10 All-Time Best TED Conferences For Entrepreneurs - Most Viewed TED Talks in the Business Category

Before the week ends, I'll leave another article that will surely invigorate people and help them understand why they do what they do, and why they don't do what they need to do.

Sometimes people don't see their mistakes and shortcomings unless people around them bluntly point them out or share a story that is relevant to what they're going through. I handpicked each video to give everybody an insight into the diverse perspectives on why people are inclined to do certain things and how those inclinations can be used to their advantage.

Wow thanks for this! I agree with Arianna Huffington. You can't think well and it's hard to understand anything if you don't have enough sleep. I experience that and I got many mistakes, I regretted it.

You're correct we need to rest to think well. It will ruin your work if your mind is not in condition.

I tried finishing my work one time and my eyes are shutting. I read my work after I get some sleep and it sucks! haha

It's either we're doing ourselves a favor or looking for trouble if we're rushing things and chose to deprive sleep just to get them done.

Although people are different, that's why I envy those who still have clarity despite sleep deprivation.

Exactly! I read it somewhere that other successful people only sleep for barely 4 hours a day and still able to get up early. IIRIC one of them is Martha Stewart.

I know people who don't give importance to quality they just want to get the job done and get rewards for finishing tasks. Dan Pink is correct. And lots of bad procrastinators out there, again they don't give results to quality as long as they give results and it's bad practice.

We can't blame people for setting their eyes on the reward, but we have to make sure that we also have our eyes on the actual goal. We should always remember that a reward is just there as an incentive, a motivator; it's not the actual goal.

It's hard to choose, all videos you shared are good. They all deserve to belong on top ted talks. Jason Fried is great, good explanation. There are really many distractions in the office, that's why people now choose to be a regular work from home you can even be with your family.

Thanks, ClarkPerry. I actually had a hard time deciding what videos to add to my list. I already featured Tony Robbins, Seth Godin, Simon Sinek, Richard Branson, and Malcolm Gladwell on my other article, so I had to feature new speakers. I've watched all the clip on my article and I can say it's fair they're included in the most-viewed.

Indeed. People need to hear other good speakers than the bigshots they always see on top. There are many entreps and speakers that have superb idea and methods they only need enough exposure. I'm also looking forward to see new names in ted in future.
