I have problem, I buy some WSO, I pay through paypal, my friend paypal account, that time my account was not active yet,
I buy that WSO on 19 may, after use it for 3 week, I found out that WSO is not suitable for me, so I request refund, that man say his paypal account has paypal dispute and tell my friend and me to contact paypal to resolve this, my friend call paypal, but paypal say there are no dispute
I bought it USD 197, very expensive, their sales latter very crazy word, much testimony, but I think that product are not too good
I can tell you here what product i means also I WILL provide complete prove
Please people, tell me what suppose I do

      Open a dispute with PayPal. As a PayPal vendor, I can tell you they side with the buyer by default ;-)

    3 weeks does seem a long time to realise it is not suitable for you.
