as expected - NO REPLY WHATSOEVER!

I purchased through John Pearce as well, as he was ecstatic about WordBotic and had emailed me about 3 times and as I trusted him I thought I would get it.

I emailed John a few days after getting zero response from Lina and he replied telling me that he would contact her ( as he was her affiliate) and get her to contact me. Several days later still NO REPLY!

I ended up sending John 2 more emails and he told me he would try again - you guessed it...
          STILL NO REPLY!

I emailed both John and Lina and asked for a refund but John said he could not as it wasn't his product! She just ignored it as expected!

John did however say that her total lack of support was unacceptable but that still doesn't get me my money back.

To be fair, I would have been happy to keep it (despite the program's limitations) but as she is so blatantly ignorant I just wanted my money back and wanted nothing to do with her.

I've been buying IM stuff for about 5 years and have NEVER been totally blanked with ZERO support the way she operates.

Many of you will surely agree that most WSO sellers will reply to us even if it's only a $9 product that we buy from them.

This is the worst I have ever come across!

It's now been 13 days and no reply from her. I get the feeling that it's much like this: "I've got your money so, ...."

I suppose $97 is cheap in a way, and I never forget what I consider to be a 'bad seller' and make sure I never buy anything from them again!

My gripe isn't about the product (although it is limited) but it's about her total lack of support!

What's the point of buying any product if it doesn't have ANY support?

For me, it's now a great reminder, that in the future I should hold back and check out reviews before trusting affiliates and diving in!

... And that's where this forum can be so useful!

To be fair, like many others - I'm always looking for easy and fast ways to create unique content and most softwares I've come across just cannot beat the most power software ever built ...

          Our Brain!

          PS:
One last thing... in the last email I got from John Pearce he said, "We're loving it!" but I'm not sure if he meant Wordbotic or all the affiliate commissions he earned by promoting it? I get the feeling it's the latter!

PPS: I previously bought SEO Recovery from John (as well as several other products of his in the past) and he always says that he will NEVER SPAM us - but that's now taken a complete U-turn as he's not stopped lately! Almost every day now! I expect it's due to Christmas being 5 weeks away!

          UPDATE:

I finally got a reply after almost 2 weeks. The reply was useful - but way overdue!

@ Lina.... I haven't purchased your wordbotic. That said, i don't mind paying a monthly subscription as long as there are more templates available to use , each leaning towards a more specific niche. With only 1 template available & wordbotic sold to other members of different list owners, I guess it'll only be matter of time until every article the software spits out will no longer be as unique as when it was first shown from Lina's demo. As before, I wouldn't mind paying a monthly subscription if there were other templates available and/or new templates added on a monthly basis.

Unfortunately, I got sucked into this too. John Pearce recommended it strongly, so I bought it.

The output is quite pathetic and I don't see why I would want to use it as a seed for an article I write. There are plenty of excellent sources available around the 'net for any topic. If you are stuck for ideas on ANY topic you want to write on, help is just a Google search away!

I don't think more "templates" will solve the problem either.

Anyway, it was a one-time payment of $47 for the 1500 word version, so I guess I can just forget about it. Asking for a refund seems futile.

My recommendation to anyone considering it to avoid wordbotic.

    Thanks!

Interesting. I would have never thought of promoting a product like this that way. Points to her for originality. But why do a bus tour before the product is complete and out of Beta.

It would be better customer service if she kept everyone updated and posted that on the Wordbotic website. Free Wi-Fi at McDonald's and many other places while traveling the country.

So Wordbotic Beta is now being sold on sale for $200-$500. Very ambitious pricing for a BETA software, but people will pay it like a miracle cure. I hope this means that the promised additional modules/templates will be available soon.

      *** UPDATE***

It appears that for some reason my email provider was blocking emails from Lina. I finally was able to "chat" with her via email and all my issues were corrected within less than an hour of our finally making contact.

Lina was very responsive, provided my license key (which see originally sent me the day after my initial purchase) and we had a very good conversation regarding WordBotic.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the customer support I have gotten, NOW that her emails are not being blocked or whatever was happening before with my email system.

