Has Anyone Else Bought ProfitBay?
I bought it on Tuesday (the 19th) and it looks really good, but I have a question regarding how someone that wants to buy multiple items can mix and match their order. It looks complicated.
Example, if I were selling teeshirts and offered different sizes and colors, how would someone order several different sizes and colors from that one page? It has a dropdown menu feature, but that still doesn't clarify things.
I put in a support ticket that same day and emailed them directly yesterday, but I still haven't heard anything from them. I also mentioned the problem in a Facebook group I'm a member of and another person has the same question, but also hasn't received a reply from support.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue or how to contact these guys?
