I hope this is the right place to give this review.

The information is to help have a successful lead generating business.

I started with the lead generation videos and later also purchased the blueprint membership.

My opinion is the material is quite good. He gives a lot of useful information and tools to learn and help you suceed in the lead generation business. He knows his stuff and gives you a lot of valuable information. I wasn't as impressed with the blueprints, but the other tools and informaiton you receive are worth it in my opionion.

However the customer service is poor. For example, as part of your purchase and membership you are supposed to have access to two forums. I have never been able to get into either of them. One forum has been down from the start and the other my user name and password dont' work. I've tried several times to get support but either get a "we'll look into it" but more normally, no response at all.

I continue to get upsells from him on a regular basis no doubt from his autoresponder. It's too bad the customer service is poor. The information is good enough that I might purchase the upsells but the poor customer service stops me. I would not pay for a more expensive program unless I knew I would receive good customer service because my experience with shows if you get into these programs and have a problem you are on your own.

    Wish I had seen this before I bought from him. I 've the exact same experience.

    Great material - promises access to membership forums and doesn't deliver.

    If he would just be upfront - say there's no way I will respond - there is no forum and these are purchased as is - at least I would know before I purchased I was on my own.

      It's too bad the promise is made for the forums.

      The information is good enough that if the promise of the forums wasn't made
      it would still be good information but because you don't get what is promised
      and you don't get a response it leaves a bad impression.

          I sent Mark an email regarding these services and did not get any response.

          That basically means no sale. If there is nothing in place to deal with pre sale enquiries what will the after sales service be like?

          A lesson that needs to get home to us all - do not offer a service or product unless you can respond to your customers.