      *** END OF UPDATE ***

Not only asking for a refund is futile, getting ANY type of support seems to be too much trouble. I wish I had found this thread before I got the 5k and the 10k upgrade.

Purchased 11/28/14 and I STILL haven't been able to access the program and I have only gotten ONE email that basically sent me to another link that took me to another page saying it would be 24-48 hours before I could expect any type of support response.

It's now been 10 DAYS since purchase... still no access and still NO further response.

OMG - I HIGHLY suggest you do your due diligence before putting you hard earned money out there - because I sure didn't. My failure to investigate this product appears to have cost me $194.00 which I really can't afford.

Hi, I have no dog in this fight but Lina has been around a long time and has been working hard on this software. She does everything herself (which might be a mistake - she probably needs to hire some help with tech support!).

But I think if you just have faith and play nice she'll honor your refund OR tech support request.

Odd that you did not get the download link. I bought it recently and had no issues. I assume you checked your spam box etc.

Anyway my advice is have some faith, keep sending her email or web based tech support requests in case she's perhaps not getting the ones you've sent.
I'm pretty sure she'll make it right for you.

I have found her to be slow in answering emails, yet she does eventually respond. This is her one downfall in my opinion and something she needs to improve on.

Nope , it is not doing what i d liked it to do . It is just making general senses with general meanings ...
I want to blog about music and it is just approaching all without any background information , without any research and without any to the point information .
Making sentences ( which needs quite some correction work but that's fine ..) not making any sense .
It will write the same article whether I write about David Bowie or Bob Marley ..
Sorry , no use , and at about a 100 USD I did apply a refund , no reaction after 2 days ...

I hope you get your refund and imagine that you will.
I think for you to expect any software to write such a specific article for you is kind of ridiculous. That's beyond any artificial intelligence that exists, I would imagine!

Hell if software could do stuff like that then we would be almost to the point of having bots write everything for us! LOL.

I also purchased Wordbotic as recommended by John Pearce. I have been trying to get support from Lina since last December. Out of the 7-8 support requests and half dozen phone call messages I left - she only responded once. Lina told me she would get the information I requested within the next week. Never got the requested information. Software did not work as advertised and support is non-existent. I have requested a refund, after first notifying warrior+ per procedure.

Seller ignores all my requests to refund the software so I had to escalate it to paypal. Be careful about purchasing despite the 30 day guarantee.

Okay I went ahead and bought this some time ago, against my intuition, but the price seemed fair so I went for it.

When I finally got around to using it recently, I found that according to the Changelog on her site, it has NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE DEC 2014! So much for "frequent updates"!

And it shows in how the thing works - or doesn't work...

I'll cut to the chase: This thing sux.

It spits out garbage. The result is basically unreadable, it's STUPID. It needs a LOT of work to even make a "start" on a book. Better to just sit down and start writing.... Forget this "shortcut to nowhere".

That is, I did not expect it to write a book for me. I expected, however, that it would give me something worth working on, worth refining down to a readable long article or short book.

It does not. There is no point in even keeping what it spits out. You can see on page 1 of this thread what it does, in fact there are a couple of examples. That is the crapola you will get!

Sorry, Lina. I'm sure you're a nice person and you may have had every intention of turning this into something great. But the simple fact of the matter is, I've seen 3 examples of its output, 2 by me and one by a friend, and the ones in this thread as well. And all of them SUCK EGGS.

If I'm wrong, then someone who is not with Lina will hopefully show us what it spit out (before editing) that makes this software worth using.

As to the Outline software I don't know... but the Wordbotic book software is a total waste of time. I spent about a half hour going through the questions asked as part of the process, and really thinking about it and trying hard to do it right according to the instructions. And after all that when I saw what was created from my efforts, I simply deleted it and decided I'd wasted my money on this p.o.s.

I'm just being honest. If I'd seen even a glimmer of hope that it might produce something worthwhile, something that would be a good START to a book, to then be edited into something good or at least decent, I'd not have given such a lousy review here.

But no, I see no hope for this thing, especially given the lack of updates since 2014. And whether updated or not, the bottom line is, it still doesn't work worth a dang. Don't waste your money nor your time!
